We really enjoyed our three week stay at the Shores at Waikoloa 333. The condo has a very large and comfortable lani with beautiful views. The kitchen is very well appointed with virtually everything we needed. Given the fabulous Weber grills around the property, it would be helpful if grilling utensils were provided. Both bathrooms are very spacious with separate showers and tubs, and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms - and for the pool/beach. The king bed is very comfortable. The furniture in the great room is also comfortable and the TV allows access to virtually all of the streaming services. We had issues with the Spectrum remote and we wonder if it needs replacing. The internet worked very well. We plan to return again next January.

Loved the condo and the everything about the shores of Waikoloa. View of the pond was really and the pool was excellent. Our host attended to our requests promptly and politely. Had a wonderful time walking the shops and enjoying the beach. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! The furniture, the sheets, the bed, the amenities are all first class. Martin is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered on VRBO. He got us into the condo early and was an amazing resource for anything we needed. If you like to spend time camping out at the beach, he has everything from snorkels to chairs. Truly, you can’t do better than this on the big island.

Did not tell us that air conditioning only works on 6 hour timer. We had to figure out on our own and super annoying and petty. Local team did not help at all to address it. Probably will not do a Vacasa managed property again. They are unresponsive and unhelpful.

The amenities were in good condition, and we had an email upon arrival in the unit from Resortica managers. They said to come to their office an pick up the welcome gift, which we strongly believe that it should have been in the apartment when we arrived and needed most.

Overall this condo is lovely in a beautiful location. The outdoor lanai was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately the twin beds in the second bedroom were extremely noisy every time you moved. They were not uncomfortable but ridiculously creaky. Better suited for children, not adults. Also the codes to access pool and fitness area were incorrect so we had to troubleshoot that.

Great location, well-stocked kitchen and beach supplies, great community and pool. Beds/pillows were of average comfort, and noise from neighboring condos was mildly disturbing some evenings. Overall satisfied with the rental but would look to stay somewhere else upon next vacation.

Perfect location, great view, huge lanai, very comfortable beds, amazing golf rates, and excellent host. We loved everything about this place and hope to stay here again! Enjoyed having it to ourselves but this would also be great for 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook many great meals, a rare find in the rental world and important to us. Stan was very accommodating and made our stay so easy and worry free. We really enjoyed the spacious, wrap around lanai with the great 3rd floor view of the pool. The bed linens were poor; the furniture is sparse, old and very uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils were the cheapest quality. The can opener no longer works. There were no beach chairs so we bought some and left them in the unit.

We received timely communications from Lin prior to our visit, and she even checked in with us at the end of our stay. The apartment was cute, clean, and furnished with everything we needed, including extra linens. The lanai was spacious, and the walk-in shower was amazing. The stackable washer and dryer actually worked, and the kitchen was quite functional. The icing on the cake was the lovely fruit Lin left for us.

The place was immaculate, the location was fantastic and in a gated community, and the host was very responsive to needs. The only minor nuisances were that the floor outside the bedroom was extremely squeaky, and you had to squeeze behind the toilet in order to close the door because the toilet room was so tiny. That said, the vanity area and shower were very roomy and luxurious! The AC was adequate, but not amazing, however, it would get down to 73 at night by opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fans. There was also a portable tower fan that was nice to aim at the bed while sleeping for extra cooling. I would definitely recommend for the price and location!

This was a great condo. The lanai was spacious and private. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in (even has an air fryer). I will say that the master bedroom bed is very soft, but the guest room has a firmer mattress. So if you have back issues, take that into account when you choose your bedroom. There was not a large choice of restaurants nearby (that were not in the expensive hotels), so definitely plan on cooking in. The gas BBQ’s on-site are new and were clean and convenient. This condo complex is close walking distance to the beach and the shopping centers.

PROS: This place was stunning! It was nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked for any need. The view was amazing! Both bedrooms have king beds. The complex was nice and well kept. Communication was quick and informative.CONS: The one downside is only one car can be parked in the complex per unit. So if there is more than one family staying and there are multiple cars, others will have to pay for overnight parking and that's a minimum of 50 per day. The unit could use a good deep cleaning, as there was food stuck on the outside of the cabinets and hard water around the faucets. Also, the master bath shower is an open shower. Water from normal showering splatters out everywhere so you will constantly be cleaning up water. Overall, I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!
