Before I review the property I would like to praise the people at Kona Coast vacations. They were polite, attentive and responsive. They resolved an appliance issue quickly and effectively even BEFORE we arrived and went out of their way not to disrupt our vacation. It was much appreciated.
The unit was a good size, with a large Lanai and king size beds and well stocked. The location was good for the needs of 2 couples who like peace and quiet. The complex has a good pool and several good BBQs in 3 different locations. We are hoping to return next year.

The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable and well stocked with household cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Loved the lanai looking out over the pond and the birds singing every morning. Beautifully kept property and lovely grounds. Host was quick to respond to inquiries prior to stay and while visiting the island. Would highly recommend this property for your Big Island stay!

This condo was a perfect place for my family. We were traveling with my kiddos under the age of 8 and my Mom-in-law who is 80. It was easily accessible for everyone in our party, being that it was on the first floor. And the outside patio is so lovely and relaxing with 3 little nooks to eat, read a book or just chat and relax. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at the Waikoloa Shores condominiums and we will be back again. The condominium complex is small, yet elegant with extraordinarily beautiful landscaping of tropical flowers and beautiful palm/ coconut trees . Several lovely koi ponds with waterfalls completed this Hawaiian jewel . Waikoloa Shores is situated close to the Waikoloa shopping complex that you can walk to. Also just a short drive and you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condominiums are large , two king bedrooms with beautiful walk- in shower bathrooms. All appliances, dishes and Beach accessories are avalible for a beautiful vacation.

The Shores at Waikoloa is tucked away off the main road. It is quiet, peaceful and close to Kings and Queens Market, a walkable distance. This condo is perfect for 2 couples. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and newly renovated. Unit is clean and well maintained. We had a couple light bulbs out when we arrived, a quick call to Kona coast Vacations service and within an hour they changed the bulbs. We enjoyed the sprawling lanai that overlooks the pond and the pool. Perfect place for your morning coffee before starting your busy day. The grounds are lush and beautiful, which attracts many birds,
Which I loved. Koa fish in the ponds are huge! Grounds were very well maintained, pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. I would definitely return to this unit our next trip.

This condo is perfect for two couples. A large bedroom and bathroom for each couple and being on opposite sides of the condo is a bonus. The lanai has plenty of space to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. The complex is very quiet and well located near shops, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property was everything we were hoping for! It is situated on the ground floor, with the lanai overlooking a lovely koi pond (where we enjoyed our morning coffee). It was a short walk to the ocean (where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets). I would definitely stay here again!

Home in the heart of Waikoloa. Close (walking distance, 10-15min max.) to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Property is clean and well kept. It doesn't have a warm, loved, homey feel...obviously a rental and not someone's part time home (lacking warmth).

The condo was clean and comfortable. However, having stayed at the Shores many times this property lacked certain items that we have been accustomed to having... utensils for the outdoor grills(had to borrow from another condo owner), bowls suitable for microwave, no extra paper products available for a two week stay. Only two beach towels for 4 people. However, we will continue to return to The Shores for our annual Hawaii trip

Had a wonderful week long stay. Great location, listing was accurate. Greatly appreciated being able to use the cooler and the swim fins provided by the owner. Only wish would have been more places to hang towels and bathing suits to dry (clothesline or more towel racks).

From the moment you open the door you realize this beautiful condo is going to be perfect. And it was. Great location, plenty of room. The beach chairs and umbrella were a welcome surprise. I would absolutely booked with Kona vacations again.

This property was a gem and I would absolutely stay here again. The property was clean, the check-in process was easy, and it was about a 7-8 minute walk to A-Bay. The house also came with beach towels, beach chairs, fins, a cooler, and other beach day essentials. There was plenty of room for the four of us to stay, and would probably be more than enough room for up to 6 people. The lanai was perfect as well - there was both a dining area and lounge area, so we were able to both eat outside, as well as have an evening cocktail. There were plenty of extra sheets and linens. Overall, highly recommend.

It is a very nice place in a good location. Is it close to shops and resorts. The rooms were a good size, kitchen well stocked and the complex facilities were very good. This is a first floor unit. If you are unlucky enough to have kids staying above you, expect it to sound like a basketball game when they are there. With the exception of the ceiling the sound proofing was good.

Our family had a great vacation and a nice place to rest after exploring the big island. At the end of each day we can rest and re charge for the next day. We wished to use the patio more but was dirty, with dead bugs and bird poop. Inside we are grateful for the kitchen and ease of the flow as well as all the beach stuff available. Thanks! For sure I’ve been sharing to friends and families about the property!
