Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved carport. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.

#2 Villa at the Shores at Waikoloa is welcoming and spacious.  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property is in a very nice location, for walking and driving to beaches etc. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. It was great to have beach equipment to use. The pool and hot tub are nice and lots of friendly people around! Our favorite is the Lanai! We highly recommend this unit!

Great unit that I would definitely be willing to book again. On thing that is less than ideal is that the parking spot for the unit is a little on the small side. I was in a mid-size sedan so it was fine but if you have a larger vehicle you may need to park in a visitor parking spot. Also, I couldn't get the TV remote in the living room to control the cable box. I used the cable box remote from the master bedroom to change channels.

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room. The lanai was the best!! It was so spacious and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and laundry. Lots of beach supplies including chairs and boogie boards. The host was very fast with responses. I called one morning because the coffee maker didn’t work and within about 30 minutes they had a new one delivered! I would highly recommend this condo!

We were here for a family wedding and the condo was absolutely perfect. We had 4 total adults and the unit was comfortable with a great view of the 13th green from the lanai. The beach equipment was outstanding and we enjoyed it each day. We exetended our stay and would have loved to stay in this condo but unfortunately it was not available. We'll definitely be back!!!

Pros: This property was better than it looks on photos! Spacious, clean and beautiful. Two master bedrooms w/complete amenities and privacy. (Loved the soaking tubs). This home would serve handicapped persons well as there are rails in all appropriate places throughout bathrooms and roll-in showers have two shower heads: regular and hand wand. Kitchen was well equipped; living room was Great! Awesome large screen tv (updated from the one shown on photos). Lanai was lovely except we city folks were squeamish about the geckos and couldn't relax there. Mostly avoided using the lanai. Family members enjoyed use of the available beach equipment. Property made wifi code easy and accessible for computer use and our Roku devices. Cons: Very few: 1. Due to flight delays we arrived after the main office closed but realized we were given the wrong gate code to get into the complex! Fortunately, someone in our group (who was staying at another property) had the correct code. We told this to property mgmt who made no comment/response about it. 2. We were promised two keys in the lock-box but there was only one. We told property mgmt and they immediately sent someone out to fix the problem. 3. There was a gap in the screen at the front door so we always had to hurry and close the door when going into our out of the house so that no gecko would get into the house. This was both hilarious and irritating at the the same time. Property mgmt sent an email that someone would fix it but it was still the same when we checked out. Other than these few things, our family very much enjoyed this property and would definitely consider renting it again.
