We spent 5 night at the condo and we were thoroughly pleased. In fact, I would say that it actually exceeded our expectations (which I will admit were guarded). Sometimes you really can’t tell just from photos what a place really looks and feels like. As soon as we arrived we felt good. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. In fact we think the furniture and decor was attractive, comfortable and tasteful. You are in Hawaii!The apartment is well stocked. Just about everything you might need is here. Plenty of towels. Even has beach chairs, bikes and snorkeling gear. The primary bedroom is large, and comfortable, as is the bathroom. Second bedroom is a Queen bed, generous sized closet, chair and dresser. The hall bathroom is with tub. And the location is perfect. You are easy driving to all destinations on the leeward side of the island (Kona and Kohala coasts). And you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and just a wee bit further to one of the nicest swimming beaches.But do NOT think urban or downtown, just because you are walking distance to shops and restaurants. No, you are in a nice quiet community and this unit being on the 3rd floor and view of the golf course is delightful. Parking is easy and there is an elevator. There are 2 nice pools, a lending library and workout room.And….you are very close to what proved to be our favorite restaurant…..Lava Lava Beach Club.The hosts and property manager are ready willing and able to respond to your needs. Leave all of your beach items home. This lovely rental has car seats, boosters seats, snorkeling items, umbrellas and more. There is no picture that can do the view as you exit the property justice. Location! Location! Location! This well-appointed condo is near many shops and groceries and less than 15 minutes from Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach. It was equipped with all of the cooking and serving utensils we needed and ample towels. The lanai overlooked the golf course which was peaceful and relaxing. Communicating with the host was easy and she replied quickly. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa pool and lagoon was icing on the cake. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer and I look forward to visiting again.

It was clean and nicely furnished and very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal as well as a BBQ grill on the covered patio. the only negative is the pull out sofa in the loft was squeaky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was on the second floor and we had a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with general items and everything was clean and orderly. There were beach towels available along with other beach friendly items (beach is walking distance). The living room was comfortable with reclining couches and cable TV worked well. WiFi was available and easy to join. It was great to be across the street from Queens and Kings Markets which was so convenient for food and shopping or just a nice walk after dinner. Washer and dryer worked great and stocked on detergent. Both bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall great experience and will definitely like to stay in this unit on the future.

Home was very clean, great location, and had all the amenities. It was the perfect size for our family of five with so much space. The host and management company were so responsive and helpful with all our questions. We loved the pool, which was very relaxing and met a lot of very nice people. We took advantage of the Hilton passes which was a nice bonus. I think every day we walked to the Queens Marketplace which is right across the street, so convenient! We really couldn't have asked for a better stay! Loved the home and would highly recommend it.

The quality and layout of the furniture made spending time in the condo or lanai so lovely and relaxing. This was an exceptional stay! Our first time in this particular condo, and it exceeded our expectations. Having stayed in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area multiple times, this condo ranks among the best we've rented.The location within the complex is incredibly convenient, close to the front gate, workout room, and pool. The garage parking was a major bonus, especially with the Hawaiian heat. Being directly across the street from Queens Marketplace was extremely convenient, and King's Shopping Center is just a short walk away.The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, and well-maintained. All the essentials were provided, saving us time and effort.Matt was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we may have had. We had an absolutely lovely time at the Villa and enjoyed every minute of it. One thing we never found was any pool equipment. I left two floating chairs in the storage room on the deck. It said it had a whole bunch of chairs, boogie boards, and beach stuff, but we never found anything. But anyway, it was a lovely time and a lovely stay! Thank you

It was not clean at all. The walls were incredibly dirty and gross. The guest bathroom was not properly cleaned. I felt very uncomfortable in this home. Whoever cleaned that place did not put any effort into actually cleaning the unit. The blinds in the guest bedroom were horrible. The hanging towel bar in the guest bathroom was broken and someone just hung it back and it almost stubbed my toe. Also to get into the unit it was quite hard because the keypad would not turn on for a few minutes to get the pin in to unlock the door. We have stayed multiple times in this location and this was one of the more unpleasant stays.The mattress in the guest bedroom was so uncomfortable to sleep in and the room was very dark and gloomy. I also recommend replacing all the bedsheets for some decent bedding in this condo.

My only suggestion for checking in, is to have screenshots or something for the gate code and front door. Cell service at the gate is spotty. Great place to stay, and the amenities offered were wonderful.
