We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was on the second floor and we had a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with general items and everything was clean and orderly. There were beach towels available along with other beach friendly items (beach is walking distance). The living room was comfortable with reclining couches and cable TV worked well. WiFi was available and easy to join. It was great to be across the street from Queens and Kings Markets which was so convenient for food and shopping or just a nice walk after dinner. Washer and dryer worked great and stocked on detergent. Both bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall great experience and will definitely like to stay in this unit on the future.

Home was very clean, great location, and had all the amenities. It was the perfect size for our family of five with so much space. The host and management company were so responsive and helpful with all our questions. We loved the pool, which was very relaxing and met a lot of very nice people. We took advantage of the Hilton passes which was a nice bonus. I think every day we walked to the Queens Marketplace which is right across the street, so convenient! We really couldn't have asked for a better stay! Loved the home and would highly recommend it.

We very much enjoyed staying here. What struck us the most was how comfortable everything was . The quality and layout of the furniture made spending time in the condo or lanai so lovely and relaxing. Plus details of things one might need while there were all thought through … beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards, plus the location to walk to the shops was extremely convenient.

This was an exceptional stay! Our first time in this particular condo, and it exceeded our expectations. Having stayed in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area multiple times, this condo ranks among the best we've rented.The location within the complex is incredibly convenient, close to the front gate, workout room, and pool. The garage parking was a major bonus, especially with the Hawaiian heat. Being directly across the street from Queens Marketplace was extremely convenient, and King's Shopping Center is just a short walk away.The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, and well-maintained. All the essentials were provided, saving us time and effort.Matt was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we may have had. We had an absolutely lovely time at the Villa and enjoyed every minute of it. One thing we never found was any pool equipment. I left two floating chairs in the storage room on the deck. It said it had a whole bunch of chairs, boogie boards, and beach stuff, but we never found anything. But anyway, it was a lovely time and a lovely stay! Thank you

It was not clean at all. The walls were incredibly dirty and gross. The guest bathroom was not properly cleaned. I felt very uncomfortable in this home. Whoever cleaned that place did not put any effort into actually cleaning the unit. The blinds in the guest bedroom were horrible. The hanging towel bar in the guest bathroom was broken and someone just hung it back and it almost stubbed my toe. Also to get into the unit it was quite hard because the keypad would not turn on for a few minutes to get the pin in to unlock the door. We have stayed multiple times in this location and this was one of the more unpleasant stays.The mattress in the guest bedroom was so uncomfortable to sleep in and the room was very dark and gloomy. I also recommend replacing all the bedsheets for some decent bedding in this condo.

My only suggestion for checking in, is to have screenshots or something for the gate code and front door. Cell service at the gate is spotty. Great place to stay, and the amenities offered were wonderful.

The Waikoloa apartment we stayed at was absolutely perfect. It’s a beautiful apartment , tasteful and very spacious. It’s been fitted out extremely generously. Everything one could want is provided. Kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and so much more.. too much to list. It was spotless on our arrival. The garage had all of our beach needs met, chairs , a beach umbrella and more. The position is amazing, you only have to cross the road and you have 2 shopping areas. The gardens / grounds are an absolute splendour. We can’t recommend these apartments more highly. This home is absolutely immaculate! Everything was so clean and welcoming! The fact there were some minor items stocked in the kitchen made you feel like you were walking into a home! The location is amazing with a perfect view of the pool! We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children and there was so much space for all of us! Amy is a great host! She ensured we had all information prior to check in and followed up with us once we had gotten settled! It’s so close to shops and dining in Waikoloa you truly couldn’t ask for a better vacation home! We will 100% be returning!

We were very impressed with our condo. It was clean, roomy, had an abundance of amenities, and was close to all our activities. It was especially lovely to be able to secure the rental next door, E–32, so our extended family could be close together for visiting and joint meals. The garage had all beach necessities, the Queens was across the street for market needs, lunches and dinners to go, while the Kings was just down the road. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation and we definitely hope to return soon!!

Great place! Our family of 5 had such a fun time on the Big Island. The house is located in a great area. There are shops, food, groceries, and resorts all around. We drove to various places around the island. The drive to Kona, Waikoloa Village, and Waimea were all easy drives and had a lot of other options for food and shopping. Some great sandy beaches just 5-15 mins away. The kids loved swimming in the pool behind the house. The house was conveniently stocked with all the beach essentials you could want. The host was very nice, prompt in response, and provided us with great information to help make our trip better. If we make it back to the Big Island, we will definitely look here first.
