This was a wonderful stay for our family. We have a 10 yr old and 6yr old. The loft area with the pull down bed had a TV and offered a perfect spot for them. On the main floor are the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area. The garage was equipped with beach cruisers, umbrellas and a few noodles.
We’ve been to the island over 20 times (my step dad grew up here) and are very familiar to the area. Our kids love A bay which is very close.
The day passes to the Hilton were a great feature for the kiddos. I would recommend driving there if you have kids, the walk could be a bit much in the sun. Essentially you check-in at a desk by the pool and are given brackets to use for the day. You also have access to towels and loungers for the day. The Hilton has water slides, food/drink for purchase and a few pool options.
My only small recommendation is a slightly later check-out time. Since guests are asked to wash all the dishes/and put away, do the laundry and put away, checking out at 10 is a bit on the right end.

Really nice property. Super clean. Good location. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed it for. There are BBQs at the pool if you want (didn’t notice that until the last day). We used the Hilton Pass, which was nice, but so crowded! Plus you have to drive there. Couldn’t find any chairs to put our stuff. We preferred their lagoon over the chaotic pool (tons of sea turtles swimming right with you!) Actually the property’s pool and hot tub were perfect! Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Dishwasher a little finicky but eventually got it to work. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property.

Thank you for a relaxing getaway during our trip to Hawaii! The penthouse was in perfect condition and it felt like coming home after our adventures of the day. Although it was super close to a number of shops and walking distance from the ocean, it was a peaceful retreat that also allowed us to just hang out. Thank you and mahalo!

This is one of the nicest condos we have rented over the past 10 years visiting the Big Island. It is well furnished, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook or BBQ a full meal, which is super helpful if you’re planning on eating on a budget. They had ALL the things from beach cruiser bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach, kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t do a ton of cooking. Clean and awesome location to the pool and walking distance to everything.
I wish I could say it was a Terrible location if you’re there for the triathlon (keep others away so we can have this every time we come back) 😜. But it was SO convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here; it was a great fit for our family of 6! The kitchen was great and had what we needed, even some spices and such to use. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. (The photos show carpet, but those have been replaced with nice hardwood floors.) We loved eating on the lanai and enjoying the view, using the grill out there, and the yard space was great for our kids to run around on after dinner. There are plenty of beach towels in the closets. The garage had plenty of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, some life jackets, and a couple ice chests which was great. (There are some inflatable floats to use at the beach, too--don't think they're allowed at the condo pools--but we didn't take a pump to blow them up with.) The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the pool and hot tub were great. Being only a short walk to the beach and a short walk to both the Queen's Market Place and Kings' Shops, the location was perfect! It was neat to walk along the King's trail, too, and check out the Waikoloa Petroglyph Field that was right there, too. (Just off Waikoloa Beach Drive between the Queen's Market Place and Kings' Shops). Thanks for a great place to call home for our 6-night stay!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay to feel like you’re home away from home, we highly recommend this lovely property! Chris and Stuart went above and beyond to help, think, and supply everything you need for a comfortable vacation stay on the island. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, even things for the whole family to utilize at the beach/parks. (Also a well thought out guide with tips and recommendations!) Parking and in-house washer and dryer was something that our family appreciated and is an added bonus to booking our stay. Very well-appointed with all that we needed. Great kitchen. Comfy bedrooms (one with king and huge bathroom/closet; one with two doubles- nice shared bath outside room). Nice lanai. Super clean and comfortable all-around. Great pool a hundred steps away.
Utilized Hilton pass twice. Really easy to use (and free parking with validation) and fun to live resort lifestyle for a few hours- great pool and festive environment.
Very secure condo complex- maybe a tiny bit too secure in our opinion, because it looks like you can just walk across the street to the Queens Marketplace (part of the reason we chose location), but you need to walk all the way down to the drive-in entrance. Not really a big deal.

We had an amazing stay! Upon entry, the condo was immaculately clean. There even was Hawaiian music playing from the TV. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). It was so nice to have the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler available for use; the kitchen was also stocked (though we don’t cook on vacation). Communication was great from the owners.
After staying on the Big Island for 9 days, we feel like this was one of the best locations on the island to stay. Having Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops walkable with plenty of restaurants and shopping was super convenient. The weather was 80 and sunny every day. A Bay and Lava Lava Beach Club are also walkable, though we tended to drive to those. A Bay is gorgeous; loved the beach and we rented stand up paddle boards easily there. We ate at Lava Lava for breakfast or dinner a few times. Downtown Kona is cute but more crowded and that’s where the cruise ships come in. We stopped in Hilo on our way back from Volcanoes National Park and there were homeless people everywhere so we were very glad we didn’t stay on that side of the island.
We walked to Island Java for coffee every morning. Loved it there! We also utilized the pool and fitness center in the neighborhood which was nice. If you are planning a trip to the Big Island, don’t hesitate to stay at this amazing condo.

We were celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th birthday and had been on the Big Island traveling around for the last week and a half. Our final destination was at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was perfect for both our families. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool. We easily walked to Wikoloa Beach and found all our cooking supplies at the market in the Queen's Shops. Our day at the Hilton was an extra special event for all of us. We weren't expecting all the fun things to do and it ended up being such a treat! What a wonderful way to end our journey in Hawaii!

We have stayed at WBV before in a 2 bed 2 bath. We like the WBV managers Theresa and Cynthia. When LUVA could not get a second parking pass, the WBV managers arranged something for us.
The condo is very comfortable, well equipped and maintained. It is clear this is a special place for the owners. LUVA gave us all the supplies we needed during our stay: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry sheets, etc. We bought more trash bags because we take it out every night.
We alerted LUVA to some issues with slow drains, lightbulbs out, but they were not urgent.
The microwave went out in the second week but their handy person was not able to come by. It was inconvenient to heat up the stove and wash pans but I will reach out to see if LUVA will offer some discount because it was offered but not available all the time.
Full supply of beach and snorkel equipment.
It was a wonderful time where we sailed flowers in the ocean for my mom's passing.
I'd rent this place again.

I was overall very pleased with my stay. The unit was very clean but does need a good rug cleaning. One of the reasons I chose this unit was the grill on the lanai, however it was inoperable for several weeks, although it was repaired. You might want to check and see who is responsible for checking on the grill, both gas tanks were empty and both burner units were rusted out and would have been very dangerous to use if there had been gas. Right now there is only one gas tank, no backup but it should be good for awhile. I would consider renting from you again. Thank you!

We had a nice stay in this ground floor condo. It was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for our Hawaii vacation. The gated community is safe and well kept-it was nice to park our rental car in the garage. There were several beach items available for use which was perfect-chairs, boogie boards, and more. It’s nice not to have to buy these things on arrival. The washer/dryer is essential too-although the washer might need a good cleaning (I’m sure it’s hard to maintain in a sandy humid environment). Loved our stay here and would book it again in the future.

Great views of the golf course, grounds of the complex are lovely and well kept. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools. The garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. My favorite thing about this condo is the location. Very quick walk to shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive to A-bay beach (10 minute walk) Both the Marriott and Hilton are in walking distance. We took advantage of a sunset whale watch leaving from A-bay. Location is 30 minute drive into Kona, 10 minute drive to Hāpuna beach. I highly recommend this condo!

Our rental was all we hoped for, and everyone at Kohala Coast Properties just added to our enjoyment. I had a couple of requests over our week, and each time someone was there to answer the phone, take our request make sure it was taken care of quickly.
The way a kitchen is equipped is a key indicator for me, and this kitchen not only had all the tools we needed, but also had a wide variety of plastic storage for our on-the-go food. Very comfortable living, for the time we spent there!

Had a great time. Second bedroom badly needs blackout blinds since outside the lights are on all night. Also, would be great if rentals only used Unscented laundry detergent. We didn't use anything but everything we brought smells like that gross detergent. Condo was otherwise great and in a good location. Try the Gypsea gelato in the Kimgs shops!!!

We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas before, these condos are in a great location close to A Bay, shopping, golf, enjoyable area for walking. The condo pool and grounds are immaculate. We loved C2 at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was my husband, our 25 yo daughter and me. The location was perfect for us - close to A-bay beach and the sleeping green sea turtles!! Also close to shops and restaurants. We liked being able to go for walks around the community as well. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches. We loved the location. The condo is tired. The results of many renters has taken its toll. For instance mismatched plates, not enough silverware , ice dispenser did not work, closets were stuffed with extra bedding, dishwasher broke, dark bedrooms(poor lighting), controls for ceiling fans/lights were not functioning, mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced, the blinds for sliding door were mismatched and missing slats(need to be replaced)
To be fair, everything that we spoke to Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties about was taken care of in a prompt manner. A new dishwasher was installed after week 1. The property manager was prompt and courteous. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and considerate.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived.
I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa. The space was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for our 3 adults and one 2-year-old. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. We had no issues with parking 2 cars (one in the garage and one in a visitor parking space with a parking pass). All of the facilities from the pool to the gym were great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area!
