We had a great stay in this condo--I really appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The condo was in an excellent location in the complex as it was on the end of the building. In addition the location in Waikoloa was excellent--close to restaurants, shopping & beaches. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and a dining table for 8 inside with another one on the patio. One thing I spent a lot of time shopping for was a unit with a BBQ on the patio of the unit and there is one advertised with this condo. Unfortunately, only half of it works so I think people should know this prior to booking.All in all we had a wonderful time staying in this unit & I wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

The unit has great views of the 3rd hole on the lakes course. Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised. We had a couple questions for the host and he answered them same day. The location is really excellent. The layout of the condo is really good for a small family and is nicely situated in the villa complex. The owner shared their vehicle with us and gave us use of beach things if we wanted to use them, which was very nice. The grounds of the villas are very clean and manicured. The shopping areas a block away were great. A short 10 min walk to a small beach. Several eating places close by and an expensive little grocery store. (The condo itself needs some maintenance, which I left a note for the cleaning service, don't know if it will get to the owner who lives on the mainland. The dishwasher didn't work very well and was quite corroded inside. Stove top surface wouldn't come clean, bulbs over the stove and bulbs over the BBQ did not work.)If we were ever to return to the Big Island, we would consider staying there again.The pool being close was great.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The place was fine. We have stayed at a multitude of places in the area, this location is great. The unit itself has a good layout. Unfortunately for us we thought the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was more comfortable. They could use more wine glasses (only 2), we had 3 adults booked. There are no signs about the elevator, so you don’t have to carry up your luggage or Costco run like we did. It’s fully stocked for the beach. The complex was lovely with 2 pools. The property manager was quick to respond. Maybe the next renters will get a cheese grater. Heads up the units AC is set to 72, if you need cooler, you pay for it. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

I can't recommend this place more, or the management! The place is clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything you can imagine including beach chairs, a rolling cart for the beach, beach umbrellas, ice chests, boogie boards & the list goes on. The Lanai was out favorite spot with a BBQ & views of the Golf course. It's a short walk to all the shops, grocery stores & restaurants in Queens & Kings Landing. Only a 15 min walk to the beach & Lava Lava beach club. Our favorite place on the Big Island so far. The management team is top notch. Book here, you won't be disappointed!

This was our first time in Waikoloa. We loved the area! Food and shopping options a couple minute walk away. The condo was spacious, had comfy beds, nice amenities, and high-end appliances. Check-out was easy and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Well equipped functional updated kitchen, comfortable spacious rooms, lots of windows providing views, privacy, well maintained complex... also appreciated the beach toys in the garage... especially the trolley. The Hilton passes were a nice bonus we utilized alot. We celebrated Christmas at this beautiful residence, many happy memories.

Great stay for me and my kids. Plenty of room, and a nice layout. Felt cozy and together, but everyone had their own space. We rented a large SUV which didn't fit in the garage, so finding parking during the holiday week was tricky, but we always found a spot. Walking to the market at Queens marketplace was huge. The kids loved the pool at the complex, although we did use the Hilton passes a few times. Condo was well stocked, we had everything we needed as far as cutlery, plates, etc. We didn't cook in the condo, but it seemed there was plenty of options for that. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the condo hasn't been updated in a while, but everything is functional and fine. We lovingly referred to it as "Grammy's place", because it felt like we were staying at a relatives condo. I mean that in the best way :) We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the big island. Convenient and close to things, but still a little respite.

Leilani Kei (H4) is exactly what is written by others from the reviews and pictures. A Beautiful, clean condo with comfy beds and pillows that had nice quality sheets. An extremely well stocked kitchen with oil & spices for making our delicious dinners. Great selection of utensils and cookware too. The art throughout the home represented the island’s history and added pleasure to our time when we were home. There is a regular coffee maker & an electric tea kettle. There is also a rice cooker there. We appreciated the water filter pitcher in the fridge which we used daily for clean water. We had 2 families, so the downstairs bedroom worked great for me and my husband with our own bathroom. Upstairs, our daughter and husband had their own bed, bathroom and lanai. The teens shared a bed and had their own bathroom which gave everyone their own space. If the owner ever wanted to change things, I would suggest putting 2 twin beds instead of a queen, but it was fine! We had some frustration trying to figure out the TV in the downstairs bedroom which is not a smart TV, but we figured it out. The main TV was very good. I suggest to add more beach towels to your inventory, there were 3 and 3 fabric mats. But, the manager, Adriana came to our rescue with 3 of her own beach towels. Thank Adriana! We loved sitting in the patio with a gorgeous view of the lush grounds. The condo is less than a 1 minute walk to the pool/hot tub & great BBQ area. Great trip! Mahalo, Jenny

The property location is nice and amenities were as expected. We had some issues with bugs in the unit which is not unusual in the islands, but the property manager sent out pest control right away to treat the unit. I would suggest having the unit treated more often.

Beautiful condo, very clean, in a quiet, and friendly community. Loved the lanai. Shops are super close, you can walk to the beach, or a great restaurant. That being said, we found everything we could possibly need to make a great meal in the kitchen. They also have all the beach gear you need for adults, as well as kids!

We had a wonderful stay at J32 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient - right across from a grocery store, food court, and several shops, which made day to day planning so easy.The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and the views were absolutely gorgeous. We loved looking out over the golf course and mountains - it was peaceful and scenic. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we really appreciated that there was an abundance of dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels. Not having to worry about basic supplies was a big plus.The balcony quickly became our favorite spot. It featured a cozy sofa, a built in grill, and a dining table that we used for both breakfasts and dinners while watching golfers pass by. It was the perfect place to unwind.We had one minor maintenance request during our stay, and it was addressed immediately, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We truly enjoyed our time at J32 and would absolutely return.

The condo was in the perfect location and had a wonderful view, but a lot of the appliances did not work well. The microwave, oven, and hair dryer were terrible quality and not useable. We also had ants and I called and emailed about them and never got a response. Every condo in Hawaii is great, but this wasn't my favorite, unfortunately.

Our family had a wonderful stay. I was initially concerned with condo being on 3rd level but there is a convenient elevator nearby. We also enjoyed having an outdoor grill on the lanai. It made grilling very fast and convenient. We would stay again.
