Our family of 4 enjoyed this villa thanks to the close proximity to beaches, shops, the Marriott’s luau and A-Bay and Lava Lava! Our boys were entertained for hours by the pool table. Beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen.

We had two families including 4 kids ranging in age from 1 to 14. This place was perfect for our group. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. The Hilton pass was also a plus. The older guys really enjoyed playing pool and watching tv on the huge tv in the living room. Some of the tile could use some TLC and carpeting is always tough to keep clean with families and beach time. The location is top notch. We loved walking right across the street to the Queens Market. Thank you for the awesome stay.

Wow! This stay was more than amazing! Super clean, spacious, organized, easy to get in, secured, beautiful views even just outside the sliding door. The pool there was pretty nice and relaxing. I love how this stay came with the Hilton pool pass, we deff took advantage and i love that it was such a close drive away. We loved that every room had a tv as well. Made it fun for the kiddos. We also loved that we had access to all the beach equipment that was needed to spend the day at the beach without having to go out and purchase anything. Thank you for the fast communication as well. Accidentally lost the email with our information to get in but they called back in seconds and provided all the information. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location can’t be beat within the Waikoloa Resort area. Close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Being right next to the property pool was especially fun for the kids. The property has everything you need from pool/beach toys to the wagon which we used a lot. Games, books, tvs in every room and pack/play high chair/booster for little ones. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and tools. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas Condo. Our condo’s location to all that is available on the Big Island was perfect. Close to the activities, shopping was within walking distance, easy access to all resort activities, resturants and the highway to be able to see all the sites on the Big Island of Hawaii. The location was key to us enjoying the area of Waikoloa. Quiet area at the front of the resort with the ability to walk to shopping and restaurants with great Wifi, TV’s and a pool table which the kids enjoyed. Location, location, location made for an enjoyable and satisfying stay.

This was our first ever stay in a Vrbo, so it's hard to compare it to any other place. This was our 3rd time on the Big Island. To start, the homeowners, Lars and Sherry were very responsive throughout the process. Check in was very easy, as the cleaning service was just leaving as we arrived. The property is beautiful, inside and out and conveniently located across the street from the Queens Marketplace, where you can find just about anything you'll need on vacation, including a Starbucks. We had one minor issue with the air conditioning, as it was programmed to be a bit warmer then we prefer, but it was quickly remedied by contacting the property manager, who seems to be able to control the thermostat off-site. The townhouse comes with access to the pools and property at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, (1 mile away) which we used quite a bit. The pool at the residence is beautiful and quiet. If you're planning on using the fitness facility at the Hilton, they charge an extra fee of $20/day. I'd highly recommend Fitness Forever in Waikoloa instead, for the same fee. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom, with a king-size bed. The mattress felt pretty worn, and should probably be replaced. There is a washer/dryer on the second floor, which made it easy to pack light. There is a pool table on the first floor, which got some use. It could use a little more room though, making some shots more difficult than they needed to be. All in all, a fantastic stay!

Two families, with five people, stayed here. There was plenty of space. The place was clean and comfortable. The Hilton Pool pass was a nice addition. One of the teens needed to sleep on the pull out and he said it was comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; it was a bit saggy in places.

This was the perfect location for us. Being in a house where older teens could sprawl out was much better than a hotel stay, but with all the perks of being able to use the Hilton pools. I do wish the property pool would have been open later than 9pm but otherwise perfect.

Loved everything about this property! The Hilton pool passes, shopping, restaurants (especially the island gourmet grocery store’s prepared sushi and poke bowels and the açaí bowels and coffee at island vintage coffee- we went to both of these establishments daily during our stay. The house was very clean and in an excellent location to many local sites. My adult children and Hubby also give it a 5 star rating!

Wow, what a place!
It felt like staying at a hotel with all the convenience and comfort of home.
There was plenty of space in the condo for all of our family to sit together or take some time out for privacy. It's decorated beautifully as well and is stocked with lots of little things to make your stay on the island super easy.
The location is wonderful too. The Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is beautiful and the condo is situated directly opposite to one of the shared pools and hot tub. My parents loved waking up for 8am and walking across the lanai for a morning swim.
Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place, it's given us memories we'll treasure.

These accommodations was just what we were looking for! Pictures seen was exactly what we got and we were comfortable accommodated all of us. Accommodations were accessible to everything we needed, not feeling like we needed to even have to leave we could just enjoy. However groceries did seem cheaper in neighbouring village not far like a 15 min drive which I feel would be worth it cost wise.
Everything you needed for the beach was there. The response time from owners was quick when needed. Thank you so much for making our stay with you so memorable! A must stay again!!

The property is awesome, in a nice gated neighborhood with a pool a few steps away. The house was plenty big with enough room for our group of 7. On site there were beach chairs, snorkels, along with coolers and other water and beach toys. The Hilton pool pass is a huge bonus as well and we spent alot of our time there. The only minor downsides of this property were the AC being limited to 74*. If you run hot or come from somewhere cooler this may affect your comfort level while inside. The washer is also extremely loud, which we found out our first night after our daughter went to bed. Other than those things the property was perfect for our group. We would not hesitate coming back for another vacation.

This is a wonderful property. It is as described on the website and met or exceeded all of our expectations. The location directly across from Queen's Market makes it very convenient. Additionally, having ready access to the saddle road makes getting to Hilo and the volcanoes much easier. Having the Hilton pool pass was a huge plus. The pools and lagoon at the Hilton are a must visit. The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 7. The pool table was used regularly and a big hit with everyone. I would gladly return for a future visit.

Sorry it’s taken so long to write this review! Life has been busy. We had an amazing stay here! Anything and everything we needed was included. It was myself, my husband, 2 boys and both of our mothers. The grandmas essentially had their own rooms and bathrooms! The place was bigger than I imagined. While our sons are 11 and 13 there was a closet that was full of all little baby/kid things. such as baby gates, high chairs, etc.. I thought that was a nice touch for families. My boys personally loved the pool table! The garage was packed full of all fun beach toys, shoes, chairs, etc… it was nice to have a garage to park in too! The pool had just been redone so we had a brand new pool right out of our back door!! We used the Hilton passes for a few days too! The bbq was great, short walking distance to all the shops. Queens market was awesome for dinners and icecream 😊 the owner’s recommendations were right on. I think we did most of them! We had one hiccup of our code not working to get in the door and we were answered right away which was perfect. They let us do an early check in too. Overall, all positives, you’ll love this place! Thank you so much for such a memorable trip!

Sherry and Lars place was amazing. Beautiful and the place matched the photos. My mother in law Marie was so so happy and we celebrated her 80th birthday at Browns Beach (Fairmont Orchid) Wow what a setting at sunset. We also drove to Waipio Valley Lookout, and stopped at the “cutest fruit stand in the world” blue hut. Surreal - Amazing
Shari also included a PDF which was so so helpful. I loved the morning beach walk with Starbucks in hand from Marriott to the Hilton. We loved our night snorkel with the giant mantas …. A must !!!

We also loved grabbing lunch at Jacks Beach (at four seasons) when we landed at 11:30 and it was too early to check in.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property with my family of 7 including our 1 year old daughter. The townhome itself is beautiful and appointed with all we needed for our stay. We also rented a crib, beach cart and walker from BabyQuip and they were able to arrange drop off to our rental before we arrived. All the rooms slept us comfortably and bathrooms were nice and clean upon arrival. The grounds of waikoloa beach villas is immaculate and conveniently located next to a lot of shopping and A-bay beach. The Hilton pool passes was a huge plus to bring our daughter and rest of the family. Also the garage was stocked with all the beach necessities! So check out what’s in there before renting gear. We love the big island and will definitely look for this rental for our next visit.

Loved the location! The house was perfect with a fully equipped kitchen. The kids loved the Hilton pool pass! It was about a 5 minute drive but it was great to get a parking pass and pool pass. We would definitely stay there again when we revisit the Big Island.

The Villa was immaculate and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. It’s conveniently located across the street from Queen’s shopping center. The garage had everything we needed for the beach. There were many beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkel gear in the garage. The owner sent a list of recommendations for activities around the island and we did most of the activities on the list. All the recommendations made this one of the best and relaxing vacations we ever had. We will definitely stay here again.

we split our trip in half with hilo and Waikoloa and that provided for a great well rounded experience. The home is beautiful, well appointed, with everything needed and in great shape. Communication with owner was top notch. There happened to be construction during our visit that was well notified with loads of options, and made us walk 3 whole minutes to the "other" pool, vs the 30 seconds to closer one. :) A very minor inconvenience. home came with 6 passes to Hilton resort which was fantastic as well. the lagoon was by far our preference vs the 4 pools which were crowded and loud vs the lagoon which was increadible and much more relaxed. something for everyone. Queens market across st with 4-5 restaurants and live music was great, and kings was just 3 minutes farther away (walking). We would happily stay again and enjoyed the time immensly.

We had a wonderful stay here for four nights.
The good:
- Unit was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located.
- The owner recommended a list of a lot of great places to go for dining, places to go, and things to do. We referenced this list quite a bit.
Opportunities for improvement:
- Property management can do a better job at cleaning. We found food and other items under one of the beds and between the bed and night stand.
- Futon in the loft area damaged/falling apart. Works fine for seating, but not for sleeping.
- Edges of carpets worn. Not a big deal, but can be a bit uncomfortable if stepped on the wrong way.
Lastly, I would still have rated 5-stars for the stay even with what was mentioned above. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to the property management company having entered the unit without prior notice nor permission in the middle of our stay. The reason was to drop off some beach gear - except we didn't request it. It was requested by a unit at another property under their management. (same unit #, different property/complex). It was very unnerving to return from exploring the island only to find that someone(s) had entered the unit without any notice/permission.

This property was perfectly sized for our group of six and came with everything needed for our stay. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, and appliances. Also, the availability of beach umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler was a nice touch.
Check-in was easy with no problems, and the property was cleaned well. I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this house. My favorite thing about it was the complex pool was heated. So many of these places here assume because you are in Hawaii that you don’t need to heat the pool and in most places we have been to it is freezing and no one wants to go in. The Hilton passes were great but the pool there was so cold my nephews were turning blue. Great location to the pool although parking can be tight. But overall one of our favorite homes here.

We loved everything about the condo - we had plenty of space for everyone (four adults and two kids/teens), the beds and sofa were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was impossible to beat. This was the perfect home away from home as we alternated between relaxing and exploring the island. Last but certainly not least, the day passes to the Hilton pools were the biggest hit of the trip (at least for the kids and the seniors). We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Hawaii. Great place and really enjoyed the passes to the pools. The pool next to the home was great too. The only thing that would have made it better is having more pool sticks that can use. There was only two that could use that had tips, one small and one big stick. Otherwise there was more than enough space for the whole family. We received great service when there wasn’t enough towels. Towels was dropped off same day. Would rent again for sure. Thanks everyone!

This is a lovely place to stay with everything close at hand. The local pool is just steps away. The Queen's Market is a quick walk across the street for nice shops and restaurants. The home is roomy and we all slept comfortably. Sitting outside and watching the moon come up was a favorite experience. The Barbecue came in handy when we wanted to do a quick meal and the pool-table was entertaining despite the limited cues and the tricky maneuvering around the windows behind us. The Hilton pool pass was an added bonus and we loved it! We traveled on the tram and the boat to see the whole property and enjoyed swimming in different pools. Plus having a beverage poolside was wonderful. We will recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

This house had plenty of room for our active family. TVs were in every room. The pool is a close stroll from house and super kid friendly. Queens and Kings village with restaurants and stores are close. A few of towels and toys for the beach were left in the garage. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with griddle or waffle maker as promised and dishwasher broke at the start of our 10 day stay with no repair. Hilton pass for 6 people was a nice addition, and you are close to an amazing selection of beaches to visit. We would definitely go back. Thanks!

Location, location, location!!!
We only had 2 adults and 1 kid on this trip. We would absolutely want to rent this property again. Every thing was so nice and so clean. Proximity to pool, shopping, beach, etc. was great!

The townhouse was spacious, clean, and in a great quiet location. It is walking distance to shops and eateries and a short drive to the beach. It included swim passes to the Hilton pool for those that like to hang out at the pool. There's also a small pool just around the corner if you don't want to drive to the Hilton. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, and coolers available for beach use.

The unit had all the amenities that I am accustomed to at home. With great sunlight through the many windows it was always bright and open. The rooms are a good size and the living space is well laid out for a family of 7. Have long only a 10 sec walk to the pool was very convenient. Only good things to say about the place. Well enjoyed. And I will be back again soon!

We just returned from 12 days at this lovely condo. It was our first time to the Big Island (we've been to the other islands many times before), and we lucked out finding this gem. We stayed in this unit with another young family (total of 4 adults and 4 kids) and the unit was just perfect for us. Extremely spacious, large kitchen and dining table for 8, big bedrooms, lots of bathrooms... plenty of space for everyone. The property feels new, clean, relaxing, and has great light being a corner unit with huge windows. Everyone loved the pool table, and the sunny outdoor patio with BBQ and a lovely little garden area for the kids to play, only steps to a fantastic pool & hot tub that we used everyday. The bonus upstairs porch was great for sneaking in a quiet afternoon nap.
We took the owner's advice and explored a number of great nearby beaches (A Bay, Beach 69, Hapuna), hiked in the Pololo Valley, tried surfing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat, and spent more than a couple nights enjoying a sunset happy hour at the Lava Lava Club down the street on the beach. Have nothing but great things to say about this condo and the location. We will definitely be back!
