The space was very comfortable and nice for my family. The unit had a well stalked kitchen with everything you would need as well as a one car garage with plenty of snorkel gear, towels and even two bikes to ride around. The nearby A-beach was amazing and we enjoyed a nice dinner on the beach at the Lava, Lava Club. This place has it all and is centrally located to many great beaches and wonderful shopping!

This property was just what we were looking for when we stayed here last year. When we decided to return to Waikoloa, this property was our first call. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner provided a golf discount which saved us a considerable amount of money. When we had questions, the property manager responded very quickly.

Awesome place. Safe, clean, great amenities and tons of gear for activities. Right near queens market and kings shops, restaurants, bars and the condo was right on the golf course. Both the property manager and owners were super responsive and helped with anything questions we had. Also near some great beaches! 100% would recommend.

We totally enjoyed out stay. The Villas is a quiet, beautiful property with beautiful landscaping and views of the golf course. Just a short walk to the pool/hot tub.
We had everything we needed for the beach.
We didn't use the oven or the stove, but used the grill on the lanai.
We couldn't figure out the ice maker so used small plastic containers to put in the freezer to make ice for our coolers on beach days.
I would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a fantastic location and had a lot of beach gear available to use. The only issue is that while the unit does have AC, it was locked at 75 and we could not make it any lower, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing anywhere.

We loved this property. Due to my husbands cardiac condition i cook most of our meals. This kitchen had everything. It was stocked with many seasonings,evoo, balsamic vinegar and so on. I think people leave what they have leftover for the next guest. Host were very easy to work with. Pool was great. I used the gym several times and if worked out well for what i needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off. Would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villa condo and will definitely book again. We had everything we needed; beds were new and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked which allowed us to cook many delicious meals, there were plenty of beach items to available, the property and home were very accessible for our party who had some mobilty limitations. Chris and Stuart were very responsive throughout and helped us out with something in particular that we needed. You can tell that this condo was cared for by the owners. Thank you Chris and Stuart.

We love this beautiful place, so well appointed! The owners are generous with so much equipment we could even take our grandkids to the beach and found beach toys in the garage along with chairs, bikes, boogie boards and anything else we might dream up.

We were lucky to snag a few days here over the holidays. We were already familiar with this area and we were very pleased with this condo. The condo is roomy and comfortable with lots of local style. The owners clearly love this place and love sharing their recommendations (in no less than three binders on the bookshelf). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well-appointed, with everything you’d need, including clips to hang up wet swimsuits. We also appreciated the very well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill area. On top of all that, the one-car garage has coolers, bags, snorkeling equipment, two bicycles and more. The condo is in a very quiet and well maintained setting, on a golf course and about a six minute walk from shops, a grocery store and more. The beach is a bit further, but you pretty much need a car on the Big Island anyway, so you can choose which beach to go to. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We were 3 women attending a 3-day wedding extravaganza in the Mauna Lani resort and this condo suited our needs very well. condo is sheltered and cool so we didn't need the AC. patio looks out in golf course. very well equipped although we didn't need to cook. the pool area and grounds are beautiful. also a good little fitness area. super cool to walk to dinner and shopping at Queens and Kings centers.

We had a nice stay in this unit. It was clean and had everything you could ever need. We especially loved all the beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrellas etc. Great location. Only downfall, which is my fault for not checking, is there has clearly been an animal/animals in the unit which triggered my daughters asthma.

Place was located in a wonderful spot with a great sunset beach walking distance. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect Hawaiian vacation… guide books, bicycles, blender, coffee maker, large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, beach towels/mats/chairs, coolers of various sizes, beach bags and backpacks. All you really need to pack is a few clothes and swim suit.

Just a wonderful stay. The position of the unit was at the end with a golf course view. Host provided everything that you need including easy instructions for the TV, internet, etc. We appreciated that they had different sizes of coolers to bring to the beach along with a HUGE assortment of LARGE beach towels. Had a great stay. Have stayed in this complex a few times and unit was clean and well stocked with everything (and more) that we needed. Plenty of beach toys and towels. Amazing property with everything you basically need from cooking appliances, coolers, water toys and the list goes on and on. The Waikoloa area itself is beautiful and the property is well maintained and just amazing for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and it was so nice to bbq outside with a golf course for a backyard. Definitely would look to staying here again on our next trip to Big Island.

This home is the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have also done an amazing job of labeling and providing notes for various things around the home. The views, particularly of the golf course from the back patio and the garage are stunning. Our boys loved the property and the huge sectional and TV in the living room. If we’re ever back to the Big Island, we will definitely rebook this condo. I loved the first floor access, roominess of the entire condo, pool, parking, easy access to queens market. We were a party of 4 with 2 teens, and they loved their room with twins and own bathroom. The king mattress was very comfortable. Thank you!

This condo was ideal for my family's needs and beautiful to boot. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 and had more kitchen amenities than any VRBO we've every stayed in. The snorkeling and beach gear in the garage were incredibly helpful during our trips to the nearby A-Bay and Black Sand beach. The nearby Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops were great too, though short-staffed restaurants made a few dinners tricky. Thankfully the markets had great take-away options.

This was our second stay here, and the condo is one of the best equipped that we've ever stayed at...not only does it have everything one could want or need (and more: seriously, just bring your toiletries and clothes, you won't need to bring any beach gear or really anything else, and shop after you check out the spices, condiments, etc that are already there), but on top of that all of the kitchen appliances, knives, dishware, etc. is all of superior quality. Hubby wants a blender like the one here....the place is better equipped than our kitchen at home. The pool (one of two in the complex, but closest to the unit) is lovely, and I spent several afternoons there. Great location for those who want to be near the action in Waikoloa. Having a grill and outdoor kitchen on the patio is a big perk that can't be found at many condos in the area.
The garage is on the small side, and of course there is a lot of gear and beach stuff, and bicycles in there. We had a standard size SUV (Ford Edge) and while we had to watch what we were doing entering and exiting the garage, it worked. I do like having a garage to keep the car cool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Waikoloa Beach villa. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and organization of the villa and it shows. This was our first visit to the Big Island and we liked this location on the Kohala Coast a lot-the weather was consistently around 80 degrees with a nice breeze and it was always pleasant on the lanai. We enjoyed using the bikes for early morning rides around the neighborhood and to A-Bay and we used the beautiful pool and spa each afternoon. It was very convenient to have a market directly across the street from the villa and the sushi and pre-packaged salads were surprisingly good. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the villa and they were so friendly and nice. You really can't go wrong with a stay here on this beautiful coast!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It is a very nice place in a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the birds and Golfers! Very relaxing. Beds comfortable, Clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach for families as well as Seniors. Nice pool /hot tub area. This condo is amazing! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation rental. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had every kind of utensil you would need for cooking or barbecuing including spices. The garage had bikes, beach gear, ice chests, snorkel gear, everything you would need for the beach was available to use in their garage. The Puako condo is fantastic and we’re already planning a return trip! This is a special VRBO; very well equipped in every way - kitchen, garage, beach amenities, games/books and so much more. Chris and Stuart, as well as their on-island contact, were quick to respond to all of our questions and offer insider-tips for island attractions. We were delighted to stay in this lovely, spacious condo. The decor was beautifully done in a tropical theme with many fun artistic effects and paintings as well as quite a collection of exotic seashells. The furniture is attractive and very comfortable. We slept better in their king sized bed than at home. The beautiful kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything you could want and with such an organizational pattern. There are wonderful books about Hawaii and great snorkeling info including directions. Chris and Stuart were quick to answer any questions we had. We had no problem issues. Being on the ground floor kept the condo cooler even with air conditioning off. Thank you, Chris and Stuart!

The pictures and description are spot on! Beautiful breeze on the Lanai, nice view, very clean, quiet and definitely fully stocked. Great communication from owners and very they were very helpful when we ran into a snag with our flight. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, and everything worked. This is an absolutely lovely unit. Nearly every VRBO I've stayed at has something missing -- the furniture feels cheap, the kitchen is missing basics like measuring cups or salt, there's no laundry, etc. This unit has set the standard for all other units. It's wonderfully and tastefully furnished. It's comfortable. It's amazingly well-stocked with kitchen appliances, gadgets, beach towels, pool noodles, Kleenex, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, spices, a wireless laser printer, a guitar and ukulele, you name it. The owners have marked everything so it's easy to find, and everything in the unit is of top quality. The location is terrific, walkable to the Waikoloa Beach shops, and easy access to both Kona and the north shore. The owners were terrifically responsive, providing rapid, detailed answers to the few questions we had about how to find things in the unit.
That said, I always try to find at least one criticism of every unit when I leave a review. This one was tough - there was really nothing to criticize. The only thing I could come up with is that the shower in the master bathroom has a pebbled floor that is uncomfortable to stand on for long periods of time. Otherwise, that's all I can think of. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we're on the island!

I have stayed in many rentals but this one was way above the rest. The house was impeccably clean and had every appliance, tool and supply one could imagine (blender, electric tea kettle, goggles for cutting onions! Shampoo, conditioner and bath salts! The list could go on and on!). There was also everything one needs for the beach - chairs, umbrella, goggles, boogie boards, bikes, cooler bags, and more. We were so impressed at the organization and thoughtfulness. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was very quiet, we never heard noise from other condos. We loved sitting on the lanai for our meals with the lovely view of the golf course and palm trees. The location is wonderful, walking distance to shops and a close drive to incredibly gorgeous beaches. The complex is very well cared for, with beautiful plants and flowers. My daughter loved the pool. We had to leave to go to another rental and we were all heartbroken to leave this one.

Chris and Stuart's condo in Waikoloa was amazing. There is not one thing for your vacation that you could think of or want that they have not already anticipated: great beds and high quality linens, tasteful decor, coock's equipped kichen, and every single beach or outdoors item or toy you can imagine. Unlike so many rentals, it felt like a home, a really gorgeous one with thoughtful touches everywhere. We loved it and can't wait to return.

Great stay for our family (two adults, two kids). Owners are communicative and accommodating (no grief or guilt about checking in a bit early). Exceptionally well equipped with kitchen equipment, bedding, beach gear, and entertainment options. (It's also the only place I've stayed where the housekeeper/property manager didn't toss kitchen items from earlier guests, which is *hugely* appreciated. I wish other places would do the same!)
Things like the pools and views at Waikoloa Beach Villas aren't on the same level is that are at, say, Hali'i Kai on the other side of the resort, but when factoring in price, the value here is tough to beat indeed. Hard to find anything to complain about here. Would absolutely book again.

Wonderful condo. We were immediately impressed by the luxury - they named it well. The owners are especially attentive to detail and we kept noticing perfectly appointed details around the home. Beauty of the inside, beauty of the location. It smelled great, the kitchen had everything, the master bath was magnificent, they had wonderful beach supplies for us to use, an Alexa for us to play with. I enjoyed breakfast with my novel in the morning on the patio overlooking the golf course. We grilled up the freshly caught fish there in the evening for dinner. Separate beds for my adult kids in the second bedroom. Automatic color-changing nightlights in the bathrooms - What more can I say?
