The condo was beautiful and we had room enough for the 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The view and amenities were excellent. AC would have been a plus but we were able to have a breeze with all the windows and doors. We had the best time.

The view was fabulous. It was nice having the many amenities available at the complex.The grills for guests to use were very clean.The property is a little outdated and could use a freshening up, but overall it was comfortable and spacious enough for a group of 4 adults.It was understood by the listing that post-covid, there wouldn't really be anything in the kitchen other than dishes and cookware, which is fine since we usually buy our own spices and pantry items.I was wishing there would have been foil, plastic wrap and those sorts of products available as have always been in every rental I've ever stayed at.But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with panoramic ocean views that took our breath away. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony and the sunset with a glass of wine was pure magic.The condo itself was near spotless, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to beach chairs, body boards, and even a cooler for day trips. The bed was super comfortable, and the sound of the waves at night made for the most peaceful sleep.The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed snorkeling with sea turtles and even spotted many whales in the distance! It’s close to great restaurants, local shops, and scenic drives along the coast. The property amenities, including the pool, grills, and lush landscaping, were top-notch and well-maintained.The only minor downside was that both bathroom blinds could use replacement, and the master bath window overlooking the ocean needed a good cleaning on the outside. These were small issues and didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience.If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in Maui, this condo is the ideal choice. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We loved our stay (my family from Denver and me from San Diego). I have a timeshare at Sands of Kahana and was there two weeks prior to moving to the three bedroom. I was only disappointed about the fact that there was not much notice (the day before I moved in) that you didn’t supply salt and pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, washing machine detergent, trash bags of paper products. I was told “we’re not a timeshare”. It was difficult to find two weeks’ worth of detergent; I could have brought things from home if I had notice. Salt , pepper, detergent and coffee filters are basic items in any rental unit. Luckily some items were left behind by previous tenants. Otherwise we loved it and are coming back the same time next year!

It was a wonderful week at the beach! Our hosts were great and had anything we could want for our stay already provided in the condo - beach accessories, well stocked kitchen, plenty of fans and Alexa’s in several rooms. Check in and check out were easy and there is a concierge desk that can help you find things to do. The unit is even nicer in person with an unbelievable view!

Third time to Maui, first time in a vacation rental. Stayed in this unit with our 3 kids (14,17 and 25) and our daughter’s husband. The good: The layout was nice because our daughter had her own separate space on the upper level. The view from the penthouse lanai (9th floor) never disappointed. The proximity to the beach below was great. Lots of snorkel gear available for use and the property was closely located to other beaches and shopping. The not-so-good: Master bathroom shower and toilet area has seen better days, the stackable washer/dryer was very small for washing the large beach towels, the lanai gets very dirty and wet as it has no cover from roof runoff, the main windows have poorly installed or deteriorating tint film that really detracts from the indoor view, the penthouse gets very warm, the lanai could've maybe used an umbrella, a vacuum for the sand would’ve been helpful, resort activities cost extra if you are booking with app platforms and lastly, the communication to the host was not great…we communicated some uncleanliness upon check-in as well as broken appliances and a response (without resolution) was received 5 days later. Did we have a good time anyway? Yes! Will we stay at SoK again? Likely. Would we choose this unit again? Unfortunately probably not.

So many things made it special: the perfectly stocked kitchen, the great view of the ocean, the lanai, lovely leis and fresh flowers greeted us, Ryan’s accommodating and personable service (on-island caretaker), and the beautiful, and comfortable decor. Well maintained property with plenty of space for me, my husband, an elderly mother. Apartment was well stocked. Amazing views of lana’i and some nice sunsets. Very quick response from property management to minor issue. Be aware that second bedroom does not really have an accessible window so the air conditioner must be used for airflow. Would recommend.

We enjoyed this condo so much! The views from both balconies were spectacular! The space was very large for the two of us and honestly we spent more time on the balconies when we were in the room. We loved the location, the kitchen was extremely organized and clean. The only complaint we have is that we had to go home! We will definitely be back one day. The mattress could use an upgrade but at the end of the day it didn’t matter so much.

The location was convenient, but there were several issues during our stay. We noticed cockroaches in the room as well as insects in the pantry, where some food items were expired.The bathroom also had a problem with the toilet flush — it only worked in one direction, otherwise the water kept running.Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep need serious improvement.

Fast check-in after our long travel was much appreciated.Very clean and well-stocked kitchen with everything you need (you would be hard-pressed NOT to find anything you needed) They thought of everything down to beach chairs, floats and coolers (which we put to good use during our road trips!) There are not enough good things I could say about this property. Everything was perfect… the location, the view out the window, the proximity to a private beach. The unit was clean, airy, bright and spacious. Management was a dream to deal with, and the maintenance crew was prompt and attentive. I would go back to Maui in a heartbeat, just so I could stay here again

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We poured over where to stay and finally decided this was the place. We chose wisely. This condo checked all our boxes and met every expectation we had. It was clean, the views were absolutely stunning, the resort was quiet, great beach access. On-site restaurant was convenient and delicious. Other dining options were all very close. The condo had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive when a very minor entirely incidental issue cropped up with an HVAC unit and it was taken care of by their team on the island promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a fantastic oceanfront experience on Maui. It was a perfect trip for us.

This was a wonderful condo to rent for myself, husband, 3-year-old, and parents. It's in an awesome location, on a beautiful beach with super clear and warm water and soft sand. The views from the unit are INSANE and unobstructed. It comes equipped with everything you need, including basic spices and supplies for cooking, beach towels, toys, and chairs, and plenty of linens and towels. They ask that you keep the AC to no lower than 74 degrees and it does get hot, but there are multiple fans throughout the unit. Access to the pool and hot tub were also extremely nice. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and would give it five stars across the board! The location was perfect - central to everything we wanted to do in Maui which made getting around so easy. The property itself had more than enough to keep everyone entertained. While we didn’t use all of the resort amenities, we did enjoy the pool, games room, and restaurant, all of which were great.The actual unit was way bigger than we expected, with plenty of space for our family of four. The views were absolutely spectacular and something we looked forward to every single day. The place is beautiful calm and relaxing, oceanfront. We had the sliding doors and windows open all the time. It was just absolutely beautiful. Just a few suggestions it will be nice to have a welcome basket with tropical fruit and a bottle of wine. The way it shows send you pictures. It would be nice to have nicer beach towels, more bath towels in the bathrooms and Coffee.

They do fall short on controlling Mother Nature, so if you are looking for that feature you might want to talk to someone with a higher power. But if you want someone that cares, Epic is a great choice.

We had an amazing stay. It started from the day we booked this. The owner reached out immediately to give us some inside scoop on the area, restaurants, what to get and not get at Costco, you name it. They are totally engaged with their guests. The condo is even nicer than the pictures. We had 7 adults and we were never on top of each other. The beach was right there, you’d hear the ocean and best of all, see the turtles swimming by! We cooked a lot, they have anything you’d need. The complex was clean, very well maintained and parking is covered and close to the elevator. It was easy to get a beach lounger or pool, but if you go to another beach there were backpack chairs to use. I’d stay here over a resort any day! We hope to go back!!
