I highly recommend this property. It is quiet, just off the beach and an amazing view.The main road has portions that aren't really walkable, however everything is a very short drive away. Parking around Kihei was never an issue.Again. Great property/Great Experience

Overall, the place was great for our stay. Furnishings seem out dated but were still nice. Some of the finishings upstairs were lacking and seemed rushed; the trim worked was not complete and as a person that pays attention to detail, this was something I noticed everyday.

My daughter stayed with you for more than 4 weeks. Everybody was very helpful and kind. Check-in was all online and worked out easily with no problems... even when she was needing the room one day earlier. Everything was clean and she was able to cook easy meals by herself. Location is absolutely great, only footsteps from a nice park, the beach and the shopping mile. We highly recommend your place to everyone. It was just perfect with laundry room, gym and even a nice swimmingpool.

This was a very clean condo. Advertised photos were accurate. It was warm upon arrival, but cooled down after opening the windows and screen door (late May). There are ceiling fans in each room and two portable floor fans. The furnishings on the deck are comfortable with a great view. The complex is very well maintained with a clean pool and nice staff.

This lovely home was as advertised, and then some. Convenient location, comfortable and attractive living, fantastic views and perhaps the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever visited. I hate to spoil the surprise you will get on your first night in this wonderful condo but the sunset views from the lanai are absolutely spectacular! Get yourself a bottle of wine and let Maui treat you to an nearly hour long light show that will delight and captivate you every single night!The location is also great! We traveled the island but no place felt more comfortable than Kihei. It's laid back, convenient, close to multiple great beaches and restaurants. It is also pretty central so day trips to other parts of the island are easy.The park between the condo and the beach is a wonderful asset. Nearby pickleball and tennis courts or just a walk in the soft grass to the beach are at your disposal. The tiny beach at the end of the park is almost like a private beach for condo residents. It was never crowded. It gets rocky fast so it is not really a swimming beach but it is great for hanging out and wading.The little air conditioner wasn't enough for the back bedroom but opening the windows at night cooled things down nicely. We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely stay there again!

My husband and I brought our 2 adult children ages 20 & 22 to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation before she goes on to grad school. It was a perfect week with weather, activities and dining. We loved the location of the condo and how close to beach it was. We enjoyed walking down in the evening and hearing the waves. Pool and hot tub nice after a long day of hiking. People were friendly and very informative on things to do and places to eat. We will be back for our 4th visit to Maui!

We had 2 couples staying in our he condo. We loved the location, short drive to some great restaurants and activities. The ocean views were amazing. It was also well stocked with beach gear and in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here for a small family or just a couple.

This one bedroom condo has gorgeous ocean views including the sunset from the balcony! Everything was fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom linens, towels, laundry, and tonnes of beach toys! The space was perfect for three of us. Plenty of fans helped to cool the place down. Location is great and central to many beaches and activities.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Enough room for our family of 5. The living room couch was perfect for 2 little kids. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for cooking. There are even some board games such as UNO that kept our kids busy between pool and the beach. The lanai is huge with enough seating for big family. The location of the condo is convenient for getting around Maui and visiting various beaches.
