We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of extras that made for an excellent holiday. The owner let us check in early and leave late which we really appreciated. The pool, recreation area, and grounds are lovely as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Everything was absolutely perfect stocked with all things necessary for a beautiful time. We stayed last year and came back because it met our needs and we were pleasantly surprised by new floors and furniture this year. The hosts were amazing and communication was awesome. Excellent location, watched whales breach and tail slap, located close to a grocery store for cooking supplies (easy to cook/clean with upgraded appliances), great proximity to Princeville airport (helicopter tour!) and the complex jacuzzi felt great after we hiked down into and back out of Waimea Canyon.

Wonderful place to stay!! Amazing views of the ocean. We saw whales from our lanai every day we were there. Very clean unit. Nice extra touches, umbrellas, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers. This unit felt like a home away from home! The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

The property is in a good location, actually a great location. It was so nice being there and it felt like home very comfortable well stocked. It had all of the beach toys and chairs and everything you would want for a beach day. The views are just spectacular. The people at the resort are very nice to to deal with the best thing about the whole trip though I would have to say was the host Albert was incredible with information helping us logistically after our flights had been changed and then eventually got canceled my wife and I have traveled around the world and have stayed in condos and houses like this and I don’t know how many different countries the host is the backbone of your trip. They can make her break your vacation. Albert was so easy-going and willing to help at whatever he could do so I wanted to say thank you Albert made our trip great I do feel bad because we were at the house and we got a call that our flights have been canceled and then we had to leave abruptly to make another flight which also got canceled We got to the airport and realized we left some stuff in the refrigerator so my apologies we will definitely be staying here again.

Cary was great to work with and the place met our needs well (2kids under 5 and 2 adults). Location and facilities were good, just a quick drive to many great beaches and facilities worked well for the cloudy day (pool, playground, rec courts). Docked 1 star as the condo could have been cleaner (dirty walls, floors, cabinets, etc) and facilities are also starting to show their age a bit with cracked courts and weeds popping up. Overall for the price and location it worked out well and loves the free Maui Thai HH on Monday!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and well located. We had a nice view of the ocean and the jungle and had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious, bright, and well decorated with comfortable furniture and good quality touches. It is right next to the pool which gives a nice sound of the waterfall from the pool. We thought it might be too noisy next to the pool but it wasn't, closing the sliding door in the master bedroom was good enough. The condo does not have AC but in January with the winds that wasn't a problem. The kitchen had all the tools, bowls, and pans we needed to cook. Very happy with the kitchen supplies. A few things to be aware of: third floor walk-up, no AC, right next to pool, no child extras (like high chair, etc). We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again, it was like a little oasis.

This was a perfect stay in the Princeville area! The view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony were amazing and soothing. There was some whale activity but not that much in the first week of January. I did a whale watching boat trip from the west side of the island that saw many whales. The weather was rainy and colder than what I was used to on previous trips to Kauai so it was really nice to have two hot tubs and a heated pool section. There were many times when it was pouring as I sat and chatted with other visitors in the hot tub. There were so many rainbows to watch from the balcony! The condo has a great layout, plenty of space, is clean and is fully stocked even with tuber ware, oil, spices, coffee and plenty of nice toiletries. The only thing missing was a water kettle to heat up hot water for those who drink tea like me. The condo is a second level unit and has good airflow with both doors open on the two balconies. You can hear your neighbors. The bed is comfortable. The Cliffs resort offers such great amenities like lei making, a farmer’s market stand, food trucks, a happy hour so you can get all you need there. It’s also walking distance (30min) from one of the best sunset watching spots in the area. The owner Mr Simpson is very attentive and helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The hosts had a beautiful floral arrangement and Kauai treats waiting for us. They were very thoughtful in their messages about their favorites on the island. Honestly, we have stayed at many different resorts in Kauai, but the view from the land of the ocean at The Cliffs is just breathtaking. The whales started breaching. I spent most of all my time when we were at the condo sitting there and taking in the view. They had many kitchen staples in fridge and cabinets-seasonings, sauces, salad dressing. The Cliffs pool is nicely segmented for families with young kids and adults with waterfalls and foliage so kids can play on one side while you float your worries away in peace on the other. A new plus for us on this stay at The Cliffs was food trucks! They had rotating food trucks that made eating out so easy and delicious. We truly loved our stay. Mahalo.

This rental was in a convenient and beautiful spot on the north coast. We used the lanai with its ocean view for morning coffee everyday before starting our day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cross breeze through the unit kept everything airy and cool. The kitchen was well stocked.

Nice roomy place. Beautiful setting with some cliffs over the sea and chairs for viewing not far away. No privacy on either outdoor deck. Did not realize, when we booked that this is a timeshare property. FYI: Parking is 15/day extra. we had no qualms with any of the staff or the property but we will stay elsewhere next time.
