We spent a week and had a great time. We enjoyed being able to use all of the beach chairs, cooler, etc. while we visited. The condo is quiet and the pool is well maintained and beautiful. Of course, the view in the corner is gorgeous! You can look out from this condo and see the pool and the ocean.This condo is located close to several beaches and is centrally located so it doesn’t take too long to get to anywhere on the island. The grocery store is a short drive away to stock up on the essentials.I highly recommend staying in this condo when you visit Kauai!!

Cannot beat the location and amazing views. The lanai has two areas for relaxing and enjoying the views. It is a short walk to the beach and easy drive to many great restaurants, shopping and Koloa Town. Wonderful ocean breezes throughout the unit (no air conditioning). Noise was a factor with upstairs guests having a toddler and infant. Overall it is a very comfortable unit with a convenient location.

Our family spent a week at the condo. What drew me was the three bedrooms. I appreciated the loft with 3 beds. All of the beds were super comfortable. So many thoughtful items and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Truly felt like home. The grounds are like a park. So many beautiful flowers. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. Loved the location. Walkable to Poipu beach and shops/eating. Communication was seamless. They have beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, a cooler…literally thought of everything. Washer and dryer was so helpful for our family. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

We loved this condo penthouse ! It’s probably the best one we have ever stayed at in Hawaii! The views alone are to die for so many titles and we saw dolphins. The place is perfect and has good AC we loved sitting on the deck and taking in the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Kauai :)

The view from the balcony is incredible. We enjoyed wonderful sunsets in the evening and saw numerous whales, dolphins and turtles during the day. You have an amazing view all the way down the coast, and you can even see the Spouting Horn in the distance. It is within walking distance of Poipu Beach where we saw the green turtles come up on the beach each evening. The inside of the condo was even nicer than what was shown in the photos. For instance, the online photos show a very old-fashioned TV so we were pleasantly surprised to see a modern Smart TV, instead. We were worried that the lack of air conditioning would be a problem, but we found a nice cool breeze came through the windows and we were comfortable. Occasionally the noise of the footsteps in the condo above us were annoying but not enough that it would deter us from returning for another visit. The property managers were very helpful when the condo complex had planned maintenance that would have impacted our visit. Although it was fairly easy to pick up and return the keys my preference would be a lockbox or secret code so that we would not have had to drive first to the management company to return the key when we were headed to the airport. However, this place was so wonderful we hope to return someday.

The condo was a great size for my family. The property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the sunrises were beautiful! The condo had all of the essentials including a variety of beach gear that we made use of at nearby Poipu Beach. It was easy to get to other parts of the island from our location. The description of this place did not disappoint in real life! The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks right below us, the ocean stretching out in front of massive living room windows, and the Lanai were absolutely stunning. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue trying to get in upon arrival and a couple days later when we continued to have a problem getting in. It didn't like the last 4 digits of my phone number. Once we all got in the same page everything great. The kitchen was well stocked. There were a few things that needed attention but nothing that would affect the quality of our stay. When you have a place Oceanside, especially as close as this place is, there are bound to be issues. Maintenance is nonstop from the salt water. I would rent this place every trip if my family wants to come back to Kauai. Having the plunge pool so close was a real benefit. The Popui Athletic Club really didn't thrill the Grandkids. If they were younger than teenagers,it would have been perfect. Thank you for having such a wonderful place to share! Plenty of room for 2 teenagers and three adults!

We loved our stay. We’ve been to Kauai 4 times and loved this location. The view of the ocean included whales and dolphins! The condo is spacious and pretty clean. The only wish is more toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed 11 nights and ran out of both. One important tidbit is that you need a key to get into the unit. The door will not open at all without the key. Also, the handle to the door doesn’t get you in. Just turn the key and push open…

We spent five nights in the condo in mid-March and were overjoyed with our choice of this rental. We spent hours out at the table on the balcony, we saw whales and turtles every morning with our coffee, incredible sunsets in the evening with a bottle of wine. I can't believe there is a more spectacular view on the island. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable and well-appointed, so very nice to have individual A/C controls and plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was terrific, filled with every utensil or dish we needed (a kettle, vegetable peelers, both Keurig and drip-coffeemaker, etc.). Poipu/Koala was the perfect spot on the island to stay, accessible to everything, lovely dining and beaches, especially in winter. And the cherry on top was the terrific communication with the owners, lots of details and outreach which made our stay easy. If we come back to Kauai, we will definitely book another stay here. Don't hesitate, you will be really happy here.

We enjoyed watching the whales and beautiful assortment of birds right from the lanai. The beds were very comfortable. A for that! However, the property is quite dated and there is nothing luxurious about it. The primary bedroom does have a commode and shower, but the shower stillIs TINY! The unit is very nicely appointed with beach chairs, etc. All in all, we would stay again just for the view. Also, the pool is very small - truly just for dipping - but peaceful.

Great property with wonderful views and good location. Kitchen was dated and well worn. The parking was very difficult some evenings and too many steps if you have heavy luggage. This was the most beautiful vacation home I have ever seen. I could have spent the entire week just staring out the window: we saw breaching humpback whales, dolphins, sea turtles, kayakers, swimmers, and glorious sunsets. Everything you might need is provided. Poipu Beach and Brenneckes Beach are easy walking distance, where you can use the masks and snorkels, fins, boogie boards, and beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms beautiful, the vibe is comfortable, and the owners responsive. 10 out of 10!

We loved our stay here. The view is amazing of the ocean and the condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything we need to prepare meals. There is a loft with beds and couch with TV which comes in handy for diverse TV tastes. The location is within walking distance to some great beaches but we drive most days. Loved our weeklong stay at this condo with breathtaking views of the ocean from the patio, living room and the master bedroom. The trail right next to the property goes past the lava rocks, and the two beaches nearby (Poipu and Shipwreck) are both walking distance. We would love to come back and stay here again. I can't even begin to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at this place. Pretty much from the time we got there to just before we left, if we were there we had the balcony doors open. I loved seeing all the beautiful turtles and listening to the waves come in. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony and it was such a treat. I loved all their beach goodies for everyone to enjoy. I think we used a lot of them. When we cooked we had everything we needed also. I would recommend this place to everyone. I would absolutely come again and again.
