The condo was in a perfect location for us. Much larger than appeared in photos. Easy to walk to a couple of beaches and resorts with excellent restaurants. Master bed was very comfortable and the updates in bathroom and kitchen were beautiful and well done. Host communicated with us from time of booking to check out. We have not experienced this kind of attention from other hosts. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Probably one of our top 1 or 2 stays using VRBO in all the years we used VRBO to book vacations. Minka and Kristine were excellent to work with. We had no issues with this wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious, comfortable and views that were incredible! The unit had been updated since the pics that are posted on the VRBO site. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. We would and will book this unit in the future on return trips to Kauai!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The views are to die for and it was nice to have the grassy area outside the condo for the kids to run around in the evenings. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked! Minka was very helpful and quick to respond. I only gave 4 stars because of two things not controlled by the owners: the washing machine wasn’t functioning correctly during our stay so I had to wring out all our clothes by hand. Minka was very quick to figure out a solution and we were able to use a washer at another condo a few days later. It wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t her fault! Also - know that this is a bottom unit. The family staying above us were quite heavy on their feet, had small children running around loudly upstairs, and talked loudly on their lanai. Again - nothing that could have been controlled by the owners of this condo, but it did disturb the quiet beauty of nature. Thankfully Kauai is not a place to go and sit at home all day though! We will always remember our time here and are grateful for the beautiful place we had to come home to each day.

This was our first time back since our honeymoon, celebrating my oldest graduating high school. The condo was perfect for our family. The layout, the bedrooms, updated bathrooms, large lanai, the list goes on here. The best part was the location in Princeville. We couldn’t believe that we could walk to our favorite beaches, and even several restaurants, both for breakfast and dinner. Jeff, was amazing too. Check in was easy, and I appreciated him taking the time to check in on us. We will 100% be back. There is something special about the north shore of Kauai, and this condo felt like it was the perfect spot.

Having once called Princeville "home" we return every summer with the whole family. While we used to be able to fit all 9 under one roof, aging grandkids now require more bedrooms, so the "older-generation" stays nearby. This was our first time to stay at an Emmalani unit and we greatly enjoyed our two-ish weeks in this ground-floor unit. It was clean, well equipped, convenient parking, and obviously lovingly cared for by the owners. We'd readily recommend it to those looking for a nice two-bedroom stay.

Everything has been stated previously, many times, so I'll just say the view and location are superb. We LOVED our stay.Only things I could possibly mention are: there was no bedding labeled for the living room couch; and when putting the oven in "broil", it did not heat at all. Pretty sure the settings were right, but it quit heating in this mode. One last suggestion - a list of recommended local beaches, shopping markets, and gas stations, and directions, would be so helpful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Spacious and well-furnished condo on the 1st floor. My wife and I enjoyed our time there and it was what we were looking for in a vacation residence. One important goal in picking the unit was to have a lanai that gave a great view, but didn't hit us directly with the afternoon sun. That worked out perfectly. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this property. The location and view met our expectations, with great views of the ocean and sunsets. Great area for running (paths) and easy access to the beaches in the surrounding areas with Anini Beach being our most favorite. The unit was clean, everything was in order for easy check in, and Na Pali Properties responded in a reasonable timeframe when we made them aware of a couple issues we thought should be repaired -- as we are landlords ourselves and know not every tenant will communicate if there is something broken, damaged or not functioning correctly. The one area for improvement is to have a bit more spices and condiments, plus toiletries (toilet paper and paper towels) available, in addition to a few more cookware items such as cookie sheet for baking pizza, etc. The ice packs, cooler, and available beach chairs worked well for the beach trips, which was our focus on this trip.

Great stay and wonderful condo!! It was the perfect location. Had some issues with the air conditioner in the living room but we were able to open windows and turn on ceiling fans to keep it comfortable. Communication with the property owner was amazing. They kept us updated on what was happening with the a/c. Both bedrooms had working air conditioners so sleeping at night was no issue. The pool was out of commission while we were there but we were notified in advance by the owner. Again, great communication. We weren't put out by this because we don't go to the islands to hang out at the pool. Fabulous stay and would book again and recommend!! Thank you, Jeff!!

My family and I stayed at this vrbo in 2023 and absolutely had one of the most memorable experiences that we have ever had. Not only was it clean, spacious, safe, conveniently located adjacent to many ideal spots that are family friendly (Hanalei, Foodland, Anini Beacb, etc) , the communication was prompt and helpful. We decided to return this year, in 2025, and overall enjoyed the experience once again. There were, however, issues that we encountered this time around that are to be expected , but nonetheless troubling: cockroaches, some mature adults and some nymphs. About 12-14 in total mainly found around the sinks and a few in the bathrooms. We made sure to throw away any remnants of food daily. Thankfully, our property manager responded promptly and offered to either fumigate or deliver some basic pest traps to plave around the condo. Overall, we would recommend the condo despite the aforementioned issue. Most likely, it was an anomaly.

Great Princeville condo. We enjoyed our stay at Emmalani court and I would return. This is an end unit on the 2nd floor of a 2-story walk up. As soon as we arrived I was amazed at how much space this condo has. During the day it got a nice breeze if we had the windows and screen door open. It was nice to have AC to sleep with. We have had some other condos where chickens woke us up but that really wasn't an issue here. Everyday we loved seeing nene goose walk about on the lawn in the morning sunshine. This unit is a pretty close walk to the pool. The pool and hot tub were adequate. The lounge area by the pool was nice. My kids only complaint was that they wished there more kids hanging by the pool to swim with. Overall a great place. It had a LARGE rolling cooler available. I would have preferred a smaller one we could carry with us. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. I appreciated having a little cooking oil, S&P and sugar. Two bedroom ground level condo with AC for the entire unit. Very nice location with distant ocean views on the golf course. The unit has been updated and renovated with nice furnishings. My only comment would be that the housekeeper could do a better job with cleaning and organizing the unit but this may not be an issue for many.
