Location of the apartment is great. Walking distance to beach, shopping plaza and the fashion street. About 10 minutes drive to a Japanese supermarket. Overall very convenient. Fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances, washer and dryer.
Not much of a view, but it didn't bother us.
Only a few minor things I wish they would be better,
1. WiFi is not too good. Only have signal in the kitchen and dinner area. Lost signal in the bedroom. Speed and bandwidth are low, 4 of us couldn't stream together.
2. Walls are thin. You can hear people walking above you. So you may not get the rest needed.
Overall, even with those things, we still had a great time and will rent again and recommend it.

James from Captain Cook was terrific and responsive to our requests. We would recommend Captain Cook, but not this property, The on-site manager was despicable, and argumentative in the extreme from the very first day. Not a real 2 bedroom, as the second bedroom was not walled off from the kitchen. The windows were anything but soundproof and did not inspire confidence in the event of high winds. The noise from the street was pervasive and there was also noise from work being done in adjacent apartments. Anthony a groundskeeper was a pleasure. The property suited our needs for one month and overall we had a good experience, but I cannot recommend 430 Lewers Street. We have moved to a quieter location.

Overall the space was nice and very convenient to everything in Waikiki. The television in the living room was not working, which luckily wasn’t a big deal for us but may be for others staying, also the exterior front door knob was broken, and after contacting the host and told maintenance would repair , no one ever came to fix it so every time the door would open or close the handle would fall off.

This was a super cute condo in a perfect location in Waikiki! We brought our daughter to visit Manoa and to see Honolulu for the first time. The condo was right in the middle of everything—walking distance to restaurants and the beach, and a close drive to Manoa, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, the airport… We covered most of the island during our week-long stay, and nothing was more than about an hour away! The condo was beautiful. It was clean and had great toiletries, cooking pots/utensils, supplies, beach towels, and washer/dryer right in the unit. The property manager made check-in fast and easy. Would definitely consider returning. Thank you!

My family of six stayed for three nights. The property was clean and very well equipped (beach towels, beach chairs, used the laundry machine several times). Met all of our needs for a long weekend stay in Waikiki. Easy walking distance to everything. Only complaint was odor in hallway leading to condo (not the actual condo itself, seemed to be coming from the trash chute). A small convenience store is located directly below Aloha towers for any last minute grocery items or things we forgot to bring which was nice. We rented a minivan and parking was tight but definitely doable and nice to have in the city.

Overall it was a great place. Would I stay again, probably not, but here are the pros:
Location is great if you want shopping, places to eat and coffee. We needed 2 rooms and bathrooms so this was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was useful. Bed was comfortable which was pleasant as exhaustion was a thing per day.
Cons:
The condo smells of everyone’s cooking per day so be prepared. The elevators were a daily pain as waiting for them was the first thorn then being tricked by it going up instead of down was annoying. The Wi-Fi would not work and I ended up switching off everyday. The cable (non existence of cable) making you choose a free movie to watch on repeat. My family was gone most of the day but at the end of the day to not be able to watch anything interesting was a thorn. I did end up donating many of items I felt like should have been provided as I have stayed at other tourist condos with more of a selection. The parking structure is a tight fit and if a car is coming and one is hoping it is scary, but I guess this is to be expected. We didn’t see a bug until the second to last day and it was a large unknown thing that I refused to label because I needed to believe that it was not what it looked like.
All of the cons are to be expected or at least understandable for the area. But they were worth mentioning so that the next tenants are aware!

The unit was great--it had one large and one medium bedroom, with a spacious living/dining/cooking area and two patios. Getting to the pool was also a breeze, and there was a lot of additional outdoor space in the pool area. We liked the easy access, but the unit does look directly out onto the pool area, so it isn't the most private. (Pool deck is closed 10pm-8am, however.)
The location was also ideal--easy walking to the main shopping street in Waikiki but off the main street enough that driving to Honolulu was easy. There's a coffee shop next door and lots of easily accessible restaurants.
We also brought our 1 year old with us, and the place was great for her. We did have to bring a portable crib (there's a massive closet in the 2nd bedroom which fit the crib), but there was an umbrella stroller in the unit, a bathtub, and the pool was heated so very comfortable for her.
Management was extremely communicative and helpful. There was a potential problem with the A/C and they were very proactive about solving the problem ahead of our arrival.

The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was easy and the property managers answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The convenience store outside the main entrance was "convenient" and it was great to have a parking garage in the building. We didn't have to worry about the security of our car while we enjoyed being able to walk most places.
We were fortunate to find such a lovely accommodation at the last minute! Originally our plans were to stay on the North Shore, but due to renovations, the property that I had booked had to be canceled at the last minute.
Although Waikiki was not my first choice for our Christmas vacation, we had a wonderful experience and this beautiful, updated condo was a part of that.

The Property Manager was super helpful! The location is literally 5 minute walk on the main Waikiki shopping street and 10-15 minutes out to Waikiki Beach! Perfect to have for parking too!
The one picky thing I personally was the toilet. I didn't realize it had a slower flow in the main master room. The bathroom in the hallway worked perfectly. However, the Property Manager made a full disclosure about it when I reached out.

I had an easy going and productive stay at Roger’s condo unit. I didn’t realize it was a studio unit until we were there, but then again I didn’t look too closely to begin with. The security is nice because of the access required to get to the units, the only issue I had was that some of the dishes still had food or drink dried on the inside of them, but aside from that I didn’t run into too many issues. All in all a good location to spend a vacation in Honolulu!

The condo is well located in the heart of Waikiki and it's an easy ten minute walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. You will find lots of towels for use at the beach and pool. There are pots and pans for food preparation. Also, there is an assigned parking spot in the garage.
We had some maintenance issues which were addressed in a timely manner.
My only negative comment is that the kitchen has no spices, herbs, cooking oil, tea, foil, baggies or napkins, etc. The cupboards are bare when it comes to cooking supplies although there are adequate pots and pans for food preparation. The nearest real grocery store is not within walking distance. I discussed this with the property manager. After you have paid in full there is a paragraph on page 6 of the instructions explaining the policy that they do not stock the kitchen cabinets with food supplies. Wish I'd known that before I booked!
So, the bottom line is that if you're planning to eat at the local restaurants you'll have lots of wonderful choices within easy walking distance. But, don't even think about preparing a meal unless you bring your own supplies or spend a fortune at the grocery store stocking the condo (and per the property manager, the supplies will be removed when you leave).

The condo was the perfect setup and space for our family of six. They provided all the needed basics for our stay and was very walkable to the beach, even for our six year old. My only recommendation would be to provide a broom and dust pan in the unit for all the sand you’re bound to bring in. There was a vacuum and dry mop but they just didn’t pick up the sand. Overall quite nice. It would be nice if the cleaners didn't trash all the food items in between guests though. Particularly since it's about a mile to the closest quasi-real grocery store (Food Pantry in Eaton Square).

Property was clean and well organized. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property itself is so close to downtown/beaches that a car really wasn't needed unless you plan on visiting other areas of the island. Unit everything you need to cook your own meals if you want. I think the only tricky aspect is the parking--if you've got a larger vehicle then parking can be a little nerve wracking!! We had a minivan and didn't have any issues though. Loved the property and would recommend to anyone!!

Nice condo which was clean overall; however, one of the bathrooms smelled of urine on the second day. We were able to reduce the smell after multiple cleanings. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but we didn't realize until the last night of our stay that the sofa bed is actually broken in one area. The smaller bedroom becomes freezing cold compared to the rest of the condo. The master bedroom's vent is half blocked by the crown moulding, so it appears most of the air conditioning goes to the smaller bedroom. We had to cover the vent in that room to keep it from freezing. The master bathroom was a bit awkward to use because the walk-in shower extends too close to the toilet. It was difficult to open and close the bathroom door because there wasn't any place to stand. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The condo is quite nice and in a pretty good location. The parking space and elevator are conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable (except the sofa bed). The appliances we used all worked well. Despite our complaints we would recommend the property to others.

A small place with everything you really need for a trip. So little time is spent in doors when in Hawaii but this cozy spot is in the middle of Waikiki near plenty of good food and short walk to the beach. I highly recommend it, just be on the lookout for parking- we parked at a public lot that was about 20 a day.

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities. The location isn’t great - very close to shops and restaurants. Property managers - Byron and James were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions or requests.

Very clean place and accurate description. Location was within walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Loved having a kitchen and pool! Kitchen was well stocked, lobby was secure , and free parking! There is a small store in building in case you need anything. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience at our Rental. The communication was detailed and timely. Check in was easy. The apartment is beautiful and perfect location wise! Always nice to have the second bedroom and two beds for our teenagers and laundry is a huge plus as well as AC. We will absolutely look at staying here again!

Aloha Towers was perfect for our first family vacation since before the pandemic. Hawaii travel protocols were pretty strict so the island may not be as ‘full’ with tourists as it was before the pandemic; which was perfect for us!
If you’re used to and/or like “city living” and vacationing with a “local” feel, this high rise, nestled among several apartment buildings and within walking distance to Ala Moana Center in Waikiki is worth checking out!
The building had mask + sanitation requirements, and the apartment was enough space for 4 adults. Free parking space, 2 terraces with furniture to chill, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, pool/hot tub/sauna (we did not use but saw people in them), ample towels for both bath and beach, and even a little convenience store at the entrance to the building made it super easy to ‘live’ here for a week.
Staff/property manager were available, responsive, and did not bother us during our trip. They used the Hospitality app to send a “how’re things going” message once during our stay and responded when we had a few minor questions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (apt 6A) and would highly recommend.

The unit is located on the 19th floor, which gives the unit a nice city skyline view from the living room and mountain views from the bedroom. For extended stays, this place really feels like home.

We had a great time at this location, and the condo had everything that we wanted: clean space, two full bathrooms, great spot in Waikiki. The late night pool and jacuzzi trips are great when you need to keep the kids out of the sun during the day, and there are BBQs by the pool. The management company calls to make sure you are having a good stay, or ask if you need anything, and that is great. A washer and dryer are inside the unit as well. The only words of caution are in the garage. The garage is tight, and has a height limit of 6'4", so be careful if you are renting a larger SUV for the family. Enjoy your stay!

Did not really enjoy our stay in this condo. Living room sofa, chairs and area rug were dirty and need some cleaning or updating. Condo is showing some wear and tear. Dishwasher would not dissolve all of the tablet unless we just threw it straight into the dishwasher. Had trouble with the gas stove knobs when needed to set the oven. We did a lot of cooking and used the barbeques The kitchen was well equipped with nice pots, utensils and glasses. There were four of us and only 2 wine glasses, no dish towels and the baking pans were disgusting. We called management and they were very good in getting us the tea towels, a bigger bowl for salad and a new pan that we used for roasting.
Our guests were in the second bedroom and were not pleased at all. It needed some work to make anyone happy. The white curtains had dirt or mold on them, the headboard had caked dust in the grooves of it, the baseboards were very dirty, paint was peeling around the door frame. She also saw a cockroach. The space that the washer and dryer were had two cut out holes exposing pipe and hose. They can be plated and it would look much better or a curtain could be placed in front of it. Hallway bathroom shower curtain was disgusting needs replacing and both vents in the bathrooms need some good cleaning.
For the price that we had paid for two weeks in this condo we were very disappointed in the condition that it was. The barbeque areas and swimming pool are very nice and the staff really keep this clean every day. Great view from our living room window.
Cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Finger prints on the window, dust and splashes on the chrome kitchen stools, the cupboard handles were very sticky. We had to clean these up. We have stayed in many condo rentals and have not found them in such condition.

We stayed here 9 years ago, and came back to a remodeled condo. Back side of the building, so nice and quiet. Just a few blocks from Waikiki’s main drag, and one block from there to the awesome beaches. Condo is quite clean, comes with a free parking spot as well. They have improved greatly on the condo since we were last here. The ONLY drawback is every once in a while, the air conditioning has a loud bang. I definitely recommend you book this condo. It also has a great community pool, hot tub, and spa for you to relax in as well.

Great location, quiet, the beds were comfortable, felt like home with all of the amenities. The pool area was great and there were three private outdoor grills that were kept clean daily. It was next to a great neighborhood bar called Bacchus for LGBTQ community. Unfortunately there was a water leak in the building and we were inconvenienced a couple of times during our stay however, the management company took care of the issue while we enjoyed our Hawaii trip.

The condo is perfect for one person to use as a base of operation for a trip to Oahu. All of Waikiki is within walking distance, including many bus stops to other parts of the island. The room was clean and everything worked well!

Roger was great to work with, answered the phone and helped me with all my questions. We arrived early and Roger was there within minutes to give us our key and show the room in person. The room was clean and ready for our week in Waikiki. Less than a block from the bus lines and we found free public parking for the rental car around the corner! Perfect place, close to all the fun, yet quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
