The condo is in a great location to explore other locations. There is a wonderful bakery in walking distance called sugar beach. Parking was no problem here.

This was an excellent experience. Everything was there to get us started. The only thing we struggled with was the door lock. It is an electronic pad that you need to press with your finger to "wake up". So this took us a few min. to figure out. That's it. Everything else was perfect!

We were surprised how windy it was at this property - every afternoon winds were between 30 and 40 mph. Quite noisy, indeed. There was no way to get local Hawaiian stations on the bedroom TV. Those are literally the ONLY things that we found lacking. Everything else (especially the communication and help from Kristal) were terrific. This condo is well-equipped with beach provisions. The kitchen is definitely workable, although there isn’t much space to store non-refrigerated food. The views from the condo were excellent of the ocean, but due to the winds, we went downstairs and watched the afternoon sunsets.

The unit is located on Sugar Beach in Kihei. The beach access is great and the location is central to getting to all of the Kihei retail establishments (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). The pool was great and a good option for when the afternoon winds picked up and made the beach uncomfortable (sands kicked up, waves, currents, etc.). The unit itself had everything we needed for a great stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything was so perfect and relaxing! We felt immediately welcomed and at home! Well stocked with everything you can imagine, even beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. Loved having two bathroom and A/C. Comfy bed too! Enjoyed toasted coconut coffee on the lanai and took in the beautiful ocean view. The host is extremely pleasant and quick to respond. 5 star view! Out the front door are stunning views of Haleakala and Molokini. The lanai boasts exceptional views of West Maui. Perfect central spot makes for easy drives to all the POI’s. Early morning and sunset beach walks. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and AC! Controlled, private access to the pool/common areas and beach. My hubby grilled one night for dinner. Easy and ample parking. ABC Store and shave ice a short walk away. Laundry center on same floor a few doors down, easy peasy! If you open the windows later in the day you get an exceptional breeze thru the condo! The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for whatever the day had in store, will book again next time we visit Maui! Mahalo Kristal!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! First, I couldn't find a better price for such quality! It exceeded all my expectations — the place was sparkling clean, and the views of the mountain and water were breathtaking every single day. The condo had everything we needed for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. My husband was so thrilled I chose this spot. Plus, the location with a private lounging area was perfect! Lara was incredibly responsive and super generous (along with the cleaners), even allowing us to check out late because our flight was in the evening. Thanks to her, we enjoyed every moment right up to departure. Just a heads-up: don’t forget quarters for the washing machine! Highly recommend this amazing place!

Pros: -Location of the condo was great, ABC store, shaved ice and a coffee/breakfast cafe within walking distance.-Beach and pool area are close and easy to get to. -Laundry room onsite-Unit was clean and had everything we needed. -The view of the ocean is visible from the balcony, not a straight on view but you can see water. The view of the west Maui mountains is also visible from the balcony. -property manager Steve is friendly and had great beach recommendations for snorkeling-instructions are clear and easy to followCons: we only had one major con. There was a plumbing issue in the master suite. The water in the tub wasn’t draining like it normally should and towards the end of our stay it wouldn’t drain at all. The toilet also would not flush and it backed up into the tub. We communicated with the host but pretty much got accused of putting something in the toilet and clogging the system. We were told to contact a plumber ourselves. After contacting several plumbers we finally were able to get one to come out. This was on our last day there and it ruined all of our plans for the day. The plumber came and put a camera down the pipes and turns out the pipes are all corroded and had massive amounts of scaling. We were told the pipes were old, not the hosts fault. I just wished the situation was handled better by the host. The property manager Steve was very helpful and showed more compassion and sympathy. In the end everything was fine, host paid for plumber

I accidentally left my pricey jewelry on the armoire, the realty company promptly found my jewelry and sent it back to me. Couldn’t rate this condo high enough!

Property was exactly as described. Two adults with two kids fit easily in the unit, dinners with 8 people also fit. Extra bonus was was the beach chairs and the beach umbrella. The bed was super comfortable (as I get older the mattress makes a big difference in the quality of sleep I get.

The unit and location was great. Everything you could want to relax and cook meals as needed. Loved being steps from the beach.Two concerns: while we were there for 5 days, two people got their laundry stolen from apt laundry room. We were hesitant to use laundry.room. Secondly, there were over 25 notes of does and donts in the welcome letter and posted around the condo. It was anxiety producing that we might do something wrong that would cost us"" It felt threatening.

This property was misrepresented on VRBO. To have a view of something besides another complex or a parking lot, one had to open 2 doors that were so dirty, they almost wouldn't roll. The bed was very good, everything else was adequate, but I would not refer this unit to anyone.

We stayed for 8 nights. Very easy to get around on public transportation- stop is down the street. Also just down the street is a wonderful bakery coffee shop and ABC store, easy to really to resupply. The property itself was comfortable and it has a lawn area and beach access. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot for those who rather be let loose in paradise with no attachments. Check in is automated, no line ups, no hassle. Just walk right in to a perfect little sanctuary put your belongings down and go walk the beach. Everything you need is accessible or easy to get. They have small coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels. Laundry is easy to setup through an app, parking is a breeze. Even a nice little drink, snack spot a couple doors down. I read comments on noise. Not an issue for us, was quite quiet but you’ll hear the odd locals music in a Toyota from time to time at night. No big deal. You’ll love it hear as we did.

The Property was nicely situated on the beach. It was nice & relaxing there.Kitchen was well equipped. However, there were nasty notes all over the condo of things previous renters did the owners didn’t like. For example, don’t burn up my pots, don’t slam the door, for every clump of hair seen you’ll get a demerit, and my favorite - don’t bleach my brown towels… (including a hanger in the closet with an example of a bleached towel on it). Who does this? Ive rented many places before and have never seen such negative notes. I also found it odd that I texted the owner asking about restaurants in the area and his response was to google even though he said he lived 5 minutes away. Again, in previous rentals most Owners leave guest books and helpful, not negative, notes with details of the unit and surrounding area. These details are worth mention to me . Some people may not care but I do.
