Angie is a great Host and the property lived up to expectations. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. There are many amenities that helped make our vacation special and comfortable. Our family stayed just under a week, but we would have been happy to stay another week. The Pool area was very nice to relax after a hard day of playing at the beach ;) Our host was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great trip!

My husband and I had such a lovely time staying at Fred and Mary's property! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of towels (both bath and beach), and there were even beach chairs! We would definitely come stay here again whenever we are in Maui again.

Great place to crash after all day excursions! Just enough items to use when cooking in. This is an older condo and it shows but it was clean and nice. We had our daughter and husband with one teenager and it worked for us. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do.We would stay here again.

Wow! What an amazing condo. Stunning view and the condo was even more beautiful inside than the pictures had advertised. We have stayed at this property before in different units and this was by far our favourite accommodation. Clean and has all the amenities you could ask for! Mark, the host was easy to communicate with. Nice property with 2 pools. They Looked nice but didn’t use. Arrived late and security guard was helpful and friendly during our stay. Parking right in front of of unit. Highly recommend this stay. Nice size, 2 full bathrooms. Lots of space for 2 people!We enjoyed every meal on the back patio with an incredible view of the ocean. Not ocean front but better. (The pics are real!)Nice tv with cable. Everything you need for kitchen and beach is there for you to use Easy walk to a few good restaurants and beaches. . We did have an issue with an influx of bugs at the end of the stay, but, it’s Hawaii! I did not notice in the description that there is no oven, so we had to pivot and learn how to use the oven functionality of the microwave. Otherwise, the view was beautiful, the amenities are great. We came back to Maui kamaole specifically for their pool! I recommend this unit and would come back!

What an amazing vacation! We entered the condo at night…& let je tell you when we opened the curtains in the morning it was a wow moment!! The lanai is huge with a stunning view & sunsets were jaw dropping. So clean & roomy with super comfy bed, cozy living room with fully stocked kitchen. The communication with Keith/hosts made for a worry free holiday. The tropical pool with rainfall feature so beautiful & a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Very quiet & zen for sure!

I can’t say enough about this property! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and conveniently close to both Kihei and Wailea. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we’re already looking into buying the same mattress toppers!).Brian and Michele were exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and very helpful with all of our questions both before and during our stay. We made great use of the swimming pools and grills every day, and truly enjoyed relaxing on the patio each morning. The sunsets from the patio are absolutely breathtaking.We were also so grateful for the beach amenities—coolers, beach toys, chairs, and towels—which we used every single day. Having access to these made our time at the beach even more enjoyable.We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer—it made our stay even more comfortable.We can't wait to go back!

We really liked the property, it was very spacious, the gardens were beautiful, everything was supplied that could be needed in the kitchen and for recreation, beach chairs etc.The bed mattress in spare room was very hard though.845 PM closing for Upper pool was much too early though, that needs to be reviewed, even if extended hours are put in place for adults only.Otherwise the property was excellent.

The community is beautiful and the condo is spacious. The two bedrooms are on different floors and provide privacy. Our only disappointment was the view. The ad does not state that there is an ocean view but, the implication is there. The view isn’t terrible by any means but it definitely does not include the ocean view.

This well-appointed Kihei retreat offered a lovely stay.The condo was exactly as described, and I absolutely adore the decor and calming colors of the master bedroom. However, the adjoining patio could use some maintenance and entertainment center can use an upgrade.We were disappointed by the small TV and the lack of streaming capabilities for relaxing in the evenings.Despite these minor drawbacks, we would stay here again and would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Ken was helpful. We have stayed at this complex several times in a variety of units. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer with this unit is that because of the angle of the sun and the temperature while we were there, there was too much direct sun to eat on the lanai for some of our meals.

The condo location is perfect! It’s close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Beach items provided and in good working condition. The unit was clean and had all kitchen supplies needed. The patio looks out to the ocean so you have a front seat to the gorgeous sunsets. Nice pools and friendly staff. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Easy to park and get into unit. The unit was clean and organized. The air conditioning worked well when needed. But, leaving the screen door open and listening to the birds, as well as have chickens visit was fun.The host was great to communicate with. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need for a great stay in Maui: beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of beach towels. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the AC did its job while we slept. The lanai is perfect to watch the sunset or see early morning activity. For the two of us, this place was perfect: location, size, equipment, and overall experience. The owners were responsive and the check-in process was easy. I was expecting the noise from the street to be bit of a nuisance and it was nothing but. The bedroom is towards the back so it was super quiet and easy to sleep in.

For this couple in their mid plus 80s, staying in this condo for almost 12 days was something like ‘just what the doctored ordered’. Our daughter, who accompanied us on this last trip to Maui, chose the perfect place to prepare meals in a well equipped kitchen, sleep in attractive bedrooms, read and do art in the lovely living room, and most pleasurable of all, watch sun and moon risings and settings and all the color moods of the water from the perfect lanai looking out to the ocean across the street. It was very warm and humid during our stay and the quiet air conditioners in every room and also ceiling fans were really appreciated. There is just enough activity across the street where boats launch for added interest and then quiet sets in when it’s time to go to bed. The two pools were great places to cool off as the long, good for walking, swimming, and sunning beach 2 minutes down the road was toasty starting at 10:00 am. We prepared several meals and found the gray set of knives to be very dull, but the black set was somewhat better. Besides sharpening the knives, another suggestion is a lighter blanket than the one in the closets in each of the bedrooms. The downstairs bath has a drainage problem. The steep stairs to this second floor condo was a bit of a challenge, but we felt proud we could manage them okay. This condo is in a beautiful, well kept green and flower bedecked setting, and we loved our time there.
