This condo had cheap sheets that did not fit the bed. It made sleeping uncomfortable. I will not stay in this unit again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Maui Kamaole #J-110. Self check-in was convenient and super easy, as they emailed us all the information we needed a few days prior to arrival. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach or chillin’ indoors (but why stay indoors?). I found it far more beautiful than the pictures. The staff immediately responded to any questions or communications we initiated, which created a smooth and stress-free stay. The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk from our unit to the beach, various restaurants, and shops. Everything we needed was moments away. The warm, yet beachy decor, the location, and amazing staff made our first stay in Hawaii a wonderful lifetime memory.

We loved the location. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, which is what we did many nights and just enjoyed a glass of wine and the amazing views. The BBQ area is close and convenient. My only suggestion would be to replace the living room chairs and sofa with comfortable furniture. Other than that, it was perfect.

Condo was not cleaned. Old towels, makeup on bathroom doors, half of lights in bathroom over vanities burned out. Description seems to be old (like 10-12 years old). Bathroom shower glass dirty but came clean when we cleaned it. View is amazing and convenient location.

The condo was in a great location and complex was beautiful. It was well stocked. The only negative were the amount of roaches found in the kitchen each day. During our stay Pest Control attended and sprayed, however this only helped a little. We are familiar with Hawaii and the occasional insect etc. but this rental had more than we were willing to overlook.

Gorgeous, very comfortable, fully fitted out apartment. Great kitchen. Big TV. Washer and Dryer. Two bathrooms. Two private outdoor patios, one with a view of the ocean. Located near condo pool. Quiet. Car park space. Wanted for nothing. They provided beach chairs, fins, snorkel, goggles, beach toys and more. Matt was awesome, very responsive, helpful, a great communicator. Highly recommend. The unit was in a great location, across from the boat launch next to Kamole Beach 3. The property (Maui Kamole) is well maintained. The unit was supplied with all sorts of amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. The kitchen was well stocked and had a good supply of spices. It was nice to utilize the bbq by the pool. We only stayed for a week, but it would be comfortable to stay for a longer duration. Our stay is excellent and would stay again! Having 2 bathrooms and well stocked bathrooms of towels, lotion, hair dryer etc. was nice.

Beautiful resort. Great location. Clean and comfy bed. The unit is below another and very loud. The condo has the basics and Vacasa left a nice starter kit. We have stayed at this resort five times. The rules at the pool have become very strict and I would not stay there with children who want to play in the pool. Additionally the hours are restricted and strict. Not the best unit we have stayed in but it was suffice.

Was no complaints about the condo. Everything was great! We had an amazing time. Two small notes: there were tiny ants everywhere. I think that's just part of living in Paradise. It made no difference if it was in the kitchen or the bedroom. And the pool only went to 3.5 ft so there was no deep end. I was hoping to maybe jump into the pool at least.

Great location right across the street from the beach beach in the middle of Kihei. We could see the sunset from our lanai. Ten minute walk to stores and restaurants; Wailea is a little further away but definitely walkable.Condo is comfortable for two and the complex has a nice swimming pool.Rental cars are expensive in Maui; with this location you don't need one if you're going to stay in Kihei. We only rented one for day trips.

The property itself is lovely and, on its own, would easily deserve a five-star review. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by management and communication issues.Arrival instructions weren’t provided through the booking app and instead relied on email and SMS, which didn’t work reliably. When we arrived after a long international trip, the entry code didn’t work. It took several phone calls and multiple replacement codes before we were finally able to get in.During the stay, we also had to call to get the correct Wi-Fi details and to locate bedding for the sofa bed. When sheets were eventually supplied, they turned out to be the wrong size. There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a TV that wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, heavily stained carpet, and a used plaster found in one of the bedrooms.There was some confusion around vehicle registration as onsite management hadn’t been given our email address, resulting in a warning notice being left at the property.While these issues were acknowledged and compensation was provided, the overall stay was more stressful than it should have been and detracted from an otherwise great property.

Tennis courts and grills on the property were super nice. 15-20 min walk to beach or south Kihei restaurants. All was super clean in condo and kitchen items well organized. Great property. View is fantastic; just as described and other reviewers have said. Full Ocean front view from dining porch. The complex is perched up from the S Kihei Blvd, so there’s no traffic busyness to interrupt peaceful view of whales hanging out. Bring binoculars. Both pool areas were enjoyable. The pool at the back of the property has a lovely waterfall. Could easily spend a day there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's condo in Kihei. The condo had all we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, were all in excellent condition--we really appreciated having those items available to use! The views from the lanai are stunning--we so enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. It is a short walk to the beach; the beach is lovely, great swimming and snorkeling. The two pools and hot tub at the condo complex were clean and relaxing. The parking space right outside the condo was so convenient. Wifi and TV's worked great, AC units worked well, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! David was so pleasant to work with--he always responded promptly to questions and was accommodating of our needs. Check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, David. We would love to return for another visit!
