Beautiful and well-appointed unit, ocean view from the living room and kitchen counter. This unit is at the end of the building so it has an extra window in the living space which makes it even more bright and welcoming. It was clean and comfortable. We love the Maui Kamaole and have been a few times together. Would stay here again.

Condo needed maintenance on dryer( that they knew about before our arrival) however was able to still use it and was very easy to get in touch with and the last day had a toilet issue which the rental company was very quick at answering and would repair. We stayed in this South Maui condo for a week with our family, and it was excellent. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and activities. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless, from check-in to check-out. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in South Maui.

Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler a great asset for nearby South Maui beaches. Very comfortable bed and sheets. The view from Lanai was awesome of Kamole 3 all across ocean to Maalaea Bay, would be great for whale watching in season!

I was a great place for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the owners were very receptive and responded right away. The beach gear and golf equipment was awesome. Check-in was completely seamless and smooth. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more no complaints. The unit was stocked with a great starter kit including everything we needed to get through the first couple of days of our stay. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for the day at the beach without having to go out of our way to rent or buy anything extra. Overall the experience with our stay here was a 10/10!

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay at Sam's condo! It was very spacious and clean. Our daughter used the sofa bed and we took the bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient with a preteen girl. It was nice to drink our coffee on the lanai each morning and enjoy the view. There were plenty of beach toys and floaties for snorkeling available at the condo. The proximity to the beach was excellent! Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. We did wake up early each morning to a rooster crowing outside the bedroom witch we could have done without but it's Maui so what can you do- there's chickens everywhere. This is a downstairs unit so keep that in mind if that will bother you. It didn't bother us! We would definitely stay here again. If you want great space for the price, sray at Sam's!

A beautiful, quiet and peaceful condo. An amazing view of the ocean and of the sunset from the Lanai. An unexpected surprise. Conveniently located on the edges of Wailea and Kihei. We appreciated the included beach gear, especially the umbrella and chairs. Our favorite close by beaches were the Kamaole Beaches and Keawakapu Beach. The master bedroom was quiet with convenient shutout drapes, air conditioning and a comfortable king sized bed. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Maui!

Condo was ready upon our arrival. Everything was clean for us, with enough supplies to start our stay. Location is good - about half a mile walk to Kam 3 beach, however we used a car due to condo being uphill. Views were great! AC in bedroom and in living room was working fine (a little noisy but it never bothered us). People staying upstairs above us were way more noisy, even after 10 running and moving furniture, at least this is how it sounded.This condo has everything you need for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, boards). I wish there was snorkeling masks too and maybe a wagon to take everything to the beach (other condos offer it).Bed and pull out sofa mattress were both comfortable. TV had basic cable, with no option to use any services such as Hulu or Netflix - in case it's important for some. For us it was not a big deal and actually good way not to watch TV for a week we stayed there. We went to closest pool and kids liked it. It was closing at 9.45 pm, but worked for us. We never visited second pool within the community.Location is great, about 25 mins from airport/Costco. There are few local stores and cafes nearby (3-5 mins drive).Very comfortable for a family of 4. Two full bathrooms is a plus! Kitchen had everything we needed.Thank you for letting us stay there!

This was our 2nd stay on this property. Both stays were amazing. The units were clean, ac worked well, and check in/out is a breeze. This trip we didn’t realize that the unit didn’t have an oven so we had to improvise a bit to cook. Also, this unit did not have beach umbrella or cooler like the first unit had. Again, we made do and everything else was great!

The accommodation was very comfortable, we slept very well, the location was also very good. It has an extraordinary amount of beach equipment, from a small swimming aid to small surfboards to two real surfboards approx. 2m, beach buggy, snorkeling equipment, several beach chairs, cool boxes, umbrellas and more. The kitchen was also very well equipped and the blender was great, in daily use. We liked it very much and would love to come back.

Great property. Only issues: no TV or chest of drawers for clothes in main level bedroom, needs a new couch and chair in the living room. They are pretty old and lumpy. Lastly waaaay too many TV remotes to operate 1 TV. Needs to all be programmed into 1 remote. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our time at Maui Kamaole J118. It felt like home. The location is ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants.
We watched the sunset and had dinners on the patio. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler for beach days. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook at home. Everything is clean and comfortable. Our son slept comfortably on the sofabed. We enjoyed afternoons reading by the pool and sitting in the hot tub. We had a wonderful 10 days here, & will definitely be back.

This is a lovely, spacious unit in Maui Kamaole. The location within the complex is ideal, located near both pools. Overall, Maui Kam is very pretty, and it is quite close to lots of activity in South Kihei. The condo was clean and roomy, and both lanai's offered great views. We loved it!

Overall, the condo was well appointed and everything was consistent with the listing. The view from the lanai was exceptional!! We have stayed at other condos at the Maui Kamaloe and G-112 has been one of the best. Bed was comfortable and they had all the beach gear needed. The only little detail that would have been helpful was access to a dish rack for doing handwash dishes. Additionally, the fan in the back bathroom seems to need some attention as it is very loud and an buzzy, making it tough to know if it was working well. Would definitely stay again!

The condition of the property was fantastic. It felt very spacious and a good location. Very close to the upper pool which made it nice for the kids to walk to and 2 different BBQ areas. My one negative thing was the dryer was having issues. So we decided to hang out beach towels outside, nicely, on the patio chairs to dry in the sunlight. Apparently that is forbidden by the condo management. I think the property itself had a too many rules in the pool area. It closed at 8:45pm, kids can’t be kids making noises or jumping in the pool maybe a suggestion would be to make one pool an adults only pool if they didn’t want noise from the kids. Property and condo itself were very clean and in great condition. It seemed centrally located on the Kehei side. Close enough to the southend beaches and kehei beaches.

Condo was beautiful and so well stocked with everything we needed for the stay and beach fun. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of supplies for guests of all ages. The view from the lanai was my favorite spot. I didn’t hear back from the property managers when I emailed a question (the tv situation can use some directions haha) and the pool rules (condo’s, not the owners) are so strict that my kids were afraid to go in it, but otherwise, absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend and stay again. Right across from Kihei boat ramp, if you’re doing tours, and great beaches. Lots of food nearby. We had a couple of turtles join us on our last day at Kamaole II. Great place!
