Nice place to stay overall.Well appointed and with all amenities and was nice and clean when arrived. Beds OK, but harder than we like - but that’s a personal preference… Definitely nice to have dryer to fully dry towels after day at beach. Only a peak of an ocean view off balcony but still nice trees otherwise.Centrally located on Kaanapali coast and very close to at least some restaurants and shops.Would gladly stay there again.

This unit is in a very nice location. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and there is a beach park right next door for ocean access. Although this unit does not face the ocean, you can see it from the lanai. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves all night is easily the best part.This is a large unit and had plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teens).Parking was fine, and the location is in a little commercial area with nearby shops and restaurants. There are several small beaches within a few miles, with good snorkeling and swimming conditions.The building is older, but the listing photos are accurate and the host is responsive and helpful to any questions.

Great view. We didn’t get the room we had reserved because the door would not open. We were relocated to a room we would have NEVER reserved. The floor plan was not what we reserved and the kitchen was terrible. Old, inefficient, cabinet doors don’t stay closed, dishwasher rusted and could not be fully used because it was under the sink, plates were too big for bottom rack unless they were laid down, had to reach around or over microwave door to use it due to being restricted because of the range.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Paki Maui! The view from the deck is incredible. We could see whales, turtles, and even a monk seal swim by! The pool and hot tub were a great for our family - we came with our 4 year old, she loved it! The hosts were responsive to any questions I had. The apt was on the smaller side but worked great for our family of 3! Would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay here in Maui. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The views from this place are nothing short of breathtaking with beautiful rainbows and double rainbows every single day. This property had everything we needed for a day. Check-in was super easy and responsiveness from the property manager was awesome. I’d say the one thing that was giving us minor difficulty was the lack of larger cookware to prepare dinner for a family of five. We may do, but it would’ve been easier.

Great location and beautiful view! Even though we were in the Kona storm while staying here we were comfortable. Electricity stayed on and plenty of stores and places to eat near by. The bathroom situation in the bedroom is a bit odd with no door so make sure you are traveling with someone you know very well lol. More hooks in bathroom and maybe a ceiling fan would be good. Cords running from bedroom tv to living room tv made it hard to close that door all the way which also is a privacy thing once again. But apart from that it was a good stay! Felt safe during the storm. Missed the blue ocean views but it’s Hawaii so still beautiful! Thanks again so much!!!

Easy check in and prompt reply to any questions we had. The condo was perfect, with a front row seat to personal whale shows. Kitchen was adequately apportioned with necessities and the grill on property was easy to use and very clean. We look forward to enjoying the unit again.

This was a fantastic stay for the price in Maui so close to the ocean! It is an older development, but it was clean and very convenient. As mentioned in description there is minimal beach, but plenty of chaises for sunbathing on the lawn. We just climbed down the rock wall to walk over the shallow reef to go snorkeling and saw plenty of fish and swam with the sea turtles. The view from the balcony was amazing! There are some ferral chickens in the neighborhood, so if you are light early morning sleeper, you will probably be woken up with the roosters' crowing, but we found it quaint. Plenty of delicious restaurants/food trucks and carry-out options within walking distance.II walk everyday, but because walking the beach is not possible (rocks/reefs) I'd walk the 5 levels of open hallways of the condo with beautiful views of the courtyard and mountainside to the east. Would love to come back someday!

The condo was great. Beautiful views. We watched whales all day from the balcony. There are places across the street to get cooked fresh fish meals or fresh fish to take and cook. Lovely area! It was a bit expensive but we splurged for our anniversary.

Have stayed in this condo building in past ( we live on Kauai and occasionally visit Maui. This condo was on opposite side of previous stay and quite a bit louder due to trash trucks, car traffic in early morning and close pool location. Also a bit worn and never was able to get WiFi to work well. Despite all of this the location on Mauai cannot be beat. Probably saw at least 50 whale a day off Lanai. The management company was delightful to work with. Was shocked to see how dirty our feet were just after 30 min of entering (we take our shoes off in Hawaii). Need to talk to cleaning crew about cleaning those floors better! Despite all these little things, would consider returning due to condo location and working again with My Perfect Stay. They gave wonderful information and kept in good touch.

The view is phenomenal! We watched whales for hours from the lanai, it was great! The layout for 2 couples was excellent. All furniture was comfortable and abundant. The condo was well stocked with towels, basic cooking items, beach chairs. Groceries and restaurants within easy walking distance. Check in was smooth. Parking was plentiful. Pool and hot tub were nice and accessible. There is a park perfect for families right next door with playground and gentle beach for kids. The carpet and drapes in the bedrooms were dirty and worn. Pillows need replacing. More silverware is needed. Various deferred maintenance throughout, this bothers some people more than others. If you can overlook this then this place is for you! If you want supremely clean and meticulously maintained maybe keep looking.

There were a few things in the unit that could use an upgrade but nothing that would cause me to not stay here again. The biggest things I think of are new beach chairs to use-the ones in the unit are almost ready to give out and not be functional!

The apartment was overall just okay for our stay. It’s located in a nice area, so the price felt fair for the location.The unit itself is on the smaller side and hasn’t been recently upgraded, so it feels a bit dated. Most of the essential items we needed were provided, which made our stay comfortable enough. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days.Overall, it’s not a luxury or modern space, but it works well if you’re looking for something affordable in a nice location and don’t mind slightly older furnishings and basic amenities.

Overall our stay was good! The condo was in a good location. The kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry machine and dryer in condo was perfect for washing towels. Beach chairs provided were awesome and saved from having to rent. Bathrooms a little outdated but functional. A nightstand for both sides of the bed would have been nice. We would stay at this location again though!

It was a very beautiful condo, was clean, had all what we needed with an incredible view of the ocean. We even snorkled out back, and we saw a lot of fish. We walked to the food trucks, and the shopping centers that were close by. Everyone staying here was nice, and some residents do live here permanently. I would definitely be booking this place that I fell in love with. Check in was very easy with putting the info for the parking using the Qcode and putting info in. There are elevators, and luggage carts to take your stuff upstairs. Thank you for your generosity for letting us stay in your vacation home.

The location was great and access to the ocean was wonderful. Even though the listing leads one to believe there is an ocean view, there is not one from this unit. You have walk through the resort to get to the ocean. Unfortunately, some of the furnishings left a little to be desired. The curtains in the living room and the bedroom did not have enough hooks for them to hang properly; the upper Jalousie in the bedroom did not open and the screen was not attached well, leaving a crack in the bottom. The rheostat on the fan in the bedroom was either full force or nothing. There was a nice, new set of pans in the kitchen, which helped with meal prep. On our first day, we had an issue with the television in the living room. The management team sent someone out right away and he was able to fix the problem. The management team was very communicative and helpful with information. They were always quick to respond with any issues.

The ocean view from the lanai is even better than expected. You can hear the ocean all day and night. We like to walk and it’s a perfect location to be out of the Ka’anapali beach walk busy area but close enough walk to for meals, snorkeling and fun. 17 minute walk to Duke’s, 30 minutes to airport beach for great snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed for light meals, towels, comfortable furniture. Good communication from Gabe.

Outdoor patio was wonderful... at night you hear the waves crashing. Amazing view. It was a stepless entry, however, the unit is in the center of community, so involved a short walk. Would recommend! Had all the comforts of home.

Beautiful oceanfront property with attentive, thoughtful hosts and a truly central West Maui location. The sunset views from the patio are stunning—we loved sipping wine in the evenings and often spent both mornings and nights there enjoying the ocean.The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the TV is excellent, and the internet was fast and reliable. Beds are very comfortable, and the sound of ocean waves is always present, as the unit sits right at the waterline on the second floor—peaceful and relaxing day and night.The host was very kind and responsive, answering questions quickly. Check-in was effortless via lockbox, and there is a helpful binder in the unit with information about the apartment and nearby restaurants and services.There is a strip of grass along the water with beach chairs, perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Building amenities include a self-service laundry room, elevator access, and easy on-site parking.The location is superb—right in the heart of the West Maui resort area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, food trucks, and more. We enjoyed luaus, a whale-watching cruise, and beachfront dining, all within a 10–12 minute drive. The site felt very safe and quiet.Ideal for longer stays and perfect for couples, with or without children. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The good and the bad. The good was the view is fabulous and the manager was great. The bad is the floor of the unit was very dirty when we arrived. The manager had the maid come back and cleaned it again. The rug at the bathroom sink looked so awful my wife wouldn’t step on it. The owner needs to put some money in the unit. The furniture is worn and several pieces need to be replaced. The beach amenities should be replaced. We did get the beach chairs replaced, the seats were tearing and the frame had rusted through holes. See pictures attached. A nice place if the owner updated it.

The condo was clean and accommodating. A few suggestions though. 1. Hand bars in the shower for us seniors. The dishwasher door or oven door or both needs to shift away from each other. Took us a minute to find, the property manager guided us to our accomodations. Quaint and simple is best way to describe, but hey, that's all you really need for a stay on Maui! There is no AC, just ceiling fans and a stand up fan in the bedroom that was quite noisy. We tried a little bit to get the TV in the living room to work but no avail. "No signal" We tried everything. Again, we didn't come to Maui to watch TV so not a big deal for us. We are used to a king sized bed so the queen was small for us. For the price point it is what it is.

We’ve now stayed here a couple years. It perfectly fits four people, but we comfortably fit five with the fold out couch. The best part about the unit is the patio view. We can sit on the patio, sipping coffee and watching whales or grab a lawn chair on the grassy lawn, soaking in the sun. It’s a great unit that has everything we need plus an amazing view. There’s a community washer and dryer available as well. We plan to come back next year for our annual trip.
