This property had everything we need for our stay. Love the little extras beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. This also had a washer and dryer. Place was very clean and even had a little gift for our arrival. I thought this location was good shopping for local made items right across the street and plenty of food options too. This cozy house was just perfect for our family of 4, it has a beautiful green backyard you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning in the middle of chirping birds, there’s also a coi pond with turtle, our kids enjoyed checking it out .
House is a few steps away from the beach , restaurant, food trucks and shaved ice store.
Kitchen was good size for us to fix some meals, well equipped. Bedroom had drawers enough to store our clothes. Had enough cozy linens.
Overall it was just perfect for our family of 4! Would definitely visit again!

- Unit needs a really good deep clean
- The king bed mattress was shaped like a W, with huge dips on either side and a hump in the middle
- Communication from My Perfect Stays was slow or non existent
- The patio doors and screens are way past their due date and would not open/close properly
- There was an infestation of tiny ants in the kitchen
Overall, would stay there again because of the amazing location and amenities for young families, however, a little work needs to be done on the unit.

We had a great time! The place was clean, and there was so much to do nearby. Snorkeling, beaches, shops, coffee, it was fabulous.
The unit smelled like fish when we got there and there were some tiny bugs in the kitchen from time to time.

We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because the bed was so uncomfortable. The ceiling fan did not work in the livingroom. There was a noisy, portable fan to use. The freezer had mini ice cube trays. There was packets of cream that were so hard, they could not be used. I would not stay here again.

This property was fantastic. The views from the lanai were amazing. We saw whales and turtles every day and the 180° ocean view was stunning. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults.

Central location between Kapalua and Kaanapali. Pool , hot tub and barbecue complex was nice. Had a nice time.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family’s first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Everything was so clean, spacious and the views are breathtaking. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home. The location was perfect, not so touristy but also less than 10 min drive in either direction gets you to the resort areas and big beaches.

We rented both units with my 2 adult siblings and their significant others, our mid-70’s parents and my 2 teenage daughters. There was ample space for everyone. The location of the property is absolutely key. We watched whales from our deck and the pool absolutely every day! It was the highlight of the property! The units are well equipped and the owner was responsive and checked in. We had no notable property issues. I’d say there are some aesthetic details that show the building and unit’s age. It is clear that the owner has tried to keep up with maintenance and paint, etc. But the price point on the units is high, as the units age I’m sure an overhaul will eventually be necessary. But they were clean and comfortable and as I said, for us, we were paying for the location and the views. And after 8 days exploring Maui I think this unit has some of the best with decent proximity to Whalers Village and some of the bigger name beaches and restaurants in the area. We loved! our time in Maui!

This ocean-front property has an amazing view and, with the sliding doors open to the patio, we enjoyed the constant sound of the waves. During our two-week stay in February we also saw whales breaching almost every time we looked out at the ocean for more than a couple of minutes. It was clean and well furnished - though it lacks an oven. One of the best take-out fish restaurant's is across the street and nearby are large grocery and drug stores. Also important is that the owners are available and very responsive to questions and problems. I was a bit concerned that it is not air conditioned but found that the breezes from the ocean were more than adequate to keep it cool. The only negative we found was that the washer/dryers cost $2.75 each. We plan to return.

Needs furniture update. Lumpy uncomfortable couch, rusted rickety patio chair was wobbly. Only 1 lamp in living room and it didn't work consistently. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off, then couldn't get it to turn on once we plugged it in. Living room TV did not work consistently, No instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay there again unless these issues were addressed. Best piece of furniture was king bed.

Thank you Heather for a wonderful stay! The photos do not lie, you really are that close to the beach and can hear the ocean waves (especially great to fall asleep to at night). The lanai is just fabulous, we ate out there or just sat out there anytime we were in the condo. Towels and linens were provided, more than enough than we even needed. There's a laundry facility on the premise that came in handy. The pool and hot tub were great. The complex was quiet and everyone around was friendly, and Heather was quick to answer any questions we had. The close proximity to shops, restaurants, grocery stores was great. You can really get a sense of the community and the wonderful island of Maui even by staying close to the condo.

We visited Maui with 11 family members, was a perfect location to do so. Rooms are side by side with a nice kitchen, spacious living room and plenty of materials In the rooms to make for a convenient stay. it was an easy walk to numerous beaches, several local restaurants and shops that had anything you need, would highly recommend this spot for a family needing multiple units.

First of all, I want to say that communication with the property manager was excellent! He answered all of my questions immediately.
The apartment is in a complex. It’s a first floor unit with a back sitting area. Very comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. but some basics like oil, ketchup and mustard would be a great addition. Oh and coffee filters.
There are ceiling fans in each room which is good, but air conditioning in the bedroom would be a nice addition. It didn’t cool down quite enough at night during our stay.
But, overall, this is a really nice apartment in a neighborhood near stores and food. Ample parking. We were very happy there

The property is as described on the VRBO website. We saw Hawaiian Sea Turtles and Humpback whales every day from our Lanai. Being so close to the ocean was amazing. There was a lot of room for a family with 3 teen girls to have "alone time" when needed.
The condo's furnishings and cookware are outdated and the dining room fan, shower doors, and some of the cookware were unclean. The dust on the dining room fan was so thick that it fell onto our food the first night we were there. After that, we just did not use it.
There amenities in the condo were great - spices, oil, sunscreen, snorkelling gear, dishwasher/washing machine soap, etc.
Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise!

The condo was as advertised! Steps to the beach in a quiet complex. Visited in December 2023 and wildlife galore, humpback whales and their calf's, turtles, monk seals, and snorkeling as good as anywhere we went on the island. Definitely will be back.

The good:
The apartment was recently renovated, it's clean, has the latest amenities, and is located minutes from stores and public beaches. The owner provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and even snorkeling equipment. The management is responsive (for the most part - see below).
The bad:
Noise! There is no A/C, so you will almost certainly sleep with windows open. People are moving in and out, walking past your bedroom windows talking loudly, and slamming doors day and night. Also, there are wild chickens everywhere with roosters crowing all night long. So, if you want a quiet place, look elsewhere.
Another problem is that even though the management company is responsive during business hours, their after-hours support is virtually non-existent. We had an issue with the fire alarm in our unit going off 5 times in the middle of the night. I called the emergency support line and was promised that "a manager" would call me back right away. An hour later I called again and was told that "an on-call team" would get back to me but nobody did. Meanwhile, the alarm kept blasting. In the end, they contacted me after the office opened in the morning and sent an electrician to fix the issue. I was offered compensation for the troubles but having my family stay awake all night long listening to the fire alarm wasn't my idea of a dream vacation.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because this is not a bells and whistles condo. It is in great shape with a clean kitchen and recently updated bathrooms. But it isn't a lavish property. But having said that, it's a great bargain for what you get and we were very comfortable there for the 7 days of our trip. The veranda is lovely and the view is stellar. The furniture could be updated but it is comfortable. The chart yard garden is also lovely and it's in a great location with the park/beach next door. We booked it on a whim and would book again.

The beach here has eroded more than we expected so we opted to use the public beach access points. They fixed the hot tub late in our stay but the pool and grills were in great shape.

We loved the unit and location.. couldn't afford to pay the big prices for the more central places and this place was an easy bus ride to the nice beaches. Had another great trip to Maui! We like to do a lot of activities and are comfortable driving so this location was fine. Easy to get here, property was VERY clean, all the pots, pans etc that we needed. Sufficient seating for all 6 of us. Property management support for minor issues was fantastic - extra blanket was here in a matter of hours during holiday times! We would definitely stay here again.
