The online information was very accurate. I wish the online listing had clarified that only 1 parking spot is allowed as we had 2 adult couples and be required to look for street parking for the second car was stressful and if we had known would have made different choices. The only other complaint was the fan in the master bedroom having a bearing or something going out which was annoying for sleep. Beautiful views.

The check-information was outdated and almost resulted in my car being towed because the vehicle wasn’t properly registered at the site. Small one bedroom unit, perfect for one or two people. It is a really nice place, with close proximity to a fish taco place, gas station, ABC store with a deli, and a little further down a food truck park. It doesn't have a/c but with the windows open and the fans going it was very comfortable, and I slept well.Ok with regards tonthe accuracy of the listing, I took one star off, just because some of the information is no longer valid. It is a garden view and no ocean view even from the garden. It wasn't a problem. The wifi is no longer good on the listing. Go by what is indicated in the condo. There is no longer a parking fee of 20 which i was pleasantly surprised by. You do however need to register your car by texting your plate number with your unit number to the phone number indicated on the main office door. Once you get your code scan the QR code and follow the instructions.The property's beach isn't that accessible due to erosion over the years, but there is beach access nearby.The hosts are very easy to reach and answered my questions the times I did have some very quickly.I would stay here again without a doubt if come back to Maui.Mahalo

Our stay was full of peace, enjoyment of the views, restful in the condo which had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The Condo had adequate kitchen supplies. When eating in, we ate mostly on the balcony. The condo was clean, quiet, and close to amenities. We suggest they add an electric tea kettle to boil water for tea. Disappointed there seemed to be no recycling available.

The apartment is located directly by the sea. You have a fantastic view of the islands of Lani and Molokai and on some days you can even see whales from the balcony. The bed is in front of the balcony, so the waves lovingly envelop you at night, with the feeling of sleeping right on the beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished in Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. There is also a direct view of the sea. You feel at home. Absolutely recommendable.

Although the beach here can be a little rough, there are plenty of calmer easier beach accesses nearby. The view was fantastic, and sitting beachside is always relaxing. The condo it older, but well maintained. Everything you need in the kitchen and kitchen plenty of local places within walking distance. Food trucks and restaurants a short drive nearby. Only suggestion I have is to inform renters that the property manager is not very helpful. You will need a smart phone to access the parking app and you can scan a QR code posted to register your car. There are carts for you to take your luggage to your room. We loved our stay, always sad to go home.

The sunsets are incredible! Rainbows! Definately would stay again! Recommendations: Restaurants, Merrimans and The Plantation! We did a helicopter tour with Maverick! Highly recommend. Road to Hana, go early. Lava tubes are a must. Download an app for the guide to the Road to Hana. Also Trilogy excursions for snorkle trip. Will be back!

We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves. This condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials, included a nice selection of spices. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect. And there were stores and restaurants a short walk away. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property works well for those with mobility issues. The property has an elevator and handicap parking. The walk-in showers have benches and there is plenty of space to maneuver a rolling walker around the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans needed. Property Does need some upgrades! Had problems getting the TV to work. Everything seems to close early, so it dark just having to watch the news would’ve made it a little bit easier. The kitchen did have pots and pans, but there was no mixing bowls or cereal bowls to use. There was plenty of paper products, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. Love the fact that they gave us beach towels and there were two beach chairs in the closet. Unit needs to either remove the rugs in the bedroom or clean them. The cleanliness of the property was about a four. Our unit was a five. Would love to come back and stay again!

It was exactly as described and fulfilled my long list of requirements! The owners were very clear with communication and our rental was without incident.
We did enjoy the AC and it was also pleasant to comfortably shut off the AC and relish the trade winds and listen to the ocean waves and watch the breathtaking sunsets! The penthouses were well appointed and we had several dinners around the dining table and I thoroughly enjoyed the laughter of my grown children around the table once more! A mother’s dream come true to see my boys laughing and joking like they did as children.
The washer and dryer was great for wet towels and packing light for our trip! We also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The reef was truly amazing and we watched the sea turtles from the penthouse. We could easily snorkel and swim at the beach and in front of the penthouses. The adjacent beach was perfect for water sports and we had a family photo session there to capture our Hawaii vacation.
The view was a dream come true!
The location of the Maui Penthouses was truly ideal and we visited many of the local shops and restaurants. The ABC store and Safeway provided all we needed for meals and snacks. We traveled to the marina and had a fishing trip of a lifetime catching blue marlin. The boys did the Road to Hana, rented motorcycles, and we enjoyed the Old Lahaina Luau for our final night.
I highly recommend the Maui Penthouses for your vacation! You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views truly are spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as everything you could need for excursions ie. 4 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bag and even an ice chest. We hope to come back again. The only little glitch-- be aware that VRBO says 3:00 check in. It is actually 4:00. Amy, the property manager, was easy to communicate with.

The property was just as it was described and then a little more. The property had a Bose sound system with no instructions how to use it, so we did not touch it. There was a television in the bedroom that we could not operate.
The second day that we were at the property the garbage disposal stopped working, the kitchen sink and bathtub backed up.

The property was easy to get to. Parking was easy. It’s right off water but didn’t have the easiest access to get to water due to work site closures blocking stairs down to the water.
Pool is okay but nothing great.
Condos themselves felt clean however without ac you are forced to sleep with the doors open which is great when you listen to waves and the night has cooled off enough. Not as great when people are playing at the pool and it’s hot outside. Between 3-5pm the condos are burning up in July and it doesn’t matter how much trade winds you get. Also, with the windows open (screens closed) gnats and bugs were in the room.
Overall, a decent stay for the price. Not a penthouse other than it’s on the 4th floor, so set your expectations. When this place has AC which they show signs of installing, it will be much more worth the cost.

We loved how close we were to everything. Walking distance of shops and food. 10 minute drive to great boogie boarding beach DT Flemming. 10 minutes to great snorkeling spot at Black Rock. It does not have air conditioning so it does get a little hot but the fans help a lot.
