Located on the north end of the world acclaimed Kaanapali Beach, Paki Maui is its own island of tranquility. Paki Maui is a four-story, three building, 108 apartment structure located directly on the ocean with a sand beach and a double-reef so you can swim and snorkel in safety and comfort. This complex also offers a large grassy lawn area that fronts the beach where you can sit comfortably under the palm trees and gaze out on the islands of Molokai and Lanai and where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a game of Frisbee. Whale shows are frequent from mid-November through March and every sunset is spectacular!
The Koi pond, lush gardens, and ocean surf all lend to creating a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. Our unit, number 114, is a one-bedroom one-bath ground level garden apartment that reflects that sense of peace and harmony. Situated in the midst of the lush tropical garden. The trade winds continually blow and keep this shaded unit cool and comfortable-no need for air conditioning. The shower has a dual control shower head and hand wand. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, and flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a six inch mattress, as well as a flat screen TV. There is free WIFI Internet, cable TV, and a room safe. You are literally steps away from the Pool/BBQ area where you will find a swimming pool, whirlpool, tables, and barbecue grills which are surrounded by granite countertops and of course the ocean. Washers and dryers are located on each floor for your convenience.
There is a Times grocery store just a 5 minute walk south, along with a Subway, Jazzin’ Java, and several other stores. Directly across the street is Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya for the best deli on the West Side, and The Fish Market for the freshest catches around. Just a few steps north is Bad Ass Coffee (Maui’s version of Starbucks) and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is host to a Farmer’s Market in their parking lot, where you can buy fresh produce and other island delicacies.
Room rates are plus tax (Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.167% & Transient Accommodation tax of 9.25%).Also included is a pre-arrival cleaning. We can arrange for additional cleanings at your expense if you wish. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay.
There MAY BE a $20 resort fee payable at the front desk at check-in payable by you for parking.
1/2 of the total rental due at booking and the remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. However, if we can rebook the room your deposit will be cheerfully returned less a $50 administration fee. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund.
This is a non-smoking apartment. There are designated smoking areas on property.
