Everything about this condo was very good. Great hosts, easy check-in, ground floor with parking just out the door. Great location, a block off the beach so walk over for sunsets at 5.45 every day.

This was a great place for our family. Stacy was very attentive. The house is stocked with great beach supplies. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us when we checked in. The house was very comfortable and the pool is awesome. It was close to beaches and everything we wanted to do. It was a dream stay and we highly recommend this place.

The condo was very beautiful and spacious enough for 6 people. The kitchen and dining space was lovely to have and big enough for us as well. We really appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use during our stay. We hardly had to use the air conditioner as the fans were sufficient enough in circulating air. The flooring had gaps in it though where a few of the pieces didn’t connect, a few of us tripped on it in the kitchen. The host was slow to respond to messages, requiring us to send a follow up message a few days later, but she promptly responded after that. The beach nearby is quite rocky, but nicer beaches were a short drive away. The pool at the complex was very nice and well maintained.

Condo was perfect for our weeklong stay in Kihei. It was clean, spacious, and had all the things that we needed for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out at the beach. There is beach access right across the street from the resort. The owners replied to any questions I had right away and made the instructions for accessing the property super easy.

We had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy. We had to do work during our stay so it was nice to have good working WiFi. Family had a good time with the facilities Ping Pong, Tennis, and Pool. Super close to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was equipped with all your cooking necessities and Balcony was super enjoyable in the morning and at night. Only items that came up were the property turned off the water during our stay without proper notification. It unfortunately happened after we just got back from an early morning surf and we were in the shower. Not the Hosts fault but the property management needs to notify people a little better like knocking on doors and leaving notes on unites. It is also important for people to know that the bunk beds are literally on the floor. It’s good for little ones under 10 but a little uncomfortable for teenagers that are a little taller. Overall everything was super convenient for our large family and we would stay again. Thank you!

The reason we stayed at KOA is that my in-laws stayed in this “resort” for many years in a row starting back in the 90s. This particular unit is in real need of maintenance and updating. Nearly every drawer and cupboard in kitchen was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The frig also had broken door shelves and drawers. The bathrooms have fixtures that are broken in shower and toilet. We also had little sugar ants the last few days that invaded the kitchen cupboards and counters. The beds were fine and the AC was great to have with the beautiful sunny days. I communicated each of our concerns with the owners in hopes they will be addressed for future guests. As an owner myself, I believe you should continually update and upgrade rental units for the best guest experiences. The pool is large and a welcomed amenity!

We loved our stay at Koa Resort. Our condo has everything we needed from beach set up to kitchen appliances. The condo was very clean and I loved how there was a washer and dryer with soap included. The pool on the property is big and nice for big family. The BBQs were clean. I loved how there was 3 a/c units through out the condo. Check in/ out process was easy! The condo is near so many stores and the airport which was nice. Highly recommend this resort.

Condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. There were 6 adults and we had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with own bathroom. 1 more bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, Host, Robyn was always available if needed. Condo highly recommended by our group. Would definitely come back again

Great stay for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids all stayed in bunk room which is such a rare find! The beach across the street isn't really a swimming beach but you only need to drive about 5 minutes to start getting to the good beaches and there are so many options within 15 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. The knives could use a sharpening, but we probably only noticed because of the massive amounts of produce we were going through!

This was an excellent place for the family to establish as the "base of operations" for our stay in Maui. The check-in process was easy, and Yolanda was great to work with. We were so grateful for items such as ice chests, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jude was very communicative and available. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked - more so than other rentals we've stayed in. Very large fluffy beach towels, super comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms. Fans and AC in the rooms made sleeping so lovely. One little thing that I found super helpful - all the light switches are labeled! No trying a dozen light switches to figure out what is connected to what! (It's the little things!) We would stay here again in a heartbeat. So, so nice that we're not wanting to leave!

My family had the best time in this amazing condo. I love that it is a corner unit, had a water hose to clean all our snorkel gear, pool is steps away, very large yard for my grandkids to play and all the extras. I would definitely stay here again. Also great location.
