A great location for our Maui vacation! The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with the perfect kitchen, beach, and home amenities. The host was very attentive/responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again.

Overall we were happy with our choice of places. However,the mattress in the bedroom with the attached shower needs to be replaced. The foam topper moved constantly and was very uncomfortable. Enjoyed the kitchen with all the supplies. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working and was extremely small. The grounds were beautiful and enjoyed all the birds and nature and we enjoyed sitting outside. Appliances worked well. Used the barbeque area several times! Neighbors were quiet and considerate. Felt that this was a great location and we enjoyed the area. Maui is beautiful and we were glad we could spend time with our family all together.

Clean condo. We had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at the KOA resort several times and always enjoy the pool and low key location. It’s a quiet community. The rooster was easily heard every morning since there’s not a real glass window in the bedrooms- but thats a part of the Hawai’i experience! The furniture and layout in main dwelling area made it difficult to hang out as a family with couches, tables and the TV in odd positions, and I couldn’t figure out how to optimize it temporarily for our stay. But certainly not a barrier to overall enjoying this condo. Very nice kitchen. Quick communication. And the beach towels provided were amazing. Funny thing to love, but they were so nice I might have to get my own haha. Thank you for a great stay!

Nightmare vacation!!!On our 3rd night we experienced a Kona low storm. 3 feet of water came down the mountain and down the street and surrounded the property. We were stuck without power for 4 days. Had to seek shelter for 2 nights with a couple we met in the flooded parking lot who had a condo in the 2nd floor. Was a scary situation for a few days.

The accommodations were great, close to the pool, tennis courts and all of the local sights. Games, out door beach toy available and the owner was very responsive and addressed every concern right away. It was a wonderful get away for the family. Strongly recommend staying here and hope to return again in the very near future.

Just great. Sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen and any beach items you can possibly think of. Debbie was a great host, super nice and responsive. The resort facilities are also great, with a nice pool, tennis court, grilling area, shuffleboard, etc. The place was absolutely perfect for a family of four.Debbie was a great host, helpful and responsive even from a different time zone.Only downside is you do hear footsteps from upstairs and it can get annoying, but it was never a big deal at all.Fully recommend, would come back tomorrow if I could.

The house was perfect for our family of six, great proximity to the beach. We were able to cook at home most nights and the barbecues were very nice to use. No road noise, quiet neighborhood, easy to park. R was very helpful not just for checking in but through our entire stay and we really enjoyed this home.

My family of 4 stayed here for 9 nights and it was absolute perfection! The unit was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our stay! The host, Debbie, was phenomenal with communication; especially checking in on us as bad weather was coming our way. This is our second time staying at the Koa, our first with this unit-and we’ll definitely stay here again! The pool, grounds, and tennis/ping pong were so fun to have access to! Had a wonderful stay at Koa Resort - great location in Kihei steps away from the beach and whale sanctuary, a great spot to see turtles sunning. Amenities were great: pickleball/tennis courts, clean grills, and the best pool on the island - big and never busy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower was large and plenty of warm water. Our boys loved spotting lizards and all the birds and chickens roaming the property. Debbie was super helpful and responsive - wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This property was at an excellent location, near to the Kehei and more southern beaches, restaurants, and access to the Kahului, the airport, and Haleakala. It also had convenient parking and a good pool and hot tub. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen, excellent sitting and eating areas, both inside and out, and provided plenty of towels and beach stuff. Beds were comfortable, pillows were medium, but with the lowest air conditioning setting being 73 sleeping was at times interrupted and towels stayed damp. The property was not as clean as other places we have stayed.

The location of the condo is excellent. Leo and Yolanda are very nice and communication was above par. We didn’t use many of the amenities but it was nice knowing they were available. Parking was not a problem with our rental vehicle and the pool and hot tub were nice! Kihei is a nice town with a small-town feel and so much to do. We instantly fell in love with the town, Maui and Hawaii! Can’t wait to come back!

We had 8 adults and two 1-year olds and we had a FANTASTIC time! This is most definitely a condo for families - they had a high chair, a little table and 2 chairs (which the kids LOVED), plates, cups, and silverware for kids, water vests, a stroller, 2 port-a-beds, a safety gate, kids beach toys, and other amenities for children. They also had games for adults (shuffleboard, ping-pong, pickleball, etc), very easy access to a beautiful pool with a hot tub, lots of beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. The pictures are authentic - beautiful, very-livable condo. I highly recommend this spot to anyone!!! :)

We love the Koa, the pool, and the grounds. We haven't encountered this when we have stayed in different units here before, but there were cockroaches and tiny ants. A light bulb in the bathroom was out, and there was no lighting on the lanai. The location is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at 1E. This unit was very well equipped and comfortable for us with great cross breeze, fans, and quiet ac when we needed it. The grounds were nicely maintained and the gardens crew were friendly. The location is central to many activities though all require a drive. We did some great snorkeling further south down the coast and hiked up in the mountains. The beach across the street is nice for walking or wading.The unit was clean and well stocked. However, the floors would benefit from a good mopping as they turned the soles of our feet brown even on our first day.

The host was very helpful and the room was good. There were a couple of things that weren't great... No air conditioning in one of the upstairs rooms and the mattress in that room was in very bad shape. There were mechanical issues with the vehicle, but the owner was very helpful on working with us. There were tons of beach chairs and other beach items and lots of games. All in all a good stay.

This was the perfect little condo for my husband, my sister, and me. Absolutely everything we needed was there, including coffee, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Loved that it has AC and a washer and dryer in the unit.

We had some issues with our check in, but the host corrected the issue after a brief phone conversation. Also, the upstairs bedroom had several very uncomfortable beds. We resolved the problem for one ( a twin bed) by purchasing a new mattress at Costco. The condo is set up so that meals can be shared together. The kitchen table will accommodate 12 people, which was the primary reason for choosing to stay there.
