The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had a great ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook meals if desired. We also appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer, which was especially convenient after spending the day at the beach. Another thoughtful touch was that there were no checkout cleaning requirements, making our last day stress free.The only downside was that the bedroom did not have a dedicated AC unit. However, we kept the bedroom door open and left the living room AC running, which allowed enough cool air to circulate.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the host for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable.

Host allowed early check-in, very helpful. Clean unit. Two big things to pass on to perspective renters. 1) There basically is no access to the nice balcony with amenities. The door would only open about 10-12 inches--most people would give up. We had thin teens who could squeeze out and (smartly) hold outside bottom of glass door to allow it to open. The bottom track is broken and the whole unit needs replaced. As you would go on the balcony, you'd close the door--then again you could not open the door. 2) The air conditioning is NOT adequate for this 2 bedroom 2 bath unit! It is a window unit sitting on a coke crate on the balcony and is not cooling the unit--especially after a hot day and in the evening when you want to sleep. Placing fans all around (as is done) is only moving HOT air. I only tell these two things so another family of 5 doesn't experience this same "inconvenience". Again, the host allowed early check in. Also the unit needs a pizza cutter! LOL

The location was excellent. Near the beach. Also closer drives to Hana, Haleakala as compared to Lahaina. The property was as advertised. A/C in all three bedrooms. Communication with the host was also excellent. Always prompt to respond. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to back!

We were very happy with this will appointed condo. Was a very welcoming space. Clean and had everything we needed to make our time in Maui worry free. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! Loved the available beach supplies...towels to boogie boards to cooler totes, even a couple sets of swim fins! Great location! This condo was great! Super convenient location and beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage & well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed. The beach supplies were so nice to have, plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler and a wagon - made for easy and fun beach days! There’s also a beach supply rental place right next door if you need anything else, we didn’t buy it seemed like a good option. Check in/out were seamless. We were big fans and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. Host provided impeccable service and communication while there were ample sundries available for guest use. Memorable week for a family wedding. Location was within walking distance to most anything you need including the beach across the street. Rooftop barbecue area was a beautiful way to watch the sunset and grill some burgers. Beach towels, water bottles, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella, this place has everything you could need and more! my partner did a lot of fishing and found the coolers and ice packs super handy, we really appreciated all of the thought put into this place, we've stayed at many condos across the islands and this was the most well kept, the pool was bigger than the pictures and the elevator was nice. We always had a parking spot and the other tenant/ guests we ran into were always friendly. 10/10 would stay again.

The view was the best part of the stay. Also appreciated the unit being as organized as it was. Had a strange smell though. The major issue was the A/C units in every room stopped working after the 3 days. This made the last two nights uncomfortable.

This condo is in a very good location with access to shopping and dining nearby. However, this may not be the best choice for families with children. It has more of a retirement community feel and they don't like the energy young people bring.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were so happy with everything! The location was central to all our excursions around the island, as well as easily walkable to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Kam 2 is absolutely gorgeous. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and sand toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed many sunny afternoons at the pool. The sunsets from the rooftop area are absolutely stunning. Communication from the owners was top notch. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!!!!

My only complaint is with the couch. Nobody could sleep on it. Opened up into a bed it was was worse, the mattress not just worn out but literally broken and unusable. Do, currently, the place can sleep a maximum of 2 people. Otherwise we loved it.

I reported personally to property Manager that the dryer had stopped working, and a Technician was sent within the hour and had it fixed, by replacing the belt. Thank you.We used the ceiling fans most of the time than the AC unit.The ladies had no complaints on the kitchen gadgets.The rooms were easy to make tidy.One of the shower closets had slow drainage.Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

The property was great. It's a two minute walk to the beach. There are a number of very good restaurants around (Kihei Fish & Chip, Miso Phat, etc.) The bathroom is a little dated (the shower stall is a bit small). Other than that, the condo is on the 4th floor and high enough that you can see the water over the property in front of it. For the location and the price, it's a great value.

Horrible loud concrete drilling exactly beside our bedroom window 3 different days. We’re retired and like to take daily naps. NOT POSSIBLE. My husband was swearing so much it was upsetting. He had recent major heart surgery and this was not good for him.

Great location and fantastic view. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We love Kam 1 beach, which is a 3 minute walk. There are many wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. You get a fantastic view of the sunset every night. We stayed in March and spotted whales in the water! Be sure to bring binoculars!

This was a wonderful condo centrally located in Kihei. The vacation necessities that normally need to be purchased were in the condo: coffee, shampoo, conditioner, supplies to do laundry, etc. Everything that is needed for a day at the beach is at the condo: coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella. The unit is updated, very well equipped and very clean. It looks exactly as the pictures show in the listing. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living room and in the bedroom. They both worked great.This unit is on the 2nd floor so there isn't an unobstructed ocean view, but you can see the ocean from the lanai and there is a wonderful deck on the 7th floor with BBQ's and tables to enjoy an ocean view and sunset! There is a great beach right across the street where you can watch the sunset as well. We cannot say enough about the hosts of this condo. If we had questions we received a quick response. We were in Maui during the first round of Kona storm and our hosts reached out to make sure we were ok. We hope to return to this unit in the near future

3 bedrooms was ideal for our group. We stayed during a violent and lengthy storm and there was a little water leak in the main bedroom but otherwise the unit was secure. We enjoyed the pool area and it was set up nicely to allow our 11 month-old grandson to enjoy the pool too. We loved the central location of the property.
