Our stay was lovely, all was very nice and clean. We were disappointed with some of the amenities (toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap) as we were there for a month snd paid the same daily rate as someone there for a week.I also asked for cleaning supplies , there was nothing there.(they were delivered promptly ) All in all it was a good vacation. This condo is an excellent choice. The hosts are very responsive and the condo is close to the beach, many restaurants, and lots of other activities. We particularly enjoyed the furniture, which is very comfortable. We highly recommend this condo if you want to stay in Kihei.

Friendly host communications confirming our arrival details and then during our stay with weather updates and suggested activities. Much appreciated!The unit is all about location. Full ocean view and you are close to everything. 2 min walk and you are in the ocean, including a quick ABC Store stop for drinks and snacks. Plenty of restaurants close by plus snorkel gear rental and local souvenir shopping.The unit is just right. Comfy front room clean kitchen and great king size bed. Bathroom is ready for some updating but very functional.We will definitely be renting here again.

The host was very responsive to all of our needs during our week long stay. The view from the lanai and location are really what make this place amazing. We saw whales while enjoying coffee in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The beach was also a short walk away and they had all the gear we needed for a day at the beach. Food and shops were also just a quick walk.

Joe was so fantastic with his communication and help this get everything set up with a last-minute reservation. The view is gorgeous and you can watch the ocean all day! The location can’t be more perfect directly in town only minutes from great restaurants. The Furniture‘s are comfortable and cozy with an upgraded beachy feel.

Great location and the amenities in the suite and nearby were top notch. We had access to beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a high chair and stroller for our grandchild. The ocean view from the lanai and the 7th floor balcony were perfect viewpoints for the amazing Maui sunsets.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location couldn’t have been any better and we ate breakfast outside, admiring the view each morning. The owner was attentive and quick to reply to communications. We found that there were plenty of amenities included in the condo that made the stay easy. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. We’d highly recommend staying here if you are interested in Kīhei.

Liked the close location to the many restaurants, shops and beaches. Upon check in, the room was much more basic than advertised. Relatively clean, but very basic. No frills, decorations, etc. Our freezer was not closed properly before we arrived and had completely frosted over the entire thing- would not close and had to call maintenance to defrost and chip away all the built up ice. Air conditioner was dripping large amounts of water the first few hours behind the tv we had to keep wiping upA bit surprised that there was no room service even once during the week stay. Liked the washer and dryer and kitchen.

Everything was great! Anita was very personable, calling and emailing us before our trip to help us feel welcome and prepared. The condo was CLEAN, set up well with anything we might need, and in a great location.We visited several other parts of the island, and each time we commented on how happy we were with our great accommodations and location.A highlight was having our meals on the lanai. For most meals, we chose to bring food "home" to eat rather than eat at the restaurant.From the lanai, we saw whales breaching. While swimming across the street at Kamaole 1, we saw turtles swim by.It was also great to be in an area where we could shop!Free parking was another bonus!Thank you, Anita! We're ready to come again!

Excellent communication throughout booking process. Went above and beyond ensuring all questions answered quickly. Condo had breathtaking ocean views, gorgeous sunset every night and nonstop whale sightings from the lanai! We texted about a sound coming from ac unit and they sent out a technician within a few hours to fix the unit. Condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6! 2 minutes to the beach and beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and cooler available for guests. A wonderful experience. One thing is perhaps more cleaning supplies for guests staying over a week ( we knew only starter supplies would be available but it would have been so nice/ convenient to have been provided with more dishwasher pods). Mahalo for being such incredible hosts. Highly recommend!

The host was very welcoming and friendly, and answered my questions very quickly.The unit had such a beautiful ocean view, we spent lots of time on the lanai watching sunsets and enjoing the view. The condo had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear was a great feature, and the welcome basket was such an unexpected personal touch! Highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic property for families with kids. The layout was perfect, and the view was spectacular. We saw whales while eating breakfast on the lanai one of our days there! The beach directly across the street was great for kids, and the little coffee shop and bakery right across the side street were great, too!

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have picked better hosts or location to stay! Kam 1 Beach is steps away, the view from the lanai is amazing and snorkeling at Charlie Young is very good. Convenient access to restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, grocery stores, and South Maui Gardens. We drove the West Maui Loop, Road to Hana and went up to Haleakala Summit for a sunset; recommend all. Also, visited several beaches and the Wailea Boardwalk. The condo was well stocked and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Anita was excellent at communicating and we talked on the phone a couple times before our visit, which was helpful. Don't hesitate, book #607 at Kamaole Beach Royale for a wonderful stay!

The individual suite was great. Beautiful view from the lanai. The suite was clean and as advertised. Overall this unit was a perfect place to call home for our 10 day stay in Maui. Some very minor considerations... the foam topper in the bedroom was way too soft for us. We sunk so far in and at our age, we need something firmer. We were disappointed that the rooftop bbq/common area was closed for our entire stay due to construction, however we were not informed of this until after we had arrived. I have stayed in another unit in the same building in 2019 and eating dinner from the rooftop, taking in the amazing view was a highlight. So it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find out it is under construction and would be the whole time we were there. However, we were still in Maui and its hard to complain about that :) We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay in a clean, convenient & well stocked suite (aside from Toilet Paper). Lol. 3 rolls of 1 Ply, for 3 people for 10 days definitely didnt cut it.
