We previously lived on Maui about 2 blocks from Kamaole Beach Royale, so we were excited to visit our old neighborhood. This unit was well-appointed, comfortable, close to shops and restaurants, and the view was exquisite. Parking was easy, loved having an elevator, and the host was very responsive. My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The access to the beach was incredible - we could walk right over. Our favorite part was the view from the balcony - we spent so much time just relaxing and watching the daylight change, sipping coffee and tea. There is also a roof top with a beautiful view, which we enjoyed thoroughly. If you stay here, do not forget to visit the rooftop after sun down to see some incredible ocean views by moonlight. The amenities were great too, having a washer/dryer and kitchen in the unit was great.

Two complaints: (i) there were a lot of ants in the kitchen upon arrival, (ii), the bed sheets are 100% polyester, which (a) is uncomfortable, and (b) are heavy and hot; (iii) there is a massive a/c unit in the living room, but for some reason nothing in the bedroom but a weak fan that makes a large clanging noise any time you turn it on to strength. In August, this makes for a pretty hot night of sleeping.

Sandy beach was right across the street. The condo felt like home! It’s very clean, has all the creature comforts of home, comfy king-sized bed, great water pressure in shower, incredibly clean BBQ grill on the rooftop, and very breezy. You don’t even need the AC, but when you do it works great! And the view is stunning! You’ll end up spending a lot of time on the lanai! I’ve stayed at my share of vacation homes and never have I been more satisfied! I will be back!

The condo is beautiful & the view amazing. After a couple of days in tourist busy Waikiki Beach we were glad for a slower paced beach town. The condo has all the basic needs from beach equipment to kitchen appliances. Very family friendly. The only minor issue we found was it was hard to keep the front bedrooms cool, the AC unit did fine in master bedroom and main living areas, but didn’t quite reach the front bedrooms. But it also maybe a function of the time of year, probably better in cooler months. I would still totally recommend this location for a wonderful stay. So much better than a hotel!

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is amazing, literally walk across the street and you are at the beach . The check in as easy and quick which is appreciated when you get in late. There is a small pool but it was never busy and kids loved it. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the air fryer daily what a great appliance to have on vacation . Owners are great at communicating. Felt like home away from home.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed. When we arrived, we called to say we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Someone quickly responded and brought what we needed. The location was amazing. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Kihei beach.

This is a great place to stay in Kihei. Wendy was very responsive to one of our concerns. Communication with the owner’s excellent. Views are amazing on the double lanai and are also beautiful on the rooftop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Everything you need for cooking and going to the beach is all here. We stay at this unit every time we come to Maui and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Bring your suitcase and stop for a few groceries and your set! Connie has everything else you need. She is an incredible host. The location is perfect, beautiful views of the ocean, a beautiful beach a 1/2 a block away. The beach is perfect for all ages to enjoy. Turtles swam through close to the beach almost everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. This was a perfect location for our family to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.

Overall our stay was excellent. Property was clean and the property manager was very good at communicating with us. My only complaints are that the ac needs to be replaced (leaks onto lanai) and the lack of storage for leftovers. We bought and left 5 Tupperware containers so the next guests don’t have the same problem.

As soon as we arrived, I understood why this property has so many glowing reviews. First of all, it was spotlessly clean — something I always appreciate. Then there’s the view: waking up in the master bedroom to the sight of the ocean, palm trees, and crashing waves is just magical. What a find this rental was! The condo was a wonderful place for our family of 4, including our two young children (5 and 1). This was probably the best appointed unit that we've ever stayed in - there were so many items beyond what we usually see in vacation rentals and it made our stay a breeze. From the kid-safe dishes in the kitchen to the snorkel gear and beach wagon, we barely wanted for anything during our week here.The unit was also really comfortable, and the afternoon breezes worked wonders at cooling everything off. The location was perfect - Kam 1 was a lovely beach, and there were so many restaurants and shave ice places in a few block walk that we were spoiled for choice.Ultimately, though, our favorite part was how much like home this unit felt like. We could really tell that the family that owns it lives in it and cares about it, and that was evident in all of the thoughtful touches and conveniences we found along the way. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're on Maui! Thank you!
