Nihilani is a new town home development in Princeville, completed in 2008. This is a centrally located complex with no views. Rather most units feature very large and comfortable living spaces with nice furnishings and appliances. The complex has a pleasant pool and BBQ area. Although not within easy walking distance to any of Princeville's ocean attractions, guests will enjoy walking the streets of the residential area around the town home. Nihilani units feature central air conditioning.
