Shirley’s home is wonderful..the location is perfect. We enjoyed walking to food trucks and Hideaway beach. The views from the lanai were amazing! Kitchen was well stocked.

Stayed with 7 adults and 1 baby. The condo was perfect for our group. The A/C was cold, kitchen was fully stocked, and garage had all the beach gear we needed. Location was very safe and quiet, close to Princeville center and Hanalei. I highly recommend this home and would definitely be back!

This rental was amazing! We stayed for a week, and despite a very late check-in and very early checkout, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent the entire time.There were 7 adults in our group, and the layout worked well. Each couple had their own room, plus there was a smaller extra room with a trundle bed. The master bedroom was especially impressive, and the other bedrooms were a great size. The smaller room didn’t have a closet or direct bathroom access, but it still worked fine for our group.The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials, plus some condiments and spices, which was a nice surprise. There were also beach toys in the garage that would be great for families.The outdoor spaces were beautiful, with a lovely lanai on the main floor and two more upstairs. The pool area was a short walk away and had a great BBQ setup with tables and chairs.The grounds were immaculate, and we loved all the birds that visited each day. The location was quiet and peaceful, while still being close to a small grocery store, shops, and beaches.We would definitely stay here again!

This has to be the worst vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We faced many issues as soon as we entered in the property.* Jacn n Jill Bathroom lock was non functional creating privacy issues.* Fan was not working in one room.* Bathroom window was almost rotten(possible mold).* Towels were having weird smell.* Coffee machine was so dirty that looked never been washed.* Pans had grease on then which looked like was not washed.* Patio screen was completely torn, bugs could easily come inside.* Some of the blinds in the living room/near main door were broken/missing adding privacy concerns* Hair dryer was gross(very dirty and sticky)* Dining chairs had lots of white stains* bed frame was wobling and has lots of noise* Many furnitures had visible dust layer* Overall hygiene was not maintained* one toilet started overflowing on the last day which had to be plunged.* We initially requested to fix the lock and fan but repairs were made next day but still the lock was not fixed.Above are the most pressing issues along with other minors ones.We are extremely dissapointed with the stay and would never book with vacation reality ever.

Great big space! Lovely property. The baseboards and lighting fixtures look like they haven't been wiped down in awhile, but it's an easy fix :) a nice area, close to a playground, and walking distance from some food trucks! :)

This location was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. Great proximity to our local friends and tourist destinations and the pool access was a great bonus. The host was so helpful and communicative, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. We can’t wait to come back and this will be our new home away from home, when we do.

We had a wonderful time at the Nihilani Condo in Princeville. Our family of 5 had plenty of space, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a garage to park the car. They also provide a large variety of beach accessories, including watershoes, snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a little cooler which kept our picnic and drinks cold! WiFi was a little slow, but we did not need it for work (it's vacation after all!) so it was not a big deal for us. Would absolutely come back if we travel again to this island!

We had a great stay! We were pleasantly surprised, as the place looked even better in person. The condo is in a great, safe neighborhood and close to everything in Princeville. It was just a short walk to the turtle cove and hideaway beach. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Loved the area.. unit was very well stocked and nice they provide stuff to borrow for beach. Nice having air conditioning.. saw mixed reviews with smaller dining table, but we just used the barstools to add seating. Patio only has one small 2 seater so it could use more. Spacious upstairs. Never felt cramped.

Painless check in. Nice property. Close to the shared pool and grills. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the Lanai. The one main downside is the parking. Garage parking is required and it was tough to fit two cars in the garage. Also the angle of entry is a bit difficult but I got used to it. Wouldn’t be an issue if you only have one car.

Wonderful house. Served my mother, son and I very well. Very clean, thoughtfully maintained. I think my only minus would be on the pool/hot tub area, which are not directly belonging to the house. Pool was not super inviting and hot tub wasn't that hot-but who cares with the ocean nearby?

Our family of five - 4 adults and 1 toddler thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dhivya’s place! Dhivya is a great host. The house was well furnished with accessories for the beach/pool and snorkeling as well! The unit was so close to the pool which made for a perfect location with a toddler! I would highly recommend this place and would come back again!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Nihilani condos and we love them! This particular condo was our favorite location because it was so close to the pool. It was nice to be able to prep food and take it to the grill and come back to the house to eat. There were a few minor issues like some of the beach chairs were broken or showing LOTS of wear and tear. Also, the house was not as clean as we would’ve expected. Nothing super gross, it just looked like the cleaners rushed and miss some obvious things (dirty diaper next to the trashcan, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a tag stuck to the shower wall). We had two vehicles and were told to contact the grounds keeper for a parking permit. We reached out but never heard back from him. We also texted the management company and didn’t hear back from them either. Overall, it’s a great condo and we would definitely stay here again!

This home is beautiful, well located and perfect for large groups. We had three small families for Easter and it worked wonderfully. The garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, and each of the rooms is spacious and equipped with a large TV for spreading out and relaxing afterwards. This is a lovely condo. We had a great time. Kids loved the pool. The condo is spacious and quiet. There is a fair amount of traffic noise if you leave the window open, but the AC keeps the house cool, so we usually just kept the windows shut. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location on the North Shore. Incredibly spacious and well-appointed for our family of 5. We appreciate the garage parking and all of the water toys (snorkel, boogie board, etc) that were available to borrow. It could have been a tiny bit cleaner and updated, but overall we were very happy with our stay. We can tell this is a place that families loved for generations and we loved it too.

This place was in a convenient location near Hanalei, close to the grocery store, near beaches, and very close to the community pool and hot tub. No air conditioning made it fairly warm but that is typical for the area. The primary room was great and the secondary room was ok. It mentions a third room option but the daybed is very small (length and width) and not adult size, and you have to walk through the area for everything. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and kitchen.

Beautiful condo if a nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches and trails. Plenty of beach toys and equipment for use. Very nice accomodations, clean and comfortable. Close to the golf course and nice area to walk around. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We did 4 nights on the south island and 3 nights here on the north side and loved being able to see both sides of the island. Highly recommend!!

This was in a perfect location and I plan to visit again. Each room provided beach towels. The garage parking was quite the perk. The garage was filled with all the things you need for the beach including beach chairs, snorkeling gear sunblock, and surfboards. My daughter learned to surf on her own. The built in “rooster alarms” woke us up bright and early so we could beat the crowds. The landscaping and condos were beautifully nestled into the neighborhood. The neighbors were a delight.

The House of Aloha was absolutely fantastic! It was perfect for our family and we truly loved the home. The location was so easy to get around and see all the sights. We loved being able to cook and do laundry as well and enjoy the beach toys.
