This is what all VRBO experiences should look like. This place was extremely clean, well appointed furniture, so well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the the rest of the unite. We stayed at a VRBO at Nihilani about 12 years ago, so I had already experienced the wonderful pool, spa and neighborhood but his place was really something special. The condo was as described. The area is clean and beautiful. The home was well equipped for a toddler and adults. Commination was outstanding. We had no problems at all. It's fun to have a pool, hot tub and outdoor grill nearby. Golf and Frisbee golf are a short walk away. Groceries are a short drive. We had plenty of towels for beach too.

We stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and had a wonderful time. The condo was as advertised, very clean, new, and spacious. We enjoyed the deck, and are located directly across from the community pool that was not very busy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating. Nice big screen in living room and tv in Master. No TV is 2nd guest room. Also their are extras like beach chairs, bikes and coolers for you to use. Overall very happy with our stay. The owners reached out to us several times to make sure we were comfortable and everything met our expectations.

Very good layout and fits a lot of people. Well stocked with kitchen equipment, in a quiet neighborhood and with great pool/hot tub/grill area. A lot of the neighbors own so it has a better atmosphere than where everything is short term rentals. Central A/C was actually too strong most times, we ran it mostly in the evenings. Some beach toys and chairs you can take along. Garage fit two large cars easily.

Having A/C was a huge plus as the temperature was quite warm the first couple days of our stay. Would suggest putting some hooks on the walls of the bedroom that has a locked closet as well as a privacy screen in the room with a twin bed. Overall the property is great. It’s in a great location with walking access to downtown Princeville and nice amenities. Check in was really easy, and the place was cleaned and ready on time. There were snorkels, bikes, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys that were there for our use. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the condo and are very nice and quiet. The place is bigger than the pictures show and had plenty of room for 6 adults.
Our only issues with the place were pretty minor. The toaster did not work most of the time and most of the TV remotes had dead batteries or buttons that didn’t work. There was also a broken cabinet door that had been pieced back together by a previous renter, but it would fall apart after opening.
None of these issues hampered our trip and I would happily stay there again.

Loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a family of 6 with teenagers. Plenty of space, clean, well stocked with many kitchen and beach items we needed. And the location was beautiful, quiet, and convenient. It was so nice to have a master suite, large lanai and dining space, garage, and mudroom w/ a nice large washer and dryer. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the accuracy of listing was because I saw different messages about parking. One email said you could park on the driveway and the other said only in the garage (which the latter is true). It also said only 1 compact car could fit in the garage. We took our chances and luckily we were able to fit the minivan in the garage without a problem. I also saw the neighbors fit 2 jeeps side by side in their garage. A few minor suggestions that would have been nice - include shampoo and tissue boxes in the house, and a keypad to the garage or front door instead of a lock box would be nice. That way everyone staying in the home has access to get inside without relying on 1 physical key and garage opener. Also, we were a little bummed we couldn't find any straps or way to transport and use the kayak. Maybe we just didn't see them, but we wish we had known we needed to bring our own straps if that's the case. That said, we would 100% rebook this place next time we are in Kauai! Such a great vacation rental and spot!

This unit in Princeville is very nice and comfortable and the pool area is lush and beautiful. The lanai is lovely and relaxing surrounded by beautiful plants that also make it more private. The guest bed was a bit too firm, but we used the mattress foam that was provided and made it more comfortable. The pots and pans looked old and worn out. However, the manager was quick to respond and replaced them with a new set of pots and pans. She also put traps for cockroaches in the garage and laundry room. Overall, we had a wonderful two-week stay.

This was one of the nicest places I have rented. The unit was spacious and well laid out. 5 people (2 couples and a single) had plenty of room for privacy and hanging out together. Two masters made it easy for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked that we had everything we could think of for cooking and more. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. This unit has a great large patio facing a private area and we were out there with the birds a lot of the time. The pool and hot tub were close by and the property location was quiet but convenient.
Vacasa was wonderful in helping us fix a challenge with the entry lock the first day and got it taken care of really quickly and professionally via text-so easy. I would recommend this unit anytime!

What a beautiful condo in the heart of Princeville. Very comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Beach/pool towels were available as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also had beach chairs and we left a few pool floaties, but there already were a few. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a Grand Cherokee which fit in the garage. Not sure anything bigger would so stay away from an Excursion, although there are visitor spots available. This unit is on the main street through Princeville so there is some road noise, but I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me. Nice view of the golf course from the Master bedroom. Very nice reclining sofa that seats 5-6 comfortably. The pool is about a 3 min walk and is a nice size, as well as the hot tub. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Princeville.

This property was amazing. The owner was extremely accommodating and very responsive early on. Halfway through the rental the internet went out and while the owner was initially very responsive, he told us how to reset. When that didn’t work I did not hear back from him. The mattresses really need to be replaced as they were not very comfortable especially after spending active days hiking and at the beaches boogie boarding. There were small amounts for cooking foods such as oils, spices, vinegar etc that was very helpful. There was also quite a bit of equipment…boogie boards, snorkel, beach chairs, camp chairs, sun shades, sand toys, etc. This was an amazing place to stay overall. I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again given mattresses were upgraded.

Stayed a week at this lovely place in Princeville. The location was quiet and the rental property was comfortable and spacious. When issues arose, the management team was very responsive and got them addressed. Only one piece of constructive feedback that I would offer; the carpets definitely need to be cleaned (or maybe replaced). While I suspect that it is hard to maintain such properties given the variety of guests and frequent foot traffic, it was the one item that was not as we expected it would be.
That said, this is a minor point on an otherwise super experience.

We had an amazing time in Kauai. This location was nearly unbeatable and Kristen was an amazing host/manager. We quickly made friends with locals in the neighborhood and they showed us the quick access to the trail that took us straight down to a beautiful/nearly private beach. I don’t know where to start with this review. The house was amazing; clean, cool, charming and a great home base for my family. We had my two children and their spouses, including one grandchild, and we were so comfortable in this space. The view from the porches were stunning, and the walk to the pool was only 30 seconds. The pool had a certain cinematic feeling to the view; the mountains and trees in the distance were something from a movie and did not feel real. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Aubrey, and she was so incredibly nice and accommodating. From giving us fantastic recommendations to providing a car seat for our grandchild, Aubrey and her team were top notch. The house was so clean and comfortable, with nice touches throughout like a welcome package with local chocolate! The garage had all of the essentials for a beach day including a cooler, chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards. The beaches were so close, Hanalei Bay (a 6 minute drive) had our favorite beach with incredible views of the mountains and the pier. The town of Hanalei, only about 5 minuets away by car, was so cute and full of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. Princeville was a little closer and had a great grocery store, shopping and shaved ice! Overall this was a wonderful experience and we will definitely book this house again the next time we visit Kauai!

Location and space was great; about a 20-30 min walk to the grocery store and the amazing Nourish coffee bar. Pool was super convenient to unit.
Would definitely recommend, it was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation!

My wife and I wanted a home away from home experience on this trip and we got it. This property was very comfortable and enjoyable for our 9 day stay. Everything was as advertised. This unit is not on the road side and was very quiet. The subdivision is very clean and a great location. The owner had everything including bikes and all beach items. You can’t control the other adjacent guests but we never experienced any noise during our stay and most people staying in Princeville are early risers. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was great and we enjoyed the lanai. We didn’t use the pool. Carpet is older but didn’t smell at all.

I would like to give this five stars, but there were some little problems. The directions for the lockbox had a missing number, so we couldn’t get in, and couldn’t contact the owner. We are lucky to get into the garage and then inside. There were places that needed repair, and I’m sure the owners will take care of those in the future. We appreciated the cleanliness, beach necessities including bikes, towels and chairs, and the comfortable air conditioning! I do recommend this lovely condo once the repairs are made.

House and owners were fantastic. Great location if you want to stay close to the North shore and an easy drive to the rest of the island. House was clean, very well stocked, great air condition, and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings definitely would stay here again.

The condo was beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and linens. Easy checking process. Upon arrival, we had some nice local snacks waiting for us. Lots of space for the 4 of us and LOVED the central air!! Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors or roosters!

Our family of six were very comfortable in this lovely condo. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking and dining supplies. The location of the condo is awesome. There is a one building walk to the pool. The pool is stunningly beautiful. The complex was very calm and peaceful. There is a great walking path around the golf course just down the street. I walked thirty minutes down to the coast to view the ocean. If you are adventurous, there is a path with ropes to help navigate down the cliff to Hideaways Beach. The location is primo to access activities at the North Shore. The drive to the East, South, and West Shores is enjoyable as everywhere you travel there is beauty. The property management was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. We needed more bath supplies and they provided these items very quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

We loved our stay at the Nihilani Condo. It was big and spacious and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us. (6 adults and 2 kids). The aesthetic of the condo was beautiful too! The host was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. We definitely want to rent again from them in the future!

The swimming pool and grill, which is always nice for swimming while making dinner. It is great to have a washer and dryer, and a two car garage. We didn’t need to contact the property manager, so I can’t comment on that. We would be happy to I stay there again.

Large, top floor condo in nice complex. Garage door remote and keypad did not work, but not a huge issue. Kids loved the pool, kitchen was well-stocked, A/C was sufficient and the tech (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) worked without any issues. Decor was very heavy on Tommy Bahama with local antiques/vintage items mixed in. We were only there for three nights, but it would be a comfortable place to stay longer and take more advantage of things the condo (e.g. bikes) and surrounding area has to offer.
