This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Nihilani condos and we love them! This particular condo was our favorite location because it was so close to the pool. It was nice to be able to prep food and take it to the grill and come back to the house to eat. There were a few minor issues like some of the beach chairs were broken or showing LOTS of wear and tear. Also, the house was not as clean as we would’ve expected. Nothing super gross, it just looked like the cleaners rushed and miss some obvious things (dirty diaper next to the trashcan, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a tag stuck to the shower wall). We had two vehicles and were told to contact the grounds keeper for a parking permit. We reached out but never heard back from him. We also texted the management company and didn’t hear back from them either. Overall, it’s a great condo and we would definitely stay here again!

This home is beautiful, well located and perfect for large groups. We had three small families for Easter and it worked wonderfully. The garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, and each of the rooms is spacious and equipped with a large TV for spreading out and relaxing afterwards. This is a lovely condo. We had a great time. Kids loved the pool. The condo is spacious and quiet. There is a fair amount of traffic noise if you leave the window open, but the AC keeps the house cool, so we usually just kept the windows shut. Definitely recommend!

The condo was great and had everything we needed. It was clean, AC worked great, and kitchen fully equipped with everything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated all of the towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards and bikes. We look forward to staying in 16A again!

This place was in a convenient location near Hanalei, close to the grocery store, near beaches, and very close to the community pool and hot tub. No air conditioning made it fairly warm but that is typical for the area. The primary room was great and the secondary room was ok. It mentions a third room option but the daybed is very small (length and width) and not adult size, and you have to walk through the area for everything. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and kitchen.

Beautiful condo if a nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches and trails. Plenty of beach toys and equipment for use. Very nice accomodations, clean and comfortable. Close to the golf course and nice area to walk around. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We did 4 nights on the south island and 3 nights here on the north side and loved being able to see both sides of the island. Highly recommend!!

This was in a perfect location and I plan to visit again. Each room provided beach towels. The garage parking was quite the perk. The garage was filled with all the things you need for the beach including beach chairs, snorkeling gear sunblock, and surfboards. My daughter learned to surf on her own. The built in “rooster alarms” woke us up bright and early so we could beat the crowds. The landscaping and condos were beautifully nestled into the neighborhood. The neighbors were a delight.

The House of Aloha was absolutely fantastic! It was perfect for our family and we truly loved the home. The location was so easy to get around and see all the sights. We loved being able to cook and do laundry as well and enjoy the beach toys.

Great condo for families! Condo is in a quiet neighborhood that has great walking/running paths. Easy access to the community pool and the greater northshore area. Everything in the home was well stocked, labeled and all the necessary beach items were in the garage.

Cannot say enough positive things about this stay! It's rare that a place is even nicer than it appears on the listing, but Shirley's space was idyllic- clean, stocked, functional, comfortable, etc. The views of the golf course were lovely to wake up to, the location was an easy drive to Princeville and Hanalei, and you can walk to the coast. Shirley was an beyond excellent host, sending detailed information ahead of time, facilitating check in, and responding promptly to all questions. Recommend this stay wholely!

Let me just start by saying that this property is impeccable. The condo is situated in a prime location with breathtaking views and walking distance from the golf course. The whole check in/check out process was a breeze with clear instructions and extremely well organized. They were so gracious to allow us extra time to check out due to unforseen circumstances. Now for the gorgeous condo. Not only is it specious, well thought out and spotless, but the owners anticipated all the wants/needs of someone that is on vacation. We had everything...and I mean everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book this property. It deserves all the stars.

This property couldn't have been more perfect. It was spacious, comfortable and had every possible thing you could need. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and all the beach accessories for snorkeling or lounging. We used the pool, hot tub and grills. Our family of 6 had a great time and loved having a home type of place to land at the end of the day. The stay was spacious, clean, and as described. We especially loved all the accommodations for young kids ie crib, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs. The home was also equipped with necessities like dishes, dish soap, garbage bags, a broom/vacuum to use. I would come back without a doubt.

We loved staying here! Having a garage was nice and the beach gear was amazing! It had a large variety of kitchen stuff (pots, pans, plates, etc.). Beds were comfortable and the AC really worked, we had to turn it down to keep from freezing! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6, two adults and 4 teenagers had a wonderful experience staying here! The layout and space was perfect! Place was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need, to include beach stuff (nice chairs, boogie boards, surf board, coolers).
