The view of the golf course from the lanai was awesome. It was an excellent spot for coffee and cocktails. The location of the garage was excellent as we had a large SUV. Unfortunately the interior was a bit worn. Neither of the bathrooms had adequate light for make up. Both of the showers are in need of a deep clean, and the washing machine was rather moldy.

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our family vacation!
Our trip included 5 adults and 3 children aged 8, 4, and 8 months, and this home made it very easy to enjoy our time with the little ones. It had everything we needed, including a pack and play with extra sheets—much appreciated—highchair, a variety of pool toys, and plenty of pool towels. For the beach, there were snorkel sets, fins, beach blankets, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to conveniently transport everything, which was a great convenience.
The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and cookware, including the outdoor grill where we did most of our cooking. Having all of the spices provided was a huge help as well.
All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the overall peacefulness of the complex allowed us to enjoy restful nights.
The location was ideal for the beaches we prefer, and Michelle’s communication was very helpful and responsive.

This condo feels like home away from home. The living room has multiple seating options. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Air conditioning is nice when needed, although we enjoyed having the doors open for the fresh air. Amy was great and answered our questions in a timely manner. She even came by to help us when we couldn't figure out the T.V. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of mostly seven adults. It is beautiful and super clean and had comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds are picture perfect, quiet and so close to many great beaches. Great shopping center is close by. The home has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of beach gear. The living spaces are immaculate and spacious and comfortable. My entire family was impressed. Michelle is super responsive and attentive. By far this is the best rental we have ever enjoyed and we would definitely love to come back again!

The entire experience was the phenomenal. A few weeks prior to arrival the hosts asked when my family and I anticipated checking-in. I was also able to request to have the two beds separated in the guest room for my children. The rental was welcoming and very clean. It had nearly everything you could possibly think of to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We asked for a late checkout, which they accommodated, allowing my family to enjoy some extra time at the property. It truly felt like a home away from home.PS I appreciated everything was labeled which helped us navigate our way around the rental. The location was perfect- close to golf, shopping, restaurants, beach.The condo was lovely and had everything we needed- beach towels and gear, cooking supplies and Ziplock bags, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. The unit was clean and very nice. However, we didn’t know that the entry door was on the first floor and you had to open the door towards the stairs with a very small entry area making it a little difficult to bring up suitcases and golf clubs. My wife and daughter in law could not start the dishwasher and it’s not like they don’t know how. All the lights were on and they would press start and for hours nothing happened. Even though they thought maybe there was a pre-heat sequence. I told the manager and someone came and started it but didn’t leave any type of information how they did it. So for 11 days we were there we did the dishes by hand. The washer left a moldy smell in the clothes - had to wash everything again when we got home. We didn’t use the washer until the end of the trip. So we are suggesting to management to look into it. We mentioned to the manager that we need more hangers and salt & pepper shakers and immediately the next morning he was there with hangers and salt & pepper. Plus someone came and started the dishwasher. They were very prompt

We spent a week at this property in the Waikaloa Beach Resort and it was absolutely fantastic. The condo itself exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredibly clean, well appointed, and located in what we thought was the perfect location. We were within walking distance of shopping at the Queens and Kings markets as well as numerous different dining options. The markets were great, and a lot of the food was reasonably priced considering it's Hawaii. We were able to purchase things for dinner on multiple different nights and had the ability to cook right in the condo with either the grill or their incredible kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and had plenty of room to accommodate us very comfortably. Additionally, the gear in the garage was a huge benefit. We used the chairs and the snorkel gear almost every day, and could've also taken advantage of the bikes, cooler, and beach umbrellas if we needed them. One last thing - this is a great central location for all the best beaches. We were able to easily get to Manini'owali Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna Beach and others along the coast without having to plan a huge trek. Everything about this location was exceptional, and we would definitely book it again!

We absolutely loved the week we spent in this condo. Believe all the rave reviews - it's all that and more. Better than the photos. So well set-up literally anything we looked for was there and then some... you can really see that EVERYTHING has been thought of! It was super quiet and private and the outlook from the lanai over the golf course was lovely. The air-con and fans were great, we were always super comfortable. The gear in the garage was amazing. There are lots of same-same condos in this area but this one really stands out due to the amenities, set-up and an engaged property manager who answered the one question we had very quickly. Really we didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect.

This condo at the far end of the golf course was unbelievably great. We don’t golf! The condo was well stocked with everything one could need for the beach and beach activities. Also stocked was the kitchen including some food, all spices, and everything in a full home kitchen. We ate at the condo breakfast and several dinners, it was so easy and convenient. We had an evening flight on our last night, and easily arranged a late checkout. This for the price must be the best place in Waikoloa! At the nearby lava lava beach club, the Hawaiian music was authentic and great each evening, whether you ate/drank at lava lava or just sitting on the beach through sunset. For groceries, recommend Foodland less than 10 minutes drive. Better selection and much cheaper than what we found in Waikoloa

We enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa Beach Villas, with our three children. The loft area functions as a third bedroom that two of our kids shared. The pool and hot tub area were nice, the entire property was well-maintained and quiet. This unit was relatively clean (we saw a couple of dead bugs but this is expected in Hawaii and to me indicates that they spray regularly). It was overall well-maintained and comfortable. Although we didn't end up using it ourselves, the Hilton pool pass is a cool extra perk.There were only a few issues that we encountered: 1. The garage door opener didn't work so it took us some time to figure out how to open the garage. The keypad also didn't work and none of the provided keys opened the back door of the garage. Eventually, we had to replace the batteries in the opener on the keychain with one that we happened to have in a headlamp. 2. There was some mold growing in the shower of the master bathroom. Again, this is normal for humid climates but I would think could be managed better in between guests. 3. The rug in the kitchen area seemed old/dirty and needed a good washing. 4. Minor issue, but the squeegees in the two showers were old and cracked and need to be replaced. Otherwise, this was a great stay and we would happily come back here again in the future.

My daughter, granddaughter and I just returned from a week in F-1, to say the stay was perfect does not come close to doing it justice. The home is well stocked, extremely clean and exactly as decribed. Normally you have paper towel, trash bags...for a day or two Marc makes sure you are stocked for your stay. If you plan to cook you will find the kitchen well stocked with all the pans, dishes and utensils you will need. If you prefer to eat out I highly recommend Tommy Bahama, it was our favorite meal. If you want to see sea turtles visit Carl Smith Beach, you will need water shoes lots of lava. Hapuna Beach is very close it isperfect beach to spend the day very soft sand. Marc is an extremely organized and communicative host. Marc sends you details of the property, driving directions from the airport and access codes well in advance. I look forward to returning to Hawaii and will definitely plan the dates around when F-1 is available. Mahalo, Marc, for helping make our girls week in paradise perfect.

This condo is beautifully decorated and so inviting. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds that it is on are very beautiful and quiet. The pool and hot tub are also very nice and clean. The condo is well stocked with cooking supplies--they do have a no food left behind policy so there are condiments or anything. It is in a convenient location right across the street from a shopping center with a decent grocery store and restaurants. I was disappointed to find out when we were checking in that the outside BBQ was out of service but we made do. The staff on grounds were very prompt to help when I had an issue with the garage door. Do keep in mind the garage is pretty small. We fit a Chevy Traverse in it but I am not sure anything much bigger would have fit.Overall we were happy and would stay again.
