Very nice accommodation- close and walkable to all things in Waikola. Plenty of beach equipment, chairs, coolers, beach trolley, umbrella. Unit fully stocked with all one would need for the time there , no need to buy TP, paper towels etc its all there. Golf discount was the icing on the cake for us - golfed 3 rounds of 18 during our 17 day stay. Communication with host was timely. Looking forward to our next trip - Aloha and A hui ho

Beautiful villa close to a-bay and shops. We loved visiting the beaches (hapuna) night snorkel with manta rays (must do!!!) akaka falls, sunset on mauna kea, and the volcano. Go to lava lava! Only wish it was a longer stay and they had one more beach chair. Loved the cooler and beach supplies. So helpful!

Great location. Nice pool area. The Hilton pass was a big plus! Walkable to shops and restaurants, BUT: be aware that outside lighting on the street is non-existent after dark. The listing should mention the steep stairs and that the unit is on the second floor. Cleaning could be better… we had to wipe food crumbs out of the fridge and wash the coffee pot. We also did some scrubbing on the more suspicious carpet stains which came out nicely. The floor around the toilets should be addressed, as well as the bathroom vent which is clogged with dirt and lint. There was still dried toothpaste beside the bathroom sink. We reached down into the vent on the dryer and removed handfuls of packed lint which seems like a fire hazard. I purchased and left a couple of extra mugs so we wouldn’t have to wash dishes after every cup of coffee or tea, and we also purchased toilet paper which we didn’t mind doing. Lighting is a problem, especially over the dining room table and in the master bath where the vanity lighting is very dim. Another lamp in the living room area would be great also. Plan to bring your own blow dryer. One of them is about 3 inches long and overheated after about 10 seconds, and the other doesn’t blow hard enough to dry anything. This rental has so many things going for it. A little tlc would take it right over the top!

What a fantastic property, and such a affordable one. No ocean view and some traffic noise, but having the Hilton day passes was a WIN!! The condo is also right next to the pool, and had a fully stocked garage and kitchen. We visit the BI annually and usually try out a new condo each time, but this is a condo we will definitely come back to!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. It was clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for our family of four, including two near-adult sons. The AC worked well, and the condo was very well equipped. The kitchen went beyond the basics, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, glassware, bowls, and cutlery, along with thoughtful touches like salt, pepper, and non-stick spray. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were also included and much appreciated. The washer and dryer looked convenient, though we didn’t need to use them.The keyless entry made check-in and coming and going very easy. Location was excellent: close to shops and restaurants, with Starbucks and a market right across the street at Queens’ Marketplace. We were in town for a wedding at the Marriott, and it was an easy 10-minute walk. Parking was also simple and stress-free.The condo even included a pool pass to the Hilton nearby. We didn’t get to use it due to a packed wedding schedule, but it was a nice perk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base—we’d be happy to stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this unit, based on our first stay. The unit was perfectly prepared for our stay, and everything we needed was found right at hand.One additional shoutout for the unit's management team: We arrived about 6:30pm on a holiday, and I needed a 3rd parking pass. I had figured on leaving a voicemail and finalizing the next day, but the manager answered, said she'd handle it, and we had the pass in the hands early the next morning. very well done!

Nice condo in a great part of Hawaii. Easy to access, the pool for the kids was great, the privacy of the deck was awesome, and it was a breeze to get to other parts of the island and back to the airport.

This is an excellent property! The host is very responsive to all questions and concerns. I really can tell that the host put in a lot of efforts to make this place comfortable and presentable. They provided all the amenities we needed. The only things that bothered us a little bit were the footsteps noise from the people upstairs and not having a bathroom door in the master bedroom. Both are not deal breakers, we would definitely recommend this place. I only have one suggestion, please provide some serving plates and bowls.

Family trip with 19 and 27 year old daughters in mid July 2025. The house was clean and in a perfect location. Property was great, nice location. However it was not properly prepared in my opinion. The ice dispenser was jammed with a judge frozen mass. We had to try and thaw it out and remove the iceberg.The sink in the Master bathroom would not drain.The Dishwasher did not clean well. Had to remove a huge wad of hair and clear the holes in the spinners, they were clogged with something.

Check in was great and easy, although the WIFi ID is not up to date per the email info. The beach equipment is wonderfully helpful and kitchen has everything one needs to enjoy cooking a few meals. ( but bring salt and oil) Cleanliness is fine, but there was a dead cockroach in between our bedsheets. Could use better quality toilet paper, but all together, great little condo. The only real downside is that the property manager never replied to my questions when contacted.

Excellent corner unit location near entrance the Waikoloa beach area and across from Queens Marketplace. It is 5-10 minutes away from the ‘Anaeho’omalu sandy beach with free parking, shade and the salt water lagoon near the Hilton resort, which is safe for snorkeling. Upscale groceries/shopping/restaurants nearby. Costco is near the Kona airport, Foodland Farms supermarket in Mauna Lani beach resort is 10 minutes away and Waikoloa Village (town to east) offer more economical groceries and restaurants. Management company was very responsive and checkin/checkout were easy. Owners gave lots of great tips for our visit. Pool pass with Hilton self service parking was a great plus, because we were there a lot. Lots of beach equipment was available in unit, including beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach cart. Interior was very nice and beds comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Plentiful beach towels. Attractions in the area (Kona, coffee farms, Costco, Pololu Valley, Hapuna beach) were 15-60 minutes away. FYI. Hawai’i Volcano NP is 2 hrs away, but doable for a day trip.

The condo was great, comfortable beds, great communication with the manager. Ability to have 2nd bedroom setup as a king or 2 twins was much appreciated! The only downfall is the pool rules are very strict! Perfect for older kids and adults but my boys are young. They like to throw a ball around and play Marco Polo but that is not allowed (we were the only ones in the pool area but got told no). So just a heads up for families with young kids!
