Unit is as described and shown in the pictures. It is a beautiful place to stay at. The community pool is just steps away and unit is walkable to the Queensmarket shopping center.What makes this place stand out is there is room to spread out. With a bedroom and bath downstairs and two more upstairs there is room for the whole family. Especially if you are traveling with extended family.Highly recommend staying here. This condo was amazing. Beautiful interior and great layout. Very clean and everything worked great. Loved the garage for the rental as well as the elevator for getting all the luggage up to the third floor. The view was excellent and the kids loved the pool especially the pool pass. We definitely want to visit this condo again.

We had an incredible trip and Sherry and Lars property was perfect for our large blended family. The extra space and sleeping arrangements worked out great for two adults and five children ages 8 to 14Shaded lawn area and steps away from the pool made the time spent on property very enjoyable. The condo was well equipped for home away from home living, as well as the garage for beach. excursions.One of the pictures in the listing needs to be updated due to new furniture but we caught it before the trip and Sherry’s communication and solution were excellent.

Great location, very clean. We enjoyed jogging along the sidewalks that laced the highway. Queen and King marketplace was a short walk away with a grocery store. The ice maker is disabled so we needed to buy ice regularly. The water runs warm so a bottled jug in the fridge is a tip for future travelers. It’s a comfortable stay for a family of four. Beaches are close and the pool is nice.

We loved our 3 night stay in this condo. The unit is just as advertised in the photos. Beautiful, very clean and quiet. Super easy access to the unit via the elevator, which was great for my elderly mother. Great location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well stocked kitchen. The beach equipment was great. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'd love to stay here again.

This unit is the last, on the edge of the property. Quiet mornings, listening to the birds amongst the blooming trees and shrubs and drinking my Kona coffee as the sun rose was one of my favorite parts of the day! House is beautiful, with all the comforts needed. I was glad they had 5 beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, lots of coolers and other beach items in the garage. Another huge bonus for us as well, was the built in outdoor grill, which we took advantage of during many of the evenings. We didn’t need to walk to the community grills near the pool. The pools are gorgeous! Management was good to work with as well. What makes my review only 4 stars is the couch is really dirty. We covered it with spare sheets. There were 8 of us there, and we needed to clean the hard floors regularly with a broom. The vacuum did not work so the carpeted areas did not get picked up. The main bathroom could use some updates, such as faucet and light switch as it’s been well used. I would still recommend this house and would love to come back again though!

We loved staying here. We've been to many VRBO properties, and this one was one of the best-stocked...we didn't need to bring our own soap or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The pantry had the basics (I've been to some that don't even have salt and pepper). Plus they had everything we'd want for the beach available for use. We LOVED the location and would highly recommend this area of Big Island. The host was super responsive and kind, but I was surprised by how much they communicated with us...most hosts don't text unless you contact them first with an issue in my experience.

The view of the golf course from the lanai was awesome. It was an excellent spot for coffee and cocktails. The location of the garage was excellent as we had a large SUV. Unfortunately the interior was a bit worn. Neither of the bathrooms had adequate light for make up. Both of the showers are in need of a deep clean, and the washing machine was rather moldy.

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our family vacation!
Our trip included 5 adults and 3 children aged 8, 4, and 8 months, and this home made it very easy to enjoy our time with the little ones. It had everything we needed, including a pack and play with extra sheets—much appreciated—highchair, a variety of pool toys, and plenty of pool towels. For the beach, there were snorkel sets, fins, beach blankets, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to conveniently transport everything, which was a great convenience.
The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and cookware, including the outdoor grill where we did most of our cooking. Having all of the spices provided was a huge help as well.
All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the overall peacefulness of the complex allowed us to enjoy restful nights.
The location was ideal for the beaches we prefer, and Michelle’s communication was very helpful and responsive.
We look forward to returning and appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us!

This condo feels like home away from home. The living room has multiple seating options. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Air conditioning is nice when needed, although we enjoyed having the doors open for the fresh air. Amy was great and answered our questions in a timely manner. She even came by to help us when we couldn't figure out the T.V. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of mostly seven adults. It is beautiful and super clean and had comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds are picture perfect, quiet and so close to many great beaches. Great shopping center is close by. The home has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of beach gear. The living spaces are immaculate and spacious and comfortable. My entire family was impressed. Michelle is super responsive and attentive. By far this is the best rental we have ever enjoyed and we would definitely love to come back again!

The entire experience was the phenomenal. A few weeks prior to arrival the hosts asked when my family and I anticipated checking-in. I was also able to request to have the two beds separated in the guest room for my children. The rental was welcoming and very clean. It had nearly everything you could possibly think of to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We asked for a late checkout, which they accommodated, allowing my family to enjoy some extra time at the property. It truly felt like a home away from home.PS I appreciated everything was labeled which helped us navigate our way around the rental. We spent a week at this property in the Waikaloa Beach Resort and it was absolutely fantastic. The condo itself exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredibly clean, well appointed, and located in what we thought was the perfect location. We were within walking distance of shopping at the Queens and Kings markets as well as numerous different dining options. The markets were great, and a lot of the food was reasonably priced considering it's Hawaii. We were able to purchase things for dinner on multiple different nights and had the ability to cook right in the condo with either the grill or their incredible kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and had plenty of room to accommodate us very comfortably. Additionally, the gear in the garage was a huge benefit. We used the chairs and the snorkel gear almost every day, and could've also taken advantage of the bikes, cooler, and beach umbrellas if we needed them. One last thing - this is a great central location for all the best beaches. We were able to easily get to Manini'owali Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna Beach and others along the coast without having to plan a huge trek. Everything about this location was exceptional, and we would definitely book it again!

We absolutely loved the week we spent in this condo. Believe all the rave reviews - it's all that and more. Better than the photos. So well set-up literally anything we looked for was there and then some... you can really see that EVERYTHING has been thought of! It was super quiet and private and the outlook from the lanai over the golf course was lovely. The air-con and fans were great, we were always super comfortable. The gear in the garage was amazing. There are lots of same-same condos in this area but this one really stands out due to the amenities, set-up and an engaged property manager who answered the one question we had very quickly. Really we didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect.

This condo at the far end of the golf course was unbelievably great. We don’t golf! The condo was well stocked with everything one could need for the beach and beach activities. Also stocked was the kitchen including some food, all spices, and everything in a full home kitchen. We ate at the condo breakfast and several dinners, it was so easy and convenient. We had an evening flight on our last night, and easily arranged a late checkout. This for the price must be the best place in Waikoloa! At the nearby lava lava beach club, the Hawaiian music was authentic and great each evening, whether you ate/drank at lava lava or just sitting on the beach through sunset. For groceries, recommend Foodland less than 10 minutes drive. Better selection and much cheaper than what we found in Waikoloa
