We stayed at this property for a little under a week and it was a great find. Host was very responsive, location next to the pool was amazing for the kids. (Note: There was a security guard at the pool that did not like balls being thrown! But we turned it into a game) Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Definitely be staying here on our next visit to the area.

Great place! Our family of 5 had such a fun time on the Big Island. The house is located in a great area. There are shops, food, groceries, and resorts all around. We drove to various places around the island. The drive to Kona, Waikoloa Village, and Waimea were all easy drives and had a lot of other options for food and shopping. Some great sandy beaches just 5-15 mins away. The kids loved swimming in the pool behind the house. The house was conveniently stocked with all the beach essentials you could want. The host was very nice, prompt in response, and provided us with great information to help make our trip better. If we make it back to the Big Island, we will definitely look here first.

Overall this is a good and well-located property. As others have noted, this particular unit is showing its age, and a few small ugrades would make a big difference in the experience of staying here. In particular, the kitchen supplies were older and it was missing basics like cooking spray and condiments that we appreciate in rentals. And there is beach equipment provided, but we found much of it to be older or broken. That said, the unit was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the third level sleeping space as well as the Hilton pool pass and being right next to the pool in this complex. We did have an issue with the garage door becoming stuck and losing access to our rental car for a day, however the property manager was very responsive in helping to fix the issue. But again, it feels like with better maintenance these kinds of things could be avoided.Overall, we would return to this complex but might look at a different unit to rent next time.

Property was as listed, very clean and very secure. The space was great to have with a total of 5 people. Any time we had questions we were able to text and get answers right away which was great. Check in and out was so simple, it made our first vrbo experience super easy and because of this stay, we'll definitely do more vrbos after always staying at hotels.

Amenities were all great and well above expectations. We arrived to a very clean unit with everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The facility was amazing!Warning- There are very strict rules at the pool facility and they are enforced frequently by the on site security. Based on the amount of restrictions (no balls of any kind for example) I’m not sure the facility is intended for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The unit was clean and spacious and matched what the photos showed. The area was awesome, walkable to shops and A bay beach. We could drive to lots of other beaches within about 15 minutes. Our kids enjoyed the small pool within the villas. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor bbq was great. Our only complaint about the property was that the communication with the property manager was not very informative, however we did not have any issues with the rental.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious for our group of 8. The backyard view was amazing and right next to the pool. Could walk to queen’s marketplace for whatever we needed. Visited the Hilton lagoon a couple time for snorkeling and our kids loved it. Loved having the beach equipment. Would definitely recommend this place.

These condos are super nice, super walkable, and a super lovely stay in the area. This condo should have its master bath toilet replaced as it stinks badly of urine and overall bathroom nasty. We shared this and and the management company sent a cleaner out immediately who cleaned again and sprayed some air freshener. Then it smelled like air freshener and urine. We just kept the door closed (luckily it was in it's own little room) and never used the toilet again during our stay as it was truly gross (an old Toto fancy thing that was just gross). Other than the master toilet issue, our stay was lovely. The layout is great, the beds and things are lovely and the shaded balcony was amazing. We could sometimes hear footsteps from the folks upstairs but it was nothing major (nothing you wouldn't hear in a hotel). Would recommend staying here for sure - just hope they replace that toilet!

This was the PERFECT home for our recent stay on the Big Island. The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The amenities in the community were fabulous and the access to the Hilton Waikoloa benefits was a huge bonus! The amount of beach and pool equipment available in the garage made for very happy parents and kids and made it so we did not have to pack or purchase equipment for any activities we did across the island (snorkeling, swimming, hanging on the beach, hiking and picnics). What a dream! I also cannot say enough good things about Michelle! She was so wonderful helping us come up with a plan to access some of the benefits on the day of our arrival and with checking in prior to our arrival and after we left! We will absolutely be back.
