The property was perfect for our family of 5- there was a pool steps from our patio and the unit was spacious. It was also SO clean and as well-stocked as you could ever ask for. Had a amazing time here, away from traffic and hustle and bustle but close to many amazing beaches. The pool and hot tub out back was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The beach 5 mins away has beautiful sunsets and we saw sea turtles along the coast. We took the paddle board here and you can watch the sunset from the paddle board. Marketplace across the street has tons of food options, sushi, poke, breakfast options, bbq, Dairy Queen and more.

As far as the unit C2, it was perfect in every way. Anything you could possibly need was there. Condo was spotless and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were across the street. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place.

A perfect location and beautiful property with a great pool right outside the backdoor of the unit. The garage stored beach chairs, boogie boards which was great for a day at the beach. A bonus is the Queen's Marketplace shopping center across the street which included a Starbucks and fully stocked market with freshly made salads and other items. We had a wonderful time.

Directions were easy. Communication was stellar before during and checkout time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garage full of beach gear including shade umbrella/tent absolutely saved our very burnable skin. Made for an excellant vacation. One thing to note...if you're a smoker you have to walk all the way outside the entire condo property. C2 isn't too bad of a walk to the front gate though. Absolutely would stay again.

Our first family trip to Hawaii with our four teenagers was amazing! This unit was perfect for us! The location was ideal as our kids could walk to nearby stores as well as the beach. We loved having the pool to use in the evening and also access to the weight room. The whole complex was clean and quiet and our unit was excellent with lots of amenities that made packing easier. Communication was excellent through the entire process and we felt well taken care of the whole time! Thank you for a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was amazing! The property manager was in contact with us before we even arrived to the unit to ensure that we had arrived safe and sound from the airport. She kept in touch throughout our visit to make sure that our stay was going well and that everything was okay.
The property itself was super clean, equipped with more amenities than we have ever had available to us from other rentals. The towels were Hotel Collection, and everything around the house was of high quality. You can tell that there was immense pride of ownership.
We used all the beach stuff that they had available (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and cooler). Like I said, this place is well equipped.
We loved the big island. It was strikingly beautiful. We will definitely be back, and I guarantee we will stay here again. We’ll also tell all our friends who visit the big island to stay there too.

Stacey was so attention and quick to respond to all my questions and needs. Great property! Clean, comfy, nicely furnished/supplied. Nice location-close to shops, beaches, and in center of the coast making most west side beaches and activities within 30 minute drive. Pool just off the lanai. Stacy the property manager was so awesome! We arrived after midnight so she had some staple groceries in the unit for us when we arrived. She was quick with responses and with good suggestions. I would definitely stay here again! 👍👍

We had an amazing stay here. It is in a great location and has everything you need. We went to the beach multiple days and had everything we needed right in the garage. The kids loved the pool and hot tub that was right outside the back door and it was never crowded. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, well stocked activities in the garage. Boogie boards, snorkels, pool noodles, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, pop-up shade, and even a stand up paddle board. The property was close (easy walking distance) to both the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. The property manager, Stacy, was very helpful and assisted us throughout our trip. She made sure we had everything we needed to have an easy and comfortable stay. Zero qualms about staying here, would do it again.

This was my daughter’s and I first trip to the Big Island and it was amazing! The place was beautiful exactly like the pictures! The details to all the kitchen supplies to the towels and linens was perfect. The garage right was right there and the stocked beach chairs umbrella and toys was great! Stacy, the property manager, was so kind, and super helpful with our late arrival and the she even got us groceries and was calming when the rental car place might have closed as our flight was delayed and there are not just taxis waiting at the airport - she was booked a taxi for me! She was the best and I felt like we weren’t alone which made this first trip since the pandemic fantastic! I want to come back with more of our family and would only stay here!!!! This was the best stay ever! I 100% recommend Julie and Mike’s place if you go to the big island!!

This property is amazing! There is not one detail that is missed. Everything is top of the line, furniture, decorations, linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities.
We loved the location of this property, we have two teenagers and everything is within walking distance to give them some freedom - Theaters, food court, market, shopping. There are two amazing pools one right in front of this condo and one about 100 yards away, Lots of BBQ's to be able for them to make hamburgers or hotdogs while my husband and I went to a nice dinner. They rented e-bike from Bikeworks and they would ride to A-Bay or the black sand beach at Mauna Lani. Really a great location for teenagers. There is a beautiful lanai at the property that overlooks the main pool great to sit out there and read and enjoy the beautiful Big Island weather. Stacy (property manager) made all of our dinner reservations and activity reservation and she was outstanding, booked us in some amazing restaurants and the tours were exactly what I like (small and personalized). We would definitely rent this place again there is nothing that I would change with this trip. Mahalo nui loa for extending your amazing place to us. Aloha!

The condo offered an amazing central location to the Waikoloa Resort area. It was one of the closest buildings to the entrance which made it easy to walk to both the Queens Marketplace or the Kings Shops. The pool between C and D Building was closed during our trip which was not previously advised prior to our arrival. But there was an additional pool between A and B Building that we could use. The pool was on the smaller side especially being the only one available for all condo units in the complex. The pool only had 8 chairs available which made it a little crowded at times. However, the unit itself and excellent communication from the Property Manager more than made up for this. The condo was clean and well designed, maintained and taken cared of, while also provided more than ample supplies for our family. Stacy, the Property Manager, definitely was such a gem to work with. She stayed in communication with me prior to properly prepare for our arrival and even during our stay to ensure everything was running smoothly. She really made it such a comfortable experience for us. The unit even provided a binder of helpful island information of places to eat, things to do and see. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centrally located condo unit in the Waikoloa area.

Overall a great 2 bed rm apartment, great for family of 5 or under. Plenty of kitchen utensils, enough of daily need within the apartment. Location is 35 minutes from Kona, so depending on your expectations, this is 15 minutes walk away or 3 minutes drive away from "A" beach, which is big and beautiful comparing to any other beaches we visited on west coast. The host is very helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The garage is full of beach tools such as paddle board, snorkel, and boogie board, which I later learned if you rent from store they will be like $20 a day range. I like the beautiful neighborhood and the convenient pool/gym. Something to note: the mosquitos on the patio pretty much prevented us from using the patio meaningfully, the host ordered a insect zapper that didn't help much, but I also realized that such small black mosquitos are pretty common on big island and considering the shared lawns at the backyard it is probably not an easy issue to solve individually unless you spray killers in large scale. This is a condo type of property, the family kids above us woke up really early like 5-6am in the morning and woke me up for the first few days until they were gone.

The unit is very clean and the description on the listing is pretty accurate. They have quite a few beach chairs, noodles, snorkel masks, fins etc kept in the garage which came in handy. Lots of books and board game to unwind after a long day on the beach. The best part is that the unit is at walking distance to the queens shopping center which really helped with the shopping!!

We enjoyed our stay at C2. The rental was super clean. Check in was a breeze. Stacy was an excellent property manager and gave out awesome recommendations. Everything was as described in the listing- all very new! The rental came with a good collection of snorkels and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. Close walking distance to the shops and the beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.
