The condo has a pretty corner location with a peekaboo view of the ocean. The patio is well equipped with nice furniture and a small BBQ. We arrived to cold liquid refreshments, and a greeting basket which was much appreciated. The condo is well furnished, amply supplied with kitchen items and pool supplies too. The challenge being, the pool is 3 1/2 feet deep and really just set up for adults, not allowing pool toys. The boogie boards did come in handy for the ocean/beach days.Further disappointment comes from dirty exterior windows and a few kitchen items; blackened dirty sauté pan and glass bowls. OK, so things do get missed sometimes but we also discovered an empty Doritos bag between the nightstand and the bed. In general, the unit was clean, except the above mentioned.Lastly, there are many rules to abide by that comes with your arrival letter. We were surprised to learn that the thermostat will not go down below 75 and if the patio doors are open, it will turn off. There are multiple ceiling fans which help out, but if it was close to 90 outside, 75 inside would not be ideal sleeping at night (for us).Additional condo rules; no shoes allowed, squeegee master shower glass and clean the BBQ after use. I’ve managed wine country vacation homes, we’ve rented other VRBO houses and I have never asked a renting guest to clean or been instructed to clean, a barbecue and shower glass.

Updated, clean, spacious condo. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable beds, lots of beach items — towels, plus chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards in the outdoor closet. Beautiful grounds, pool. Pool water was a bit warm for my taste, could have been a little cooler. Very close to Kings and Queens Marketplace and to “A” Beach. Sidewalks outside the complex for walking.

I am a picky person when it comes to condo rentals, and I must say that this condo was great! It was perfect for my family of five including a teenager, 10 and 7 year old. Everyone got their own bed. It is right across the street from the Hilton Waikoloa, but half the price. You can buy day passes to the Hilton and walk over. It is also in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. It is a four minute drive to the beach, and the beach has plenty of free parking. The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze. I don’t think this was in the listing, but you can see the ocean from the balcony. That was a great surprise!

Expansive views my money, looking out towards Mauna Kea is breathtaking.Great beach gear everything you need, well appointed kitchen, love the entry area with the automatic light that welcomes you and a great area to put all those things that you need to make sure you know where they are- such as car keys! Love the paint colors too, very welcoming and very comfortable.Love the two sliders in the living room that really give you a full view to the outside golf course, coco palms etc. . I really liked this unit. I have stayed at a few other complexes in the area and it compares favorably to them. The fitness center was similar to others in the area. I took a look at the pool and it seemed nice but I didn't really take advantage of it this trip.

This place was immaculate, and super nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything you need if you wanted to bring your groceries and cook meals. It was in a perfect area, very close to all the shops and restaurants in Waikoloa. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer and cold A/C. The grills on the property are brand new, I made use of those. The pool is big enough to do laps in, very nice.

Probably the most comfortable beds of any rental property or hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Great location…very short walk to the clubhouse pool with waterfront access. Beach walk to the Lava Lava beach club (restaurant) and beyond for more private beach areas. Excellent carport locker full of beach toys and set up items. The boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, and wagon/cart to haul everything were wonderful. Bathrooms were huge and clean with all the basic toiletries and necessities (hair dryer, extra towels, etc). Beach towels were provided. Laundry in the unit (including pods and fabric softener) was very helpful. Outdoor grill/dining area was nice. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Beautiful grounds. Beach passes for the Hilton were a plus, but we didn’t end up using them, except fur one time to check out the property and have lunch. Responsive host. Thank you!

Excellent location in Waikoloa! The unit is on the ground floor parking right at the entry of the unit. The beach supplies were a huge hit and so very helpful versus having to otherwise rent such things at local shops. Master bedroom and master bath were amazing, as were the outside sitting areas.

There is a difference between a rental unit and a home. This is a well-cared for home where everything from the decor to the doorstop has been carefully considered. At one point, we were look for the beach towels. I knew they had to be somewhere because every other detail had been attended to. And sure, enough, there they were! We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the shops. 10/10

Location is great. This is really a one bedroom with a sliding door to make a second sleeping area. If it was other adults with us would have not been ideal. The hot water was hit and miss in the showers and most days was not hot at all. I would not stay at this location again but the area is great and pool was great.

This was my first time on the Big Island, and I had such a wonderful stay! The view, the location, the condo itself...all were fabulous. The beach and shops were all within a 5-10 minute walk; a real bonus if you don't want to rent a car. I really appreciated the super comfy bed (not something you can always count on), A/C and fully stocked kitchen. The owners, Tracy and Carmine, were excellent communicators - friendly and super responsive. I'm already planning my return visit and will definitely book with them again!
