Absolutely great location on the Kona side. Close to food, entertainment and a short walk to the beach. You may also park at the designated lot (for free) shortening your walk considerably.The unit is clean and well equipped. Issues I had with the unit’s dryer and dishwasher were addressed promptly by the management company Resortica. Resortica was very prompt in messaging back and forth. The unit had an outdoor closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, a cooler bag and beach toys. This was very much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay for our family of five. The bedrooms (2) had double beds x 2 in bedroom two and a king sized bed in the master. Also a pull out full sized couch bed in the family room. All in all it fit our party of five very well

This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyone’s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay! Location is an easy launching pad for resort area beaches, and not far from exploring other parts of Kona. The condo is incredibly thoughtfully furnished - kitchen, beach gear, comfortable furniture, beautiful lanai view all made our trip unforgettable. The condo is located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and beautiful beaches. It’s on the second floor and there is an elevator. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of beach toys, towels, and an ice chest on wheels. You have a peek of the ocean from the lani and living room. The kitchen is well equipped. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

We had a marvelous time for a full week with plenty of space for the four of us. The full kitchen helped save on food costs and the two balconies with a view of the ocean made morning breakfast special. The condo is clean and close to the pool and grills. We enjoyed the short drive to shopping and the beach. Definitely recommend.

We come to the Big Island every summer and this property is, hands down, the best we've had this far! The view is to die for. The location is perfect for quick walks to the beach, spying on the dolphins at the Hilton, indulging in amazing shave ice, or just relaxing between volcano hikes and stargazing.The property is well-furnished and was a perfect fit for us, including two kiddos. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

The condo was as described- clean, full amenities (washer/dryer, stocked kitchen devices/utensils, parking, etc) and perfect for our 1 week stay. The pool access across the road in the complex and beach access through the pool gate were wonderful. The Hilton pass was a plus- a 15 minute walk or parking with free validation lets you use all outdoor areas at the Hilton. Great stay!

This condo was amazing! Very clean and very well stocked. We loved the wrap around lanai and enjoyed sitting there while enjoying the sunrise. Great views of the golf course and mountains. This was our first time in Waikoloa but this will be our go to spot on the Big Island in the future. We would definitely look to see if this unit was available for any future stay.

This was our first visit to the Big Island, and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we had so much fun visiting local beaches and exploring the island. Jayne was great to work with, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, and the residents were friendly. Spent a very relaxing week at this Waikoloa Beach condo, location is great with access to the beach a short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants available in the Kings and Queens shops, also walking distance away. The condo is very modern and well-appointed and we really appreciated the beach gear, was a nice surprise not to need to rent any snorkel gear. Lastly, communication with the property owner was excellent and they do a great job or providing information on the condo itself as well as recommendations in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week. The place was very nice and well maintained, with central air conditioning. There is a beach within 10 minute walk which is convenient for a quick visit to the beach. There is a Market within 10-15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. The pool has two jacuzzis with a pool long enough to do some laps. I did find a few bugs (ants) and even a cockroach inside the apartment, but this seems ocasional and probably unavoidable in such a humid location, so care is needed to keep kitchen clean. Overall, we had a very good, confortable time in the site and enjoyed our vacation.

This is a lovely condominium. The living room decor was very relaxing and the lanai was perfect for napping. We enjoyed the pool and use of the gas grills on the property. This unit is very close to the gas grill so it made cooking very convenient. Plenty of towels and the use of all the beach gear was extremely helpful. I would definitely rent again.
