Just want to say this was our very first trip to Hawaii and on top of the experience our stay at Kaanapali Shores was amazing. Exactly as advertised, the view from both the balcony and the master bedroom literally breathtaking. On our last day our beach was visited by seals which were viewed right outside the window, so cool! The cleanliness of the condo was good but, the pull out bed from the couch can use a little vacuuming, and the top bedroom bed skirt as well can use some cleaning, otherwise everything else seemed great!? Thank you Vacasa for your service!

It’s a great view at a moderately priced condo resort close to restaurants and shops right on the beach. The place was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the master bedroom stays pretty hot due to the windows facing the beach and sun all day so it’s hot in that room but the rest of the place is cool. It was a nice place and well decorated. Beds were hard and not comfortable but we did not care becsue the views are amazing. I would stay here again no doubt. It was worth the price.

You could hear the ocean as you fall asleep. Perfect for a family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was nice with basic utensils etc. clean! Decorating was a little dated, but for the Hawaiian Highly recommend

We took the family to Maui to celebrate a couple of big birthdays and a special graduation. Waking up to the beach directly below us was paradise. The unit and property had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were adequate but could use an upgrade. Regardless we are planning to return soon.

This stunning location is perfect for a traveling family. We loved have 3 king beds. The AC was ice cold and the water capacity, perfect. The kitchen is a little cramped and my designer instinct was to draw up plans for a new more open design, hahahaha, but hey, we are on vacation. We would love to return again sometime.

Where do I begin? I loved the extra beach chairs, endless towels, view, location and so much more. Snorkeling right outside our balcony was amazing! It was a a great place to stay and I would stay here each time!

The views were spectacular! A few things in condo needed fixing and the Vacasa team was on it! The pull out mattress was terrible. Need to replace it!

The condo was great! The view amazing. There was a lot of space, the balcony was awesome. We saw some whales from the balcony. The only thing we could say is the fridge needs the shelf added where it is missing, the freezer is covered in condensation and leaks, there needs to be more Silverware and more pans.

This condo is right on the beach. It worked perfectly for the 2 families (2 adults and 2 kiddos in each family). Since the patio overlooked the beach, we could keep an eye on the kids while relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, plates, etc.

You just can't beat the location, right on the beach with the sound of the waves crashing as a constant reminder of where you are. That and a parking lot right by the elevator. Close to all the restaurants and stores. We can't wait to stay here again.

Loved this room. It was clean and comfortable. The stairs going upstairs would be challenging, so don’t assign anyone that would have trouble climbing those stairs, especially because there isn’t a bathroom up there. Full size kitchen was great! The view was unbelievable from the living room and the master, we saw whales everyday. Super close to the little private beach and pools. Walking distance to the grocery store, some restaurants, and the food truck park. Away from the big touristy spots, so it was pretty low key and quiet. The little beach bar attached our the place was just, ok. We walked down to Dukes a few times which was a better beach bar.
Would definitely stay here again.

This resort also looks older but we preferred this unit due to having a fully stacked kitchen and three bedrooms. This is perfect for families. I would NOT stay here with small
Kids because the stairs could be dangerous for little ones.

Room was better than advertised: Bed and furniture were so comfortable could nap anywhere in the room after a day in the sun. Kitchen had everything to make your own meals and save a couple buck from eating out. Location is perfect. Beaches were never crowded, few steps to resort pools which were a blast. Looked at air handler and noted the air cleaner was being sucked into the return. The filter was filthy with thick dirt and dust and hair. It hadn’t been changed since January. VACASA was contacted 3 times in 9 days about the issue. Each time promises that it would get taken care of. Customer service always answered and apologized but it was never fixed. Only way I would stay here again is if VACASA wasn’t managing it.

Beautiful and spacious condo with over equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. Great location with wonderful ocean views and walking distance to shopping plaza with large grocery store. The only issue we have found with this condo was no light on a balcony which made a difficult to enjoy this space after sundown. We would still recommend this place to everyone and hope to come back here in a near future. Aloha

Pictures on website don't do the place justice. Perfect sunset views and could hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. The home has everything you need in the kitchen...even a panini press. Plenty of space for our family of eight. The AC works great, but master bedroom can get a lot of sun, so can warm up if curtains are open all day. Would definitely stay again!!

This unit is a wonderful vacation rental if you’re looking for a condo with resort amenities. Fun pools, pool bar and restaurant, and beachside for a dip in the ocean too. Clean beach towels whenever you want between 8am-5pm, means no laundry unless you want! A restaurant on the premise and many just across the street, also means you don’t have to cook unless you want. True vacation for this tired mama! The only negative was that there weren’t sheets for the pull out when we got there; but once Vacasa was made aware of the issue, the sheets were delivered. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids and it was awesome. Everyone had a bed, no one had to sleep on an uncomfortable sleeper sofa for the week (even though there is a sleeper sofa). The views are absolutely incredible and we loved the resort - a couple of pools, really good bar/restaurant and essentially a private beach next door. Bathrooms have been updated, beds were real comfy, new fridge, TVs in every room, kitchen was stacked, beach towels for everyone, and AC worked great. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom. A few minor cons - living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable, carpet could probably use updated and even though the beds were great, the pillows could’ve been better. Once again, none were dealing breakers though, just some improvement ideas. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
