CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Kaanapali Shores Resort is under spalling construction until around June 2024. We would like to advise you that there could be construction noise during your stay. We are not sure how much disruption will occur. You may experience construction noise, one day it can be loud and on other days it can be quiet.

Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. A quick walk through the lobby will bring you to the brand-new resort pool, passing a waterfall, hot tubs, and large grassy area. There is a Beach Club Restaurant and Bar where you can grab a Mai Tai and a bite to eat to fulfill the Hawaii vacation dream. Take a walk to the ocean to witness gorgeous sunsets and sandy beaches.

If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact our 24x7 support line so we have an opportunity to resolve.

Our continued commitment to SAFETY includes:

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. I have seen other condos at this resort and mine was nothing compared to the ones I had seen. Our unit was clean and was completely updated. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed that elevated. There were two large screen T.V.s and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The property was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful scenery with two pools, two hot tubs and right on the beach. The restaurant was delicious and had entertainment on certain nights. This was a perfect home away from home for me and my 3 kids. I would absolutely stay here again during my next trip to Maui.

Overall staying in this condo was an excellent experience. Photos are exactly as the condo looks and the room was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen with nice supplies. Location of the condo was super and the resort itself was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

The trip was wonderful. I wish I would have been aware that our room was just above the delivery area which was noisy between 6 and 8am. Place was very nice and clean and looked just like the pictures. Would have picked a more quiet room though.

Maui Paradise Properties was easy to work with. The condo was clean and in great shape. They provided beach chairs and towels. The pools were great for kids and it was a quick walk to the food truck park and Dukes on the boardwalk. Highly recommend this spot!
