- Walk inland to Market, Movie Theater, Drug Store, Gift Shop & Post Office. The Beach/Shopping Trolley will pick you up here.
- Walk North to Kahaluu Beach Park, Tiny Church & Surf Shop (rent Stand Up Paddle Boards).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM. This allows cleaners time to clean between guests.
LINENS & SUPPLIES:
- Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel. There is an washer/dryer inside if you want to rewash.
- Beds are made for you.
- Paper products (paper towels, tp, soaps) are provided.
RESERVATIONS:
- We require an advance deposit of $300. Tell us how many people in your party & the mobile phone number you'll use "On Island". These will confirm your reservation. Your balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The deposit also serves as a fully refundable damage deposit and will be returned within 14 days of departure.
SMOKING:
- There is no smoking allowed in or around this unit, but OK on 2 sites on the complex.
CANCELLATION:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
*COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, and we make every effort to keep them running smoothly, however No Refunds will be given for connectivity problems.
