The apartment is just as described in the listing. It’s perfectly furnished and has all the appointments to make your trip great. Clean and located on a great property with amazing views and walkable beach access. Convenient to shopping and a grocery store but quiet and very private.

Great stay, clean, well supplied(however, NO coffee, staples of food , only salt/pepper) quick response for no toiletries that should have been there. Much communication, almost too much, but helpful. Much driving, nothing within easy walking area.

Great location in gated community. Location was quiet and relaxing with spectacular ocean sunsets right from the lanai. The unit served as our base for exploring the island and was nice to come back to a quiet location in the evenings.

Everything was perfect in this facility. The only issue I had was the lack of a deadbolt lock on the door. Absolutely never felt ill at ease in the facility or on the facility grounds. Just a personal issue I have with wanting a deadbolt. The host had enough items needed like trash bags and toilet paper, unlike the last place we stayed. Would highly recommend this property.

I travel a lot and have a very high standard of cleanliness which most places don't meet. This condo may be the only place that has ever met it. Amazingly clean Please keep up this high standard and I'll be back. The kitchen was fully equipped with any utensil you would need, even a salad spinner! Once again amazing! The decor and upkeep of the condo are once again amazing! I went with my mom and I loved having two bathrooms in the condo and the beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. We ate dinner every night watching the sunset. Also, we went in August and I can't imagine not having AC. For us, it was worth every additional penny this cost over a place without AC. I will be back!

The property was wonderful both inside and outside. The deck was extremely inviting as it overlooked the ocean with great views. This condo was very clean and it had a large number of amenities available, including spices and condiments in the kitchen. The management company (Kona Coast Vacations) communicated with us very well and provided a local Concierge service to aid planning. One significant negative is the lack of privacy in the unit stemming from doors that are shutter style allowing sounds between the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the only reason to not give an overall review of 5 as the sounds between the rooms made everyone uncomfortable. It would be a great property for a couple. One minor issue is the lack of a reading light in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a floor fan, but would benefit from a ceiling fan. Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and generally matches the online photos. Finally, the location is excellent for proximity to Kona, restaurants, and activities.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. There were so many additional appointments that we weren’t even expecting (fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils/cookware, scale that helped with making sure our bags were within weight, umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs…)! Super clean and very spacious. I know some reviews complained about the geckos but this in a very lush tropical area and that’s just part of the landscape. The geckos that we saw were super small and super cute. Overall we were very impressed and will definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to travel to the big island.

Wonderful place!
The kitchen has every tool that you might need (the only think I could not find was a ladle, but we were able to make do with a big spoon), and everything works! All things paper/detergent /cleaning/garbage bags etc. are in the appt, in sufficient quantity for a stay longer than ours was (11 days). You might need to get oil/pasta/salt/vinegar and the like, so check the cupboards before you go shopping.
Took us a while to figure out that the bedroom nightstands were lighted :) but everything is beautiful and well taken care of inside the appt. The company that services the appt was great, and very responsive (somebody needed extra kitchen towels, but kept giving them the wrong appt number, so their towels were hand delivered to our appt, 3 times in 3 days). We did not have to ask for anything.
One could possibly walk to the closest supermarket, or use the tramway to get to the mall from the stop in front of the complex, but most of the day it is hot and humid, so a car is good to have :) GPS is needed if you go inland, or trouble awaits you. The inland "highways" are indeed perched high into the mountains, and they are a "way" of getting places, but they are very narrow (one lane per direction), so plan to drive when you can see your surroundings. If you have the time, I highly recommend the submarine tour - it was like visiting another planet.
We enjoyed the whole house, but the balcony was the top of the top - by far the best place we've stayed in Hawaii!

We stayed in unit 2301 for 14 days and it was absolutely perfect! This is a 3rd story end unit right on the water. It was very clean and the entire condo is well stocked with useful items for your stay. The wrap around lanai sold us on this unit versus others we were looking at. There are 3 total sliding glass doors which provide the perfect breeze through the condo. The sliding privacy wall was a nice feature, as it made the space feel much larger and let more light/air through during the day when we opened it up. The kitchen was full of cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, paper products, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, updated appliances, a few pantry items (cooking oil, salt/pepper), and cleaning products. We ended up running out of garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper about 4 days before our trip ended, but a quick trip to Target fixed that problem. There are 6 folding beach chairs, a roll-up beach blanket, snorkel gear, boogie boards, an ice chest, beach/pool towels and two large beach umbrellas available to use that made trips to the beach so wonderful! They also provided laundry soap, Kona Coast shampoo and body bar soap, and there were some bottles of sunscreen left under a bathroom sink. The only negative aspect to our trip was construction being done in the first floor condo below us, which went on for multiple days from morning until night. This was very frustrating as you cannot escape the noise anywhere in the condo. Sitting on the lanai for dinner wasn’t peaceful and serene as one would hope while in paradise. It was no fault of the property manager for this unit, so we just dealt with it. I also wish there would have been extra bedding (a light blanket or two) available instead of the two thin sheets on each bed, as some nights were colder than others. We encountered a few geckos in the condo at night (on the ceilings), but they don’t bother us. We did use some lemon cleaner (as instructed by the owner) in the condo to deter them, but they didn’t leave a trace near the kitchen so we weren’t concerned about them. The property has pool and tennis court access which my kids loved! Overall, this is a fantastic rental which we will be returning to!

Loved staying here. Breathtaking sunsets ended every perfect day. Rental was very well equipped and perfect for dining in. AC is a huge plus! And, where else can you see yellow tang from your balcony. We would happily revisit !

This property is in a slightly older complex but the sunset views are spectacular and it’s been completely remodeled inside; plus the grounds are very well kept... Make sure to rent a car to get around, but we loved our stay here!

The property and condo were excellent. They have a lizard issue that they are aware of. Fortunately, I am from Oahu so I am used to this, but my guest didn't like it at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was beautiful and clean.
