We understand that our guests’ may have additional concerns for cleaning and disinfection and we have enhanced our cleaning procedures even further to provide you with our usual sparkling clean arrival with deliberate sanitizing attention to high-touch surfaces.
In addition to our already rigorous cleaning standards, we are using cleaning products and guidelines approved by CDC, to clean, disinfect and sanitize.
We continue to offer contactless check-in and ensure that you are the first to enter after the unit has been cleaned.
First and foremost, we want you to feel comfortable and safe in your home away from home.

There are many advantages to renting a private condo versus a hotel/resort stay. You get to enjoy this beautiful island home with comfort and safety and the ability to do everything directly in this lovely condo that you would do in a hotel, resort or anywhere else with the added benefit of being in an amazing place with the space and amenities to do so much more than a studio or crowded unit in town would offer you.
You can stay home or go out, you have a full kitchen with all the amenities, a huge condo and attached lanai overlooking beautiful landscaping, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a washer and dryer (we even supply the soaps!), a designated parking spot located just outside your front door….
This lovely 2-bedroom 2-bath (sleeps 4) condo is located in the popular Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club (KKSRC). As soon as you turn into the drive and approach this gated complex you'll feel as if you've arrived in a botanical garden paradise!
There are lovely palm trees all along the external side of the property and flowers interspersed everywhere with a variety of lush plants that will make you think you’re in a professional garden! And, this includes glimpses of our beautiful blue Pacific Ocean that you can see just past the pool and tennis courts and the main pavilion and (resident managers) office.
All guests need a gate code to access the complex OR they need to call Resident Manager from the gate to obtain access. This supports limiting access to guests that have permission to be on property or the owners who live onsite. The pool and tennis courts are also owner guest use only and keys are needed to access both. All this for our owners and respective guests. Each unit also has designated parking spots so our guests do NOT need to hunt or hope for a parking spot.
The condo itself was recently purchased and updated and even more recently the kitchen was completely remodeled by two very selective and frequent visitors to the island. It's very personal for them and they've ensured the unit is decorated and well maintained for their personal use and enjoyment and they've done everything to ensure that any guests find the unit equally delightful.
This property also resides on a very important historical area of the Kona Coast and we have three landmark heiaus ('royal 'dwellings) on our property.
Spacious inside and out we hope you enjoy this lovely ground floor unit with beautiful views of gardens and an easy one to two-minute walk to the oceanfront nearby or just steps off your lanai to see the Kona Country Club Golf Course.
Tropical and comfortable - this refreshed home-away-from-home offers guests an open feeling and is wonderfully furnished with all the amenities of home.
The large kitchen is fully stocked and opens up to the indoor and outdoor dining and living space. As our guest, you will quickly recognize that this vacation home was designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.
There are TVs in both of the bedrooms and living room, free & secure Wi-Fi internet access, a washer and dryer in the unit and nearby BBQ's (shared) for your use.
For the beachgoers, there are beach towels for each guest, and a few beach chairs and a cooler or two to help you enjoy 'away' excursions.
Guests can also enjoy our large and recently renovated swimming pool and a game of tennis (two racquets in the unit for guest use). There’s also ping-pong at the main pavilion and we have a ping pong paddle set for the exclusive use of our guests.
Reserved parking is just steps away from the front door.
The best snorkeling park on the island is a five-to-ten minute walk or three-minute drive away – Kahalu’u Beach Park. This lovely park has parking, covered seating and bathrooms, lifeguards, and plenty of space to set your beach chairs and towels and enjoy world-class snorkeling. There are also water gear rentals.
Beautiful Keauhou Bay is just a 5-minute drive for snorkeling, boating, kayaking, stand up paddling and also outrigger canoe paddling/rentals.
Chocolate and Coffee Plantations are just up the hill (about three to five miles) and less than 10-15 minutes from door to door.
Keauhou Shopping Center is just up the hill for all your shopping needs and restaurants and you’ll even find a movie theatre and (heaven forbid) and URGENT CARE for medical issues.
Kailua Village is a 10-15 minute meandering oceanfront drive away. You can enjoy more restaurants and shopping and a bit more nightlife, if desired, here.
Outdoor markets abound on the Big Island with several open most days each week. Alii Garden Marketplace is three miles north on Alii Drive and it's a fun place to shop or enjoy a variety of delicious foods!
This is just a start to all the delights of the Big Island. There are world-famous beaches, hikes, national parks, and nurseries/farms for 100% Kona coffee, orchids, macadamia nuts, and so much more.
And, our location is perfect for getting to the usual big stores (Target, Safeway, Walmart, Costco) if you need something that can NOT be found in our convenient shopping center less than 1/2 mile away.
