From the moment I first punched in the code on the keypad and step foot into the apartment, I immediately knew I had made the right decision. It was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious, exactly the way it had been portrayed in the photos on the listing. The surrounding amenities were fabulous as well, with a plethora of propane grills, ample visitor parking, a tennis court and a golf course right in our backyard. The next time I visit the Big Island, I will definitely be booking this again!

This ground floor unit was great! Good for two couples - each with a full en-suite. Easy access to the BBQ or the shoreline to watch crashing waves and a sunset. Short walk to a beach. Community pickle ball/tennis/pool. The unit was clean, had adequate supplies and a nice kitchen. Short drive to Kona or Capt Cook’s snorkeling bay. Close to groceries/drugstore.

We rented a unit in the tennis and racket ball club. It was amazing. Not only the accommodations great, they thought of everything. In our unit we had coolers for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, lawn chairs, sand toys, and the list goes on! I would highly recommend this unit to someone else. The only minor downfall is that there is no air conditioning. Coming from Canada we embraced the heat and humidity, but certainly was a little warm in the evenings.

We love our stay in this property. The unit was clean and filled with everything needed. We enjoyed having two full bathrooms and plenty of space for our family. The outdoor patio was calm, relaxing and private. We had a chicken and a cat for friends all week long. AC would have been nice but it wasn't too bad. Only complaint is that we could hear very loud footsteps from the above unit. The whole complex is very well maintenaided and clea. Great BBQ area, tennis court and pool.

Very clean and spacious condos offering all the commodities you need. There was one king and one queen bed in two separte rooms. The sofas were not sofa bed. No AC but good aeration. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed every night there!

Loved the location, not far from local eateries, local fruit/fish stands as well as a great wave beach in Magic Sands.
Overall great spot!
Couple of caveats, mosquitoes are heavy around the property as well as your morning 4am wake up call from the sprinklers just outside of the windows.

The property was very nice and convenient for exploring the Kona side of the island. The outdoor patio was secluded due to it being a corner unit and the surrounding bushes. The entire property was fun to explore the shoreline and historical areas. Our family would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Very clean, newly remodeled, quiet area. Beach within walking distance, but like most things on the big island, requires 1-2 hour drive to do most activities. Sandy beaches to the north. This is one of the best-equipped rental units we have ever stayed in. It feels like new and is set in an extremely quiet complex. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic, the BBQ was nearby. We actually decided to make more meals at home because of how wonderful the layout and amenities were. The pool and tennis courts were a nice treat for the kids, and the overall location of the complex is close to everything in the area. Would definitely recommend. The condo was also very clean and well-kept. Knutson & Associates were 100% professional.

We stayed in this condo the first week of June and loved it! My 7 year old loved having a pool in the community and we loved the beautiful lanai for early morning coffee. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable for our week there. Don't be dissuaded by the lack of central AC. It was hot out during our stay and we were concerned when we walked inside for the first time because it was hot and stuffy inside as well. Once we opened all the windows and turned on the ceiling fans, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the temperature became comfortable. We didn't feel hot inside at any other point during our visit, even overnight. The location was good, though it took about 12 - 15 minutes to get to downtown Kona for restaurants. There's a good pizza place in the nearby shopping center along with a farmer's market on the weekend and a grocery store. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the great trip and the beautiful space to stay in!

Loved this place! First time to the Big Island and could not be happier with the experience at this condo. Our family had a wonderful time at #6101. The home was beautifully decorated and will all the amenities a family would need. From beach towels, beach chairs and even sand toys for the little ones. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing at the pool and the back patio. Wish we could have stayed longer. Was also very impressed with the attentiveness the rental company gave to us during our stay. Recommendation for places to visit and eat. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful unit with plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes, beach chairs, and extras. Absolutely beautiful complex. The landscaping is gorgeous! Lanai is spacious and lawn was great for kids to play. You’re one building off the ocean with a peek a boo view from patio. If you walk over to the water, the sunsets are breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: extremely loud second floor neighbors - I think the flooring between units has no insulation. Noise solution is very much needed! It sounded like people would come right through the floor morning, noon and night. Not sure if some construction could be done to remedy. Broken screen which let in mosquitos. Informed rental company and communication was answered but they never came during the week when they said they would. I thought that strange.
Overall, beautiful place but if significant noise bothers you consider a third floor unit in this complex.

Our family of 4 stayed 10 days over the holidays and had a fantastic time. The unit looks exactly as the photos depict. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We took advantage of the beach towels, chairs, and boogey boards. I was also very happy to have a washer and dryer that worked very well. The beds were comfortable and while we are not accustomed to sleeping with windows open, had no problem with the nice breezes overnight. On arrival we thought it might be too hot but as soon as we had all the windows and patio doors open, it cooled right down.
We used this location as our base and explored everyday so we were up and out early and returned in the evening around dinner. The neighborhood was pretty quiet in the evenings while we were there. We enjoyed our time here and would return with no hesitation.

Beautifully decorated condo in a quiet oceanfront gated community. Favorite things: watching the birds in the beautiful yard each morning from the comfy sofa, exploring a different part of the island each day (perfect location and easy access for exploring), very short walk to enjoy the sunset and lava shoreline against the blue ocean. We were off exploring most of the day each day, but enjoyed 2 amazing meals with beautiful views at nearby restaurants...Mi’s (Italian) and Sam Choy’s (Brunch).

has a side view of another building The worst of it all was the incessant heat as there isn't any air conditioning and we stayed into November. The second worst thing was the location of the unit. Windows front the parking lot and stairs and a side faces the main street of the complex. Across the street is another building. All of this results in a barrage of car and people noise. Since you can't close the windows, you hear it all involuntarily.. The outside furniture was not comfortable and the main outside terrace got the morning and afternoon sun which resulted in heat, heat and more heat. The grills in the community were mostly broken and the demand for the few that worked were over worked by the people. They were never cleaned by management. The pool was always crowded with lots of children. The only nice thing we could say was that the owners' "broker/manager" was highly responsive to mechanical issues which arose during our stay. Our recommendation would be to NOT stay at this property.
