The condo was close to everything we wanted it to be.7 mins walk from beach, and coffee shops. It was a 15 minute drive from the north shore, and beaches where we spent most of our time. The pool was great for our 3 year old. The only thing was it stated it had a bbq, it didn’t, the patio furniture was extremely old and rusty, and the cleanliness was not 100%, we did have to purchase some cleaning supplies from Target to wipe down and clean some areas. Other than that it was excellent! We would stay again.

This place is in a great location if you want to be in N. Shore. The proximity to the Ritz is a definite plus. Unfortunately, the place needs some work. A few things I would recommend: 1. It needs new pots and pans, they are in awful condition 2. The hall bath has no light over the sink, it is impossible to get ready b/c you can't see anything 3. Don't supply 1 ply TP 4. The washer/dryer is very small 5. Having a decent set of core cooking spices seems reasonable given the cost per night. 6. The backscreen door has no track, it is really hard to open and close.

Wonderful location and the condo was nice and room for the four of us. Was great having the bedroom with an outside door. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond with recommendations for other things to do with the brown water advisory. Had a nice washer/dryer set up and kitchen was well equipped.

This rental had everything we need for a comfortable stay! We loved the location, pool, bbq, and space. Having laundry in the unit and the ability to cook is a priority for my family. This unit was comfortable and the property manager was very responsive when we had a few problems. It shows its age and the air conditioning unit in the loft is noisy and unsightly. The beds were just ok. We appreciated the beach supplies and lanai.

This was a great place to stay! It was even better than described in the listing. We were impressed with how clean and cozy it was. We immediately appreciated that it smelled like clean, fresh laundry. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were AMAZING! Rooms were nice and dark with separate a/c units, and we all slept awesome! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day. Location was great. We couldn't find the resort beach, as it is a very large resort & map wasn't clear. Got rained out before we could find it! :( The pool and beach provided a nice incentive to book here, we just ran out of time exploring the beautiful island!

Pleasantly surprised as to how well everything was stocked..laundry items, kitchen items including spices, etc. Easily able to regulate AC in the unit, and had plenty of beach items to take with us to the beach. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this unit for a peaceful get-away.

The condo itself was nice and what we expected based on reviews. Our experience was made less enjoyable as a result of poor communication. We arrived during the March 2026 flooding. We landed at the airport late afternoon and decided to pick up groceries prior to heading to the condo, which was an hour from the airport. We had received instructions to make contact shortly before our arrival in order to gain access to the gated community and the condo itself. We called about 10 minutes before reaching the condo and were told that the power had been out in the area for several hours and there was no expected timeline for the power to be on. The gate and condo were open due to the outage but there were no candles or lanterns at the condo and no one would be able to provide them until the following day due to the weather. Additionally, access to the condo was via a set of wooden outdoor steps and there were also steps inside the condo leading to a loft bedroom. By this time it was dark outside and it was difficult to see driving. We decided it would be unsafe and unwise to try to enter the condo in the dark. We requested compensation for the first night’s stay as we would not be able to use the condo that night. Additionally, we had not been informed of the power outage early enough to purchase candles or lanterns from the other side of the island. We were told that our situation was unfortunate but no compensation was made. Power returned 36 hours after our check in time.

The house was ok. The back screen door does not roll on the track very well. The washing machine made my clothes smell bad. It would be nice to have some salt and pepper stocked. There were basic utensils, pots and dishes to use. It was nice to have bath towels and beach towels to use. It would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs to use while visiting. Checking in and checking out were very easy.

Kitchen was fully equipped. The air conditioning was only in the rooms, so it made the common area hot. It cooled down after cranking both upstairs and downstairs AC units, but then the rooms were freezing. Overall, really nice, quiet area on a beautiful piece of property. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Someone always answered the 24/7 hotline and security was very helpful when we got lost. We will definitely be staying at the kuilima estates when we come back.

Thank you, Joanne. Communication was great. We had no issues with the condo. It was nice having all of the beach toys and equipment. Plenty of towels, space for our family of two teens. They loved being in the loft upstairs! Proximity to Turtle Bay was nice (we dropped the kids off at the beach and they walked home :) It's a great location between Haleiwa/Wailua and Kailua! We were there during potential flooding and Joanne reached out to say we could stay as long as we needed (checkout was 11am) that day to ensure our safety. Definitely recommend for travelers who want to stay on the North shore.

We loved our time here and didn't want to leave! This condo was a perfect stay for me and my boyfriend and three kids. The condo was updated nicely and super clean and the beds were super comfortable with great linens and towels. A full sized washer/dryer was the perfect addition for all of us. We were supplied with beach chairs and towels and we enjoyed the close proximity to the Turtle Bay resort within walking distance for morning coffee and a short drive to many different food trucks. Most of all we loved the access to North Shore beaches. This was our second time staying in the area and this condo had everything we needed and hadn't thought of. We loved the air conditioning and it made a huge difference in our comfort. Thank you to the owners the great communication, easy check in/out and for making this a memorable trip and we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely be back! Clean and quaint, in the back end of complex so it was quiet and we had privacy out the back lanai! Very close to pool too, especially from the lanai! Host was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the stay and before. I highly recommend this spot! The bed was SO comfortable too omg!

This vacation home was in a perfect location. Our girls loved being able to wander around the property. The rooms are perfect and the loft twin beds were great for our twins. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we would have liked was some pool towels and beach chairs, but it’s possible we just didn’t find them. The air kept it comfortable although the loft got a bit hot. Was glad there was a fan to help keep it cool. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

The place was very nice. Just a little small for 4 adults and 2 children but we were gone most of the time. Not really an area for small children to play. Unfortunately we were there during the storms so power was out 2 separate times for approx 96 hours and the pool ended up being closed. If you are a golfing family this is an ideal spot.

The place was clean and it had a few nice amenities like a small busy pool nearby. However, for the price, it was not worth the high cost. It says for 4 people but there is only a loft as the “bedroom” which is nice except that you risk a fall every time you go up the circular stairs. The other bed is an extremely uncomfortable couch bed. I would be fine to deal with the stairs and couch bed if the price wasn’t so high. Not worth it!

Great location and lots to do walking. Google Maps will show beach a mile away but walk over to Ritz and follow signs to beach about 3/4mile. Or drive short distance to Banyan Trail and walk to all sorts of beaches. Not crowded. Kitchen fantastic w every spice and utensil needed. Property is older but well maintained. Plenty of towels and trash bags provided as well. Laila was on top of things and available always if any questions. Overall, wonderful unit and location, will certainly return.

The check in process was very difficult. It would be good to mention in the information documents that there is no cell service at the unit. Luckily a very kind security guard helped us with his personal cell. Location is fabulous, the unit was very clean, but a little worn. We had a great stay.
