This was a wonderful, updated property just minutes from the beach by foot. The host was helpful and the unit was well equipped with things for the beach, towels and plenty of dishes. If planning on cooking in unit, there are only bar stools to sit on, no dining table. The AC units worked very well and kept the unit comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation!!

It's the best feeling when you book a property and it exceeds your expectations. This was the case for our recent stay at the Turtle Bay property!Everything was clean, comfortable and well -equipped without feeling cluttered. The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the couch and peaceful lanai. We had everything we needed in the condo and nearby at the restore and in the nearby towns. The bathroom and shower we very nice too.Kiley, the host, was super attentive to our questions before and during our stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing and beautiful place to stay near Turtle Bay, I would highly recommend you stay at this property!

Loft was very hot as no AC other than bed rooms. Didn’t realize third bedroom was an open loft. Unit is old and tired, very out of date and felt dirty. Living area very cramped. Didn’t spend much time at the unit or the resort, so not a great value as amenities were not used.

The property was very clean with all the amenities you could want. Having a washer and dryer on site was so convenient. Ginger was an amazing host. During the storm and flooding she allowed us some extra time to have somewhere safe to stay. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Great location and very clean and nice property. Loved being close to the beach and enjoyed the property and how comfortable it was. The property has beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkeling gear which was helpful. You can walk to Turtle Bay and the AC units work great. Close to beaches and food places. Questions and concerns were answered quickly.

This place was located at a beautiful location! The premises were wonderful, close to Kahuku food trucks, not too far from a few supermarkets, and other places of interest. The swimming pool was nice. Our kids enjoyed it very much! And close to Turtle Bay! The pull-out bed was comfy. It can get a bit hot, but there are fans and air conditioning in the bedroom.The washing machine and dryer were really loud.

The owner is very responsive. She is very easy to get a hold of. Our stay was great. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Beach is easily accessible. We did see a turtle on the beach by the horse stables and at shark cove snorkeling. Parking is easy. The pool nice, warmer than the ocean. It felt good to swim in the pool after snorkeling. The condo was clean, well stocked and well organized. Everything you might need for a day at the beach is provided.

Such an AMAZING stay! Superb location, homey feel and fantastic hosts! Mike was so communicative and friendly from start to finish.5 STARS! I had to rate lower on cost, but I totally understand how expensive that area is (Mike and Maria’s place was the most affordable though). They do encourage conserving energy while there to help keep costs down for all of us. We also followed their instructions to catch that wonderful cross-breeze through the condo and they were right, it was delicious! Mike and Maria also had great beach supplies that we took full advantage of (notably the low beach chairs, beach umbrella and oversized beach mat). And the screened-in back patio… great spot for morning coffee and afternoon reading.Cannot say enough about our experience… we had the most wonderfully relaxing time!! Would definitely stay here again when in the area. They have a place in Waikiki as well that looks amazing, would love to try that out as well.

The view of the pond is so peace and serene. The place is equipped with EVERYTHING you need. It was awesome to have some basic spices available for cooking. And the Keurig coffee pod assortment was appreciated. A Super comfy bed with quality linens. The woodwork craftsmanship with the built ins and doors were beautiful. Joel was very communicative and available for questions. I travel a lot and I would definitely recommend this lovely condo. Thanks for making our anniversary trip so enjoyable.

This owner also left us with extras like beach toys, beach towels, chairs and a cooler which were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this owner and rental for your vacation. We loved this quiet, clean North Shore condo. It was perfect for our family with young kids. It had everything we needed to cook meals, plus easy access to the beach and a short walk to coffee at the Ritz-Carlton. The location was super convenient and an excellent value. A true gem. Just a 15 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort, access to the beach and dining. Condo is totally upgraded new appliances and laundry. Short walk to pool for the complex very clean. Kiley (Host) is very responsive and helpful. Quiet lanai view of one of the Fazio Golf course holes but very guarded by trees and shaded.

Great location. the place would benefit by having more seating in the living room as well as lamps for reading. Note that the it does not have a dishwasher (the listing does not say it does ) but would be good to have one. It was a good stay largely because Turtle Bay is fantastic. The Kitchen was very well stocked as well as beach items that we were appreciated to have since we traveled by air. The A/C could use an upgrade, it seemed small for the size of the unit did not cool off the loft area at night. We were fortunate that we did not need to use it other than one evening. Overall, the unit was very nice and comfortable, and I would recommend it to my friends and family. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with.

We were expecting a little nicer place from pictures. It was super hot upstairs upon arrival.Lots of fans blowing to keep it cool. It’s kind of old. Upstairs was low ceilings and we are pretty tall. Not ideal for 2 couples. One gets the real bedroom with AC and the other hauls everything upstairs and not as comfortable. Young family ok. It was too much money for what we got. Not terrible but not great either.

Everything was great! Leila replied to my questions very quickly. The unit was well stocked in regards to beach stuff….umbrellas, chairs, microfiber towels and wagon was a plus!We loaded everything into it and walked over to the beach…an easy 10min. walk(1/2 mile). The place was clean. The lanai however needs some TLC. I will definitely choose this unit again and highly recommend it. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We loved the location and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Every night we walked to watch the surfers and sunset! Beautiful way to was each day! The condo had everything we might need from extra beach towels to beach chairs. It is a very well equipped condo. The washer and dryer are new and so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place! Right when you walk in, you feel at home, very clean and cozy. The view from our patio was nice to see, the interior was so cute and modern. My concern was having a washer and dryer while traveling, it was so helpful to have! Our host was so informative and attentive to our needs, it made our trip so easy! I would come back here again, the location feels safe and it is a good distance to drive and explore other areas.
