I was very happy with this place! At first glance, it’s not fancy. But it has everything you need on site … great bed, beach gear - everything you will need in excellent condition right down to the cute little portable cooler. Tons of sun screen and lotion! Snorkeling at Turtle Bay was much better than expected and just in general, I was not let down by anything. Owner answered a late night call to help us get in too.

The property is in a great location short walk to a beautiful beach. If you are coming to do a lot of hiking you will spend some time in the car going back to the other side of the island.

Turtle Bay is an amazing area to stay in, very quiet and beautiful. There were two couples traveling together so the two king size beds with two bathrooms was perfect! We loved the upstairs suite, allowed for privacy and was very quiet; never heard the other couple watching TV downstairs. Roxanne is a great host and communication was quick. Highly recommend this condo.

Accommodations very comfortable for our family of six. Very quiet location. Checking in at night could use better lighting for entire complex. Numbers on condos impossible to see once the sun goes down. Bring a flash light.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The setting was great, a short walk across the golf course to the forest and beach. The grounds of Turtle Bay Resort were amazing, with lots of trails and unspoiled beaches. We went on walks every day, swam in the protected beach by the hotel, and even saw a monk seal one day.
We also spent plenty of time in the very nice pool, which was right next to the unit. Usually we had it to ourselves. The unit itself was impeccably clean and completely updated.
If we ever find ourselves back in Oahu, we definitely would stay here again.

Property quite worn down in our opinion. Disappointing because it did look very nice in the photos. This was the dirtiest vacation rental that we have ever stayed in. Needs a thorough deep cleaning and sanitization. Complex location is wonderful on the North Shore.

Joanne’s is an amazing property owner. Very timely with inquiries and the condo had everything needed for an extended stay. The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared most meals there to avoid costly restaurant visits. While it would be nice to have a bathroom in the loft area, our family managed just fine. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit.

Stayed here together with my wife and our daughter, and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect, calm and relaxing and 10 minutes’ walk to the closest beach. Nice view of the golf course and you can even spot the ocean in the distance.

Overall the place was great, had everything we needed for our family of 5. The only 2 downsides were the upstairs mattress smelled and when we stripped the sheets many large pee stains were revealed. I suggest a new mattresses and a plastic cover! The other downside is being so close to the road and the cart barn- both created a lot of noise early in the morning.

Great stay on North Shore Oahu. Clean, comfortable condo, great location at Turtle Bay. Easy conversation with owner when needed. Condo has laundry, beach towels, chairs, toys. Great to have two sinks in master bath. Our two teenage girls enjoyed separate beds and their own bath in the upstairs loft. I’m a former resident of Oahu, and will definitely come back to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed. Just some small hiccups. The mattress on the pull out couch is very very thin. But it was okay for three days. Also, the overhead light on the fan in the bedroom kept coming on when sleeping if the fan was on. Kind of weird. But overall, very clean, easy to find, good amenities. Served our purpose (mom and two daughters) for 3 days.

The pictures posted did not match where we stayed. The bathroom was in complete disarray. The shower walls peeling, mold on ceiling and old vanity gave the overall feel of dirty, rundown condo. The carpet through out was old and smelly. The couch and table chairs you didnt want to sit on as they too were old and moldy smelling. Other family members stayed in Turtle Bay condos that were remodled and extremely nice. You couldn't pay me to stay here. Check in took 30 minutes as Bev the manager had to walk you through everything... the coffee maker, washer, how many garbage bags to use. I prefer pick up a key and here is your place, it matches the pictures. This is not the place.

Our family of 5 adults and one infant stayed in the townhome. It is a great location. We enjoyed the beach at Turtle Bay and sunset on the lawn overlooking the ocean. The hotel is beautifully renovated and a joy to visit.
We like to cook our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. The full size washer and dryer are great. Being right on the golf course, we could
enjoy the lawn after sunset.
Our group played pickleball on the courts and loved it!

We had an amazing stay at the Condo for our son's graduation from UH. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room.
The condo was comfortable, well equipped and the little finishing touches made us feel at home-- right down to Christmas Trees and perfect smelling real wreath hanging in the entry way.......
Will definitely check this location first when we have to return for visits during grad school.

This condo was amazing. Lots of room, lots of equipment in the kitchen, nice beds. We had two children with us. One did fall backwards down the very steep stairs to the loft. So be careful!!! Lots of beach toys.

Our stay was average. Location is amazing on the North Shore. It’s an average condo. The linens were worn and obviously recycled. The washer and dryer was full of mildew. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again but I would recommend it to surfers just needing a place to shower and sleep.

Decent place, but too many little nagging problems. First night, there was no tv remote in the living room, so no tv was available. The tv in the bedroom does not work, so disregard the pictures that show a tv in the bedroom. The fan remote had no battery, so we couldn't control the speed of the fan or light. The plumbing in the loft shower has issues. A loud jackhammer noise is generated when the shower is used unless you find the right water pressure adjustment. No parking permit was supplied, so property management had to notify us to get a permit from the owner.
Hiking trails in the area were great.
Overall, we were happy with the location, but would not stay in this particular unit again.
