The unit was amazing, we had three staying, a couple and a single for 1 week.We had a car which made it easy to drive to all things local and to get out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but we aawere close enough to be able to walk everywhere as well.The North Shore was so relaxing, perfect destination.Everything we could possibly have wanted was in the unit. The air conditioning was very good. Just the AC in the master bedroom was very loud and didn’t seem to have a low setting. A window AC would have been better and quieter. Also the owner needs to update the beach chairs, they are old and broken. The shower in master bath was great. Plenty of water pressure. Pool area was very clean and quiet. Kitchen was very well stocked.

No AC in the living room/dining area. AC in bedroom is loud. No dining table to eat out of, just counter sitting by kitchen. There's a safe, but prop management does not have key or even know anything about it. No shampoo offered, only a tiny little bar of soap. Only positive thing is the location...walkable to Kuilima Cove beach. Not worth the price charged.

The condo was in a gated community which created a hood sense of security. It had a beautiful outlook over the golf course. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies right through to the bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable living quarters. Good walking distance to beach & restaurants. Absolutely loved this stay!! Plenty of room for our family of four. The projector with the two beds was perfect for our girlies at bedtime. And the location is phenomenal! Turtle bay is perfect for swimming with the family. Our little was afraid of the waves so the option to hit the pool was amazing! Good A/C here and it’s close to a lot full of food trucks! Mahalo!!

The condo is in a great location and has a nice layout, but a few things didn’t match what was described in the listing. The “fully equipped kitchen” was missing basics like cooking oil and simple seasonings like salt and pepper, and the toaster didn’t work during our stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only two tiny bars of soap that barely lasted a couple of days. The iron board latch was broken so it wouldn't stand properly, making it difficult to use and one of the bowls in the cupboard was still dirty with standing brown water. There was also a noticeable buildup of lint in the dryer vent, which poses a safety concern especially since laundry is advertised as an amenity.The unit itself is bright and comfortable as promised, but some of the maintenance and cleanliness details didn’t reflect the “updated and sophisticated” description. With better attention to upkeep and care, this could easily be a 5 star stay.

We really loved this spacious condo at Turtle Bay. Our group of 7 had plenty of space, lots of comfortable seating and the beds were comfy too. The property was neat, AC worked beautifully and everything on the listing was present. The only things I would note would be to pack your own shampoo/conditioner/soap and the kitchen does not have any dish cloths or towels and only one dishwasher tab, so pack those things with you too to make cleanup possible! Communication with the property manager was so easy! Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

Love Turtle Bay for a quiet vacation and knowing it is well kept and very safe. Bill and Wendy’s Condo is perfect and hope to come again. Great communication, easy check in and well stocked kitchen and condo for all your needs. Wish the bed had a memory foam mattress topper but just because of my shoulder pain. This is our second time staying with them and it is a very nice place. You will love it here!

Unfortunately, our stay was highly unsatisfactory and fell short of basic expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness. The unit was simply not clean. We noted substantial buildup on the walls, baseboards, and doors, indicating a long overdue deep cleaning.Several factors severely impacted our comfort:A strange, persistent smell, possibly emanating from the room A/C units.Worn and threadbare bath towels that are past their useful life.A non-working ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom.Crucially, when we needed the extra bedding, it had a distinct sour odor, suggesting it was left wet too long—a significant hygiene concern.Lastly, the check-in procedure felt unnecessarily complicated; the requirement to walk to the unit to retrieve the key fob before driving onto the property should be streamlined.

The location of this property is great for the North Shore. It was clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The laundry facilities were great as well. There wasn't a lot of seating in the living room and the furniture was a bit worn. The shower in the bathroom in the bedroom was tiny! I couldn't even really wash my hair. I wish the front door had a deadbolt. I never felt comfortable with the little lock on the handle that we couldn't easily tell if it was locked or not. Communication with host was great. Thank you for a great stay on the North Shore.

Loved the location, the bed setup (hard to find 2 kings), 2 full bathrooms (although the loft bathroom is challenging for adults), and the kitchen inventory. We walked to the Ritz a few times (had our best sunset), drinks, and nice hiking along the beaches. The loft bathroom is best for kids (none in our party) due to the sloping ceiling. I couldn't stand at the sink or the toilet (I'm 6' 1"). I'm not complaining - loved the second shower. There is no vent in the loft bathroom and our friends related the vent didn't work in the main bathroom. I'm guessing the dryer will work once the exhaust pipe is cleaned out. Enjoyed the view of the golf green out the sliding glass door; would be nice if the bottom track was replaced since it is bent pretty badly. Hard to slide the door. And loved having the beach chairs! We carried them in the vehicle so we were ready for the beach even if it wasn't in our plan. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect!We loved every aspect, as the condo description was 100% accurate. We were located about 2 small blocks away from Turtle Bay golf course clubhouse and a really nice restaurant.We would love to come back as soon as we can make the time with our kids busy schedule!

The condo was very clean and stock with all the basics. It was full of light and well decorated and felt right at home the minute we walked thru the door. Ginger was such a gracious host….we had trouble with the TV/cable and she took time out of her busy day to stop over and fix it for us!! We would for sure recommend her condo and if we ever get back we’d stay here again :)
