We chose this location to be away from the crowded areas of Honolulu so it was perfect for what we were after. The host was great and provided all the info we requested. There is a beach at the end of the road, however I am unsure if we were allowed to use it as it might be for the Ritz Carlton members only. There was another beach next to the Ritz Carlton but it was all coral. We drove down to Waimea Bay to swim there and jump off the rock, however with the recent floods the road is down to one lane and caused 20 minute back ups in both directions which eats into your already precious time you have on vacation. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was nice to relax in at the end of the day.

This house was in a perfect location. A grocery store was just about 10 minutes away along with multiple food trucks to choose from if you wanted to eat out. The neighbors were not loud, and overall the entire community was quiet.The house came fully stocked with kitchen, utensils, pots, and pans, even dish soap and sponges. I know that sounds silly, but I visited places that literally had nothing except an empty fridge in a microwave.I really appreciate it at this house also had comfortable towels, nice bedding, and even robes! The restrooms came with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer and both the upstairs and downstairs.It was located about six minutes away from the beach, and the house also had two boogie boards, snorkels, and fins, a cooler, and beach chairs that were easy to take with us!This house easily accommodate four adults and two children. Having two twin beds in the loft area was fantastic. The house also had multiple window units so everyone stayed nice and cool. (we are from Texas, so we definitely are used to air conditioners)!We would definitely stay at this location again!

The apartment was amazing! The rooms were clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedroom wasn’t working properly which is fine, stuff like that happens all the time. She refunded us a small sum which was nice! Overall, we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised and the property and location was stunning. We had seven adults in our party and fit very comfortably. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers available for use which really enhanced our outings to the beach. We would book again, 100%!!

The condo was very well equipped and we had an excellent time in the area. Our host was incredibly responsive and when their TV went out, they replaced it with a newer TV same day. If youre not use to tropical weather it might be taxing but its unavoidable. Most houses don't have central air but this place has several fans and one ac unit, similar to what you'd find at a hotel that works marvelously. Worth every penny!

We enjoyed our time here! The upstairs half bath was a nice addition. Convenient to many things in the North Shore. The kids loved using the beach equipment, and the beach towels were great for the pool and the beach. The pool was a hit with the kids and adults alike. We didn’t cook any meals, but the kitchen had everything we needed. Host communicated as needed. Thank you!

Has a great stay here. Neighbors were friendly the house was very tidy. I always rate based on my sleep experience and I can say the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool and it was very nice and refreshing not cold. The only downside was the internet was out so we couldn't watch tv in the evenings.

The location was perfect! The ability to relax in a peaceful setting made our vacation that much better. There is no air conditioning in the main living area, which includes the loft. The cross breeze was great during the day but it warmed up when you closed during the overnight hours. Overall, we loved this place!

I so appreciate a helpfully appointed property; everything we needed in a literal tropical paradise. The wildlife and botanicals were such a glorious treat. I NEVER passed up a gardenia blossom to inhale. Loved the local cats, jungle foul & kind neighbors/locals in a lovey quiet community. Helpfully simple check-in/out & nice proximity to public access Turtle Bay for snorkeling & wildlife viewing. Good access to North Shore eats, fruit stands and Foodland POKE!

Amazing quiet location. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for making meals. There were plenty of towels and a nice little washer and dryer. The only thing I would add is some beach chairs and an umbrella.

What a great place to stay! It's a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Our a 7 minute drive to a more secluded beach where you can swim with the turtles!!!! (Kawela Bay) The condo was the perfect place to come home to after a day of adventuring through the north shore. The Sugar Mill down the street had AMAZING food trucks and cute shops, but there's also the Hukilau Marketplace a little further away with more stores and food as well as the Polynesian Cultural Center. There's zip lining 15 minutes away and Kualoa Ranch a bit further if you want to adventure Jurassic Park. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive. I would highly recommend the hosts and this condo.

Overall amazing experience. We had to book last minute lodging and the host, Nicole has been superb. She was so attentive, very responsive and super welcoming. The place looked like we are at a resort in Maldives and I was very satisfied with everything. We will definitely book again the next time we visit!

Property was clean and beds were comfortable, but we felt disappointed with a few things. The property is a pretty far walk from the beach. You can drive to the beach, but we were hoping it would be closer. The air conditioner broke while we were there and a worker was in our place all day, but couldn't fix it. The place was very hot and stuffy even with all the fans blowing. The neighbor smoked all day and we could frequently smell this come into our unit. We were also surprised to find out the back door didn't latch and opened while we were out of the house the first day which had us a little concerned about safety. We did appreciate the washing machine and liked staying on the North shore.

A/C is appreciated during the day, but a tad loud at night; however, we found that just running the ceiling fans at night was enough to keep us cool.Very convenient location/distance to the pool.Did not see a lot of golfers playing the course, so it felt very private most of the time.We had neighbors on all sides (and above), but any noise from the neighbors was not an issue...it may depend on how loud each party is.We found the kitchen well-equipped to meet most of our needs. The oven mitt needs to be replaced as it is thin in some critical areas. Maybe a larger pot for boiling pasta would make it complete.The vent in the master bathroom was minimal (or not working) and we ended up taking our showers in the other bathroom which had a stronger vent.Overall furnishings are adequate and we appreciate the laundry baskets; a nice-to-have would be a pair of luggage racks, and perhaps another set of sleeping pillows.Although the property asks for the guests to "start the load" at checkout with respect to dirty towels (as a courtesy), there is no guarantee that guests will use bleach in most situations, so it is a potential hygiene situation...best to let the housekeepers take care of towels (and use bleach).

The unit is ideal because it has a view on the balcony of the great pool and we loved how the balcony and front door both have screens to protect the unit from bugs coming inside. We also loved how the bedroom upstairs has a privacy screen and its own full bathroom. The unit has pool towels which I mention because I brought a couple from home just in case they weren’t provided. We liked the way the place was decorated. We also want to mention that the unit has an excellent property manager. We went to two other units in Turtle Bay and liked ours better amd we liked our pool better too. We strongly recommend the place and want to stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway with kids. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Also was walking distance to the hotel and nearby attractions. Gate code is time sensitive and doesn’t work until check in time which is good to know in case you arrive early and can’t get in like we did. But host is very communicative ahead of time if with additional questions. Netflix available as well. Floor was dirty/sticky but otherwise was clean and tidy. Looking forward to staying again sometime soon!

Convenient and nice location. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom shower mat was quite smelly and moldy. Master bedroom has quite a slant to it. Anything round dropped on the floor would travel to the other side. We slept upside down on the bed to help with this. There were several dirty dishes that had been put away upon our arrival. We re-washed any dishes we were going to use. Air conditioning worked great. House could use some updating. Overall the stay was just ok.
