We had a wonderful stay at Maui Parkshore. The condo was clean, well equipped, and in a great location right across from the beach. The view was good, and overall the property was very comfortable for our group.There was only one thing that left us a bit confused. We were three people staying in the unit, one adult and two seniors, and the condo came with just one beach umbrella. I asked if we could get one extra umbrella, but the request was declined with the explanation that they only provide one umbrella per unit. I understand that there are policies, but it felt a little inconvenient, especially since friends staying at other nearby resorts had two umbrellas provided for their group.Aside from that, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a bit more flexibility on small things like the beach umbrella, this would easily be a perfect stay.

Host was very easy to work with, no issues checking in or out. Space was well maintained with easy access to the beach. Reserved parking was nice and felt like it was in a safe area. Kind of a busy road during the day which can bring some noise from cars driving by, but no issues crossing when getting to the beach and the noise was always quiet at night. Only issue we ran into within the space was water was extremely slow from the fridge, so we just bought our own bottled water from the general store just down the road. Would consider staying here again next time we decide to visit.

My family really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful lanai to enjoy the sunsets and views. The host was great at responding and really helped my family when our flight was delayed on the final day. Definitely recommend for a family. We enjoyed the beach chairs and cooked many meals in the kitchen.

Everything about our experience with this property was outstanding! The complex is meticulously maintained including the pool, pool restrooms, outdoor grills, foot/sand washing areas, parking lot, etc. The complex is located directly across the street from a beautiful beach that is safe for play and/or watching sunsets. Our unit was in great condition and was perfectly equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The two bedrooms had good air conditioning units but the kitchen and living space did not. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying right across from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to take a dip in the ocean and then walk back to the condo. It could be a little warm without air conditioning, but the large screen door on the lanai allowed the breezes to cool things down some. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great communication - responsive, friendly and helpful. Amenities and location were great. It's clear they work hard to make it an inviting and welcome stay. I saw them out and about and staying on top of things, very active and engaged. It's a bit dated, but the home was quite comfortable and nice inside. Right across the street from the beach, and we enjoyed eating on the lanai, and used the bbq grill almost every night.

This was our second time staying at this condo in Kihei, and it won’t be our last! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better just a 2 minute walk to the beach and no more than 10 minutes to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and truly make you feel at home. We love this place!

I want to start by being completely objective. The property manager Sue was very attentive and responsive to issues. With that said, upon arrival there were many things we observed and had to deal with in our short time. First the post states this is a "fully remodeled" unit. While the kitchen and bath have been redone, the remainder of the unit is not fully remodeled and quite aged. We initially had 2 doors be broken, a bathroom cabinet and sliding screen door that had to be repaired while we were there. Along with that, of the 2 TVs available, 1 TV had clearly been dropped with large dead areas, and the other had broken speakers meaning we watched TV on our laptop the entire time. I do not get to take vacations often and the fact that we kept getting pulled out of our vacation to deal with these things were greatly disappointing. If I were honest, I would not stay here again.

Our stay was nice (its Maui) but there were quite a few things we were not happy with at this property. Although your view is across from the beach you have power lines and a parking lot in front of the patio/lanai view so it takes the beauty out of it a bit. There were many cars driving by with very loud music playing. It did not affect our sleep because the bedrooms are back of unit, BUT the very loud portable AC units and clicking fans did! We were grateful for the AC though since most of the units do not have them. The unit was clean however it lacked simple items that almost all other short term vacation rentals have. No sugar, coffee, barely any spices, etc. The shampoo/conditioner/soap provided was the smallest tube I have ever seen. We stayed for 10 days and were 4 people so a teaspoon of soap was definitely not enough! They also did not provide extra items if you need more of something like paper towels or detergent. We never asked but it would have been nice if it was there in the unit. The complex is located across from a park where many unhoused individuals reside/hang out. The property itself is dated, but unit is somewhat updated. Property manager is nice however our kids did get talked to for quietly playing marco polo during the daytime. Apparently it is not allowed to be played. It felt like there were a lot of rules that are not necessary. 6pm-8pm is quiet time to dine on patios however often times no one was out on their lanai. Bed were comfortable.

Just needed to adjust to the lack of actual ac in the unit and according to my friend, the couch smelled heavily of mold so she didn't open it up after the first night but she still suffered severe congestion every morning.

I'm torn writing this review. The customer service was nice. But the amenities left much to be desired. The fans In the room weren't beyond loud. There are no curtains in the bedrooms and there is a light right outside. So no matter the day you will have light coming in. We brought curtains for my son (the stick to windows) but it wouldn't work on the inside. After 2 days of trouble sleeping we put them on the outside. On our last day we were told that was an issue. Other units had curtains on the inside. The space is nice but small. Kitchen is well equipped but I would not return with a child. Needs some maintenance and curtains.

My family loved staying here! It was so beautiful! The place looked like the pictures and was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen items, specifically the good cook wear. There were chairs an ice chest and umbrella that were super helpful. The view is amazing, breakfast and dinner on the patio were wonderful. The beach right across the street was quiet and beautiful. The area is the perfect location to all that Maui has to offer. We hope to return someday!

This place was everything the listing described and more. It was so clean and well stocked. We have stayed in a fair number of rental condos, and they are all pretty adequate. This unit was above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in most of the time. Although we did not grill out, the grills were very nice and always clean. There were even four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas, all clean and in good working order. The towels were nice quality, both the bath towels and beach towels. The cellphone and internet connection were good. The TVs (living room and each bedroom) worked well and they had great instructions how to use them. The A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool along with the cross ventilationThe manager, Lisa Sue, was very welcoming, she treated everyone like family, personable yet professional. She was always available if we needed anything. She kept everything very clean, the grounds, the pool, the grill, the entryways. The communication from the management company was just enough. We felt well informed yet not pestered. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The next time we are in Maui, we will definitely stay here.

We had a great stay at Parkshore Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of three. While there is no air conditioning, we were able to keep cool by having the window slates open and fans on. There was quite a bit of road noise but really didn’t both us sleeping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any pan or utensil we would need. They even had glass storage containers. It’s a wonderful location for kids since it’s right across from Kam III and the building’s pool is so close. The condo itself was also great for kids. There were several toys, games and books along with sand toys and even an infant life jacket. Would definitely recommend!

Property itself was great, no complaints. Even had a/c in the bedrooms. Updated furniture and anything that you’d need for a beach day. Loved the deck! Location was perfect for kam iii beach. Our only complaint would be the human late night noise from other units across the way and the road noise in front of the property. I only mentioned this in case you need super quiet to sleep. The noise did keep most of my group awake most nights.

This condo is perfection!!! The location is amazing, the check-in and out process so easy. The kitchen is complete (almost better than my house ahhaha), spacious layout including the balcony. The photo are exactly what you get!! You have everything for the beach and it was very clean. You can see that’s the building will well manage…they was the pool and bbq every morning!! I would go back anytime
