Everything was as advertised. Three of us did quite well in this nice condo. The AC unit was a bit loud; we used it to cool the room before going to bed and then turned it off, the ceiling fan cool breezes made sleeping easy.

The beach view was obstructed. We could not check into the room till 4 PM. There was no air-conditioning in the unit. Part of our stay was infested with fungus gnats. The owner informed us that the whole island has these fungus gnats. She said it’s part of a tropical vacation. She said close the windows and doors. I told her that is impossible because we are at a tropical location with no air-conditioning.

Wonderful stay in Maui! The condo was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and amazing beach access just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful atmosphere. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy, and we appreciated the minimal checkout requirements. Overall a fantastic stay and we would happily return!

This was was a great spot but definitely had some things that bummed us out. First of all, there was a fly infestation. Even after making sure all the windows were closed, more, more, and even more flies kept making it into the condo. This part was extremely disturbing for us but the host did provide bug repellent (so we just had dead flies EVERYWHERE🤢… and they still kept coming). The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom did not work well at all. The room had poor ventilation so it was often very hot, muggy, and stale. Also, the fan in the master bedroom did not work so anyone that took a number 2 stunk up the room for the entire day. We didn't want to open up the window due to the fly infestation so we just sucked it up. Other than that, it was an amazing location. Kīhei is the best spot in Maui to stay due to the local food and shopping. The condo had everything we needed as far as beach supplies, toiletries, and appliances. Cute interior too. It was good for the most part.

Our stay at Lisa & Andrew's condo was wonderful! Literally a dozen steps from the lanai to a well maintained pool. View of the ocean directly across the street! We could relax in the living room and easily hear the ocean waves. The unit is exactly as shown in photos and it was more than enough space for three adults and one child (who is now insisting on her own bunkbed!). I love the separate and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have experienced on Vrbo OR other rental sites. We did not have to purchase anything other then our groceries. I did not notice the lack of A/C , even though it is posted on the description which I missed, however the breeze coming through from the ocean and the fans in the unit were more then adequate. The beds were all comfortable and one of the adults kept napping on the large comfy sofa! Everything you would need for the beach is provided. The property is well maintained by the manager (Lisa) who was pleasant and on top of things. We had no issues at all on our trip despite some quick building maintenance which didnt affect us at all, and would love to stay again. Thank you so much for having us.

We are a pretty “clean-living” family and aim to stay as toxin-free as possible, so booking vacation homes can sometimes feel like a gamble. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. No strong chemical smells, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We did end up grabbing a few of our own supplies (like laundry detergent), but overall it felt like a safe and comfortable space for our family.The home itself is incredibly well set up—plenty of bedding and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything felt intentional and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and the entire space just made it easy to relax.What really stood out, though, was the ownership. We arrived right at the tail end of one of the worst storms Maui has seen in decades, and despite everything happening on the island, they were so attentive and caring. They checked in, made sure we had what we needed, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.And the location… I can’t say enough. As first-time visitors to Maui, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. You can walk to just about anything you need. Our family of five fit perfectly in this condo during our spring break trip. We experienced a Kona Low storm during our stay that altered a lot of our plans and we spent more time than wanted at the condo. Thankfully we didn't run out of power like other condos and the management communicated very well during the whole storm to keep us updated on happenings with the condo. Thankfully there were some games and a puzzle to keep us occupied while rained in the couple of days. When we were able to get out, this is a great central location to all the activities. We also walked to many places to eat. The breeze that flows through with the fans also keep the place cool and had no trouble sleeping at night as it cooled down.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - directly across the street from the best family beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with all the essentials. We appreciated the A/C and washer and dryer. The BBQ area is perfect for nights you want to stay in. There was an issue at the complex that required the water be shut off for a short time in our unit but the property manager went above and beyond to keep us informed. The lanai is fantastic and a great place to watch the sunset or listen to the waves at night.

Great location, right across the road from Kamaole Beach 3. Great swimable beach with lifeguards, bathrooms, showers. Unit has a good view and not facing the direct sun so there is some shade when needed. Large lanai with lounger and table and chairs. Excellent property management of communal property. Pool is very clean and a good temperature. BBQ's were always cleaned. The unit itself was not clean when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Ceiling fans were dirty, No cleaning supplies.Unit is very worn. Lots of repairs needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc although everything was a mismatch. No extra supplies such as salt n pepper. Beds were comfortable although bedding was worn. Nice to have the beach chairs and pool noodles. Property management was quick to respond to an issue we had and resolved quickly. Instructions were thorough. The lockbox numbers are worn out and hard to see, especially at night. They should change it out for a modern lock on the door.

We’ve stayed in Maui many times and we must say that this was our favorite!!! First, this property has a spirit of the 70’s, not just because it was built then, but because you can sense by every single person you meet here that there a spirit of joy and lightness of heart and yes pride. From the start of communication with the owner Katrina to the communication with the property manager, who is so very kind and smart and loves this property and those who visit, and also to the amazing caretakers and groundskeepers. We have never ever had the sense of such joy, love, and respect. In addition, we were blown away by the condo itself. It was so well appointed and clean too. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved that no matter where we were we could see the ocean magically as there are mirrors so thoughtfully installed. Also, we said many times while we were there that we had never ever been so at peace as to not be anxious to get out and about or go to the beach as we could see it and loved watching people walk about and go their way. This location is also in our opinion the best in Kihei. Kam 3 has the best coral and the best snorkeling as well and is so close to shopping and food. All in all we were so very happy with this beautiful condo and how clean and updated it was….oh and the bed and pillows and air conditioning in the bedroom was just wonderful!! Thank you so much Katrina for everything. You are absolutely amazing and your condo is perfect!

This was a great condo! We really enjoyed how close to the beach and good restaurants it is. We also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (not food but all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook our own food) and the beach chairs that were available for us to use. The beds were comfortable, the interior of the unit was nice, and the condo complex was quiet and well maintained. If it is available, I will definitely stay here again.

We visit Maui every year, and this stay was overall a good experience. The ocean view and beach access were excellent and clearly the strongest features of the unit. The kitchen was well equipped, which helped a lot during our longer stay.
A few comfort-related items stood out over two weeks:
The TV is older and shows noticeable screen wear, though it still functions.
The living room furniture is quite worn and not very comfortable.
The beds were fairly firm, which may be challenging for longer stays.
While the listing mentions air conditioning, it's limited to the bedrooms, so the main living area stayed warmer than expected.
Overall, the unit offers an amazing location and view, which we really appreciated. With some attention to comfort and updates to furnishings, this could be a much stronger stay. We enjoyed our time in Maui and feel this place may be best suited for guests who prioritize location over in-unit comfort.

The condo was nice, clean, and had lots of towels and beach gear, etc. Having the deck look at the ocean from across the Maui Parkshore's and Kamaole Park's parking lots has pros and cons. On one hand, the cons are that it can be noisy and view is somewhat obscured. But on the other hand, the pros are that it can be quite fascinating and sometimes entertaining to watch the strange and ridiculous goings on in the parking lots and also on S. Kihei road. Maximum stars to the resident manager, Lisa Sue, for being so responsive and helpful regarding a need/request (involving parking) that we had.

The whole place was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed, all facilities including the pool were very well maintained, the beach was just across the road, and the view was incredible! Any questions I had prior to arrival and during our stay were answered promptly. Onsite manager was friendly and accessible. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

The park lot is not easy understand when we drove in first time, but follow your landlord instructions. ( traffic bad in the front of building) ; Very convenient inside the apartment. You need explore before you start . It is as your home . Special they have all kinds of kitchen tools, even a rice cooker if you like rice. They have salt, oil, or many seasonings powders. Also, trash bags, clothes washes detergent etc…. Just follow landlord requirements and don't mix colors wash if you need wash towels. They have beach chairs, towels, etc. please bring your own shampoo or hair wash because theirs are not very fitting for you if you have sensitive skin or special requirements. They have bunch of books or card games if you want to stay inside. Balcony views to the sunsets are great! A little noisy because front beach is not private, it is a public park. But you could buy your own charcoal and BBQ side of the beach, or use the apartment gas grill down the building and side of the swimm

Maui Parkshore condos are in a great location with easy walking access to multiple Kihei beaches and the boat launch area that many tour groups go out of. Kihei itself was a great place to be based with all other areas of the island feasible for day trips. The condo complex's pool, grills and shuffleboard were all nice amenities that were well-maintained. Condo unit is an older unit and could use some updates, but it was clean and solidly equipped for cooking and beach activities with chairs, umbrella, towels and boogie boards all available for guests. Worked well as a home base for an active family of four.

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Parkshore. The condo was clean, well equipped, and in a great location right across from the beach. The view was good, and overall the property was very comfortable for our group.There was only one thing that left us a bit confused. We were three people staying in the unit, one adult and two seniors, and the condo came with just one beach umbrella. I asked if we could get one extra umbrella, but the request was declined with the explanation that they only provide one umbrella per unit. I understand that there are policies, but it felt a little inconvenient, especially since friends staying at other nearby resorts had two umbrellas provided for their group.Aside from that, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a bit more flexibility on small things like the beach umbrella, this would easily be a perfect stay.
