The condo was perfect. It overlooks Kamole 3. The five of us would eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on the lanai. I have travelled to Mauifive times and I would say that this condo was the best so far. The property caretakers were super friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

The property was just as it looked. The sunsets were viewed from our balcony. The beach was a quick walk, just across the street. The property was clean, the staff friendly and the weather was great. We would stay again.

We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We fit very comfortably in this condo. The kitchen had a great amount of space for making dinners.
More than anything though was the AMAZING view we had of the ocean. Both bedrooms had air conditioning which helped with sleeping at night.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults & 2 children).
Super clean, good kitchen, comfortable beds. The grounds, pool & bbq’s were keep immaculate.
It can be a bit noisy but in exchange you get amazing sunsets! 2 of the nights we enjoyed the Kihei electric bike parade from the lanai - so fun. Easy walk to beach.

Exactly as shown in the images, A/C is only in the bedrooms so during hotter times of the year it will be humid/hot at times. Zero complaints, I would stay here again.

We spent 5 days here. Overall it was an excellent vacation home with great beach access / location, modern amenities. Would definitely recommend as a home base for a Maui trip.

We have stayed a few times at the Maui parkshore and this unit is definitely one of the best. Fully updated, great views and a great size. Be great to have window coverings in the bedroom but overall great place. We will come again.

If you love the beach then this is the place! It is directly across the street from Kamole III a very short walk. The condo is fully stocked with all you need to beach time and for making food at home. The remodel is beautiful and having AC makes a huge difference. I have stayed in places without it and it can be very noisy on the Main Street. We will certainly be saving this one as a favorite! Checks all my boxes. ❤️🏝🐠

Nicely renovated property that is well stocked. We've stayed in this building before and this is the nicest unit yet. The appliances are new and the decor is tasteful. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a perfect place to stay in Maui. The location is prime, the unit is spacious and the lanai in the evenings has a generous view right over the water at the sunset. The HOA has sort of a lot of rules, but that's probably why everything is in such good condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of six adults stayed for two weeks at this location and it was great. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach right across the road is amazing. The deck was large enough for all of us to be comfortably out there with enough chairs and table space. Beds were very comfortable although the sofa bed could use a topper of some kind it was a little bit thin. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms so sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room was rather warm. The ceiling fans helped a lot. With the condo facing west the afternoon sun was very hot and there is no screen to provide shade for the deck this would be a welcome addition. Pool looked wonderful but with the beach across the street we did use it. BQ worked great. I would stay here again.

This condo was amazing and matched the pictures to a T!! There were shops and restaurants within walking distance, the beach right across the road, you really had everything you need all within walking distance. The location was amazing!! The pool there was nice and we did use it once. Everyone that used the pool was super respectful. Also used the grill for a dinner and it was great! The beach accessories were awesome and came in handy on our beach day. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was there. Condo was very clean and it felt like home. As far as the road or parking lot noise, it didn't really seem to bother us at all. Plus we had the AC running at night with the bedroom door closed so you really couldn't hear anything outside of the bedroom. I guess if you live in a small town the noise may bother you, but it wasn't too loud. I will say that neither room is really dark at night, so if you're someone who needs total darkness to sleep, you may want to bring an eye mask. This is a wonderful condo that feels like home and has everything you may need while on vacation. Would totally book here again and highly recommend this place!!

Location was central and comfortable for my party of 5. Property owners were responsive, helpful and addressed minor issues quickly. Some things to be aware of is that the living room can get warm - keeping the lanai open helps. Also take care walking around the bed frames - the corners jut out a bit and we had a few shin accidents.

The location was wonderful for access to beaches as well as a view. The complex is very clean and well kept. This unit was very updated with nice furnishings and decor. The only thing less than perfect is that the air conditioning in the bedrooms could not get the rooms to a comfortable temperature for us. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful views from this updated condo! We had everything we needed from the fully equipped kitchen to the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels! The unit was clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at property. Location, upgrades, communication were all top notch! The unit came with beach essentials which was helpful. Can’t beat the location, right across the street from Kamole Beach 3. The bed in master was SO comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely rent again ☺️

The unit was clean, comfortable, nice modern updates. We felt very at home. As some have said, the building is old - but it is immaculate clean and you can tell there is pride maintaining the property. Communication from the management was great, courteous, and prompt. Very impressed. Only 2 minor things I would caution guests about is the platform beds we all banged our legs many times. Also, street noise. It didn't bother us much because we enjoy people watching and observing outside, but sometimes those scooters went by in groups and were so loud - this may bother people who prefer complete quiet. A small price to pay for such close proximity to the beach.

The unit itself is updayed and very spacious for 7 people (4 adult and 3 kids) but the building is a little bit outdated. The building is clean. The location is great. It just a minute walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Overall I would recommend it to my friends and family

The portable AC unit in the master bedroom didn't stay attached to vent outside...please fix it or better yet put in central air...otherwise totally Top Notch

Our stay was great, the place is clean and has everything you might need for a beach day. The AC was a plus! Only small thing was when we got there someone was in our parking spot but the management was responsive and contacted us right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Updated condo in a well maintained building. Great amenities including a ton of beach and snorkeling gear. A short walk to the restaurants and shops. The property management team did a great job communicating in advance and during our stay. It was great having the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms. If you plan on having someone sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room, it’s good to know they won’t have air conditioning. The ceiling fan helps, but it is still pretty toasty at night. Overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic time in Maui! Our condo was absolutely perfect! The location to the beach was ideal (literally a 1 minute walk), the view from the lanai was amazing, the beds were soft, the A/C in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated after a long fun day in the sun. We ate every meal on the lanai. The table was plenty big for our family of 5. I spent many hours relaxing on the lounge chairs reading my book and enjoying the ocean view. We went to 4 different beaches during our trip and the one across from the condo was our favorite. We went snorkeling and saw turtles and fish since the water was so clear. We didn't see turtles while snorkeling at any other beach, so ours was the winner! The condo is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a perfect beach day (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and cooler). The condo was perfectly located to all of the activities that we enjoyed - no more than a 30 minute drive to the Twin Falls waterfalls, ziplining, 3 different beaches that we visited (The Cove - surfing beach, Big Beach, and one by the airport - I can't remember it's name), Iao Valley, and Lahaina. We had a fantastic time in Kihei!!

Overall, great value. Fantastic view, clean and plenty of space for a family of 5. Very short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. Also had plenty of beach gear. Bedroom air conditioners were helpful for sleeping being on top floor. We all really enjoyed the it and would definitely stay there again.
