The condo was perfect for our vacation. Being directly across the street from the beach, we could walk over multiple times a day. The condo has all the amenities you need. Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkels, etc. The property was very quiet at night even with the main road out front. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add a smaller fry pan. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

We haven’t been to Maui for 18 years. We didn’t know where to go. I searched VRBO for months trying to find the right please. This ended up being the right place. We were across the street from a beach park and blocks away from food and shopping. Our view was gorgeous. The condo was lovely.

This condo had everything we were looking for including an excellent location, friendly hospitality, nice, clean accommodations and easy walking distance to beautiful beaches. The soft, sandy beaches are just across the street, easily accessible for snorkeling, boogie boarding, body surfing and suntanning. Fun for teens and adults!! Local shops, boutiques & restaurants were a 1-2 block walk or a quick drive in our jeep up or down the coastline. The condo was very clean & tidy, and well equipped. Woke up to the sounds of waves in the distance and watched the beautiful sunsets from the beaches or the lanai. The evenings were quiet and relaxing. Lisa Sue manages a nice, clean property and is accessible, kind, and very informative! Everything we did was within footsteps or a quick 20 minute drive including a Luau, snorkeling/whale watching trip, farmers markets, walking beach trails, or exploring the National Parks and Lava fields. Beautiful memories were made and I’d highly recommend this unit and location! Aloha!

Can’t beat the location. The unit has just about everything you may need. A few broken items like chairs and the kitchen sink that I did share with management so they can be repaired. The guest bathroom isn’t great in general. They have a crazy towel policy that if you mark their towels at all with anything you’ll be charged triple the cost of a $35 towel from Amazon—didn’t love that threat…

We loved our stay at this condo. It's location in south Kihei was perfect for all our planned Maui adventures. The water at Kam II & Kam III was perfection (which are both pretty much directly across from this condo). The condo has a "toy box" on the lanai with beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards and more. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. (And the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking meals to help save a few bucks on a few meals.) The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus! Would definitely return to this unit for future trips. Mahalo!

We enjoyed having an ocean view, property is well maintained, easy to work with Lisa as a property manager. The location is convenient to beach, restaurants & shopping. Ice maker was good. The many fans help with comfort, but some are getting old.
Disappointed that patio doors & screens didn't work properly. There needs to be more dishes & silverware. A new doorstop is needed. Dishwasher was tempermental. Overall would rent again.

We loved this condo, it has been recently remodeled, nicely decorated, great location, with a beautiful view. The condo was well stocked, except for cooking oil. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was very noisy, which impacted a restful sleep. So we turned it off. Other than that it's a 5 star. We would definitely come back.

We were in Maui for a family wedding and this cozy condo was perfectly located on the beach with a pool. The age range of our family is 7.5 to 78 so it was perfect and accessible for everyone. The pool, BBQ area and having ocean views from the patio really made our time around the apartment relaxing! We would definitely come back!

WE really enjoyed our visit to Maui. We loved our 2-bedroom Condo overlooking the Ocean. The Maui Parkshore Condos were centrally located to great eating places including 2 food courts as well as "The Cinnamon Place" where we purchased the "best Cinnamon rolls ever". We swam in the pool everyday as well as watched turtles and whales on the beach located in front of our Condo. The pool was heated to 78 degrees. We have stayed at other Condos with pools that were much cooler. We really enjoyed lounging at this pool. We never had to contact the manager at all because everything advertised was provided. We defiantly will go back to this low priced but very comfortable condo for our next visit. If I had one criticism it would be the small bedroom had 2 twin beds instead of another Queen bed. It is better suited for kids than adults. Having said that we still loved the place and really enjoyed our stay with my brother and his wife!

We had a g great time staying in this condo. The highlight is Kamaole Beach III literally right across the street. Such a fantastic beach with soft sand, perfect for swimming, and some ok snorkeling at either end of the beach by the rocks. Great short walking trail at south end of the beach. Strolled out there a few mornings and saw tons of turtles. Great way to start the day. Sunsets at the beach park (or on the Lanai of the condo, we did both) are fantastic. Honestly with such a great beach out front (And Kamaole II and I within walking distance), we found no reason to explore other beaches. And, the condo is well stocked with beach supplies. Had chairs, umbrella, snorkling fins (we have our own snorkles so can't rememeber if any there), cooler and other beach supplies in a chest in the lanai. The interior was also great and cozy. Kitchen was very well stocked and much better knives and cooking equipment than most other rental condos we've stayed in. Sharp knives. High end coffee maker. Nice electric griddle for pancakes or french toast. Good pots and pans. Beds were comfortable as well. Some folks on here have noted no air conditioning. It was not really an issue. It does get a bit warm as sun is setting and sunlight directly into the unit, but between the breeze and sun shade on the lanai, it was fine. Other than those couple hours, temperature in the unit was always pleasant due to breeze from the ocean. Great condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall, when I check into a booking I expect cleanliness and for it to be functional and SAFE. It was not. Outdated interiors, dirty carpets broken lamps, closets filled with owners belongings, no place to store luggage, but most importantly the sliding door to lanai would not close properly and had to leave it open which is a huge safety factor. Handles to front windows broken so no way to get alter air coming in. The kitchen was the only room that was updated and pleasant. I’m sorry to have to give such an update but it has troubled me greatly to finally make a review. The cost of this condo was way overpriced for the situations that I came upon there. It is important for future guests to understand what needs to be taken care of in this unit before booking. It was a great location but saddened my vacation and was jaded by the shape of this unit.

We were right across the road to the beaches and watched beautiful sunsets from our patio! The rental was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and had lots of beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Ground access was awesome for loading and unloading our goods. The pool area and grounds of the complex were very well cared for and attended to. The barbeque area was well maintained and clean. Garbage trucks picked up every 2 days. We would definitely recommend this unit and if we were to return to Maui this is where we would stay.

I can’t express how amazing this place was. 45 second walk to the beach close to shopping areas near the Kihei caffe restaurant that was phenomenal. We weren’t expecting all the beach supplies we would need to be supplied. This place was very clean. We never had rowdy neighbors and it was very clean. When I go back to Hawaii I will be going back to stay at the same spot.

Location: across the street from Kam III. Close to Wailea, 5 min drive, ~ 45 min walk.
Property: clean and well appointed. AC in the bedroom was nice. Large sliding doors leading out to the lanai were great and were we spent most of our time; no need to be inside. Over all property was also well maintained. BBQs were great.
Communication: Katarina was great; very responsive.

This condo was nicely finished and furnished, also kept very clean. My favorite part was the location. It is right across the street from the park, which has a good beach for playing in the waves. It is just south of the busiest part of S Kihei Rd. So close enough to walk to all the fun, but far enough away that it wasn't super congested. We enjoyed the rather large lanai every morning and evening - great views of the Electric Bike Parade that comes through Sundays and Wednesdays!
The shower in the shared bathroom did not get hot enough for our liking, but the shower in the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom did, so most showers were taken there. We also appreciated the assortment of beach items provided. Would book here or with this property management company again!

Our family of five (three teens, my wife and I) stayed at 313 for a week in Jan, 2024. It was a great spot for us to crash (one on the sofa bed in the living room, which our youngest reported was quite comfortable). The twin beds are soft, the king quite firm but really no complaints. Sheets, floors, kitchen, etc. were clean and ready to use. Loved having the large table with enough chairs on the lanai and plenty of seating in the living room. Located within easy walk/drives to plenty of beaches, restaurants, rental shops, and more. It also supplied us with a good selection of beach chairs, and an umbrella, some fins etc. and we left a body board that was gifted to us by a family on the beach on our day one! Enjoy!!

We loved the gigantic windows all along the kitchen-living room wall. Great cross circulation with the front screen door. It was a perfect location right across the street from the beach and amazing sunset views. Plus so many things within walking distance, food and shopping.

This complex was great for our family the manager there is amazing, everything very clean and the pool was a daily visit. The unit was pretty good too - lots of towels, dishes, kitchen and appliances/laundry were great. It IS loud with the open air, no AC, and just thin white blinds so it's not a sleeping in place, just have to go to bed early. Biggest complaint is that there is no light on the lanai and that's where the only table is so dinner and games are in the dark or by cell phone flashlight.The ensuite light was also burnt out when we were there and the patio door was difficult to open, but they came out to fix the door quickly. There were beach chairs, some snorkel and small boogie boards for small kids, some larger boards would be nice too. Thanks for the stay!

Condo was better than advertised. Rental company easy to work with and responsive. Second floor location has gorgeous views of Kamaole 3. The glass wall to the lanai makes you feel like you are outdoors. Experienced an INCREDIBLE rainstorm that ended up flooding roads for a day, but we just hunkered down and enjoyed a quiet day inside. Grateful for the nice pool area on the day after the storm when beach was closed for high surf. Most days were sunny and warm. with light breeze. On-site manager was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. This was our 4th trip to Kihei and 1st time staying by Kam 3. Kihei is a welcoming place and store owners were thankful for the business. We will definitely be back! Suggestions for improvements: replace lanai chair cushions. They are too small for the metal chairs and worn out. The living room light/fan remote stopped working our last night (even with new batteries) so the fan ran continuously.
