Communication from Vacation-Maui was proactive and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when we had a last minute scheduling request. My fiancée and I came to Maui, with our 19 and 21 year old kids, to get married. This was the perfect place to stay! We had a stunning view of the ocean and park and they were just steps away from our unit. Perfect place to watch the sunset on the beach.
Our unit had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach towels and chairs.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool at night. If we were home during the day, we kept the lanai doors and front door open (screen closed) which created a nice little breeze through the unit.
We were within walking distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, boat launch, nail salons, and coffee shops.
The property manager was super nice. When she found out we got married, she brought us a bottle of wine! The grounds were also immaculate. We saw the manager out every day ensuring the bbq area, pool and parking lots were kept clean.
We will definitely stay in this unit again. We plan to come back every year. Thank you for a great vacation.

A nice, clean condo with an ocean view to die for. In a great neighborhood with easy access to everything. Right across the street from the beach. A lovely pool and immaculate grounds. The only downside is that there is NO AC in the common areas, so the place is HOT in the daytime. The bedrooms, fortunately, are beautifully cooled — although the AC units are loud, so earplugs are helpful.

We were so happy with this property and everyone we met was so friendly The manager I presume greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming and kind and upon observation while staying there she was working very hard the time we were there ..We actually commented she was wearing us out...lol.I really felt at times I wanted to help..The grounds pool are immaculate..just a short distance from beach. Restraints shopping Just a wonderful place to stay ...we will come back again ..Thank you all for the wonderful time ..the views of the sunset..the dinners on the patio or lanai were awesome...The resort after ten super quiet ..just perfect..Thanks again for making our trip one to remember..⛱️🌊😎

We were very pleased with everything! The location and ease of parking were especially good. In the unit, the laundry and all other appliances were new and in top shape. We had everything we needed. The bath towels were also new and fluffy (even nicer than some hotels).
Would definitely go back! Highly recommend for families with young children. No partying or loud guests. We felt very safe.
Finally, property management was very helpful onsite! All common facilities were clean, well-kept and very pleasant.

This was our first visit to Maui. The location was awesome. We explored all of the island but are happy our “home” for the week was in Kihei. Plenty of restaurants and beaches close. Kamaole Beach access just steps away. Everything was perfect. The ocean breeze kept the living room cool. A/C unit in bedroom kept sleeping comfortable.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, coffee pot for carafe and pods, toaster, etc. fully stocked for a great week. Thank you.

The Vacation in Maui was successful. We loved being right across the street from the beach and having the pool right below. We also could walk to restaurants and watch sunsets from the patio. We met other nice folks visiting the area and would return if we are fortunate enough to be in Mau again. The managers for the unit and building were great as we had a few random questions. Checking in and out was a breeze. We already miss it!

This property is a great central location in Kihei, across from Kamaole Beach. We walked to watch the sunset most evenings after a long day exploring. Condo has great property mgmt and comfortable beds. A few miles from the upscale Wailea area. Overall a great value and comfortable stay. Mahalo!

Absolutely happy we booked this place. We have stayed at many places on the island, both VRBO’s and hotels. This turned out to be one of our favorites. Location made it so easy to get to the beach, just a walk across the street to Kam III. The place is well equipped with everything you need for a beach day, the place has everything you need to make awesome meals and the view is spectacular. The location made it easy to get to stores, restaurants. The property manager was so detailed and helpful with check in and check out. Love this place!

This location and unit was perfect for our Kihei stay. The unit was recently updated and in fabulous condition. It has a lovely lanai that faced the ocean. The location is located on the 3rd floor. We found the shopping carts and elevator handy for grocery hauls and after a long day at the beach with our gear. The condo location is a quick walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. We only used our car for longer travel destinations. There is an assigned, uncovered parking space. All parking is a tight squeeze so avoid any wide vehicles. This unit had beach chairs, towels, small cooler and a few boogie boards available for our use. There was no beach umbrella but did mention that to management upon departure since it was listed in the supplies (but there were boogie boards that were not listed!) We found the kitchen appropriately stocked for all our needs. The beds were comfortable with lovely sheets. The bedrooms stayed very cool due to individual AC units. These are a bit loud but I've never encountered a quiet one (bring some ear plugs if they bother you). There were only 4 bath towels for the entire unit so we did a lot of laundry during our stay. It would have been nice to have a few extra. We did have a bit of problem with the AC unit in the master bedroom but the management company sent out maintenance and he arrived within 15 minutes of our call. It was quickly figured out and we slept in comfort each night. The main area does get very warm in the evening/night but the lanai doors fully open and there is a sun shade which helps. We did have a few little ants during our stay but that is typical for tropical climates. We kept all food sealed in bags and kept tidy so be sure and stock up on some Ziploc bags. There were some great travel guides in the unit which we used and found helpful. Overall, this is a premium unit and location and I will use it again and again!

The office is not manned. I had arranged for an hour early check in, couldn't get in, someone was in our designated parking spot and she said we couldn't have it until 4:00pm. Finally the manager called back and we got in 10 minutes early. Speaking of parking -the spaces were so close together that everyone had to get out of the car except the driver to park. One time the card on either side were so close that my husband(driver) had to squeeze out and the force cracked his phone which was in his back pocket. The condo itself was nice and well supplied. Less than a week into our 17 day stay the entire building ran out of hot water. The master bath would get warm water if it was in the afternoon. The guest bathroom which my sister and brother-in-law used never got hot water. This was very, very frustrating. We were also accused via a sign stuck to our door, no direct contact or phone call of smoking, vaping etc. No one in our group has ever smoked! Good thing this was directly across from the beach!

I don’t want to say too many amazing things because we want to keep the maui Parkshore secret to ourselves. We’ve stayed in a few units here and This was our second time staying in this unit, the first time was a handful of years ago when it was fresh on the market. Some gadgets in the kitchen have shown some wear and tear but overall, it’s just as it was then. We love the view from the lanai, easy access to the beach and pool, and it’s easy to get to many restaurants and grocery stores. Don’t get a huge car as the parking lot was made for cars from the 70’s. A Jeep Wrangler fits perfectly! We’ll be back soon!

The condo was beautiful with a nice view of the ocean from the third floor. It was clean and in a great location near beaches and restaurants. The assigned parking was a nice feature. Pool was clean and beautiful. The traffic out front was only a minor disruption to the lovely view. A/C in the bedrooms was essential (So great!) for very hot days when we stayed (90F and sunny!). Wonderful stay!!

A great condo and location. We liked that they had laundry in the unit, soap, utensils, dishes, etc. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the air conditioning is only in the two bedrooms and it could get pretty hot in the rest of the unit. We definitely made use of the shade on the porch to shade the afternoon sun. Then we got a friendly reminder from the maintenance guy that the shades need to be lowered at night to prevent wind from damaging them. No biggie. Pool was nice. Good water pressure. We were on the third floor, but the elevator worked well. The included parking was also a nice benefit, as a lot of places charge nightly. Would recommend this unit. Thanks!

This unit was the perfect place for our vacation. Located right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. The beds are comfy, large kitchen with everything you need, plenty of space on lanai (which we ate almost every meal on) 2 full bathrooms and AC in bedrooms which is a must for getting a good sleep. The entire property is well maintained and parking is easy. We took full advantage of the pool and use of the BBQ’s both of which are very convenient. We also used the 4 boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler daily. This 3rd floor unit over looks the pool so if travelling with kids this is great. We never heard a sound from any of the neighbours which was a nice bonus as well.
We did encounter 2 issues during our stay, 1 big and 1 small. Both issues were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction without having to complain. Todd was easy to communicate with and because of this I highly recommend staying at this location. After 2 weeks on Maui, the Kihei/Wailea area was our favourite place on the island. The snorkelling is superb and the beaches are better than anywhere else. Many good restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. When we return to Maui we would book this unit again without hesitation.

When we arrived around 4:10pm the housekeeper was still there. She said the duvet had a large brown spot on it and it was being replaced. When the Duvet arrived she replaced pillow covers as well. I don't know if the lack of cleanliness was because of the problem with the bed that held up the cleaning crew or something else. The inside of the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned, the tile floors were very dirty, the fans in both bathrooms are dirty and the one in the spare has a broken cover, the kitchen towels smell moldy when they get wet and the first morning we noticed that the bottom sheet had a large brown discoloration to it. It was probably the same stain that was on the duvet.
I did email the agency that rents the place out twice to let them know about some of the problems and was told they would notify the cleaning staff.
Other than that it is a very nice condo with a great view. It is located across the street from the beach which is wonderful! The sunsets are amazing! It is nicely decorated with a good size kitchen stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. We used the barbecues that are out on the grounds and found them to work well and be clean. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and stores.
The pool is very refreshing and enjoyable! We really enjoyed our stay and I would give five stars if not for the lack of cleanliness.

We loved our 10 day stay with our family of 4 in this beautiful condo. We easily walked to the beach and local restaurants while we were there. Also, it is centrally located in Kihei (South Maui) so driving to Haleakala, Lahaina in West Maui and the airport was nice. The condo had ample kitchen supplies for cooking during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai every morning. We also made use of the beach chairs, umbrella and towels when visiting the beautiful beach park just across the street. The pool was clean and the maintenance staff did an excellent job taking care of the outside property. We definitely enjoyed our time in Maui and our stay was a memorable one. If and when we go back to Hawaii we would love to stay in this condo again!

The management company were thorough, communicative and able to even provide us with recommendations for baby equipment rental company (which worked out perfectly). Check-in and out were simple and straightforward. The unit was clean, fully equipped and perfectly located. Beds were comfortable and the lanai was incredible in many ways (mostly the view and sunsets). We found it Central enough but nice and quiet. The complex itself is well ran and pristine (pool, grounds and BBQ's). We will be renting from here again if we return! Thank you Maui Parkshore for a memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at this property in Kihei. Location was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property pool was perfect and very clean. Our two children had a blast swimming every afternoon. I observed the shared community BBQs being cleaned thoroughly each morning (our family has food allergies so this was nice to see). We didn't realize this until half way through our trip, but there are shopping carts in the lobby area to help you get items to your unit.
The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials (except for a baking sheet). We could not find remotes for the air-conditioning units, which would have allowed access to more settings (such as sleep mode). The ceiling fans in every room were appreciated. We were thankful to have beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a few beach/sand toys.
Our only complaints were that the tile floor was obviously vacuumed, but it was filthy and needed mopping. The tower fan in the kitchen was covered in thick dust. We were also missing bath mats in both bathrooms and had to use bath towels for this purpose.
Overall we would recommend this property for an enjoyable family vacation!

Nice condo in a older building with a great pool area. This unit worked great for my wife and I and our 8 year old son. It's nice to be able to walk across the street to watch sunset and easily walk to restaurants.
Please note that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms with a standalone unit in each room which is quite loud while trying to sleep. It took our son a few nights to get used to it turning off and on through the night.

Great location right across from the beach with a big balcony overlooking the water. The master bedroom is great, but if you’re traveling as 2 couples the second bedroom isn’t great as it has 2 single beds. You can push them together but it’s still not ideal. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic and we loved our stay.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a view for Hawaiian sunsets was very nice for a girls retreat. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops made this trip really enjoyable after spending many adventures during the day in a vehicle and/or boat. Balcony was the most enjoyable to watch whales in the morning and watching a picture perfect sunset in the evening. Second bedroom seemed a little smaller than the pics online but it was suitable…you’re just sleeping. The couch wasn’t a pull out so my daughter’s back was a little achy by the end of the trip. Overall it was a clean space and quiet complex at night, perfect location for many adventures we had planned. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely renovated making it feel new. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, can easily walk to restaurants, shops, small grocery stores. The condo is very well maintained, we had a great time, the pool was never very busy, the property was very well maintained, the negatives were just the parking spots are very small so if you rented a bigger vehicle that might be a problem. If was very hot and humid when we were in Maui so it would have been awesome to have A/C in the living room of the unit! The heat really made it hard to be in the condo during the afternoons, they did have 2 plug in fans and every room had a ceiling fan! The manager locks the door promptly at 10:00am the day you check out, and they shut down the pool promptly at 9:00pm! It would have been great to use the pool later until 10pm and have a normal check out at 11am. We had a great week in the unit! Would possibly stay again in this unit again during a different month that might not be as HOT🌴🌴🌴

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in July and we had a fantastic time! The location in Kihei is a perfect homebase for exploring Maui. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or within a short car ride nearby. The Lanai overlooks the pool and the ocean across the street. There is a storage chest filled with everything you might need for a day at the beach- including towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The beach across the street was one of our favorites- calmer for families. We also enjoyed the pool, which was cleaned and sanitized daily. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for home cooked meals/grilling. We slept well in comfortable beds and appreciated the air conditioning units in the bedrooms. We had a problem with the keyless entry one evening, though management was quick to respond and fixed the problem right away. The locals were friendly and the area is fairly quiet, with a friendly, casual vibe. Good for families and couples. There were very few negatives, such as the living area was hot in the afternoon (no air conditioning). However the breeze from the Lanai and ceiling fans were helpful. Also, we only had one washcloth in the unit, which seemed odd considering we had plenty of towels. The communication with the property management company was excellent and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!
