Condo is in a great location and has all you need for a great vacation. Having breakfast and dinner on the spacious balcony always had a feel of being on vacation. Some additional cleaning of child/infant contact surfaces, especially on the balcony, would be great.
The condo is very well equipped and the beach related items were very useful. All in all we were happy to have found Beth’s place and recommend it.

Overall the property was as advertised except for some unforseen circumstances during our stay. The property owner had the swimming pool and barbecue area going through a refurbishment during our stay and we couldn't use it. But the manager compensated us with a refund. Secondly, the owner lent the unit out to a family affected by the fire and the place was left a mess which required extensive cleaning. Because of that we couldn't check in at our promised time and had to wait. Those were the only negatives. Everything else was excellent and as advertised.

Good value for money condo, with a nice location oposite the beach.
The A/C situation is unfortunately quite poor. One portable A/C unit in each of the bed rooms (although one locked up during our stay) makes for noisy sleeping conditions with very inefficient cooling of the room.
The westward facing living/dining area is a nice place, but has no A/C, and tend to get wery warm during afternoons, even when trying to utilice the available balcony screen and airing through with open doors in both ends of the condo.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Kihei Maui for a family vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings and the quality and cleanliness of our accommodation and the exterior common areas.
First and foremost, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dinners we enjoyed on the lanai. The amazing sunsets while we enjoyed our dinner was unforgettable. The lanai provided the perfect setting for all four of us to unwind and enjoy our meals.
The condo was clean and maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo itself was well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished, providing us with all the comforts of home.The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare our meals. The pool and bbq areas were kept very clean and well maintained.
We really enjoyed our first time in Maui. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation.

Surprised how loud it was with neighbors out on the balconies smoking and partying. Some places are packed full of people so the noise in the evening is surprisingly loud. Pool when full you can hear every conversation as it goes in to the room like a bullhorn. The actual bullhorn from the lifeguards across the street yelling at people goes right into the room. Other than that it’s pretty tranquil and well proportioned for a family of three or four. The smoke from neighbors smoking weed got old but they only did it every night and currently as I write this. This condo is literally in the middle of all the action in this area.

We just spent a week at this condo for a family beach vacation. The place was great! It had everything we needed for all activities - cooking, beach, laundry, relaxing, etc. The location was great too, with snorkeling in the morning and boogie boarding in the afternoon right across the street. We highly recommend this place!

Nice location across the street from the beach. Unit has a regular coffee pot if you want to pick up ground coffee for your stay. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and noodles available for guests to use while staying in the unit. The ceiling fans could be improved with a more modern fan style with bigger blades but the current ones are okay. The balcony shade was a good addition, very smart! Quiet location for the most part. Communication was good. New onsite manager was cool, greeted us on arrival and we never saw him again. I mention this because there were many reviewers who said in their reviews that the onsite manager was awful to visitors. There is a second AC unit in the bedroom with 2 twins that is not available for use, only the master bedroom has an AC unit. This info is disclosed in the unit info so we knew this before booking. The unit was a little warm on arrival, If the sliding glass doors shade is pulled closed during the heat of the day the unit stays much cooler. We would close the blinds when we left for the beach in the morning and open when we returned. I would rather have had the shade closed on arrival myself. We also live in a warm climate so understand some of the challenges. This unit overlooks the pool, it was very clean and the water temp was great! Hope this info is helpful. Mahalo.

Everything about this fabulously situated condo was even better than we imagined. Very close to some of the best restaurants and shopping. The morning beach walks where a awesome way to start the day and the evening sunsets from the balcony were stunning! You can actually see the whales in the ocean from the lania. Wish we had brought our binoculars!!! Very well stocked kitchen and pantry and all the beach chairs and water toys such as boogie boards and snorkeling gear for everyone. Excellent location just across from Kamaole beach #3. West facing balcony had beach/ocean views. Quiet rear bedrooms, very nice tiled baths, fully functional kitchen, and big screen tv's.

We rented this place for our family of 6 on our first trip to Maui. I had no real idea of where I wanted to stay on the island but I’m so GLAD I landed here. The location is PERFECT. Directly across the street from the beach where we swam, boogie boarded and snorkeled (with sea turtles!). The condo was well stocked with everything you could need and very clean!

A gorgeous location- the beach is 100 feet away. All of the appliances in the house worked great. One room has AC included, but we didn’t realize you have to pay extra for the AC in the other room due to electricity costs. This feels a bit out of place because of the overall cost of the rental. The fan worked ok and we got through it that way.
Two other things to note- there’s on property grass cutting once a week and they do grass cutting on the beach front field a few days a week. So, be prepared to wake up when they start (8am or earlier).
There are also a lot of rules- you can’t hang your clothes outside on the balcony because it could affect the way the property looks (this is what we were told). Further, you can’t make any noise between 10pm and 8am, which is completely fine but we got a noise complaint blamed on us while we were sleeping… not sure how that happened.
Regardless, if you’re sensitive to the rules and willing to pay a bit more for the AC on hot nights, this place is a perfect location and right across from the water. Highly recommend!

The place was great.. for us.. the thing that lacked was AC in the main room. Yes we picked August a warm month, and there was AC in one bedroom, but we had to pay for the other one. There was just no way to escape the heat of outside, so it made it less enjoyable. There were no breezes at all, we utilized the shade screen, it was just warm. Beds were super comfy. View was amazing and beach across the street was great!

Beth was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the balcony gorgeous, and the location divine. There were a few hiccups with plumbing and the parking space but they were dealt with swiftly and well-communicated by Beth. The location cannot be beat, and the amenities include everything you might need. Look no further for your Maui home-away-from-home. We plan to return time and again, and will always stay here!

Property was nice and the location across from the park was great and convenient. The afternoon sun bears into the property, so it will be warm. We opened the lanai sliders and the front door to let the breeze run throughout the place. Opt for the air conditioning in both rooms, though, to make sleeping more comfortable.

The best beach we stayed at out of our three stays in Maui. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Sea turtles galore and the snorkeling was great also.
The place was very clean with all the things you need to cook with, store food in, condiments, etc. very thoughtful and accommodating. The bed was comfy too ;)

Our visit was wonderful. Simple check in. Lovely unit. Well stocked with with most necessities. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrella and body boards. The location was unbeatable, as was the view. Depending on time of year and temperatures the second AC unit may or may not be needed and comes as an extra cost. We did not need it. Most evenings have a bit of a breeze and with both doors open the through draft is enough. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, there is a wash station available for rinsing beach gear. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Nice location, kitchen is stocked with lots of items and spices and tons of beach equipment. Beach across the street was nice, calm water, nice beach and good snorkeling. Overall we were happy with the stay. Probably a 4.5 out of 5 if you could do half stars.
A few items to be aware of. First the parking spaces are tiny. If you have a large vehicle like we did and both spaces next to you are taken it is a challenge to get in and out of the car. I’m talking like climbing out truck tight. We read other reviews about the property manager being strict but we didn’t think much of it…sure enough we got a violation notice during the week so watch out! 3 of 4 bbqs don’t get much over 250f so cooking can take a while. Lastly, it did get hot with one AC unit. It was bearable if you opened up all of the windows but it could be worse during summer months. I would say house was between 72 (master bedroom) and 76 (other bedroom) at night. If you are looking to come back in the condo and really cool off likely not going to happen.
Overall despite the above, we had a great stay and the place is a good value for the price we paid.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! We arrived in the dark, and seeing the view the next morning took my breath away. The condo is right across from the beach, with a beautiful balcony for meals with a view. It also has a pool, outdoor grills, laundry, easy access to the highway, it's clean, A/C in master bedroom (in second bedroom too would have been nice, but opening the windows and using the fans worked fine). We wanted to never leave!

Our condo was as advertised and the location could not have been better. We atw most of our meals on the dining table just outside the unit on our lanai. Pool was pristine. Beaches and walking trail just across the street. We are sure to return to this same spot and hope the unit is available when we return. Property manager was a natzi at the pool which made my kids not want to use it (no balls, toys, or floatation devices-even told us they couldn't use life jackets even when we were literally the only ones in the pool area. We thought he was just grumpy one day but everytime he immediately told them to take their noodles or anything back up to our room). That was a bummer since the sun sets at 6pm and they'd want to go to the pool in the evenings. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice for the beach. We bought some extra boogie boards to use and left them. Balcony overlooking the beach is beautiful.

Perfect location. We enjoyed walking to the beach at night to see the sunset. My only complaint was there was only air conditioning in the master bedroom. I found out after arriving a lot of businesses in Maui did not have air conditioning either.

The location was exactly as described, close to stores and restaurants, ocean view and wonderful lanai. Check in process was easy, the property (pool area and grills) were cleaned with care and detail every morning, I watched while I drank my coffee. The beach was literally across the street, although it was always busy, so we never had a beach day there, just walked across one morning before it got busy. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything we could need. We appreciated the mini cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, and sand toys that were provided. The complex has a designated parking spot for us, as well as a driveway with temporary unloading parking, and 2 hoses where we could rinse off before going in. There was only one air conditioner, it was in the master bedroom, so the other room was warm at night and with the sun heating up the living room, you couldn’t relax in there during the day. I wish there had been a little more laundry soap, we did a load of towels while we were there and wanted to do one before we left, but there wasn’t enough soap. The small bathroom shower head did not stay put well, but we managed and the shower door leaked, but again, nothing too terrible, just a little inconvenient. Not sure there would have been a quick fix for the shower door if we had notified the manager, so we didn’t until our departure. Also, on the last day we found a cockroach in the master bedroom, but thankfully it was almost dead and it was the only one. Overall a great stay, as long as we were gone during the day because the Sun facing into the apartment made it very hot and uncomfortable.

Nice property. Very well kept and had a lot of supplies and well stocked kitchen that made our trip easier. Loved the beach across the street. Good waves but also calm areas to just sit and enjoy in. Would definately recommend. Beautiful views of the beach and sunset. We just left and the room was pretty warm except the master which had a space cooler. Kids had to sleep on the sofa bed since the other room was too warm. Maybe it was because it was July?

Situated in a great spot to get anywhere in Maui! The only think I would suggest, is to get a softer mattress. It was too hard for my taste.

We stayed at this condo for a week. The condo was spacious for our family of 3, and it had nearly everything we needed for our vacation. We even found surf boards and snorkels, which we would otherwise need to rent! The condo was very clean, so was the apartment complex. The pool and the BBQ area were thoroughly cleaned every morning by a crew.
The location was great. It's literally steps away from a very nice beach park where a life guard was on duty most time of the day. There were many restaurants and shops in the area, and a short drive from the Shops at Wailea, which I wish we went sooner in our trip.
One thing I wish the condo had was central air conditioning. AC was only available in the master bedroom. It was quite hot the afternoon we checked in. It didn't bother us too much, since we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo in the afternoons, and it did cool down during evenings. Overall, I'd stay here again in my next trip to Maui.

The only drawback for us was that the air conditioner was only in the master bedroom. The kids were uncomfortable at night. There were fans and the lanai had an awesome large screen door that allowed a nice breeze to come through. Other than that, we loved it!!!
