The appliances worked well and being a stone's throw to the Ritz for activities and and golf was great (for the Ritz prices but worth it.) Communication with the host was excellent ! The condo was wonderful. Great view of both the pool and the ocean as it sits right in the middle of the complex on the top floor. The unit was clean, functional and as advertised. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. The North Shore is amazing and this is a great home base to begin your adventures.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo itself was extremely spacious and luxurious. The patio was amazing with a great view of the property and ocean. Super close walk to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very clean upon arrival. Coordinating with the concierge and local property managers was easy and seamless. We visited another condo in the building and thought this one was much nicer in comparison. Highly recommend!!

The location cannot be beat. It’s as secluded and serene as possible while still being so convenient to the ocean and pool. Comfy bed, great AC, quiet area, convenient parking, massive soaking tub, super clean. What more could you want? The north shore is superior to any other parts of the island. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Hope to be back soon!

We stay at Turtle Bay Villas every other year with our family! This was the third unit we had stayed in and we really enjoyed it. We've never stayed in a 2nd floor unit before, but the view was incredible from this unit. We had a couple of questions pop up during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond and communicated well with us. We would definitely stay here again! We loved our time here!

Beautiful place to stay and experience the north shore. Clean condo with some mildew noticeable on the wall art, well equipped/stocked, comfortable and great view. Shower pressure was strong, tub was huge, plenty of hot water and good A/C. Close proximity to the Ritz is nice for shops, food, and enjoying other resort amenities. One major drawback was the incessant leaf blower usage right off the balcony. Morning, noon, and night - you are torn between sitting on the balcony to enjoy the views and gorgeous weather or move back inside and close the door because the leaf blower is vroooming over the sounds of waves & birds. And it starts early, before 7am most mornings. The restaurant next door, Beach House, is terrible - drinks are bad, food was salty and flavorless, service was non existent. I’m not tying that into the overall rating for the condo but including as a note of caution.The property managers were extremely kind and quick to respond. Overall a nice property but do not expect peace & tranquility to accompany your comfort.

Although there aren’t any restaurants directly associated with the property we really appreciated how close and easily accessible the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton were. The beach is incredible - clean and not super crowded! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here with our family of five from May 2 to May 5 and had a wonderful time.The villa had three bedrooms and was very spacious and comfortable for our family. One thing we noticed was that if the bathtub was filled with hot water, the shower would temporarily stop producing hot water afterward. After that, we used the shower only, and the water temperature and pressure were both perfectly adequate.The kitchen was very well equipped with an oven, microwave, and many cooking utensils. We bought ingredients at Foodland, about 10–15 minutes away by car, and enjoyed cooking dinner together every evening.There was also a BBQ grill nearby, which worked very well with strong heat and made grilling easy and enjoyable.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the villa. There was an espresso machine with plenty of capsules provided, which made our stay even more relaxing and comfortable.The beach was just steps away, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, due to the season and weather conditions, we were not able to enjoy a beautiful sunset this time, but we would love to come back again during the summer.

Our family, including our three young adult kids, enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed and was in a wonderful location on a beautiful sandy beach. We even had a surprise visit from a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach! We could easily drive to Honolulu and enjoyed being in the quieter North Shore area. There were many beautiful beaches and wonderful local cuisine and shops. Great location in Turtle Bay! We stocked up on groceries when we arrived and wouldn’t have needed to leave the resort except for a few excursions on our parts of the island. We had a wonderful time and this villa had the perfect location to watch sunrise and sunset. The pool was right outside and so was the beach. The kids loved it. We saw so many animals, on land and in the water. On our last day, a seal was sunbathing right on the beach and staff was there to make sure no one disturbed it…We had an issue with the shower head but got a phone call and a maintenance response quite quickly! If we ever make it back from Maryland to Hawai’i again, we will be sure to stay here again! We wish we didn’t have to leave!

Incredible in everyway! What a perfect location. It has it all. Views, pool, hot tub, beach, restaurants, bar, security, walking paths, next to the Ritz and the ocean. Our family and friends joined us for our sons wedding and it worked out great! The hosts were very gracious and attentive as well. If we have the privilege of coming back it will be here.

Great corner location with water views. The unit comes fully stocked (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.), and everything - from the kitchen appliances and HVAC to the furniture and bathrooms - is high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It was a perfect respite after 6 days in Waikiki for our daughter's wedding. The unit is quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with quality cookware as well as a few cooking necessities. But we did treat ourselves to a dinner at Roy's, and ordered lunch from the restaurant one day while on the beach. The kalua pork sandwich was the best thing I had on the island! So delicious! I would be happy to stay here again someday.
