Location is great. Grounds are very well maintained. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking including many spices available in the spice rack. The option of swimming in the ocean or pool was a plus and the hot tub was relaxing. I spent most of my time sitting on the lanai when in the condo enjoying the view.

A lovely condo with a view of the ocean. We wish there had been an adult pool with no small children. The pool was constantly busy with very active screaming children which made it difficult to enjoy the pool. We also wished that there were more activities included with the Ritz Carlton. This property was not associated with the Ritz, and we would have enjoyed using the spa, gym, and adult pool. Even if there had been an additional charge, we would have paid it to enjoy the Ritz amenities.

This was our 9th trip to Oahu; we generally have stayed someplace near Turtle Bay. We have stayed at the hotel, we have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Laie, we have stayed in the condos, and we have stayed in the resort cottages (now the bungalows) - This villa had a better view than the hotel and has the ammenities of a condo. It was literally the best choice we have made for lodging. It couldn't have been easier to access, gated with assigned parking, it is super clean, it has great amenities, and the lanai is HUGE, bigger than it looks in the pictures. I have told everyone I know about the villas, and will undoubtedly stay there again. Location to everything is amazing, you can walk to Lei Lei's and the golf course in less than 5 minutes, the resort in less than 2 minutes, and you can access hiking trails basically immediately off the property. I tried to think of ANY con to try to even this out a bit, but nope. Excellent!

We had a great time. The villas provided plenty of room for our group of 6. You get many of the benefits of staying at the resort hotel, with at least three times as much space. You don’t get access to the hotel pool, but the villas pool are fine and more shielded from the wind. This unit has a good amount of supplies. The only drawback is there are only four beach towels. So I guess either bring extra or pick up a couple at Costco. We stopped at Costco on the way up along with food land, and ate most of our meals in the villa. A single lunch or dinner at one of the resort restaurants is as expensive as our Costco or food land run.

Beautiful location and amenities. 2nd time staying at Ocean Villas, first time in a 3-bedroom. Lots of space for two couples, and plenty of room for a third. Not a straight on view to the beach but still very nice Last year the two of us stayed in a studio and loved it. Enjoyed the restaurants and shops at the Ritz next door.

Our stay at Turtle Bay Villas was amazing. Everything on the VRBO website was true to its word. My family of 6 felt comfortable and welcomed. Aloha and Marney(?) couldn’t have been more attentive and welcoming. All of our needs were addressed promptly. The villa was stocked with high quality appliances and features. The pool, beach and surrounding area were perfectly Hawaiian.

This was the perfect location for our first stay in Northshore, Oahu. The “little things” made this condo so comfortable and easy to feel like home…including beach chairs, nice dishes, thick towels, laundry supplies, and high-end washer/dryer combo. Having a designated parking spot meant that we didn’t have to search for a spot or walk a long distance. Easy access to the Turtle Bay resort, but honestly, we had everything we needed in the condo. My only suggestion is to send basic check-in details more than 3 days before arrival. (Door/gate combinations could be sent closer to arrival). We were traveling such a long distance and making stops before Oahu, we didn’t have an opportunity to review for questions prior to our departure.

We loved our stay at Ocean Villas!! The location was great and the property felt very safe. Our teenage kids loved the pool, hot tub and snorkeling. My husband and I loved having coffee overlooking the ocean and pool every morning. Our whole family loved the proximity to restaurants and food trucks, Waimea Valley, Haleiwa Town, and Kualoa Ranch. The property was clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We would definitely come back!

The view is incredible. The place did have the feel of a rental property versus a vacation home because of the lack of decor and colorful artwork. We had stayed in a 3 bedroom villa right before this with family and they had used a designer and had so many fun tropical touches that made it feel like home.The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of good quality bath and kitchen linens. Oddly, the top sheet on the bed was different from the bottom sheet and pillow cases (which were super soft and luxurious). The unit was clean and offered everything we could want and more!The travertine floors were clean but stained. We have travertine floors in our home too and they do tend to look dirty when not deep cleaned every so often even with regular mopping. Whatever the maids are using on the travertine in the shower has kept it spotless. The double shower heads is also a very nice touch!The beautiful wood floors have buckled at the closet entrance and the door has been removed because of this. I ended up putting sticky notes on the floor as a visual clue because I kept tripping over the bump. We were especially pleased to find a nice box fan in the closet since it is requested the AC not be set lower than 72 degrees. The box fan made it nice. We live in Houston, TX and my husband is use to the over air conditioned spaces so he was nervous about not being able to lower the thermostat. It ended up not being a problem for him though with the fan.

Note that it's a little tricky to navigate at night (google doesn't know the location) and there's NO food (not even sugar or coffee). Overall, a great spot for a quick getaway. Very quiet and private, with easy access to the north shore and hotel amenities.The management company was very responsive - even on a last minute late checkout request and while the instructions are a bit detailed... it was all very clear and easy to follow.

The check in and check out process was easy, the location of villa 316 is perfect. Clean rooms and kitchen. Ocean FRONT views from balcony, saw whales and amazing waves. Only small problem was the safe in the closet didn't turn on or work, and 1 of the microwaves in the kitchen didn't power on either, but there was a built in microwave that worked, so we were not put out. we would stay here again.
