From the beginning of the rental experience, through check in and check out, the process was easy and professional. The pictures were accurate, but we didn't expect the balcony to be so perfect. We could see and hear the ocean at all times! We even saw a whale one day. It was nice to have a safe, a well-stocked kitchen, and 2 giant TVs. There were spices in the kitchen, and plenty of towels. The locker was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. Extra blankets, pillows, hangers, and family games. Appliances were new and very clean. Our grandchildren had a blast, and we even enjoyed the hotel next door. We will return to this room. We couldn't enjoy it more!

Perfect villa location, with unobstructed view over a secluded section of the beach. The sound of waves crashing is all you hear. Condo itself is very spacious and well-equipped, as is their beach storage locker with beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and more. Is just an amble over to the more active beach and to the restaurants of Turtle Bay Resort. Felt very lucky that we picked this villa for our family vacation!

Stayed here during my sons wedding. Easy access to the venue at the turtle Bay Hotel resort. Walked over 5 mins.
Another family stayed in the downstairs unit.
We also enjoyed a night of barbecuing downstairs.
Unit was beautiful with great views of the beach and sunrise. Being able to do Laundry was a plus.

The property was the perfect place for a multigenerational celebration. Awesome view from the lanai for grandpa, great bay, pool and walks for grandkids, and good surfing for their parents. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun filled family time. Turtle Bay resort amenities are also only a 5 minute walk. Our only major issue was that maintenance never got around to fixing the dishwasher during our stay and hopefully it’s now fixed! Great location and we would definitely rent again!

We just returned from our 10 night stay in villas 316 and 317 and had a great experience. The owners are very communicative and we didn't encounter any issues. The property is well maintained, the kitchens are well stocked with all cooking utensils and everything is clean. There are plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper products.Having a washer and dryer in the units is definitely beneficial and both functioned well, and adding a plastic laundry basket to each unit would be extremely helpful.The location seems to be in a quieter area of the complex, steps away from the pool, beach and hiking. It's also convenient to any type of dining you're looking for, as well as many excursions and activities. We ate at a few of the Turtle Bay restaurants, as well as several nearby food trucks. I highly recommend Seven Brothers for burgers (they can be eaten at the adjacent Beer Garden), as well as takeout from Ted's Bakery.Being able to use a few of the amenities at Turtle Bay Resort is nice, but the lack of access to the fitness center is a definite downside.The beach lockers are well stocked, but could probably be better organized and purged a bit as it's a little difficult to remove anything without an assortment of sand toys falling out. In addition, it's obvious that the snorkeling equipment is not checked or cleaned between guests.Overall, this is one of the best rentals I've stayed in. The views from the balconies, the location, and the professionalism of the entire staff - from the moment I made the reservation until the moment we checked out - helped to make our vacation incredible.

The layout and flow of this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa condo were perfect for our extended family vacation! There was ample room for everybody to have a bit of their own space, as well as roomy common areas for us all to be together at once (although we really never wanted to leave the lanai with its gorgeous view!). Although we didn't cook any full meals, having such a well-furnished kitchen was incredible and added to the luxury feel of the vacation. Kitchen and laundry appliances were modern and in perfect working order. Gina's organization and attention to detail ensured that every question was answered and every need was anticipated. The property itself is beautifully maintained and offers easily walkable access to the restaurants, bars, and beaches of the Turtle Bay property, as well as proximity to North Shore sights and activities. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Visiting Hawaii and staying in this Villa was perfect. Amazing view, close beach access, great pool, calm peaceful environment, nice and clean, and very spacious. The villa has everything you could possibly need and was perfect for our family of 6. The storage unit had all the things we needed to keep our kids busy at the beach. The pictures online are beautiful but in person it was breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful place! Disappointed that check in was so late as we loose half of the day. We had a great experience. If I wanted to nitpick, the master bedroom windows needed cleaning. One of the most beautiful views in the world would be more enjoyable with clean windows.

What a wonderful unit! Exactly as pictured. Great view, super clean, everything you'd need and more, excellent clear directions & instructions,, quick response to any question for travel help, comfy furniture. The snorkel gear was great -clean and good quality. We used the W&D and they were excellent and seemed new.We liked being close to the resort but not at the resort. Once there, places seemed closer that it looked on the map because of the walking paths. Our view was of the rocky beach, not the sandy beach where you'd swim (as accurately shown on the pictures). But walking over there wasn't a big deal. It was certainly not a problem to have our own little pool instead of the resorts for swimming and lounging, because it was beautiful too. And then there was room in the hot tub! We did go to the resort to eat and hang out. As with many resort-type condos, the 2 smaller bedrooms had windows facing the outside walkway which we thought could be a noise problem, but was not. Maybe being on 3rd floor keep it all quiet! The elevator was very important to us and worked well and was very clean also. Finally, read your pre-info from the owners because if we had, there were more than a few things that we hauled all the way there that we didn't need because they provided (and we should have known from the info they gave us). We did not rent the extra bedroom off the living room.

Everyone I worked with at "Oceanfront Vacation Villas & Vacation Villas by Gina" was very helpful, especially Kimberly. :-) We had planned our trip for Sept. '21, but had to reschedule due to Covid, and Kim was very helpful during this process! We will definitely return to Hawaii and when we do, Turtle Bay Ocean Villa 316 will definitely be included as one of our stays!! Trust me, if you choose this villa, you won't be disappointed!!! :-)

We had a wonderful week in Villa 316. Beautiful ocean views. Very quiet. Excellent communication from Gina and easy check- in. Condo had everything we needed including snorkel gear in a storage area on the first floor. We ate at one restaurant at Turtle Bay (Alaia- pricey but delicious!) otherwise we cooked for ourselves and ate at many wonderful restaurants in Haleiwa.

From the moment we walked into the villa, we felt at home and extremely comfortable. Every need has been thought out and accommodated for. We loved the beach locker and snorkel gear. Everything was immaculately clean (coming from 2 clean freaks! :). The Kitchen had everything we needed. TV is huge and worked as instructed. We loved having the washer/dryer. The best thing about the villa is the location and view. You are close to trails, beach, pool, and the hotel but far enough so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the resort. We loved sitting on the lanai every morning watching the sunrise. We have stayed at Turtle bay resort before at the hotel, but we will return to villa 316 again!! It was the perfect place for us to relax, and enjoy time together! We loved everyone minute! Thank you!

Fabulous location away from pool noise—only the sound of the ocean on Rock Beach. The condo was spotless and well appointed with upscale appliances in the kitchen & comfortable beds. The Managers were easy to communicate with—getting back to me before and during our stay. Activities include golf, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, surfing and a short drive to zip lining, 4 wheeling and other activities. There were at least 4 restaurants on the Turtle Bay property all with a variety of great meals. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again myself with my family. We had ourselves and daughter and family and all had plenty of space.

GreT views and location, if you are looking for a quiet area this is the place to go, the only downside would be if you want to visit sites on the southern, east or west shores the traffic can be an issue along with the time it takes. Overall this was what we were looking for although if I take another trip in the future I would split the stay between the South and North shores

Our villa was well-located at the north end of the North Shore on Oahu. On the Turtle Bay Resort grounds, lovely beach between the villas and the hotel. Pool and hot tub with outdoor showers was great. Roy’s Beach House was outstanding, and the Sunset Bar and Grill was a good spot for lunch or sunset drinks. The dishwasher was not working, but otherwise the condo’s kitchen was well-equipped and functional. The master suite was very nice. The locker was well stocked with snorkels, umbrellas, etc. One suggestion might be to have a map or two of the area at the condo to help in planning day trips.

There were multiple small problems with the unit. The first day the screen door had to be repaired. We didn't have access to the safe initially because it was never unlocked for arrival. A lamp was broken and it took 2 visits to be repaired. The casement window in one bathroom would not close all the way and could not be locked. One of the bedroom doors would not close all the way and could not be locked. Great location but I'm not sure it was a good overall value.

This was our first visit to the North shore and we couldn't have picked a better location or property for this adventure.
The amazing views, cleanliness of the condo and wonderful amenities all contributed to a memorable location.
One of the key elements that make this unit so desireable is the privacy and quietness of its location away from the pool area and being on the top floor.

We had a great time in a lovely, well appointed 3 bedroom condo with a beautiful ocean view. We recommend the Turtle Bay property if you are seeking a location on the North Shore. We were happy to have access to the beach chairs and snorkel gear. We ended up renting 2 vehicles. We parked in the assigned parking space and the other car we parked in the visitors space. GreT views and location, if you are looking for a quiet area this is the place to go, the only downside would be if you want to visit sites on the southern, east or west shores the traffic can be an issue along with the time it takes. Overall this was what we were looking for although if I take another trip in the future I would split the stay between the South and North shores

For our first trip to Hawaii we wanted something special and this villa was definitely it! So comfortable and beautiful view. We loved turtle bay! Our kids learned to surf and surfed everyday. The food was great and we loved the north shore location. Will be back!!

We are locals, and we have been to Turtle bay resort before. This was our first time in this property. We had breathtaking ocean views from our balcony and the master bedroom. The property itself is immaculate, safe, and secure. There are nice shacks, farms, and food trucks around, and we have always enjoyed those foods. We tried Kahuku farms, sunrise shack, and raised by the waves vegan cafe and highly recommend those. We did biking in that area, and it was fun biking in that area. We went for the Ehukai Pillbox hike, and was fun too. We did a lot in our 2 days' stay.
The property is elegant, with a wide range of amenities available. A lesson I learned from this rental is to inquire about coffee. All the vacation rental I've taken had coffee and sugar available, and I took it for granted that everyone on VRBO/AirB&B will keep it. The VRBO description only mentioned a coffee maker and didn't mention other coffee or sugar or any sort of food supply. So I'm not complaining.
The check-in process and communication was flawless. They were even kind enough to allow us early check-in, which is not always possible. We were grateful for that.
Overall this was a very pleasurable and gratifying stay. I would stay there again if I am doing a staycation in that area.

We loved staying in 316 at Turtle Bay. The unit was perfect - comfortable, clean, every amenity, up to date.
We loved the view and hearing the ocean waves. This was also a plus for when it was raining.
The management was responsive all along the way.

Am we had a great (albeit too short) stay on the north shore. The apartment was as advertised, everything in order and working great. The locker with snorkeling gear and beach chairs was definitely a nice touch. We fell asleep every night to the waves. Great views also!!

The property was very nice. Good location next to Turtle Bay resort. The beach had very good snorkeling - lots of colorful & interesting fish!
There is a beach a 15 min walk to the north that we used most days. It was very secluded and swimmable. The north shore coastline is mostly rocky so this was a great find.
Would not hesitate staying at this villa again when visiting the north shore.
