You have dramatic ocean views and can keep your doors and windows open all night with privacy in this third floor Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay! You have quick access to the ocean, pool, and BBQs by elevator or staircase. This villa is in a private location on the third floor with dramatic panoramic ocean views, just 20 yards from the ocean and just 80 yards from the sandy beach! Watch the whales swim past while in your living room during migration season! The Pool and BBQs are just 60 yards away.

This villa is great for honeymooners, families, or couples looking to get away. If you need additional space, you can rent both this villa and its adjoined 3-Bedroom villa 316 making a large 4-bedroom villa. Photographs are of the actual villa.

The furniture really is in poor condition. Upholstery on dining chairs are cracked & falling apart, dining table is unsteady and sofa cushions need to be recovered. We had an amazing week at the rental. Communication was fast when needed. 317 was a quiet room and we could hear the ocean at all times. The view is beautiful and just what we needed after a day of exploring Oahu. Parking is seamless and having our own spot made things stress free. Just about anything you need is available there or within a 10 minute drive. We walked to restaurants/cafes on the property. We would stay again.

It was better stocked than most rentals that I have stayed in. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach and pool. We used the pull out sofa for our kids and we did not have another set of sheets for the bed. I called the number provided and quickly received the sheets. Our family found many activities nearby but if you are going to downtown Honolulu for things like Pearl Harbor than make sure you leave early enough as the traffic can be very slow. The owners provided very detailed information about activities, restaurants, shopping, etc that was extremely helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

This was an amazing villa. So close to the waves that we could sometimes feel the spray. Villa was super clean, well appointed with high end kitchen and bath. Well stocked for beach and exploring. The view of the ocean was completely unobstructed, and we saw whales on the horizon. We will return for sure and highly recommend this villa and the management company.

We booked this property at the last minute and the owner was very responsive. They sent us an email with the check-in information and provided a detailed breakdown of the property and the benefits of staying there. The parking was great and you didn’t have to pay the resort fees that you would at a hotel or resort. When we walked in, the ocean was right there. One step out in the balcony and I knew we picked a winner! The unit was clean and had everything that you would need to maximize your experience. The storage locker with beach stuff was awesome! It provided us with chairs and other items that make a day on the beach perfect. Turtle Bay resort is close. You can eat at multiple restaurants on the property via a short walk. The shared beach is protected by an outer reef which keeps the larger waves of the North Shore at bay and allows for snorkeling and other water activities. I would definitely recommend the property and plan to come back in the near future! What a great experience and perfect place for a nice vacation!

Great location, having the amenities of the hotel just steps away but the convenience of a condo was the best of both worlds. Enjoyed the golf at Turtle Bay, limited ocean holes but a nice course. Unit was as advertised but some of the furniture was starting to get worn and because there is no dishwasher we found some of the silverware to not be clean. Overall, a very good experience.

The booking process was simple and the detailed instructions on how to access the Villa and information about the Villa were simple to follow and accurate. We chose the Villa over the resort next door because we wanted something with more space and we did not want to fight the crowds. We were very happy with our selection. The Villas area and our unit were very quiet and there were few people within the gated area of the Villas. We visited the resort next door for dinner in two of the restaurants and cocktails at the beach side bar, which were all very nice and convenient to walk to. We went to a Luau nearby, booked powered hang gliding and kayaking/snorkeling excursions, toured a rum distillery and did a wine tasting. We enjoyed every minute of our time on the island and would highly recommend the Villas to others interested in a vacation on Oahu.

The ocean is right in front of you off the lanai. The room was the perfect size for us. The beach locker amenities are a very nice touch- beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler, snorkeling gear, beach toys and balls....we used it all and everything is in great shape! The pool is lovely and the complex has its own gate that spits you right out to the beach that you can swim and snorkel in. The unit itself is conveniently located near elevator and stairs. You get 1 complimentary parking spot that is right in front of the bldg unit is in- huge plus! Complimentary additional parking available close by. The location of property cannot be beat if you are looking to stay on the North Shore- Shrimp Trucks less than 5 mins away, Teddy’s Bakery 2 mins, Sunset and Waimea 5-10 mins away, Haleiwa 15 mins, great zip lining at CLIMB Works at Keana Farms 10 mins and beautiful, quaint towns to the north with many low key and quiet beaches. The owners are stellar and the communication was on point. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We wanted someplace where we could all come together to celebrate the event, yet still have our own private moments to do our own things. Ocean View Villas were perfect for our purposes. We rented out 3 villas to house 17 people. We also had people staying at Turtle Bay Resort and rental properties on the gold course. It worked out perfectly. The location was perfect. It was quiet, close to the amenities that we used, and had everything we needed. The villas themselves were so much more than I expected. They were so spacious, well laid out, clean and in great condition. Kimberly, Gina and Vincent were fantastic to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. One of the guests who was staying on the golf course property was so impressed that she plans on booking the facility for her daughter’s wedding in 2 years time. We could not have asked for better rental accommodations or location. So impressed!

The promised airbed and supplies were not in the villa when we arrived. After several texts and phone calls we were directed to a storage area to retrieve needed items. No extra pillow was available and pillows in the villa were flat. We we promised 2 new pillows the next day. They never arrived. After another phone call 2 days later the arrived. Missing from the villa was a sink stopper to wash dishes, a broom to sweep up sand, and the vacuum kept falling apart when using it. The slats in the door to the hot water heater was full of dust. We chose the top floor full ocean view but the height of the palm trees blocked the view. A full size refrigerator would have been nice and the knife set was a bunch of mismatched knives. Bed was comfortable and sheets nice. Many items in letter of info from owner no longer apply and needs to be updated. Hotel amenities extremely expensive.

Best idea ever!! Villa 317 was amazing! The ocean front panoramic view was breathtaking! The unit itself was quiet, comfortable and very neat and clean and included a washer and dryer. Also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a home cooked meal, or just a quick bite before heading out on your island adventures. We loved the lanai! The villa is not far from the historical town of Haliewa, Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Falls, and several good authentic island eats. Not to mention the beach just footsteps away from the property and the great lagoon, perfect for families. And we really enjoyed the privacy of the pool and spa. We can’t wait until next time! We will definitely be returning to the Ocean Villas!!

We like everything about it (it looks just like the photos), but we particularly like how quiet and private it is. Building G is definitely the most private of all the villas. The amenities at the resort are great too, especially the pool bar, Lei Lei's restaurant, the lobby bar, and the horseback riding. (The private ride is great if you are an experienced rider because they let you jog and lope.) Highly recommend!

We had accidentally deleted our arrival instructions and when I called they were so helpful and immediately texted and emailed me the instructions. Their customer service was above and beyond. If we ever are lucky enough to visit again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again ❤️

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the oceanfront Villas for a fantastic family vacation and decided to extend our trip so we ‘had’ to move to 317 for the additional days. Wow! The previous unit was great but this unit blew our minds. The second you walk thru the door the ocean view takes your breath away. 317 is in the last building at the end and it was very quiet on that side. The sound of the waves and the breeze was exactly what I had dreamed of. This unit is in better shape than the previous unit and felt more like an owners unit, everything was just in better condition, looked newer. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the on-site staff were friendly and polite. The convenience and access to the resort make it so you literally don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. The guys played golf twice, all of us loved the pool and everything you could want or need regarding beach equipment is at your disposal. Having a washer and dryer was huge, we didn’t bring back any dirty laundry! The restaurants onsite are top notch, we ate at the resort pool bar several times (the smash burger is delicious), Roy’s is outstanding, we ate there 4 times. And although Lei Lei’s was only open for takeout, they setup tables outside on the grass. We had dinner on the 1st tee box, what an amazing setting. We had a few breakfasts at the hotel, appetizers and drinks at Off The Lip and the live music there and at the resort pool bar was so nice. We saw two sea turtles playing in the ocean at Turtle Bay and there were many more down the road at a beach. There’s so much to see and do nearby that we wished we could have stayed longer. Gina and Kimberly are wonderful to work with and were very accommodating when we extended our stay. This will be the unit we try to book for all future stays. Can’t wait to go back!
