Please don't tell too many people about this property. It sits in a small cove, with a rocky entry to very calm water filled with marine life and turtles! Many, many turtles. The property is small, and quiet, and lovely. The rooms are not extravagent, but clean and well maintained, and each room has a view to die for. Ray, the property manager takes very good care of everything. The surrounding area has a local feel to it. If you're looking for glitz and nightlife, this is not your spot, but if you want access to the ocean and peace and quiet, this is it. You can walk to Napili beach, and it's a short drive to Kapalua and Honolua bay.

That means this place is the best. It's my fifth time, but my daughters first. She walked in and was blown away by the view, which is perfectly dead center of the cove. The decor is so tasteful and cute. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with some really nice supplies. The setting is relaxing and steps to the water for some great swimming and snorkeling. I highly recommend this condo to any friend or relative.

This is an amazing unit in one of the best locations on Maui, with the perfect mix of amenities within an easy going and relaxing atmosphere. Having access to one of the best snorkeling spots on the islands at your foot steps is simply amazing and can't be topped. Our host kept us well informed and the unit was spotless and well appointed. We are already planning our return trip.

This place is a hidden gem. The grounds are immaculate, private and quiet. The condos are clean and have needed kitchen items to cook meals, etc. And, you can't beat the snorkeling in the protected bay!

Cyndi’s place was clean, comfortable and enjoyable for four adults and a toddler. The manager Victor (who lives off premises) was very easy to contact and communicate with. The cove was fascinating with its resident sea turtles. A lovely place for a traditional Hawaiian holiday!

Incredible spot. No air conditioning and quite warm in the late afternoon. Be sure to pull the blind and close the curtains. Also fridge could be colder. Get a cooler for the pool. But overall I think it is the most gorgeous ocean accessable spot I've seen in Hawaii. Sea Turtles were literaly under our balcony at night!

Wow... what an amazing week to spend with our adult kids. The cove never disappoints and just amazing trip this time. So quiet there with friendly people all around. The torch lighting every night was a bonus (Just love the way it makes the place seem so Polynesian). So many turtles in the cove and as the week went on the clarity got better and better in the water. Saw several octopus and many eels in the reef. AMAZING. we will be back. This was our second stay at Honokeana Cove, having stayed in another 3-bedroom unit two years ago. We loved the view of the ocean from 218 and looking down on as many as thirteen green sea turtles sunning on the shore below.We were greeted with a beautiful small table arrangement when we checked in, and found everything to be clean and in good working order. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for cooking, except my grandchildren would’ve loved a waffle iron. The property manager, Ray, does an outstanding job of keeping the pool and grounds tidy. He is very friendly!Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to come again!

Loved our stay. This small condo community is sitting on a snorkeling gold mine. If you like turtles and getting to swim in a cove loaded with them, this place is for you.The Condo was great, you cannot beat the views from the lanai. This little community of condos is busy but also quiet. The pool area is awesome and well taken care of. Don’t even get me started on the grilling options. If you like to grill, have a cold beverage and meet some new people, along with watching beautiful Maui sunsets, the grilling area is unbeatable.The condo had everything we needed. It may need just a little updating but it met all of our expectations per descriptions. The bedroom is only area with a/c but honestly we only used it at night to make sleeping more comfortable. We let Island breezes do their thing.We used the stove, dishwasher, icemaker, and coffee maker without any issues. Very short walk to Napili beach(very nice). Short walk to Gazebo for breakfast, open at 7;30 but get there plenty early to avoid a long wait.Snorkel gear was there, but we rented our own.Beach chairs and beach umbrella were awesome as well. The condo complex manager (Ray) who may not manage this particular condo was super nice and his family was fun to get to interact with. Ray was very easy to talk to and was a wealth of knowledge for us. Made us feel welcome and wanted us to have a great visit.Overall just a great stay and incredible experience.Maholo.

This was our 5th stay in this beautiful condo in Honokeana Cove! We are already booked for next year as well. The fact that we travel all the way from the great state of Maine to stay at this property, should speak volumes. Cyndy, and her property manager, Victor, are incredible hosts! The condo is always spotless and very welcoming! The kitchen is well equipped and beautifully appointed. No need to leave the property for anything but groceries, should you so choose. The grounds are also always spotless and extremely well maintained, including the three gas grills. Sit in the pool and watch the whales play in the channel between Molakai'i and Maui or snorkel with the turtles just steps away in the cove. Whatever your pleasure, this property, along with Cyndy and Victor, will make you feel wrapped in Aloha from the beginning of your stay until the very end! We highly recommend booking this property! The beds were fantastic, I was able to get a full night's rest every night (which is rare in a rental).Sitting on the couch with the view of the cove was fantastic, we could see the whales from the kitchen while prepping food for the family.The windows are all upgraded and the bedrooms has AC or dehumidifiers to help keep the temps even regardless of the weather. Honokeana cove has a huge turtle population so book this if you want to see lots of turtles and wildlife!

Absolutely gorgeous condo with a view of the cove and Molokai! Just walk out and snorkel to see lots of fish and turtles. Whales frolic in the channel between islands. The kitchen was well equipped and well laid out for casual dining. There are 3 gas grills by the pool. The beds were very comfortable with ceiling fans in all rooms to keep you cool.

The condo was small but had everything we needed. Furnishings were tropical (Bamboo framed) but not as comfortable as they looked. All appliances were in good condition. Location was ideal. We did not use the AC, the trade winds were cool enough for us to sleep. You could walk right out to the shore. Shore was rocky so it was hard to get into the water. You had to either put your fins on before you enter and walk with fins 15 feet over rock piles or you had to walk over the rocks down to the water and put your fins on while the waves pushed you around. Once in the water there were a least 6 turtles in the cove to see.

Amazing unit! It fit all of us very comfortably, two couples and two kids. We all had our own space to retreat to and a large family area to get together each night! The unit has everything you could ask for, spices, utensils, cooking implements, etc, we were able to make large family meals in the unit most of the days that we were there. Beautiful view and despite being part of the complex you feel you have it to yourself. On the first night there were 15 turtles up on the beach and we snorkeled with turtles in the cove most days. Victor and Cyndy made sure we were all taken care of and were available whenever needed. We would definitely stay here again!!!

It is in a nice secluded bay and we could see whales breaching from our lanai and turtles swimming in the bay and relaxing on the beach.At night there is just the sound of the waves:)The beds were comfortable and the unit was well stocked.Victor was super helpful and we can’t wait to come back again some day!!

It was so nice to stay in a vacation home with a private owner that is not ran by a large management company. It had more than all the amenities you could ever need and all the extras (board games, snorkel sets, meyers soaps). In comparison I had rented a similar home in the same area that did not have salt and pepper, tinfoil, garbage bags but only the bare minimum. This home has also been deep cleaned and was very clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent. I always got a response within minutes and sometimes seconds. This location cannot be beat. Turtle sitings everyday, abundance of outdoor lounge chairs and in a gated complex. I hope to get lucky enough to be able to visit again! I wanted to note, not having air conditioning was not an issue for me but some of my family members run a little bit hot and were uncomfortable. If you are used to not having air conditioning or if you can manage it properly by opening windows at night and closing during the day it won’t be a problem. The hosts provide fans in every room as well!

We keep returning to the cove, we love it here. However be aware that during the Holidays many families come. There were many children running around making a lot of noise, especially in the early morning when it is supposed to be quiet hours. Many parents were not monitoring there children. I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the units bathroom.
