Property was not being taken care of leaves all over, plants not trimmed felt very sloppy. Power when out twice in daytime, not fans or air conditioning very uncomfortable. Could park next to unit to carry groceries in because parking lot was closed and at least 20 spaces we used by construction vehicles parked 24 hours Holes and dirt left all over property because of ongoing unfinished work. Noisy all day with workers all day with heavy machinery. Was very unpleasant for all most all of our 3 weeks there. Blamed us because the construction had to be done so just live with it. Dangerous for kids running around with holes, piles of dirt and. No lights at night.

Overall it was a nice stay with easy access to the beach. The view from the room was beautiful since we were directly in front of the ocean! We were still close enough to the pool and hot tub amenities but far enough away from the noise that may come with that area. We liked that this location was not in the bustle of a heavy commercialized/ tourist spot, so it didn’t feel as busy and crowded. My partner and I had already explored much of Maui by the time we ended our trip here, so we did find the nearby food options to be limited and decent but not as great as other towns. Just like the other reviews, the bed absolutely needs to be changed! It’s a Murphy bed. The mattress has indentations from all previous use, so it is too soft, not supportive, and difficult to get a solid night of sleep. We’re a couple in our 30s, but I imagine this would be difficult for someone older or who must have a firmer bed. It’s disappointing that the property manager has not improved this despite all the negative reviews about the bed. Additionally, the outlets on either side of the bed are far away. You need an extra long charging cable to get around the Murphy bed frame. The wooden structure is useless and should just be removed for a more optimal bed setup. One of the fans (the kitchen one) did not work and seemed to not be connected to any switch. It wasn’t necessary for us, and thankfully the fan above the bed worked without issues.

And the Napili Shores complex was in great shape - we didn’t use the pools or grills but they were clean and in use by others. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This is second story with high ceilings so does not seem like a studio especially because it has an elevated unobstructed oceanfront view of Napili Bay from lanai. Four restaurants just steps away. TV has tons of apps. Anything you can think of is in that kitchen. It's out of the fray of high rise hotels and the owners are very kind and accommodating. All buildings are low rise with beautiful Hawaiian landscaping. We will be back!

I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay away from the mass tourist chaos. The location was easy to find. The unit was ocean front and recently remodeled. Absolutely gorgeous! The view from the balcony was exactly as shown in the booking. This unit is ocean front with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Throughout our stay we experienced calm, amazing snorkeling waters where we swam alongside sea turtles. And as the week progressed it became a great place to boogeyboard and surf, We loved both the pools that were on site and the restaurants. The surf shop at the entrance provided everything you could possibly need or want. Absolutely loved our stay here!!!

This review is difficult for me because I don’t want to let this little secret out: this is the best unit at Napili Shores period. Beautifully decorated, lovely art, fully equipped kitchen with chef quality cutlery and cookware, and high quality beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Watch the sunset from your living room couch, or step outside onto the expansive lawn to watch the spinner dolphins. Please don’t book this unit because I’m coming back and you might grab “my” week.

AC worked well, kitchen was well stocked, nice appliances, TV instructions weren’t clear but once figured out it worked well. Access to beach, pools, parking, on-site food were good. Beautiful grounds, comfortable family friendly resort.Bathroom was nice and adequately stocked Except for towels. They didn’t leave enough for two people for 10 nights. (They give you two of each type of towel per person, and one terry cloth floor mat) When I called Epic for a refresh mid week I was told they leave laundry soap so we could wash our towels. Laundry room was on opposite end of resort, a significant walk from our room. We’ve stayed in plenty of VRBO’s and have never run out of towels. On site restaurants: Gazebo was excellent for breakfast and lunch; second restaurant “Kitchen 5315” located in the office area open daily 3:00-8:00 was just ok, although we did enjoy their Island Burger on our last night.

We just spent a week in C121! Out of all of the units we’ve stayed in at Napili Shores, this one was the most well equipped. It had everything you would need for a day at the beach. In addition, there are plenty of plush towels in the bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. And if you look around, you’ll discover a little treasure box full of goodies too! I would definitely book this unit again. Thank you Theresa for being a great hostess.

Resort was quiet and relaxing, nice pools, and location near Napili beach was very convenient- one of the best beaches on the island. Beach chairs and umbrella were very useful, as was the spice rack. Keyless entry was very convenient.The only suggestions I might make would be to add an in-room safe for valuables, and a few more beach towels. We would definitely recommend and return.

We’ve stayed at Napili Shores before and loved it. C116 was another great stay. It was clean and comfortable and we loved the easy access to Napili Bay, the Gazebo restaurant, the Kapalua Coastal trail and every great view of the ocean! We always appreciate a full kitchen to cook and eat our meals and were impressed with the little things that were there like a bag of chip clips to close up our snacks bags. It’s the little things that matter! The unit was nice and cool, there was plenty of storage space for clothes, we loved the comfy beach chairs and beach umbrella and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A well-maintained and comfortable studio that was clean with new appliances and furniture. Balcony is great for meals with a view of the beach and bay, or for just relaxing with a book or a drink. The king bed was great! Bathroom is spacious with two sinks. The location is only a 2-3 minute walk to either the beach or the pool.

Absolutely loved this place. Ocean front. So many times people list their property as "listen to the waves at night" but this time, we COULD. ...which provided such restful sleep. The property was well appointed, cozy, two pools to choose from and great restaurants within walking distance. We drove and parked at Duke's and walked the Kaanapali strip several times; drove to Paia and Kula just for fun. But you never need to leave the condo complex if you don't want to. Thank you, Elaine! We will be back!

Great unit at Nāpili Shores. I’ve stayed in the ‘A’ building many times and this unit is the best of several I’ve tried. The remodeled bathroom and kitchen and are lovely. Great rental! My only minor grip is a 4 pm check in is lame when this unit is cleaned and sitting empty. Most Vrbo properties in THIS location are more flexible. Seems lazy on the part of Epic, the property manager. Why not just notify the renter when the cleaning crew leaves? Shoot a text to the renter and unlock the door. It’s actually not hard.

A bright and cheery condo with a crisp clean appeal. 5 of us fit comfortably...shower was really good...pressure was more than we have had in previous condos. A good working blow dryer was supplied. Air conditioning was excellent as well. New keurig coffee maker was a nice touch to the well supplied kitchen. Evelyn was exceptional. She was prompt and replied quickly when we had inquires. Her efforts to make our stay comfortable exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay at aunty Evs again!
