A well-maintained and comfortable studio that was clean with new appliances and furniture. Balcony is great for meals with a view of the beach and bay, or for just relaxing with a book or a drink. The king bed was great! Bathroom is spacious with two sinks. The location is only a 2-3 minute walk to either the beach or the pool.

Absolutely loved this place. Ocean front. So many times people list their property as "listen to the waves at night" but this time, we COULD. ...which provided such restful sleep. The property was well appointed, cozy, two pools to choose from and great restaurants within walking distance. We drove and parked at Duke's and walked the Kaanapali strip several times; drove to Paia and Kula just for fun. But you never need to leave the condo complex if you don't want to. Thank you, Elaine! We will be back!

Great unit at Nāpili Shores. I’ve stayed in the ‘A’ building many times and this unit is the best of several I’ve tried. The remodeled bathroom and kitchen and are lovely. Great rental! My only minor grip is a 4 pm check in is lame when this unit is cleaned and sitting empty. Most Vrbo properties in THIS location are more flexible. Seems lazy on the part of Epic, the property manager. Why not just notify the renter when the cleaning crew leaves? Shoot a text to the renter and unlock the door. It’s actually not hard.

Great studio overlooking Napili Beach. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Studio was well decorated, easy to use appliances. Nice extra's with cooler to take to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella provided as well. We didn't use, but a great extra.

A bright and cheery condo with a crisp clean appeal. 5 of us fit comfortably...shower was really good...pressure was more than we have had in previous condos. A good working blow dryer was supplied. Air conditioning was excellent as well. New keurig coffee maker was a nice touch to the well supplied kitchen. Evelyn was exceptional. She was prompt and replied quickly when we had inquires. Her efforts to make our stay comfortable exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay at aunty Evs again! We have been to Napili Shores property a number of times....such a great location and a place to make memories!

We’ve been coming to Nāpili Shores for years and have stayed in this unit before. The remodel is a huge improvement and made this stay far more enjoyable. We didn’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy the beautiful view.

This place had everything we needed and was surprisingly not too busy and pretty quiet. The beach is walking distance which is great because parking outside of the resort area is difficult to find. The AC worked great, there was Tupperware and beach chairs we were able to use and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to see the ocean and be on the beach. Property was well kept and clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. I would recommend adding luggage racks since the studio does not have closet space. Otherwise luggage is on the floor.

Overall this unit was as advertised and we would rate it at 4.5 if we could. For our preferences the bed and couches were too firm but they could be just fine for others. The beach equipment was top notch and much appreciated. The unit was well equipped but we did have some technical issues with the microwave and television. The interior decorating is a beautiful tropical theme! We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

This was a great spot for a family beach vacation. The north end of the beach has low surf for kids to swim, and when the surf is low, the south end of the beach has easy snorkeling right by the shore. The north end of the beach has better snorkeling, but you have to swim out a ways to get to the good stuff. The pools are good too for when the kids get sick of the beach or if the surf is too high. We saw four sea turtles in total while snorkeling!Things to be aware of:- To eat breakfast at the Gazebo, people start lining up an hour before it opens (this was during spring break), so we didn't bother.- The other restaurant on the property doesn't have good vegetarian options. Being vegetarian in Maui is tricky in general. Joey's kitchen is just a few minutes away though, and was great. The market in the same strip mall had plenty of stuff for us to cook and eat in the unit, and the unit is well equipped for cooking meals.- There is a plentiful supply of (small) roaches. I get the sense this is somewhat inevitable in a tropical location but it was disconcerting to open the cutlery drawer in the morning and see 1-2 roaches scatter. I ended up rinsing everything before using it. - The check-in time is late in the day (4pm), and the desk closes at 5, so if you want to avoid having to call security, the check-in window is a little narrow.- When the surf is high, in the middle of the beach the waves can reach all the way to the wall, so don't leave your stuff on the sand.

The Napili Shores properties are ideally located and have all the amenities one could wish for! I love that this unit was on the ground floor which was easier to access and we had breakfast every morning on the patio. We also liked that it was orientated with the afternoon sun, because units on the other side had the morning sun and it was probably too hot to have breakfast outside!The only downside to this unit is the Murphy bed, which is a bit slanted towards the head and the mattress was way too soft for our liking (at first I thought it was an old broken mattress but then we realized it was probably just the very soft type).

Three adults stayed in this 1 bedroom suite while visiting with two other families. The gardens, pools and restaurants on-site were good and made dining easy. The resort is adjacent to the a very pretty beach so only a short walk to great water. The suite had beach chairs, boogies boards for us so no need to rent these. Would defiantly recommend our suite.

I was worried about the sleeper sofa so we stopped at Walmart for a blow up mattress. Took it back the next day. The memory foam mattress on the sofa was just fine. Everyone slept well. We have stayed at Napili Shores in the past so there were no surprises. Best way to get Mac pancakes from the Gazebo is call for take out. Always a long line to get in. Took advantage of the The 5315 Restaurant for Happy Hour. Affordable Mai Tais and Poke. Unit sits above the grills so people were hanging around cooking and eating in the evening. Lastly the light on the outside wall is bright and lights the bedroom all night. I slept with a mask. Could use darkening shades or drapes. Kitchen needs a B-B-Que spatula. But had a wonderful time lying on Napili Beach, watching turtles in the cove nextdoor and enjoying the property. This is a recommend if you're on a budget.

Had a great time, the place was well equipped and clean.
It was great to beable to walk out the back door to the gas grills, swimming pool and gazebo restaurant.
The sunsets were stunning, loved the sounds of the serf as we drank coffee on the patio. Turtle cove was just a 3 minute walk and never disappointed us with the amount of turtles and fish as we snorkeled there.
Love all of the convenience is provided there.

We loved this unit so much. The location was perfect - a 100 foot walk to the beach, beautiful lawn in front. The unit had everything we needed for our stay - even sunscreen, hairspray and shampoo (great to leave those things for the next tenant)! There were lovely touches like a book basket, snorkels, masks and fins. The view was awesome - right on the water. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the sun hit the lanai during the day - it was the time of year for certain so just consider that when booking if you like a lot of sun. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this location and we would absolutely return!

iTrip Maui is a 5 star company to deal with. They sent a maintenance person right away.
The condo is Okay and has a great view. and the 3 other condos our friends rented the same week were wonderful. 167 just needs a few things attended to.
The "sliding' screen door wouldn't slide as the wheels were rusted so as former renters tried to open and close it their fingers when through the screen. And as always with rentals the fry pans need replacing. Other appliances were fine. The condo could use a "deep clean" as the air condition filters and the louvered windows had a green film. There were silver-fish traps all over the kitchen---- counters and floors. The hotel should look into the main door as it had a half inch opening all around it. (Not fire proof or air-tight) Our last wish would be for an inside table to eat at with friends when it was rainy outside.
Again iTrip's response was great and we will book with them again. Napilli Shores is a beautiful place and a great location.
