Enjoyed staying at this spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo in Wailea across from the Grand Wailea Hotel. 5 minutes from the beach from a private secured development. Excellent gym & pool facilities and within walking distances of shops, restaurants and coffee! Great appliances and, importantly, an in-condo lanai grill - no longer allowed for Maui condos without fire suppression systems. One car garage and a covered carport are also included. Will stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room in a great location! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A couple of notes for those of you considering a visit:
1) The beach is a 15-20 min walk. Coming back is all up hill. Not a big deal, but it did discourage us from making the trip as often as we would have liked.
2) The pool and hot tubs were amazing, just remember to bring a towel. They are not supplied at the pool as all the paperwork indicates.
3) Beds are very comfortable, although the upstairs bed needs a stepping stool to get in. We are tall people and it was still a bit of a challenge.
4) The welcome paperwork specifically noted we would have enough coffee to get started. There was none.
5) We were on the fence about renting this location because of the stairs(One of the guests traveling with us was handicapped). We read there is an elevator and we simply needed to let the host know in advance that we will need use of the elevator, which we did. We checked in and the elevator wasn't working. It took several calls to get hold of someone. When we finally got through, maintenance was quick to arrive but unable to address the issue. It was 2 days before it could be fixed. Unfortunately, our guest was forced to remain on the ground floor for the first part of our vacation.
In the end, we would rent again but only if we travel with friends and family who can manage stairs unassisted.

This beautiful condo has spectacular ocean views from a massive lanai accessed via 6-pane slider glass doors where we watched the sunset every day. We really enjoyed the 3 suites each with en-suite bathrooms, nice kitchen, and high end furniture throughout the condo. Access to the condos’ shared pool (with a waterfall and zero-depth pool) and two hot tubs was a short walk from the front door. A 10-minute walk cutting through the Grand Wailea’s gorgeous property brought us to the beach every day. The oversized garage was even big enough to fit the Suburban that we rented. We couldn’t have asked for much more from this property. There were even a few beach toys and folding chairs for guests to use.

We were 3 couples and an infant. We were 4 grandparents, a granddaughter and her mom and dad..
The 2 downstairs bedrooms and main floor bedroom allowed for optimal privacy and quietness.
Beds and linens were great, both comfortable and soft.
Kitchen had a complete set up with every appliance (including coffee grinder and electric tea pot) and mutple sets of silverware and plates. There was also a drawer of serving ware. Cookware was adequate though a place like this deserves high end cookware.
Complete set of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas made heading to any of the public beach access spots easy.
The on site pool was dynamite. We spent most of our time there. There were always open seats. Remember to bring the towels.
This is a street facing unit though you can’t see the street. Morning and evening commute traffic was a little noisy if the sliders were open or if sitting on the deck. Instead we just had coffee inside around the huge kitchen island.
Excellent stay. Definitely a do-again.

First, let me say that this is a top-notch property. It was way comfortable for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children under 6). It is a beautiful, well appointed unit in a lovely gated condominium complex. The location is convenient to everything you might want to do in South Maui. I would return in a heart-beat, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting luxury accommodations in this area.
Now some specifics. Everything in the condo is "the best", from the Wolf appliances, to the massive TV's, to the high-end furniture, and the Sub-Zero refrigerators. The living-space is well laid-out and provided plenty of room for adults to have space, while the kids played and watched TV. The pool area is especially nice, with its walk-in beach and waterfalls. Perfect for small children.
The condo was very clean, and provided enough dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to prepare meals. Just an FYI: the only provisions in the kitchen are an assortment of spices/seasonings. You will need to get coffee, condiments, and other items for cooking.
We only had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host was highly responsive, and answered my inquiry quickly and helpfully.
Overall: an A+ experience!

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids stay at Ho'olei 21-3 last week, and we all absolutely loved it.The condo is even better than the pictures, and there were more amenities there than we even expected! We were happily surprised with the welcome snacks awaiting our arrival - the local treats and coffee were all delicious! We made good use of all the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys every day. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels for bath and beach, and we had everything we needed for laundry as well as cooking great meals in the condo. The fridge space was ENORMOUS. Two full refrigerators for all of our food! And the AC worked wonderfully - which was a nice relief after long days on the hot beach.We had coffee and breakfast on the gorgeous lanai every day, and we all loved the pool and hot tubs. The pool area was even better than I had expected - we loved having picnic lunches in the food space, and we even made use of the nice gym while we were there! We also made sure to stop at the ice machines by the pool every morning and night to fill up all our water bottles with the "good ice". We had a wonderful stay.Oh I also wanted to mention how great the communication was from the management company. Immediately after our plane landed, I got a message letting me know the status of the condo. They continued to keep me updated without prompting on whether or not we could check in early. They were up-front about minor issues they found during inspection (none of which were a big deal to us), and they called us immediately when the condo was ready for an early check in! We also got a phone call the following day asking how our first night in the condo went. I felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend this condo!

This condo is large, comfortable and well cared for. 5 adults in our party had plenty of space. The lanai was huge and comfortable. A few caveats: this condo is on the first lane in a gated community which placed it close to the pool and a reasonably short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants, BUT it backs the main road, so it’s quite noisy during commuter times. If you’re inside with the slider closed it’s quiet, but if you’re on the lanai trying to have a cocktail and conversation it can be tough. Also, you will NOT be welcome at the Grand Wailea pools. Although it’s called the Ho’olei AT the Grand Wailea, the GW does not consider you a guest. You can spend your money at the restaurants and pool bars, but don’t think you can cool off in one of the pools. They will aggressively run you off. The pool in the condo complex is beautiful and you can bring your own refreshments, so it all worked for us. Last thing, we had to spend nearly an hour mucking out the bbq before using. I did mention it to property management and they assured me it had been checked, but because we arrived early the cleaners were not able to get to it. This is BS as the bbq hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. It was very clean when we left it. You’re welcome. All said, we would stay here again!

This was an amazing spacious unit with an ocean view. It was very nicely furnished with all the amenities you could hope for including beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards and cooler. We were very close to the pool which was large with a waterfall and had a fun sand area that our small grandchildren loved playing in. The kitchen was large with top line appliances and plenty of cookware and dinnerware supplied. It also had a large washer and dryer in the unit. The management company who we dealt with was very responsive and accommodating. The location in Wailea is close to both the Grand Wailea and The Four Seasons and in walking distance of the shoppes at Wailea. We walked to all of these places as well as to the beautiful beach. We will definitely stay here again.

To whom it may concern,
I explained to Tawny that my experience during my stay was a huge inconvenience for me and my family.
I provided a list of things that I requested before my arrival..such as the following: Ensuring the Ho'olei 24-2 was sprayed prior to my arrival. However, I was bitten by several insects in the Villa. Additionally, there were multiple spiders and spiders webs (i.e. bedrooms, in the elevator, hallways). (Pictures were provided)
The garage door opener was not provided. We had to get in and out of the car to open and close the garage door every time we left.
Housekeeping did not properly clean the unit. For instance, there was not a mattress cover over the bed that was adjacent to the laundry room. The mattress had several pee stains on the mattress and under the bed mattress there were several dead bugs (I took pictures as well). Tawnyalso saw the pee stains. She stated that she could not get another mattress today. She just asked the housekeeper to put on a mattress cover.
The pee stains were very unsanitary, and the issue should have been addressed before my arrival.
Overall, I expressed to Tawny that my trip was really inconvenience and I did not get a chance to fully explore Maui...due to the pest issue and the unsanitary mattress. She just kept making excuses after excuses.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the property that was maintained at Ho’olei Villas. I selected the Ho’olei Villa by looking at the picture

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful space, gorgeous view, and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need from kitchen essentials to beach equipment. My family really enjoyed everything this place had to offer, and we had a truly memorable vacation as a result. One tiny issue was some of the utensils and plates needed extra cleaning, but that’s probably on the previous vacationers. We didn’t know that this property does not have access to the amenities at the Grand Wailea until after it was too late to cancel. This should be advertised.
Otherwise we enjoyed the property and location and used the Ho’olei pool and walked to the beach. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs and everything that was set up in the house. We had a relaxing time.

A beautiful, spacious, luxurious stay. The pool was lovely. The accommodations were more than enough. I loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The vouchers promised were not there but the host brought them upon request.

I’m home! Absolutely every single aspect of this amazing home was perfect. Took our breath away when we entered. The master bedroom is so large and inviting, yet so cozy. The lanai out of the MB was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. Peaceful! The bed was very comfortable. The master bath and attached walk in closet allowed organization which is very important for me to be zen! The main area- kitchen and family room is crazy perfect! Owner has thought of every detail. And when the sliders are open all the way - Heaven! Many nights we would watch the stars from the upper lanai. Kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the pineapple and other little extras! We grilled the pineapple out on the lanai our last morning and it was delicious! Eric was so accommodating in our request for use of the pool towels since out flight home did not leave until 7:00 pm. We are planning a return trip in 2027 and hopefully can stay in this exact place! The location is perfect for eating establishments and the various beaches. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

The condo was very roomy with plenty of space for our family. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen with ample supplies and very large refrigerator. As mentioned before, the lanai was on a busy road with road noise, however the landscaping was spectacular on this property, including the lanai area. We enjoyed the area with restaurants and the pool area was fun.

Overall very good. Would have been 5 star except for kitchen set up(utensils and supplies) that could have been better. Barbecue burners not all working and difficult to start. Carpets are getting a little discolored.

Gorgeous villa, beautifully decorated and appointed. View is magnificent, and access to Grand Wailea for beach is very convenient. Property manager was attentive and pleasant throughout our stay. Highly recommend - we’ll be back!

The villa was true to the website pics…so expectations were high, but the villa exceeded those high expectations! Everything was in good shape, clean and never couldn’t find a dish or utensil we needed. The accommodations were a great match for our family, especially the three-bed bedroom setup in the upstairs bedroom. Derek’s description of the Ho Olei pool was spot on - much quieter, with more chair availability, than the Grand Wailea pool. Overall, a GREAT place to stay while visiting Maui.

My family, friends and i had a great time. The house provided us so much space for 8 adults. We loved cooking and eating in the outside patio. Communication with Eric was easy and prompt. He gave us detailed information and was very responsive. Everything that you need is in the house and the availability of beach items were also greatly appreciated. Thank you for making it a wondeful vacation.

The property itself is amazing. Very close to the beach and has great views from the balcony. The pool was really nice and the house was exactly as described. Great host who kept in touch throughout. I highly recommend this place.
