We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate my mother in laws retirement. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There was plenty enough space for 6 of us to gather in the community spaces but yet have our own space. The entire community/grounds at Ho’Olei were well kept. The manager of the property was always available, responded promptly and was excellent to work with. We had everything we needed and more staying here. Would recommended it over and over again.

Such a beautiful house with plenty of space for 6 adults. We were able to walk most places including the ocean, restaurants, bars, and shops. We took advantage of grilling dinner and enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the deck while we ate. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time at this villa. It is very well stocked and very comfortable. The bedrooms are all spacious with nice bathrooms attached. The location is great for going to the pool or heading down to the beach. The pool is very nice with lots of lounge chairs. Jeff Perez met us at check in and gave us some good info on the villa and answered other questions for us. We would definitely come back and rent again.

Beautiful rental, with great views. Short walk to beaches, and the complex’s pool was fantastic. Kitchen had everything we needed except for a working dishwasher. Matthew did give us a heads up when we checked in that it wasn’t working. Unfortunately the repairmen did not come the day Matthew said they would, and when they finally did come their “fix” did not work. I let Matthew know, and never got a reply.It was disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for a luxury rental and have to do dishes by hand each night. I know some is out of your control but communicating with customer is not.

Great stay overall with a few highlights and some areas for improvement. The community pool area was a standout - beautiful, never crowded, and very easy to access. It was definitely one of the best parts of the stay.Inside the home, we appreciated the thoughtful touches for families, like plenty of plastic dishware and cups for kids, as well as a selection of board games. However, there were some maintenance and comfort issues worth noting. Mildew was quite noticeable in a couple of the bedrooms, and the couch on the balcony is worn and could use replacing. The clothes washer also leaks, which was inconvenient.The kitchen setup may not suit everyone - everything is non-stick cookware, which isn’t ideal for those who enjoy cooking more seriously. One odd detail: the elevator was locked during our stay, but the interior light remained on the entire time, which felt a bit eerie at night.With some attention to maintenance and a few thoughtful updates, this property would be even better.

Good location, very central in the Wailea tourist area. Great pool in the complex. Lots of bed space, which is hard to find in a lot of VRBOs; we have a large family. Condo provided beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrellas and pool towels. Had some issues with the a/c in main living area, not bedrooms, but the property manager was responsive and we got it to work well within 2-3 days.

Our rental was spacious and accommodative for our multigenerational family gathering. It was well appointed, provided comfortable communal space as well as privacy. It was in walking proximity to a beautiful beach & a high-end mall area, as well as a family - friendly on-site pool and fitness complex. All staff were very friendly & helpful.Our grandchildren needed a few items to make the stay “user-friendly” which were easily secured. There were ample amounts of beach-related items to make our trips to the ocean fun. We did leave a supply of beach toys to occupy creative little folks as well!The agency was notified of a couple maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.I would suggest that attention be paid to cleanliness of balcony eating area and of floors within the unit - they needed more attention prior to our stay.A lovely complex in a beautiful setting!

The home was in a lovely location with a beautiful view. The kitchen was poorly stocked and a majority of the items in the kitchen were very dirty. The BBQ didn’t work properly and although the maintenance man came to fix it, it still barely worked after that. The downstairs guest shower needs updating as it’s run down. We had a great time but I felt the 5 star review was overrated for what we experienced.

10 out of 10. We’ve stayed in this villa complex for the last few years and have also had a great experience but this particular property is the best we have ever stayed in. The view is the best (it’s higher up than the other units) and the interior has an upscale Hawaiian feel. We had zero quality issues with the villa and the kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed in. Communication from property management was perfectly clear and check in check out was flawless. This unit spoiled me for all the rest.

Our family of four (two adults and two kids), along with another adult, had a fantastic stay. From the start, communication and check-in were seamless and top-notch. Even with a major storm hitting the island just before our arrival, the hosts were incredibly responsive and reassuring, and everything turned out perfectly.The condo itself was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The views of the ocean and sunsets were absolutely stunning. The kitchen was especially impressive, stocked with more equipment and tools than we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO.The location is ideal—within about a 10-minute walk to the beach and centrally situated in Wailea, with easy access to Kihei and other nearby spots.One of the highlights for our family was the pool area. It was beautiful, never crowded, and a perfect place to relax while the kids played. We found ourselves there almost every day.We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Maui and highly recommend it to others.

This was a great spot for our extended family of grandparents, kids, spouses and 3 grandchildren. Each family unit had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the common areas were great for gathering.The pool was beautiful and perfect for the kids and the easy beach access through the Grand Wailea was great. 2 seniors, 2 adults and three small children . Booking and payment was easy. Owner responded to questions quickly. Condo was immaculate, kitchen stocked with every needed. Spacious , comfortable beds . We used a grocery service recommended by the owner and had food and water ready for us on late arrival. Some stairs to navigate but baby gates were installed for our toddler and an elevator was available for the seniors. A short steep walk to the pool didn’t bother the kids and the seniors drove and parked when we went. Large patio with an ocean view and beautiful sunset views. Close to a wonderful mall and a short drive to foodland and Safeway. The large pool was heated . The beach was a walk or short drive and was very clean. We had a wonderful two weeks . This is my favorite place to stay on Maui. The unit had everyone we needed! It was close walking to the beach, even with kiddos, it was very close to the pool and lots to do close by.The one thing that did happen for us is that we procured a number of rentals to support grandkids (high chair, stroller, beach toys, wagon) and it turned out this rental already had everything we needed.We'll be back!

It had a very busy highway just beyond the deck. Noise made the deck unpleasant to sit and enjoy. The toaster left side burned the bread. Ocean view was not visible from the deck. Otherwise, the property was clean, roomy and the kitchen was well supplied with essentials.
