We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The property was big enough for my family of 5 adults and 3 little kids. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping. We were very comfortable and the property manager Coldwell Banker was the best. It was easy to communicate with them. The villa was very clean.

We stayed with grandparents and kids and this was a great choice with 3 bedrooms. The unit is spacious and so convenient for everyone to have their own on-suite bathroom. Everything we needed was there, towels, beach toys, chairs. The pool is lovely. Watching the sunset from Wailea beach across the street is phenomenal. We were able to leave our kids with grandparents and walk over to the Grand Wailea for a cocktail after bedtime. We love Maui and this was a first time staying in Wailea. We will be back!

We had an amazing time in Wailea and the proximity of our unit couldn’t have been better. It was close to shops, the best beaches and ice cream. We loved having our own private garage and the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs were an added bonus. Dinner on the lanai were amazing watching the sunset. Will definitely want to stay here again. CB was very helpful and professional throughout our stay.

Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth. This is a high-end home. It was large, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beautiful pool area was even closer. It far exceeded our expectations.

A great property with spectacular views! Great sunset views from the lanai. We loved all of the common area space as it was big and comfortable. Being able to open the slider doors, and open the great room to the lanai in the evening was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was beautiful and the pool was as well. It never felt crowded and there are plenty of chairs for lounging at the pool! We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Maui!

We had a wonderful time at this Maui villa! The house is huge, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from our lanai were amazing, especially at sunset. Communication was great, from check in to check out. We had a small issue with the garage access code and it was fixed quickly for us. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen could be stocked with more basics like foil, olive oil, condiments, etc. There were a ton of dishes, bakeware, and tupperware which was very helpful, but having to buy some of those things seemed wasteful since we were only staying a week. Overall we had an amazing time and hope to come back soon!

This was our second stay at Ho-O’Lei 12-4. The unit is gorgeous and spacious. It is convenient to the resort entrance, fitness center and pool.
All communications were easy, no hiccups whatsoever.

Condo is at the top of the project so it has a great view of the ocean. Bit of a hike to take the kids to the beach. Pool is excellent. Unit was well equipped. The bedrooms are smaller than some of the other units we have stayed in but was well equipped. The second bedroom bathroom has minimal counter space. Overall great unit.

The location is great, close to the beach where you can walk thru Grand Wailea as condo is right behind this hotel, takes only minutes. The first morning we woke up and saw the ocean views was priceless! We were not expecting that the view would be this nice!
The condo is very spacious. We had 7 adults and 2 kids...one an infant. There is high chair and playpen. Rooms are very spacious. There were enough towels and toilet paper for the whole week! The wagon to carry all beach equipment was very handy. The pool at the property is amazing with hot tubs and waterfalls. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and Janae was very helpful and messaging was very easy. Thank you again!!

It was a beautiful place to stay, but there are some repairs needed, and it really didn't sleep 10 people in beds, but we made it work. Some of the kids slept on the floor, one found a hammock and slept on the Lani. The regular coffee maker didn't work, the toilet paper holder in the bedroom bath off the kitchen kept falling out, there appears to be some mold in the bedroom bath off off the smaller bedroom downstairs, the garage door opener didn't work, the front porch light didn't work, some tiles on the stairs appear to be loose, the shade on the Lani is broken on the right side where you have to secure it, we put a zip tie there to hold it until it can be fixed properly. I think there were a couple more things, but I have misplaced my list. However, these things did not ruin our vacation, and everyone had a great time.

We’ve stayed at many different homes at Ho’olei. This was the smallest square footage wise, but still more than adequate for our family. You are not allowed to leave any food (in the past homes we’ve rented allowed us to let housekeeping keep or discard food items) fortunately I was able to give our food items away. The house was well stocked. Property management was quick to address an issue with air conditioning and easy to deal with. All and all you can’t beat renting in this complex of beautiful homes with a fantastic pool.

My family of 5 stayed at Steve’s place for 9 days. Before booking I read all of the reviews about this property and thought how can every single one be so perfectly positive. Well now I know why - - the house is just fantastic. Great location, great pool, great views, great host. You will not be disappointed in any way. I can’t even think of a single negative thing about the whole experience. Once you open up the sliding doors the entire house feels like it’s outdoors! We had a slight mishap with a broken ceramic turtle and Steve was very gracious about it. Read the rest of the reviews - - this place is a little bit of heaven.

I rented this condo for a family vacation with my kids and grandkids. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and the kitchen /living area was perfect to gather for meals and hang out. When you open the patio doors it incorporates the balcony into the living space which was really nice.
The location to the pool is convenient, especially with little kids. The pool is beautiful, has 2 jacuzzis, water filling station, ice dispenser and nice restrooms.
Everything was as described (even better). Communication was super easy. Perfect location. Feels more like a house than a condo. My grandkids cried when we had to leave. My family can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed here with our son, DIL, and two grandchildren, ages 10 and 13. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, we all had our own separate quarters for privacy and the common area was wonderful to share. The kitchen was very well appointed with high end appliances and all the utensils you would ever need. We had coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean.
There were just a couple of issues but management was very responsive. The AC wasn’t working the first night in the master bedroom and that thermostat controls all three of the bedrooms, so it was pretty hot, but it got resolved the next morning. We also didn’t have as many beach towels as we were supposed to so they brought more right away. And Daisy went above and beyond and brought me a little desk lamp for the desk in the master bdrm so I could see to put my makeup on!
The only downside that we found was the 10 minute walk to get to the beach which we knew about when we rented it so it wasn’t a surprise, I think we just didn’t realize how much it would really matter until we got there. The walk back is all uphill too. The pool at the property is really nice but there wasn’t a lot else for the grandkids as far as activities right there. I think this might be a better fit for people with young children, but it all depends on what you are looking for. Great property though and great management!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this beautiful and fully equipped unit. The location of this unit was close to the pool and is walking distance to the Wailea mall and beach. I would definitely give 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find the floors and kitchen counter top weren’t the cleanest upon arrival. The counter had sand or something of that texture on it and the floors were dirty. We had a problem with the cable box and/or router, but since it was our last evening there, we just let customer service know before future guests arrive. Also, as a suggestion, it would be nice if a map of the area, like the pool and beach, and outside trash bins was provided.

We loved this condo. We had a group of 9, aged 6-71 and it worked perfectly for us. The location is so close to everything we wanted to do and see, and the complex is awesome - quick walk to the pool which is gorgeous, never crowded has had REALLY long daily hours, water dispenser etc. it’s a short walk across the street to the resort beach, and the unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, and some pool toys for use. The unit is gorgeous - upscale, lots of space, comfy furniture/beds, huge kitchen. The laundry is a huge help with beach towels, of which there are also plenty. We had some really minor issues (cooling in half the fridge went out which wasn’t a big problem since the fridge is enormous and the other side was working, some Burt out lightbulbs etc). The cleaning crew does a spectacular job and was also super accommodating when we asked to drop off groceries ahead of our check-in time. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

The mattress falls through slats and should only be recommended for children. Needed to put mattress on the floor the following nights, which was just ok. This was our third trip to Maui in the past three years. We stayed at the same vacation rental our first two times there. While we loved it, it was in upcountry and took almost an hour to drive to Wailea Beach. We decided that if we ever went back to Maui we would have to find a place closer to the beach and other things to do. I was worried that we wouldn’t find a place that we liked as much, however, this place was everything we could have wanted and more! We went to celebrate my oldest daughter’s high school graduation, and it was a perfect trip of relaxation with beautiful views from the home and convenient access to everything you could want to do in the area. The house is beautifully decorated and a perfect layout. We just loved opening the sliding doors as soon as we woke up in the morning so that we could enjoy the outdoors and beautiful view of the beach while we were drinking our coffee and eating breakfast. The house is so well stocked and there’s nothing we needed outside of food. we appreciated having so many beach towels and accessories as well and a garage for the car. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable! Really can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and the hosts were very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this home!

This is a great location and is very roomy. It’s very clean and has a great view. Great for friends and family. Everything you need for the beach and is just a .5 walk to the beach. Property host was very nice and attentive. We did have a slight issue with a couple of things. The first night the smoke detector kept beeping.. haha. No problem just removed the battery. Then the bbq wouldn’t stay lit, the dishwasher broke (wouldn’t drain), and one of the stovetops kept going out. This was just a slight annoyance, but overall it was great. The gym is incredible and the pool and spa is really nice too.

The unit was beautiful and it was exactly has advertised on the website. The photos accurately showed the unit, the pool and anemities. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the lanai, the pool and the close proximity to the pool. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we had ever stayed in.
There were a few minor things in the unit that were broken or not working well. I emailed Derek and he replied immediately thanking me for letting him know. We asked that no one come in to do repairs during our stay and it was honoured. Text messages to the building manager were answered immediately. That was really nice.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it

This property is stunning. What was really fantastic, in addition to the quality of the property, is the location. We were able to walk to multiple local sites, including one of the prettiest beaches, multiple stores and outstanding restaurants. And the property is centrally located so everything that you want to do on the island is easily accomplished.

We LOVED our time at this property! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings and decor, and the layout is conducive to family meals and movies. It is close to the beach and we loved our daily walks along the beachwalk and daily dips in the gorgeous water. It is convenient to everything! Huge kitchen and living spaces, comfortable lanai, and three bedrooms with own bathrooms.
Everyone loved this location. Perhaps expensive when compared to a crowded hotel room, but a bargain when one realizes how much space and beauty you’re getting. Daily evening sunsets added to the pleasure of our stay. Thank you.
