It’s a unanimous ‘perfection’ from all 5 adults and our 9-year old! Beds were a great firmness. Plenty of space to be together and apart. Bedrooms all good sized. Kitchen equipped really well with plenty of cooking pans, dishes and cutlery. Eric was immediately responsive when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. Themes in all the rooms show a caring homeowner notices even small things. We would stay here again!

My family, friends and i had a great time. The house provided us so much space for 8 adults. We loved cooking and eating in the outside patio. Communication with Eric was easy and prompt. He gave us detailed information and was very responsive. Everything that you need is in the house and the availability of beach items were also greatly appreciated. The condo was the perfect location in the property! Closest to the pool and beach! My kids and grandparents love the location. It has all the amenities you need. This home exceeded our expectations. It had enough space for our family to have some privacy but the common spaces were so beautiful that it allowed us to enjoy each other’s company. The sliding doors to the lanai meant that it became part of the living space. We could walk to the beach and shopping. We were all enjoyed our time here!

Enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei Villas. The location was superb! Super clean, squeaky clean windows and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could imagine including bar ware. The Villa itself was very spacious for the eight adults that stayed there. Ample towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was an added perk! A short stroll to Wailea Beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

We have been to Maui yearly for almost 12 years. Our adult children and their spouses have never visited our truly relaxing vacation place. It was a joy to include them in our trip this year. The house fulfilled all our needs and was perfect for all of us to enjoy our family time in paradise.

This is a late review, but the experience is still bothering me. We stayed with our 4 kids for 3 nights after travelling to the other Hawaïen Islands for 2 weeks. The location is great, the house is nice, although the walk to the beach was further than expected. I would have rated the place 5 stars if it was not for the aunts. It was impossible to enjoy our stay with all the aunts. We were offered to be moved to another place the day before our departure, however it was already too late. They should fumigate this place monthly. I don't understand how they can rent a place in this condition. I noticed afterwards, after reading the reviews, that we were not the only ones to complain about the aunt problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was everything it was advertised to be and spacious enough for 8. We loved the convenience of having all the beach items. The kitchen was also well stocked. The host/property manager was available, if needed. We would 100% recommend this property and hope to return.

This unit has a convenient location very close to the pool and you avoid going up and down the steep hills in the neighborhood to get to it. The negative is that because of this, there is no view, which some of the other units have. The pool is very nice and no fighting for beach chairs, yay. The kitchen in the unit is nice and fairly updated. The bathrooms felt dated to me (2000s feeling) and could use a refresh, in my opinion. I was not a fan of the linens in this unit - cheap-feeling Target sheets and comforters instead of Duvets with a cover that can be washed. Comforters always gross me out, although they did appear clean. The bath towels are the thin/scratchy variety and we were only provided 8 bath towels for a one-week stay in a 4 bedroom unit. When I requested more, I got a bit of a passive-aggressive response but a few more towels were ultimately dropped off a day or two later. Be aware that this unit does not give you access to the pools at the Grand Wailea (my kids tried and were kicked out). All in all, a nice unit, but not fantastic.

The property leaves nothing to be desired. Ideally appointed with thoughtful details: pool towels, beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, a wagon to cart things to Wailea Beach. Correspondence with management was timely and helpful. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The property, inside and out, is beautiful; communications with property managers were excellent. We had three couples and two children. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful house. We loved it being close to the pool and all the bedrooms with king size beds. Would have given 5 stars but one of the beds was extremely hard. It also made a lot of noise when sleeping on it. Another issue we had was with ants. The property manager came over quickly and sprayed for ants. They said it was an issue due to all the plants growing outside the home. Also we found a cockroach the day we were packing and leaving. House may need fumigated in the future.
We loved all the amenities that the home had and utensils for making your own meals. Plenty of pool toys, towels and etc for everyone.
We would definitely stay again. Time went very fast and we made lots of memories.

This condo is amazing! The location can't be beat...so many beaches in a 5 min drive, awesome pool, great house with comfortable furniture and beds, super clean. The managers are fantastic! Super responsive and all the right touches on the beach gear and basic kitchen needs. Best place we've stayed in Maui. The only two things of note in this price range: there's no water view and the deck is a bit noisy from the road below. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at your very well equipped spacious condominium in the Ho'Olei community. We had our family the first week which included our adult children, 1 toddler and 1 infant and friends the second week. With 4 bedrooms, everyone had their own room and it was very helpful to have the baby items available.....the pack-and-play, the highchair and the beach toys. The kitchen is very well equipped and easily serviced 8 adults when we ate in. The great room opens onto the Lanai which is glassed in and very safe for mobile babies. We took advantage of the proximity of the pool everyday, it's a very short walk, and a beautiful complex with pool, waterfall, spa and gym. Our grandson LOVED the sandy beach section. One of the surprising parts about this unit are the toys available in the garage. We really used the beach chairs, the beach towels, the umbrellas, the yeti cooler, and the wagon. The beach and beach trail is just a short walk down the hill. Shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We truly enjoyed the unit and the location. Look forward to visiting again soon!

My husband and I recently traveled to Maui with 5 teenagers and this was the perfect home away from home! Not until did it offer high quality everything...this home is beautiful and thoroughly equipped...but it was also a "home away from home," offering space to get out from under each other's toes when we needed a break. All of our needs were met in this luxurious home, and the nearby pool was relaxing and stunning.
Because of the location of this particular villa, the lanai did not afford an ocean view, but still had a beautifully landscaped backyard with tons of privacy. If you want an ocean view, choose a villa on the streets above. We loved the easy access to the beachfront through the Grand Wailea across the street.
We would definitely rent from these owners again. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this glorious condo in Maui. We cried when we left! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything. Everything you could ever ask for was included in the condo - top of the line kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and a spacious lanai perfect for grilling and enjoying the Maui sunsets. The Hoolei property itself is so beautiful, the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the workout facilities as well. We are already planning our return trip for next year, this truly was the best vacation we've ever had. Mahalo to Chrissy, Daisy and Eric for taking such good care of us!

Very spacious 3 bed/3 & 1/2 bath villa-generous layout so everyone can gather together or embrace privacy. Most well stocked rental we have ever been in! Beach chairs, beach towels, picnic basket and sand toys all for your use. The very large kitchen was overstocked with cooking utensils, service ware & top of the line appliances. Beautiful cabinetry and high end finishes. Comfortable and ultra clean! Highly recommend to any family visiting the Wailea area. There is plenty of room for everyone!

Spacious 3 bed/3-1/2 bath in private gated community; fully stocked with everything one needs for a relaxing, rejuvenating and enjoyable vacation. Quality everything! Comfortable beds and private rooms; generous sized bathrooms with rain shower heads. Top of the line furnishings and beautifully decorated. Could not have been happier with location; 2 minute walk to the pool; 5 minute walk to Wailea Beach through the grounds of the Grand Wailea Resort. For adventure--seek out Capt Jeff on Trioligy Sail; surf lessons at Kehei and don't forget to book a scuba excursion to Molokini Crater. Biking down Haleakala exhilarating. We will be back!

This Villa is a dream. It is so decorated beautifully and extremely well appointed. Everything is top of the line. And lots of extras to make your vacation so easy (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler). This a home away from home in the paradise of Hawaii. Tons of space for a family or couples travelling together. The Villa pool was perfect and the workout room was nicer than most hotel work out rooms. Who needs the Grand Wailea crowded pools?!? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again through Innovar (Chrissy and her team). The beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street and through the property of the Grand Wailea. We would definitely rent directly with them again. I would not pay the extra fees to rent direct through the Grand Wailea. We had everything we needed and all the people were very responsive. Plus we had access to the villa concierges on property by the villa pool - they were very helpful.

Our home away from home. We stayed at Ho’olei using Innovar Homes. I was a bit nervous to book through a private owner and also through the internet. Chrissy responded to my inquiry quickly and put me at ease the first time we spoke. Eric, Lolita and rest of the Island team were so helpful and friendly. We just finished up another week in another one of their beautiful homes. I would recommend this group to everyone I know that is planning a trip to Maui.

We had a great time. We took the baby to the pool everyday. My husband and my brother went swimming/diving/snorkeling every morning just across the street in front of the Grand Wailea. We walked to and went shopping with my mom at the Wailea shopping mall. There were a lot of close places to eat that made it convenient with the baby. Our favorite was Pita Pit and the Monkey Pod. We went for nice hikes at Big Beach and La Perouse. Chrissy gave us great recommendations we want to come back again soon. We would recommend this home for any family.

We rented this property for two weeks in December 2014 and our family of 5 met up from all parts of the globe to spend the holiday season together. It was everything we had hoped for and more! Eric checked us in and ensured that all our queries were answered before we kicked off what was an amazing vacation in an amazing home and location. Our days started with early morning gym visits, followed by energizing walks all through Wailea with a stop off at Honolulu Coffee before we went back home to get ready for the day. The beach was just across the street so it was easy to pack a cooler and head out for the day. Days ended with a dip in the pool and a soak in the jacuzzi. The villa itself is beautiful. Well equipped and beautifully decorated- we lived in luxury while there. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and we always cooked a meal together at the end of the day and enjoyed dinner on the balcony. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear,picnic basket, beach toys and towels...everything was there. We are a family of 5 adults and the home was more than spacious enough for us all. It truly is a beautiful home away from home. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home.

We stayed at this property in April 2014 with our family including our 2 boys aged 8 and 10.
Eric met us at the airport and could not have been more helpful, he is a real asset! The unit was in perfect condition when we arrived and really felt like a 5 star hotel. We all enjoyed the lovely balcony and gas BBQ as well as the pool and close proximity to the beach.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.
