Polo beach in Wailea fronts the Fairmont Kea Lani and Polo Beach Club condominiums. Because of the hotel and condo this is a very popular beach and is usually quite busy. Polo beach tends to get more wave action than neighboring beaches and is often the best place to boogie board, particularly for beginners. If you want to do boogie boarding, check this beach before you try Big Beach (Big Beach conditions are rarely suitable for beginners). Snorkeling here is poor. A lovely 750 yard oceanside path connects this beach to Wailea beach.
