Great view, perfect location. Stayed with my parents and daughter and niece and nephew. More than enough room for everyone. Host was very responsive and quick to get back to me if I had any questions. Beautiful home, couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Definitely hoping to re book in the future :)

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Maui. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions about the property. We loved how this property was a short walk to the beach and had an amazing view of the water which was perfect for sunsets. The open floor plan made the space spacious for our family and our kids had an amazing time at the pool and especially loved going through the waterfalls. Thank you!!

The property owners were very attentive when needed, booking was easy & pricing was accurate for what we were billed. They have a great cancellation policy as well, if needed.
The villa was gorgeous & stocked with everything you could imagine. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean & the beach is just a short 5 min walk away, where we saw many whales, turtles & even a sting ray swimming with us. If we ever get the opportunity to stay here again, we definitely will!

This property is big, beautiful and well located. Our kids (4 and 6) loved the onsite pool. My husband and I loved the gym. It was a short walk to the beach (one of the best in Maui in my opinion) through the Grand Wailea lobby. The villa was well stocked and had lovely sheets, towels, etc. Kitchen had almost everything we needed for regular cooking (could have used another baking sheet). Loved the Ninja blenders for morning smoothies. We did have a minor issue with hot water (or lack thereof) and the Keurig not working but Len promptly ensured both issues were remedied within 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this villa to family and friends.

What a wonderful property! Bedrooms and attached bathrooms were all well appointed and very spacious! The mini fridge in the master bedroom made nighttime feedings with our little one extra easy. The views were spectacular and having a garage was super convenient. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place, great location. The air conditioner went out and they sent somebody immediately the following morning and it was back and running again. Property managers were very attentive in the home is well Stocked and very comfortable. We will definitely rent again

Our family had an incredible time at this Ho’olei villa. The location to the pool was perfect for all of us to walk. The villa was beautifully decorated & furnished. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the pool & beach toys! The self check in was easy and our host answered all the questions I had. We will definitely stay at this villa for our next Ho’olei stay!

Hoolei is a beautiful property, especially this particular unit. The view is spectacular and having a corner unit allows for you to experience a full view of the ocean from the lanai. We wanted to sit out there all day. It is very close to beautiful Wailea beach, just a short walk. And it was so nice to have beach chairs and towels already available. The pool and amenities are incredible too. Len and Janae were very helpful in preparing for our stay. We will definitely come back!

We had a great experience. The location is great and right across from the beach. A beautiful home away from home. The owners were very responsive when we called for something. ie the garage box went out and they had it fixed right away! It’s in a quiet gated community with a pool and fresh coffee every morning. 3 minutes from a beautiful beach that we walked daily! Great for a family getaway! Thank you Len and Janae! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Wailea, Maui. The place is beautiful and well equipped. It’s an easy walk to the beach, the pool, shopping, or golf. This was our first family vacation in two years and we all enjoyed having our morning coffee relaxing on the lanai and watching the ocean. It was definitely a terrific choice in a rental that our whole adult family enjoyed. Thank you Len for sharing your home with us.

The condominium is great! It was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home after a long trek to reach Hawaii. The location is ideal, close to the complex entrance and pool facilities but high enough up the hillside to have great views of the Pacific. A definite gem!

Janae and Len’s home is even better than the pictures. It’s perfectly appointed with everyone you could need for a perfect stay. The location is ideal - close to the pool, a short walk to the beach and even easily walkable to Wailea shops/grocery/coffee etc. Our two small children said they loved it even better than our home. It’s spacious, clean, well appointed and with perfect views. The lanai was a dream and we pinched ourselves getting to be oceanfront watching the sunrise and sunset every day. I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience. The next time we return to Maui we’d love to stay here again. I couldn’t recommend more thoroughly. Dream vacation in a dream home!

We highly recommend this property. This condo had the benefit of proximity to the Grand Wailea and all of its beach activities, but the peace, quiet, and beauty of a gated community. The condo was spacious for our family of 6 (4 teenagers), updated , and well stocked for lots of cooking. Most importantly, the space was very clean. My children with allergies who always have issues at other vacation rentals, had no issues here. It was nice to return to a relaxing space with a beautiful view at the end of each adventurous day. Lastly, check in/check out instructions were very clear and the owners were attentive to any and all concerns before, during, and after our stay.

Huge condo with a smart layout, great ocean view and a lanai that opens up completely to the living room. The location was perfect--the condos are right across the street from the Grand Wailea and a short walk through the hotel down to the beach. Great kitchen (and great grill on the lanai) with all necessary cookware, twin fridges and four freezer drawers. Really nice pool and hot tubs (I didn't make it into the gym but it looked solid!). Place was equipped with beach gear, high chair, pack n' play. Receive immediate responses from hosts to the few questions we had. Gotta try to remember what models their washer and dryer were as they were like 3x faster than ours at home. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed this home very much. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more ( such as beach chairs, toys, wagon etc which was a bonus for our Grand kids) Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was nice too for each couple. Short walk to very nice pool area. Our favorite part was the lanai and it’s amazing views.

We had a fantastic time, the condo is huge, with very large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and closets. The entire house is stocked with everything you will need and more. The most amazing part of the condo is the view - enjoying our morning coffee watching the whales, it’s pure paradise. We live Wailea and the location of Ho’olei is perfect - less than a 10 min walk to Wailea beach and about the same time to walk to the shops at Wailea. Len and Jenae were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely book this property again!

We found the unit great in all respects, quite frankly we could not utilize all the benefits available to us. Little details, go a long way, such as good quality beach chairs/umbrellas. up to date technology in the entertainment system.
If I were to be super nit picky, the non stick pots & pans could be replaced in the future, I prefer stainless myself.
That is all the negativity I can muster up.

This condo is incredible! I researched forever to find the perfect spot to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary. We had 10 people in our group and the condo was the right size. The lanai is heaven. We had the doors open all the time to soak in the sunset and salt air. The pool is super close (1 block) and beautiful. 6-8 min walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. Len was so kind and super responsive to all of our questions along the way. The last day we walked across the street to the Four Seasons beach next door and swam/snorkeled with sea turtles. Love the quiet spacious location of the condo but can walk to shops, restaurants and beach so easy. We let all 4 kids walk over for shave ice at the Shops at Wailea and they loved the independence. Such a sweet community here. We rented surf boards and snorkel equipment for our stay which was a must for our crew. Dinner reservations are hard as we didn’t make them before we arrived. Lucked out with early text at Kapa Bar and Grill. Gorgeous sunset and drinks. We will be talking about this trip for years. It was magic and it all starts with your home base/accommodations!!

Being in the Wailea area of Maui was breathtaking, and staying at Len and Janae's condo made it all the more enjoyable. The layout of the condo was perfect for all the people in our party. You had the privacy of the different bedrooms which were very roomy, and you had the large upstairs family room for a comfortable large gathering. There was also the lanai with a gorgeous view. The kitchen was very well equipped such that we stayed in for dinner most nights. After a day of golf, snorkeling and beaching, it was so much more relaxing than going out. The Grand Wailea was just across the street for us to go walk at the shops or have a cocktail in one of their bars. The golf courses were within 1 mile of the condo. Whenever I had a question, I could contact Len and if needed, he sent over his property manager who attended to matters quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend this condo and I can't wait to come back for another stay. Thank you Len and Janae for a wonderful stay!

What a find! This is a beautiful, spacious, well-furnished, comfortable condo. Our family of nine (my husband and I, our 4 kids, and my husband’s parents and sister) had plenty of space. We were pleased that the walk to the beach from the condo was so easy, quick (5-10 minutes), and pretty. The view from the lanai and living room is gorgeous, and so much beach, water and pool equipment is provided - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, a wagon, pool noodles, basically everything you could need. The pool in the complex is absolutely beautiful. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We hope to return soon.

Where to begin? We are so grateful for Len and Janae and their amazing Maui home. The property itself is spacious, well decorated, and has everything you need for a long stay - pool toys, boogie boards, a well stocked kitchen, coffee. From the lanai you have a great view of the pacific, so if you don't make the 5 minute walk to the beach for sunset, you can see it from there. Use of the Ho'olei pool is also helpful if you have small kiddos. The hosts were highly communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Truly a great great rental experience.

The only bad thing is that we didn’t stay long enough. This property is a perfect place to vacation. We were on a family vacation with our 21, 19 and 16 year old daughters. They loved it as much as we did. The property was clean and has many perks. It has all beach supplies and everything you need in a kitchen. I read that the owner believes they supplied everything and that is true. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great property!

We spent 9 nights at this wonderful villa which was beautifully furnished and clean. The view from the lanai where you could see the ocean was wonderful to gaze at every morning and evening.
This was our 5th time staying at the Ho’olei and this villa was truly one of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room had a great entertainment center, the lanai bbq was awesome, all the rooms were clean and spacious and the laundry room had high end washer and dryer. Additionally, the villa supplied beach chairs, sand mats, a hand cart and several beach and pool toys!
We truly loved our stay and hope to book this villa for our yearly Maui trip next year!!
