Lovely home. The bedrooms were very quiet and everything in the home was comfortable. We had small children and they took naps comfortably while we were in the living room, kitchen and deck areas. The community pool and beach area were beautiful.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. The photos were accurate and the condo complex is definitely one of the best. The bed was a bit soft for my liking (I prefer firm / memory foam type mattresses) and the AC units worked well but took a bit to cool down upon check in and are a more dated style. There are definitely more updated / modern condos to choose from but this one was well located a short walk to the main pool / beach area and had great views. It was also very quiet being away from main road and on the top floor. The manager is very attentive and lives close by for any needs that arise. For the price I would have expected some essentials be stocked such as body wash, shampoo, q tips, plastic bags for the kitchen, tinfoil etc. so plan accordingly. Was nice to have plenty of beach towels, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs etc. I would also have liked a dresser in the bedroom to put clothes - there was a wire caged drawers in the closet. Overall had a great stay.

Initially it was a little difficult to find out building, but once we found it, we were very happy. About our group: 2 parents and a toddler in the room with the king bed. My 30 year old sister in the other room with the twin beds. Both rooms had well stocked bathrooms and private bathrooms. One thing is there are a lot of beach chairs and toys (including some umbrellas)...these were probably left behind by other residents, so check the storage shed before you rent anything. The closest pool is right outside this building! Which is great. The nearest beach however is a long walk
Better off packing your stuff and driving. You're in the center of everything (beaches, restaurants in Kihei, resorts, shopping). Would consider returning to this unit if we get the opportunity to in the future!

Our family of four had a great time at the Wailea Ekahi condo. You can’t beat the location which is super convenient to Kihei and Wailea.
The swimming pools, shuffleboard and beachfront access make this an ideal stay for families. The provided beach gear and supplied coolers were helpful for outings and saved us from having to buy temporary beach equipment.
We would gladly come back and stay here and highly recommend!

The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything one would need. Had a drip coffee maker with filters and coffee. The management company left a welcome basket with some snacks; that was nice.
It was a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach (and uphill walk back to the unit). We were ok with this; just be aware.
A few issues with the unit- I notified the management company and never heard back; these did not ruin our stay but wanted them to know so they could address before the next occupancy.
one afternoon, we were vegging out after being at the beach and heard a crash! A picture in the downstairs bathroom had fallen off the wall and broke a vase that was on the vanity.
we tried closing the downstairs electronically controlled blinds, only one of the 3 worked.
The unit is located about a 10 minute walk from the Shops at Wailea which provided a nice break from the beach. The lanai from the upstairs master bedroom provided a beautiful view of the evenings' sunsets. The available seating outside on the ground level lanai was perfect!

Need additional beach related items and existing items need to be replaced. Pavillion was closed and private beach access was closed. Community grills in our area were not functional. Construction noise next door for entire stay. AC in bedroom did not work for the last 3 days of our stay. Property was clean and relatively convenient.

We’ve stayed at Ekahi Village 3 times and this was our favorite home base so far. Property was in the perfect location relative to the main pool/beach and right by one of the quiet pools. Owners proactively reached out to make sure the condo was as expected and were very responsive with the minor questions we had. The condo was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Looking forward to our return!

8B is quite nice. We chose it for its location which is great. The ocean view is VERY PARTIAL, but there is excellent access to the lovely pool and pavilion and the quiet, beautiful beach. We encountered many small maintenance issues and the air conditioning in the bedroom is Terribly noisy, interfering with sleep. The overall atmosphere is quite shabby.
3 days before our arrival from the mainland we received an email from RentalMaui saying that there would be some plumbing and landscaping in our building during part of our stay. With difficulty we spoke with RentalMaui several times and were assured that the work would all be in front of our unit away from our lanai and would only last 1 to 2 days. They offered us a few other condos which would not meet our needs and did give us a discount - fine, but we weren’t going to Wailea for a bargain. As soon as we arrived at the condo it was clear that the work would be directly at our lanai. As we learned more bout the situation we realized that much of what RentalMaui had told us was untrue. In the end our lanai was unusable for 4 1/2 days of our 5 day stay and inside the condo was very unpleasant during the day due to jack hammering and other very loud machines and hordes of workers outside talking among themselves. We really loved our stay! The location was awesome, my kids could walk right out onto the grassy area and down to the beach/pool easily. The view is also amazing, and having two full bathrooms (one with a tub) was a huge plus for us.
For the most part everything was clean and tidy but there was an off-putting stain on the fitted sheet for the pull-out couch and no extra sheets to use instead. That said, we might have been able to ask for a replacement to be delivered, I just didn't think of it at the time!
There was one lapse in communication with the property managers a couple weeks before our arrival and I had to follow up with them, but after that they were very responsive, especially with text messages.
I think the unit to have been better stocked with basic cooking supplies and recreational equipment. I understand ants and other pests can be a problem with food, but we had to purchase a lot of basics (salt, cooking oil, etc) and then toss the extra which felt very wasteful. We also spent about $200 on beach toy rentals, boogie boards, lawn games, and a wagon, then noticed some of the neighbors had these supplied with the condo. Stocking a few more of these items at the condo would have been great, especially for a family with young kids like ours.
Overall, these are just small items and did not take away from our overall experience. We had a blast and the condo was lovely. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The condo description was very accurate and suited our family of three perfectly. It is quiet and very private. The location is fantastic, closer to Wailea than Kihei. The walk to the beach is pleasant, taking you through the condo's lawn, and you are within walking distance of the Wailea Beach Path, which provides access to various resorts and the Wailea Shops.
The condo is well-furnished with beach gear, including an umbrella, a bodyboard, and snorkeling equipment. Grocery stores in Kihei are just a 10-minute drive away.
This was our first time in Hawaii, and we loved both the island and our accommodation. The location is exceptional and very convenient.

I failed to print out the instructions to get the door code but we finally got it figured out. All else went perfectly well. We came back totally rejuvinated.

This condo unit was perfect for our trip to Hawaii. The location was great being so close to restaurants and shopping without having to stay in a resort. The condo complex was quiet and relaxing and the beach and pool were not crowded.
This unit is also fully stocked with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cart to carry supplies to the beach, and a few coolers! The patio had a nice table and two lounger chairs to spend some relaxing time outside but away from the afternoon sun! It is right next to a pool with 2 grills as well!

Stayed with my husband and our almost 2 year old. It was a good size bedroom (with pack-n-play set up ready for us!) for the three of us. And great lanai and living room to hang out in during nap time and early bed time so we weren’t stuck going to bed early! Right across the private road from our me if the pools and easy walk to the beach. There is a great wagon to pull the stuff there, but do need to lift it down about15 stairs to the beach. Would stay again for sure!!!

We absolutely loved this place. Such a beautiful property with great amenities in a great location. The unit itself has excellent AC throughout, and it’s a very nicely updated unit. The couch was super comfy, and the whole place feels very Hawaiian and welcoming. The bed was a bit too firm for our taste, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be our first choice in the future.

Did not have a comfortable feeling.... rewashed the towels and pillow cases and dishes we were going to use because I wasn't sure where the smell was coming from..... I could have stayed at a hotel for the same price... also... please dispose of dirty container and old condiments in the refrigerator

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was well stocked for our 8 day stay and we had plenty of everything we needed. Anything else is readily available at the Island Gourmet Market in the Wailea Shopping Center.
The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner can be a tad noisy, but almost every night around 6pm a breeze would come up and we would open up all of the windows and sliding glass door upstairs.
There is a small pool and 2 BBQ's very close by, so we cooked dinner a couple of nights.
Our favorite feature about the property is the Main pool and pavilion down by the ocean. We spent the first half of our trip there everyday. We were sad to find out that the pool would be closed for re-surfacing the second 1/2 half of our trip. It should greatly enhance the area when done. The kitchen and pavilion area are amazing and are well maintained throughout the whole day. There is also a nice workout facility and nice restrooms. It's like being at a hotel resort only rules and people.
We cannot wait to return with our whole family.

Three of us stayed for a week, my wife, our 2 year old daughter and me. It was a perfect location to enjoy a gentle beach and to relax. Communication was great and the apartment was just as shown in the photos. They even had toys for our kiddo to play with on the beach and a wagon to bring everyone there and back. First - we received notice that the main pool was to be closed for the complete duration of our 2 week stay 24 hours before leaving for our trip. The other pools on site were not suitable for our grandchildren as they dropped off in depth very quickly.
2nd - unit was advertised as completely renovated and on arrival found the most disgusting carpet in the bed room. If the owner had only continued the renovations to include the bedroom, it would have been well received.
Compensation received for our inconvenience was not adequate in our option.

The place was amazing, way better than I expected. It felt cozy and just like home. The bedroom was beautiful, the kitchen had everything modern you could need, and outside felt more like living in a house than an apartment. Plus, the swimming pool was just around the corner, and there's a private entrance to the beach right from the complex. I totally recommend this place—you'll love it!
