The property is beautiful. The small pool by the unit is pleasant and quiet. The large pool has a great view of the ocean. It is a very friendly property. The location is excellent. Go out the gate and walk on the beach. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need.

My husband and I are lucky to have Wailea ekahi 28c as our home away from home for quite a few years now.
Once we saw the value and location, we could not fathom staying anywhere else on maui.
We visit twice per year and are consistently and pleasantly comfortable with Roger’s condo.
View comfort convenience peace and quiet and thoughtful housekeeping touches make this a superb choice.

Very nice lower pool. Full kitchen in common area. Great beach. Had to drag myself away from the property since it had all I wanted for this trip. Pure relaxation. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in many condos in this complex and I have to say this is one of the nicest we have stayed in.
The owner is great, we had a question about something and he got right back to us. It is really close to one of the small pools and also very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable also. We will keep this one in mind for the future.

As someone who stays at Ekahi 3-4 times a year for the last 20 years, I've stayed in many different units. This one is top notch! Great communication, received very helpful information and access information well in advance. This condo is very easily accessible on the entrance road with parking directly in front of the unit. First impression was Wow, very clean, everything is modern and upgraded. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. Comfortable sofa and chairs in living room, very nice dining area (which I honestly never used considering the view of the patio dining area. Bed was very comfortable, both of the bathrooms had very nice showers and spotless. Private patio of the bedroom which was nice for laying out. But the outdoor patio, thats where its at. Nice table and seating with ocean view plus two sunning chairs. Patio opens up to large grass area, great for young kids to play. Ekahi has several pools and this unit is directly above the quietest of all the pools, just steps away. However it is also very close to the large family pool and beach access. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN, NO DOUBT!

We stayed in Ekahi Condo 28C for more than 2 months (January 19 to April 1 2023), and last year already from January 7 to April 4.
Most important pros for us (2 persons, retired):
The front-lanai has a nice view to the lawn, the palm trees, the sea and the sunset. Between 4 and 6 pm we often moved to the back-lanai which at that time is nicely in the shade.
Easy access to the beach for the morning walk and the afternoon snorkeling.
The router got replaced last year by a new one, so the internet access (via WiFi) is very fast and stable.
It is very comfortable to have two separate bathrooms.
Good quality of bed.
The Ekahi Village is very nice and well maintained. It is situated at the most sunny spot of the island.

Our Wailea home was well equipped and had comfortable spaces inside and out. We barely noticed our neighbors. Ekahi Village is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It is relaxed and low key - quite a contrast from large, busy resorts.
Pool and pickle-ball court were very close and the Pavilion and beach access a short walk away. We found water-sport rentals and several very good restaurants walking distance along the beach.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Nicely furnished, quiet and very well equipped condo. A/C works fine. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and viewing outstanding sunsets. Excellent kitchen for fixing meals. Second bathroom very much appreciated. Grounds beautiful and very well maintained. Short walk to beach and close to other beaches, shopping and restaurants. Our host, Roger, was very nice and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The main pool is a short walk and has beautiful ocean views. There is a smaller pool literally right outside the back lanai.
We were very comfortable in our unit. The owner was very responsive to us. The carpet has several spots needing cleaning or replacement - but we prefer carpet to hard floors, so it was not a problem for us at all.
The grounds are quiet and peaceful and we would definitely consider rebooking this unit for a future visit!

Property was very nice, clean, and well stocked with useful items (beach toys, chairs, kitchen utensils, etc.). Ground level condo was very convenient for the trips to and from the pool, as well as to the car. The community was well kept with good amenities. A smaller quiet pool is located directly off the lani (~100’ away), and a larger pool is located on the beach (a short ~5 min walk away). Very much enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again!

My wife, son (7 years old) and myself stayed at this condo in May 2022 and had the most relaxing and amazing time in Maui. The location of the condo was so close to the private quiet pool and walking distance to the beach. The Lanai was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise and sunset. My son loved all the space to run around in front lawn of the Lanai. We also stayed here in May 2019 (pre pandemic). We loved the condo and location so much we had to come back again. We would have came to this exact condo more times if it hadn't been for the pandemic. Roger has been great with the communication and making sure the condo has everything you need for making the best out of your stay. Thanks Roger for making us feel right at home. We will certainly be back again!

We stayed in Ekahi Condo 28C for 3 months (January 7 to April 4 2022).
We liked it so much that we booked it for 2023 und 2024 already.

Good restaurant (Morimoto) in walking distance.
Cons:
Surprisingly all gas grills had been removed from the Condos because of insurance problems. We bought a cast iron pan which worked fine, so at the end we did not miss the grill too much.
Unfortunately, a very noisy air conditioner ran very frequently in a nearby apartment.

My family stayed here the week before Christmas and really enjoyed the accommodations. Roger was communicative to make sure we had no issues, which we did not, and the property was very well maintained and stocked with beach essentials like chairs, boogie boards, pickle paddles, etc. Our boys (ages 10 & 12) slept on the pullout couch with a mattress pad + thick foam pad overlain so they slept comfortably. The Ekahi Village complex is right on the beach with great facilities and very well maintained. The beach front pool and open kitchen/dining area were particularly enjoyable. The whole place was family friendly and just a nice place to stay.

My husband and I had our first family vacation with our 6 month old and we absolutely loved staying here! It was a perfect location (close to beaches, food and shops). Loved that it was on the ground floor and could walk right out onto the grassy area. Pool was perfect temp! Loved the easy check in process. Air conditioning felt great. When you’re considering a stay in paradise, there are 3 critical questions to ask yourself:
1. Location? Rogers unit is truly an ocean view lower unit to walk out onto green lawns and be among bird and plant life, immersed in Hawaiian sensations. You will love the early morning views with your coffee and the spectacular sunset vistas with your glass of wine.
2. Comfort: be at ease with nice furnishings, a great king bed and lovely bathrooms not to mention a very functional and updated kitchen.
3. Why choose 28C over any other?
A lovely owner Roger who is responsive and concerned about your comfort and satisfaction, ease of booking and communication should you have questions. Pool and beach within “walking minutes.”
This is our new Maui haven as we are well travelled to Maui and have stayed 15 times at least in Ekahi. You cannot do better than this! Do yourself a favor , and start making memories here. Life is short!!!🙏

Very nice, worry free once we got there. Just wish we knew of all the ancillary stuff that was already there like restroom supplies so we didn't have to pack our own. Truly top notch. Otherwise, looks like there's a perpetual sugar ant issue where you need to take out the trash daily and not much in terms of recycling other than the basic. We tried to recycle but when we went out to the bins, they were completely full. Other than that, very nice and convenient property! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!
