In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it as been santized properly. There is an additional fee of $50.00 to cover the added sanitation to the unit per stay. You will see this in your total fee. You can have complete confidence that guidelines are being followed Located in the greenbelt, 41D has breathtaking views of the ocean and the islands of Molokini and Koho'olawe from the lanai and kitchen window. This unit is a second floor unit surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The unit has one large bedroom (plus sofa bed in living room), two full baths and has been updated. The unit is airconditioned. Enjoy grilling on the lanai or have dinner or happy hour at one of the many choices close by. Great condo for one or two couples or a family of four. Ekahi Village is an ocean front complex with 35 acres of tropical gardens. It has four pools, one ocean front plus three 'quiet' pools. One of the quiet pools is right next to the condo which we have found very convenient. The ocean front pool is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ grills. It's about a five minute walk straight down the greenbelt to put your feet in the sand. Keawakapu Beach is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling. You can also rent paddle boards and other equipment just down the beach. A short walk down the beach is the famous walking path that takes you by the Wailea hotels. From December through May make sure you keep an eye on the ocean so you don't miss the whales! The new Pavillion is beautiful and now available for guests to use.
