We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our family, had everything we needed, including 2 pack-n-play cribs that the team at PMI Maui brought over ahead of our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Matt and team are the best, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

This condo is large, comfortable and well cared for. 5 adults in our party had plenty of space. The lanai was huge and comfortable. A few caveats: this condo is on the first lane in a gated community which placed it close to the pool and a reasonably short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants, BUT it backs the main road, so it’s quite noisy during commuter times. If you’re inside with the slider closed it’s quiet, but if you’re on the lanai trying to have a cocktail and conversation it can be tough. Also, you will NOT be welcome at the Grand Wailea pools. Although it’s called the Ho’olei AT the Grand Wailea, the GW does not consider you a guest. You can spend your money at the restaurants and pool bars, but don’t think you can cool off in one of the pools. They will aggressively run you off. The pool in the condo complex is beautiful and you can bring your own refreshments, so it all worked for us. Last thing, we had to spend nearly an hour mucking out the bbq before using. I did mention it to property management and they assured me it had been checked, but because we arrived early the cleaners were not able to get to it. This is BS as the bbq hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. It was very clean when we left it. You’re welcome. All said, we would stay here again!

The condo was very roomy with plenty of space for our family. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen with ample supplies and very large refrigerator. As mentioned before, the lanai was on a busy road with road noise, however the landscaping was spectacular on this property, including the lanai area. We enjoyed the area with restaurants and the pool area was fun.

The condo was situated very close to beach and pool. All of our guests were able to enjoy the facilities, due to the close proximity to the unit. Condo was spacious, clean and met our expectations. Kitchen utensils/ cookware and dining ware had everything we needed for a party of 10. We absolutely recommend this unit for a large group!

House was great, with plenty of room. We loved that each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach supplies were great (plenty of chairs, umbrellas and towels). Very close to the pool. The only two drawbacks is that the deck was a bit noisy with the street traffic and the grill didn’t operate well.

I stayed here with nine other people. Mostly adults and two children under 12yrs. All of us really enjoyed this space. The rooms are large and comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom and a lot of privacy. The space had a well stocked kitchen and the house was very clean. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The community is beautiful and the pool was amazing! Our familia will be back.

Perfect location in Wailea with lots of space to spread out within the property. This high end property was great for our family with the perfect amount of sleeping and relaxing space. The kitchen has huge and has everything you need. Unlike some rentals, this house came with everything you need for your stay, including dish soap, toiletries, etc. which was such a gift to not have to buy those things while in Hawaii. The neighborhood is secure and requires a passcode and the pool area was very nice. We would stay here again!

This is a lovely property in a great location across from the major resorts in Wailea and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was just as advertised and comfortable for 7 people, with all the amenities and a well-stocked kitchen , as well as beach supplies. Easy in and out and never had any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

We will definitely come back to stay at Hoolei! This is a beautiful and very spacious property that is great for families. The pool and amenities are wonderful as well. And it is just a short walk to beautiful Wailea beach. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs, towels, and coolers available at the rental when we arrived. PMI Maui was very helpful in preparing for our visit and also provided clear instructions for Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out, TV, etc. The rental is as it appears in the listing, plus more!

Beautiful and perfect location with the best beaches so close. Had all the supplies needed. The only downside to this condo was it is located close to the main street so lots of traffic noise and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have all ever slept on. Barely any blankets and hard as a rock. For as nice as the condo was, we were very disappointed in that area. The Pool area is better than some resorts and the condo was super clean! If the beds were better this would have been 10/10 but for the beds alone I would say more like a 7/10. Lots of space for 8 of us, bedrooms were super quiet!

Ho’olei 24-3 is a wonderful condo for family vacationing. Well appointed and located, the site offers beautifully landscaped grounds and a wonderful pool area. The management team is responsive and ensured all questions were immediately addressed. Travelling with a young family...this unit more than met all needs and wants ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Positives:
* Overall great large space to hang out and sleep.
* Beach equipment left was awesome so we didn't have to rent or buy any of it.
* We did not have trouble with bugs as they warned us.
Negatives:
* If you have 10 people staying there, no table can accommodate you all, nor did we have enough plates for even us 5 to get through the day.
* The lanai is pretty, but once you go outside, all you hear is traffic from the street and have no view.
* Would have liked if the binder in the place had maps of the area and instructions on how to use the AC.
* We were not given a keycard to enter the house so always had to go through the garage - it was especially weird when we went for a walk on the street and couldn't enter the pedestrian gate to come back in without going through the car gate.

Our family of 6 was very happy with our Maui villa. Everyone had their own space and is very large for all to gather. It was nicely furnished, clean and in beautiful area. Great pool area, and close to the beach. The lanai was a bit noisy due to the road so close, but we pretended it was the waves of the ocean. We loved how the doors opened to bring the outdoors inside.

What an amazing find this was! The house was as described! It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras and we loved having a grill! The location was so convenient for us as we were visiting Maui for a convention right across the street. The property manager was available when I had questions. This is the second time we’ve rented a unit at Ho’olei through PMI and each time has been perfect. Our expectations are always met through the excellent customer service provided by Matt and Tonya at PMI. The units are amazing and the location can’t be beat. The on-site pool is amazing and was used quite frequently due to the winds on the beaches during our stay. Do not hesitate to book a unit at Ho’olei because you will not be disappointed.

This was a great condo for our family. We had plenty of room and it was well stocked, including beach chairs and toys. Beautiful pool on property with a great gym as well. The only thing to note is that there are cockroaches in the kitchen so you need to make sure nothing is kept out overnight because the bugs will be all over it in the morning.
