Our family and young children really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back. Their team was very responsive and considerate with any questions we had. The property was clean, had amazing views, great kitchen, and a cool elevator.
The pool was so nice to have nearby for the kids to relax at as an alternative to walking to the nearby beach. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We were three couples (longtime friends) celebrating a special birthday! Plenty of space for everyone, awesome location, well-stocked and loved the convenience of the beach vendor setting up lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas for all of us. We have stayed at the Ho'olei a handful of times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints! This place was wonderful. Very clean. Everything you need including nice touches like, beach chairs and beach towels. Eric was wonderful to work with. Daisy told me hat they would bring me a bag of towels for our late check-out day and that never happened. But we made do. It's seems funny that we have access to the Ho'olei pool but we can't use their towels, that's a little bit of an inconvenience. But overall very good experience and would recommend to anyone and would definitely consider booking again when we are back in Wailea!

The villa was perfect for our extended family. We had more than enough room to spread out and also be together. The villa was even better than the pictures and listing - so tastefully decorated, very well maintained, and clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with the pool just a few steps away and the beach less than a 10 minute walk. We had issues with the AC the first night, but the property managers addressed the issue immediately and had it repaired. We would recommend the villa to any family and would gladly stay again!

The property was everything we wanted. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was nice and big and had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the sliding glass doors that opened up to the whole living room and kitchen from the lanai. There were really only two concerns, if you’re a big TV watcher, we never could get the TV and Bluetooth to hook to our phones to enjoy the music and speaker system. The directions that were left didn’t even have the correct names of the equipment other property. Also, the elevator between the first and second floor was a huge selling point for us because my mom has a scooter. And the elevator stopped working three times and eventually the repair man had to be called. That was super frustrating as stairs are almost impossible for my mom with the number that were there. So she just hung out downstairs and we moved festivities and gatherings to her.

This was an amazing property conveniently located to everything including a couple hidden gem beaches! Our family recently completed an amazing 10 day stay at Gila’s villa at Ho’olei. Like so many others, we had rescheduled our family trip to Maui 3 times due to the Covid pandemic and WOW, was it ever worth the wait!
The villa is spacious, luxurious and ideally situated in Wailea. The floorplan and layout is perfect, with enough room to allow privacy and space when traveling with family and/or friends. In our case, there were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children 13, 11 & 8 and we all felt comfortable in our accommodations
The open floorplan combines the kitchen, lanai and main living space into a single large area that’s perfect for gathering everyone together. The kitchen is laid-out and well organized, including a double fridge and empty cupboard areas to store grocery items you purchased to use during your stay.
Everything we could have asked for is provided. As stated in many comments, the views are amazing. The community pool is large, beautiful and literally a quick walk around a corner from the villa. Wailea beach is easily accessible directly across the street, as are the Shops of Wailea. Our rental car left the garage for some excursions we had booked…other than that, one can easily find whatever else you need within walking distance or in the villa itself; we enjoyed many evenings grilling out on our lanai watching the gorgeous sunsets. Our choice of this villa afforded us relaxed, quality time together making memories that will last a lifetime.
The owner was very helpful and thorough with suggestions on everything from places to visit, dine, see and do. Information was provided on who to call for whatever reason, and there is a binder with information on all the appliances within the villa to help navigate how to operate things you may not be familiar with. The onsite management team is welcoming, friendly, available and responsive. Honestly, I cannot think of anything we could improve upon. Highly recommend booking this property for your vacation in paradise.

We really enjoyed the rental property - amazing amount of space. The views were great, beds comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were clean and modern. Especially with little kids who get hangry, we liked having the options of having a quick breakfast at home on the lanai before we headed out for the day. The pool was very nice and not at all crowded (we went in mid January).
To help others looking at this property, here's more detail:
First, it's important to know that the owner/company that manages this property cannot be flexible with changes past the contracted date. Some rental property owners are flexible, but this company will stick to the cancellation dates. They did not permit us to CHANGE (was not asking to cancel) the dates to other open, available dates. This is well within their rights, which is why I did not hesitate to give 5 stars for this property. And also, given this area was hard hit by restricted travel in 2020 and 2021, I understand they now need to have dependable sales. However, we had family members planning to join but who could not because of covid, so they ended up not coming which was a big disappointment. The owner offered to open up the property just in case anyone else was interested, but given that this was last minute, that would not have worked. Again some property owners can be flexible, but this one will stick to the contract dates which is legally their right.
Other things you should know - this property has beach gear you can use - towels, pool noodles, body/boogie boards. It was really nice to have that available and pack one less thing.
The fridge has a built in ice maker and filtered water dispenser -no need to buy filtered water at the store.
The room where the kids slept (two double beds) was nice for them and we felt safe having them upstairs while we slept in the bedroom downstairs. There was a sump-pump like noise in that upstairs room turning on and off at night so if your kids are sensitive to night-noise like mine, plan on needing some white noise from your cell phone or a white noise machine. Not a deal breaker in my opinion.
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated coming home at night to this clean, modern rental.

Eight members of my family stayed very comfortably at this property, located just across the street from Grand Wailea. The house is gorgeous, spacious and has all the amenities one would need. The views from here are just spectacular and sitting on the lanai will immediately drop your blood pressure and put you into vacation mode. Upon check in, we were informed that the washing machine was broken. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied. Make sure all amenities are available upon booking! Also, do not use outside grill, it doesnt have good ventilation and we could barely see what we were doing. We had an amazing Maui vacation - the comfort, spaciousness and location of this property can not be beat. Two minutes to the pool and five to the beach (a little longer coming back up the hill) make this one of the best in the Ho’olei complex. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need - fully equipped kitchen, great entertainment system (flat screens in every room), huge gas grill on the lanai, plenty of towels, etc. It might seem a small item, but other properties we have stayed in did not provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, etc. - there were plenty of supplies in this villa. We would have absolutely no hesitation booking this property again on a future trip to Maui.

The villa was very comfortable for our multi generation group of ten. It is in a convenient location and the villa is lovely. The complex pool is perfect, especially with the added amenities there. It was great having free beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach at the Waldorf. The walk downhill to the beach was fine, coming back was a little tougher for the little ones, but very doable. Everyone loved the unit and our vacation was amazing. I also highly recommend the concierge service Gila told us about - Matt and Sarah made arrangements for everything we wanted to do so all we had to do was show up! We definitely recommend staying here!!

The place is even better in person than in the photos. I did a ton of research before booking it and I spent ages figuring it all out so let me save you some time: just do it, you will love it.
This condo was by far the best option for the 8 of us: my college age kids and their 2 friends, my 80 yo mom and her friend, and my husband and me. I loved that the 8 of us were able to enjoy this very comfortable, large, luxurious home for less money per night than what 2 small rooms at the Grand Wailea would’ve cost. Bonus points that there was an elevator for the grandmas though they only used it once.
The condo is very spacious, well appointed, and conveniently located within the complex and also within Wailea. The gym and pool are very nice. We loved the fact that beach chair and umbrella set up service was included.

Our family of 8 and an infant spent a week in this beautiful townhome. The accommodations were outstanding. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated. My boyfriend, daughter and son in law and myself had the pleasure of staying in this amazing townhouse for a week in November 2016. This unit is truly amazing! From all the high end appliances, abundance of glassware and dishes to the beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, you will not find a better home to enjoy in Wailea. It is directly across from the Grand Wailea and the Shops. The concierge met us upon our arrival and provided us with any information we may need during our stay. It was so nice to completely open the glass wall to the lanai and enjoy being able to bring the outside in, especially during morning coffee and evening sunsets. There is a beautiful pool with a soothing water fall adjacent to this home which also added an incredible experience. We will definitely return!!

In a word, our stay in Maui was FABULOUS! We’ve rented other VRBOs, but this was the very best! Our family of 10 – including our 2 sons, their wives, and our 4 Grands – appreciated everything about this stunning villa. The accommodations could not have been better. The kitchen is amazing, the grill on the lanai offers a nice option, the bedrooms/baths are beautiful and spacious, and the washer/dryer was in use often with 4 kids. Also, nice to have the large plasma TVs, iPod docks, reliable Wi-Fi, and private garage. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and lanai is SPECTACULAR – even better than the photos! The location is wonderfully convenient – a short walk thru the Grand Wailea to the ocean or to the Wailea Shops. We began each morning with a yoga class on the beach or a walk/run along the lovely beach path. The fitness center by the pool helped us work off delicious meals and desserts. The guys liked the driving range and golf course. Our Grands LOVED the beach and the fun, but not congested, Ho’Olei pool with waterfalls and hot tubs. The luau at the Grand Wailea was awesome! Gila was very helpful, offering good recommendations. She has thought of every need, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything was better than expected! Thanks, Gila, for the precious memories our family will long cherish. We highly recommend this villa!

Just got back from 10 days in Maui at this amazing properties. I have vacation rentals of my own, and we travel a ton, and Gila does an amazing job in preparing the property and answering all your questions before you ask them. The property is perfectly located in Wailea. The size of the property is spacious and spread out. We had 7 and found plenty of places to gather (lanai, center island, living space, etc) but also could easily find the space to tuck away. We could watch the kids in the pool from the lanai, and an easy walk to amazing food. We'll be back.

Everyone in our group of six-- grandchildren to grandparents -- enjoyed their stay at the condo. It was roomy, well-maintained, well-equipped with anything you might need, and within walking distance to the beach and a shopping center. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The property is well-appointed. nicely designed, and clean. The kitchen has all of the cookware and gadgets needed to make meals. The audiovisual / WIFI all worked well. The complex is quiet and secure. The main Lanai is above the waterfall and pool. The beach is a 7-8 minute pleasant walk across the street and through the Grand Wailea hotel. The beach gets crowded, but is very nice and the complimentary chairs / umbrella were great. There are less crowded beaches a short drive away (Big beach, Po'olenalena beach). Gila's suggestions for food and activities were helpful, and it was easy to work with her in securing the rental, etc. We will definitely try to rent this property again.

This was our second family trip to Maui and decided to rent the same condo. We loved the location and there is plenty of space for 6-8 people to be comfortable with two lanais, a large open kitchen/living space, and easy access to the pool (2 minute walk) and Wailea Beach (8 minute walk). The condos are located directly across the street from the Grand Wailea.
We enjoyed using the cards to rent beach chairs and umbrella too! The kitchen is equipped with the essentials (even a rice cooker) as we made many dinners and enjoyed breakfast every day at the condo. Just make sure to bring your own spices, oils, etc. There is a Safeway about 8-10 minutes drive down the Pi'lani Pky and you can walk to the Shops at Wailea (also free parking for 1 hour).

We visited Maui after attending my sister's wedding on Oahu. There were 7 of us and the house was very accommodating. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking. The only issue we had is that we forgot where the knives are located. There is actually a stainless drawer within another kitchen drawer...just FYI for future visitors! The outdoor area was perfect, overlooking the pool with a great view of the ocean and of sunset. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Gila gave us some great tips about the island and the concierge service (included with the condo) was outstanding - I would text Matt (our contact at the concierge who lives on Maui) who was quick to answer questions, make us reservations for dinner, excursions, etc. We really enjoyed the area where the condo is located with a quick walk to the beach and a walkway along the beach where we could run in the mornings. Wailea offers great shopping and dining, much of it within walking distance or a very short drive from the unit. We spent a lot of time driving to the various parts of the island to explore and we were always happy to return to the condo in Wailea. We would highly recommend this property.
