I’m home! Absolutely every single aspect of this amazing home was perfect. Took our breath away when we entered. The master bedroom is so large and inviting, yet so cozy. The lanai out of the MB was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. Peaceful! The bed was very comfortable. The master bath and attached walk in closet allowed organization which is very important for me to be zen! The main area- kitchen and family room is crazy perfect! Owner has thought of every detail. And when the sliders are open all the way - Heaven! Many nights we would watch the stars from the upper lanai. Kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the pineapple and other little extras! We grilled the pineapple out on the lanai our last morning and it was delicious! Eric was so accommodating in our request for use of the pool towels since out flight home did not leave until 7:00 pm. We are planning a return trip in 2027 and hopefully can stay in this exact place! The location is perfect for eating establishments and the various beaches. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

This property is five stars in every respect. Exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Maui. Beautifully kept and in near perfect condition. Perfectly located in Wailea with ample privacy while still being only a 10-minute walk from the beaches and shops. Communication from the owner and property management company were top notch. They were helpful and accommodating in every way. Our kids loved the onsite pool and other property amenities. Stellar view of the ocean from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We loved having our morning coffee on the Lanai and enjoying the view. The pool is fun and the beach is just a short walk.

Stayed in November 2022 with 4 adults and 2 kids. Every single detail was perfect from start to finish. The townhome is exactly as-described and pictured (and then some). Check-in couldn't have been easier with door/garage codes sent ahead of time. Small details like a welcome basket and fully stocked kitchen (even salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc) were above and beyond. Every appliance/electronic in the home were in great working order. The star of the townhome is the corner sliding doors that completely retract and open onto the upper lanai with ocean views! Walking distance to the Ho'olei pool, Grand Wailea, and Shops at Wailea so location is A+!
Communication before and during our trip with both the owner and on-island property manager was always prompt and helpful. We'll be staying here again in the future for sure!

This is our 3rd time to the Hoo'lei but our 2nd time to this particular villa. When arrived we were greeted by the property manager and a basket full of local Hawaiian goodies. I mentioned to the manager that I loved the water thermoses that received in my welcome basket the year before and she returned days later with four water thermoses for me to take home!
The place is well stocked, plenty of space (3k SF!) for two families with kids, a laundry room (key for families!), and a huge lanai with gorgeous views of the ocean. The place is conveniently located 10 mins from the Wailea Beach and the Grand Wailea shops.
Since we didn't have pool access to the Grand Wailea resort pool, the owner was nice enough to arrange lounge chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and towels at the beach.
Steve, the owner, was always quick to reply to my messages. We really loved our stay and agree that these villas are the way to go when we visit Maui. I highly recommend Steve's place. You will not be disappointed!

As one of the buildings at the top of a hill, this unit has an excellent view of the ocean with spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.
Large kitchen with Subzero refrigerator had everything we needed and more.
Patio/terrace is well-furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table. It also has BBQ that we did not use.
Beds were very comfortable. We may buy the same mattress for our own house!
Bathrooms are super-fancy, luxury style.
Across the street from the Shops at Wailea, which was very convenient.
Pool was great and a short walk down the hill. Family loved it!
Good stock of beach equipment, sand toys in the garage.
The owner was prompt with replies, very helpful, and professional.
Looking forward to the next stay here!

What an amazing home….we had plenty of space for everyone compared to booking a couple rooms at the Marriott. In the past we have spent two weeks on island splitting it with a week at a Ka’anapali and a week in Wailea. Looking at dates for next year to book this property again!

The home was absolutely amazing, with upscale furnishings, top notch appliances, and more than comfy beds. Even an elevator which one of our orthopedically challenged family members really appreciated. Best of all was the amazing view from this “alpha” location at the top of the development.
The owner was extremely accommodating and gracious, allowing us to reschedule twice during the pandemic.

If it were possible to give 6 stars this property and its management would deserve them. The villa is extremely spacious, well decorated, and the appointments top shelf. All appliances are Wolf or Sub zero and the kitchen is huge and superbly equipped. We felt right at home from the moment we checked in, a process that was as easy as could be. The owner is simply the most responsive host I've ever experienced, and his local property manager responds right away to any questions or concerns (we had a couple of simple questions). We so enjoyed relaxing in this top row property with its magnificent views of Wailea and the ocean. Each bedroom is spacious with its own en suite full bath and there is a powder room as well. The location is in the heart of Wailea and the beach a simple 10 minute walk or if one prefers it's a 3 minute drive to a public access with lots of parking. All the restaurants of Wailea are very close. We can't wait to go back and have another fun and restful experience in this great villa.

The fact the property is more than advertised hits you when you first walk in. Very modern and well stocked kitchen, very nice bedrooms with great showers and last, but not least, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. It's a great alternative to the hectic Grand Wailea. Steve and Hallie were very responsive. Highly recommend the property.

The condo is just as described, even better than the pictures showed on VRBO. Spacious, clean, comfortable and stuffed with pretty much everything we need for a short vacation. The swimming pool of the Condo is not far, just beside the gates, and is beautiful! Hallie is so helpful, answered us all the questions always instantly and helped us to get the grocery delivery to the Condo before we arrived. This is one impressive experience, definitely the best among our several stays in Maui. We will try to stay again in this Condo next winter vacation if possible.

This is our second time to Ho'olei but the first time staying in this villa. The location is great- a short walk to the pool and gym, 10 minute walk to our favorite beach (Wailea beach) and the Shops at Wailea. The view of the ocean from the lanai was the highlight of the day. The villa itself was well stocked (pantry items, kitchen supplies, beach towels, toilet paper, bathroom essentials) and very comfortable for two families of 4. We had a small issue with the AC when we first arrived, but the owner worked quickly to fix it and had excellent communication. Steve was a great host and I would highly recommend his villa. My family and I are looking forward to coming back!

First rate condo with awesome views and access to beach. High quality finishes and well stocked. Check in and check out was seamless. The main living area opens up in a very grand way to the patio and overlook to the ocean. We used the Wolf bbq several times for dinner. While we expected crazy busy in Maui, Wailea area and this development in particular was quite subdued and peaceful. Highly recommend.
