The complex was very quiet and extremely well kept. Wailea itself was a dream… long sandy beaches, snorkeling offshore and many conveniences at a shopping center a short walk away. We loved it!

I’m home! Absolutely every single aspect of this amazing home was perfect. Took our breath away when we entered. The master bedroom is so large and inviting, yet so cozy. The lanai out of the MB was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. Peaceful! The bed was very comfortable. The master bath and attached walk in closet allowed organization which is very important for me to be zen! The main area- kitchen and family room is crazy perfect! Owner has thought of every detail. And when the sliders are open all the way - Heaven! Many nights we would watch the stars from the upper lanai. Kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the pineapple and other little extras! We grilled the pineapple out on the lanai our last morning and it was delicious! Eric was so accommodating in our request for use of the pool towels since out flight home did not leave until 7:00 pm. We are planning a return trip in 2027 and hopefully can stay in this exact place! The location is perfect for eating establishments and the various beaches. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

This property is five stars in every respect. Exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Maui. Beautifully kept and in near perfect condition. Perfectly located in Wailea with ample privacy while still being only a 10-minute walk from the beaches and shops. Communication from the owner and property management company were top notch. They were helpful and accommodating in every way. Our kids loved the onsite pool and other property amenities. Stellar view of the ocean from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Stayed in November 2022 with 4 adults and 2 kids. Every single detail was perfect from start to finish. The townhome is exactly as-described and pictured (and then some). Check-in couldn't have been easier with door/garage codes sent ahead of time. Small details like a welcome basket and fully stocked kitchen (even salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc) were above and beyond. Every appliance/electronic in the home were in great working order. The star of the townhome is the corner sliding doors that completely retract and open onto the upper lanai with ocean views! Walking distance to the Ho'olei pool, Grand Wailea, and Shops at Wailea so location is A+!
Communication before and during our trip with both the owner and on-island property manager was always prompt and helpful. We'll be staying here again in the future for sure!

This is our 3rd time to the Hoo'lei but our 2nd time to this particular villa. When arrived we were greeted by the property manager and a basket full of local Hawaiian goodies. I mentioned to the manager that I loved the water thermoses that received in my welcome basket the year before and she returned days later with four water thermoses for me to take home!
The place is well stocked, plenty of space (3k SF!) for two families with kids, a laundry room (key for families!), and a huge lanai with gorgeous views of the ocean. The place is conveniently located 10 mins from the Wailea Beach and the Grand Wailea shops.
Since we didn't have pool access to the Grand Wailea resort pool, the owner was nice enough to arrange lounge chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and towels at the beach.
Steve, the owner, was always quick to reply to my messages. We really loved our stay and agree that these villas are the way to go when we visit Maui. I highly recommend Steve's place. You will not be disappointed!

As one of the buildings at the top of a hill, this unit has an excellent view of the ocean with spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.
Large kitchen with Subzero refrigerator had everything we needed and more.
Patio/terrace is well-furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table. It also has BBQ that we did not use.
Beds were very comfortable. We may buy the same mattress for our own house!
Bathrooms are super-fancy, luxury style.
Across the street from the Shops at Wailea, which was very convenient.
Pool was great and a short walk down the hill. Family loved it!
Good stock of beach equipment, sand toys in the garage.
The owner was prompt with replies, very helpful, and professional.
Looking forward to the next stay here!

What an amazing home….we had plenty of space for everyone compared to booking a couple rooms at the Marriott. In the past we have spent two weeks on island splitting it with a week at a Ka’anapali and a week in Wailea. Looking at dates for next year to book this property again!

The home was absolutely amazing, with upscale furnishings, top notch appliances, and more than comfy beds. Even an elevator which one of our orthopedically challenged family members really appreciated. Best of all was the amazing view from this “alpha” location at the top of the development.
The owner was extremely accommodating and gracious, allowing us to reschedule twice during the pandemic.

If it were possible to give 6 stars this property and its management would deserve them. The villa is extremely spacious, well decorated, and the appointments top shelf. All appliances are Wolf or Sub zero and the kitchen is huge and superbly equipped. We felt right at home from the moment we checked in, a process that was as easy as could be. The owner is simply the most responsive host I've ever experienced, and his local property manager responds right away to any questions or concerns (we had a couple of simple questions). We so enjoyed relaxing in this top row property with its magnificent views of Wailea and the ocean. Each bedroom is spacious with its own en suite full bath and there is a powder room as well. The location is in the heart of Wailea and the beach a simple 10 minute walk or if one prefers it's a 3 minute drive to a public access with lots of parking. All the restaurants of Wailea are very close. We can't wait to go back and have another fun and restful experience in this great villa.

The fact the property is more than advertised hits you when you first walk in. Very modern and well stocked kitchen, very nice bedrooms with great showers and last, but not least, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. It's a great alternative to the hectic Grand Wailea. Steve and Hallie were very responsive. Highly recommend the property.

The condo is just as described, even better than the pictures showed on VRBO. Spacious, clean, comfortable and stuffed with pretty much everything we need for a short vacation. The swimming pool of the Condo is not far, just beside the gates, and is beautiful! Hallie is so helpful, answered us all the questions always instantly and helped us to get the grocery delivery to the Condo before we arrived. This is one impressive experience, definitely the best among our several stays in Maui. We will try to stay again in this Condo next winter vacation if possible.

This is our second time to Ho'olei but the first time staying in this villa. The location is great- a short walk to the pool and gym, 10 minute walk to our favorite beach (Wailea beach) and the Shops at Wailea. The view of the ocean from the lanai was the highlight of the day. The villa itself was well stocked (pantry items, kitchen supplies, beach towels, toilet paper, bathroom essentials) and very comfortable for two families of 4. We had a small issue with the AC when we first arrived, but the owner worked quickly to fix it and had excellent communication. Steve was a great host and I would highly recommend his villa. My family and I are looking forward to coming back!

First rate condo with awesome views and access to beach. High quality finishes and well stocked. Check in and check out was seamless. The main living area opens up in a very grand way to the patio and overlook to the ocean. We used the Wolf bbq several times for dinner. While we expected crazy busy in Maui, Wailea area and this development in particular was quite subdued and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for one week. We hated to leave. The home was so inviting and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We were greeted upon arrival by Maureen, the manager, of the home. She oriented us to everything inside and out and made herself available for any questions that we may have needed. The house was very modern, well stocked for every need, and immaculate. There were three master bedrooms that was great for 3 couples. Each bedroom was very private and quiet. We have stayed on island at all of the top hotels from the Four Seasons to the Grand Wailea and this far surpassed any place we have stayed. We can't wait to return. A vacation does not get better than this home.

We spent a week here with six adults for a wedding in Wailea. The condo was spacious and luxurious. We entertained other wedding guests who were staying in the area and there was plenty of room. The views are amazing, especially in the morning. The setting is also very quiet because it's in the back of the development. You do not have access to the main pool or gym at the Grand Wailea and potential guests might want to know this, but it wasn't an issue for us because the pool in the development is beautiful and very private. The gym was also good. Overall, an exceptional place to stay in Maui.

We had a terrific time at this Maui property. We shared the unit with our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The property was as it was represented on the web site. Everything in the unit was top grade. The double Anderson Doors slide open over 30 feet to amazing views of the ocean and whales from our lanai. All the beds - even the sofa sleeper - were cozy and comfortable. I was most impressed by how clean the unit was upon our arrival. Our grandkids loved the pool!! We already miss the view. What a place!

Whole process of renting was totally professional.
Property comes with the help of property manager and concierge. This made a huge difference in our enjoyment. Both seemed very concerned that we have an enjoyable visit. The property manager did an excellent job of picking up all the things we wanted in terms of groceries at multiple stores so that we arrived with the fridges full, ready to go. The concierge was always available and demonstrated an honest interest in learning about what we liked in terms of activities and food and made a wonderful assortment of recommendations, all of which turned out to be truly superb.
Some random things that made difference for us....
- The property is superbly situated for the New Year's Eve fireworks display. Right from the balcony with a drink in hand.
- Easy walk to a superb and safe beach where can rent chairs and umbrellas and beach toys.
- Nice quality beds and linens
- Secured indoor parking
- Good washer/dryer.
- Good kitchen for cooking with great appliances and reasonable assortment of real cooking tools
- Space feels massive
- Nice BBQ and patio area for kicking back with great view.
- Development has good gym space, good pool and hot tubs for hanging out (not lap swimming).
- Development exquisitely maintained
- TV's everywhere with cable
- WIFI is fast and consistent
- AC system works well
- Well located for access to good restaurants and shops

We had such a great time not just with Maui, but with our rental place as well! Our townhome was super clean and spacious and gave you that feeling of luxury. We had a beautiful, relaxing view from morning till night. Steve was very easy to deal with and very kind and helpful. Maureen was also great help with directions and any questions that were needed, she was very prompt on answering them! She also helped supply all baby stuff, such as a high chair, baby gate and play yard, that made travelling a lot easier for mom and dad. We would defiantly stay here again and we highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place in Maui.

We were absolutely stunned at the quality of this rental. Maureen was very helpful in getting us checked in and, though we didn't need her during our stay, she assured us she was available if anything came up.
The condo was very clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The views are outstanding!! Having breakfast every morning on the lenai was one of our favorite memories. The provided amenities were beyond what most VRBOs provide which made us feel right at home. Between the cooking and dining essentials, the comfortable furnishings to the great stock of towels for both the pool and the bathroom, we were well taken care of. It really was the little things that pushed it over the edge. There were beach chairs and sand toys for our daughter which was a life saver! There are just too many others to list, but every one was greatly appreciated.
The condo has perfect access to all of the areas of Maui we enjoy the most. The community was very friendly and quiet. We will most definitely be back. Thanks again!

What you see is what you get! The pictures are very representative of this wonderful property. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the large space for our family! The pool was a really short walk from the unit, and it was wonderful after a morning at the beach! The beach was a short walk as well (through the Grand Wailea). We loved the beach supplies, the well equipped kitchen, and the lanai.... we lived on that lanai. The sunsets were so gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The owner and caretaker were also easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased.

Although we have stayed at many upscale condo resorts in the Caribbean, this was our first vacation to Maui as well as renting directly from an owner through VRBO. The owner, Steve provided excellent customer service, making our experience one we will never forget and cannot wait to repeat! From the moment we called Maureen at the airport, who so graciously directed us to Maui Breeze, to her warm welcome and tour of the highlights of our home for the week, including a delicious welcome basket filled with fresh tropical fruits and pineapple, coffee and cookies awaiting us in the gourmet kitchen, we knew we had picked our perfect vacation retreat. Maureen was also very helpful in providing directions and recommendations to the local area, including the grocery stores, restaurants, shops and luau.
We were looking for an upscale condo close to both the beach and the Kiehl boat ramp for our scuba diving excursions. After an early morning of diving, we could not have envisioned a more tranquil or beautiful place to retreat to for relaxing. Located on a hilltop within a gated community, there is very little noise or traffic, every view from the unit is filled with beauty and blooming flowering trees. We found the attached garage so convenient when returning from sightseeing or lugging in groceries, suitcases or scuba gear. We recommend this townhome without hesitation and hope to return again soon!
