Bev’s place is fabulous! Very spacious! We traveled with our two teenage boys who loved having their own room. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. We love the Kapalua area because it has some of the best snorkeling nearby. We loved going to Napili beach and eating at the Seahouse right there on the beach. It is walkable, but if you want to bring beach equipment with, it’s a little much. We just parked our car along the road there near the Napili Kai resort. Very quiet, peaceful. We would absolutely come back! Thank you for an amazing trip!

This was amazing for my family- plenty of space for 2 teens and 2 adults-kids had their own rooms and stayed plenty busy upstairs. Super clean and comfortable with lovely high end decor. Kitchen was A and had everything we needed. Pans were great, built in coffee machine with beans, rice cooker, Brita water filter for fridge. Lots of opportunities to get fresh fish or local steak and have a dinner at home most nights. Walk to Honolua store, Vicky’s Mexican truck (OMG so good), Big Wave Shave Ice, Baya Bowls (if you take trail behind Ritz), was super easy. We walked to Napili bay mostly through the golf course trail because kids loved the wave surges there. Kapalua and Oneloa bays are doable (all beaches have a walk from golf course villas). Pools were nice and warm- closest pool was the biggest as listed. Stunning views and lovely patio with couch for relaxing/meditation. Will definitely stay here again- we love Kapalua because it’s quiet and scenic. This unit was worth the price compared to what you’d get at a resort.

Property was as described. 2nd bedroom has a split king that appears to be two twins, so could leverage that if you have a few kids staying in a room together. It was great to have beach gear that we can use, like chairs, and umbrella and snorkel gear. Views from the property are wonderful. Parking is convenient and close to the front door.

This was our second stay at this condo. We loved it the first time and just as much the second time. It’s a beautiful condo with convenient parking and super close proximity to the pool. We had everything we needed for the beach. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. Our host responded quickly to questions. Hope to return in the future.

The condo is in a great location! We have stayed in the kapalua golf villas many times over the years and this one was well appointed for families. There was a miscommunication about how the beds were supposed set up as two twins but on the second day that was resolved. We did feel like the condo could use some dusting but all the linens and everywhere else was clean. We would rent this condo again!

The resort property is beautiful and well maintained. Very good detail applied to keeping the pool area and bbq grills clean. The only issue we had was given the outside temperature for June was 85 degrees our top floor condominium AC unit was not able to cool the unit down. The maintenance staff installed 2 portable AC units in the windows which while noisy did provide enough cooling for the unit. This was not an issue for other guests I talked to who had lower floor units. Definitely would recommend this resort.

Our stay was okay overall, with both positives and negatives. The highlight of the property was definitely the amazing views. The beach was a short distance away and easily accessible, and even though the golf course was no longer in service, the grounds were still very well maintained and added to the beauty of the area.Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We experienced AC issues throughout our visit and had to allow a technician into the house during our stay. Unfortunately, after the repair visit, the AC seemed to work even worse than before.We were also notified during our stay that we needed to allow a pest control technician into the property, which was another interruption to our vacation. Additionally, our door code stopped working a few days before checkout, creating an unnecessary inconvenience.On a positive note, the host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. They also offered an additional refund for the inconvenience, although we have not yet received it. We appreciated being allowed a later checkout time, which was helpful.Overall, the property has a lot of potential due to its beautiful location, views, and surroundings. However, the maintenance issues and multiple service visits during our stay made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We had a delightful stay at this Kapalua Golf Villa. Unlike other units we could see nearby, this condo had an especially large lanai with beautiful plants and flowers. (A lady comes by once per week to water and spruce up the plants.) The garden-like setting on this lanai framed gorgeous views of sunsets over the ocean and grounds. It truly made us feel we were in a tropical paradise!We also enjoyed cooking some dinners in the very well-equipped kitchen - with a full set of sharp knives, proper cutting boards that don't dull the blades, and even a micro-blade (!) for zesting citrus or grating ginger! The bed was very comfortable, and my son said the sofa bed in the living room was also comfortable. It was nice that my son could have his own full bath and not have to share with his parents.We also enjoyed the pool just steps from the villa as well as two calm swimming beaches a 5 minute minute drive down the hill. We highly recommend this condo. Kudos to the owner!

The space is very organized and clean. The space worked really well for my family. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed for serving and cooking a meal including a variety of spices (with they had cooking oil). The closest has brooms and vacuum cleaners, which were handy and cleaning out the rental car was full of sand. The patio Closet had beach supplies, including Tommy Bahama chairs (x4), a beach umbrella (although it was broken), and snorkeling supplies (we brought our own), and a nice chest. The family room was nicely equipped with two recliners and a sofa and the TV allowed us to access, smart apps, and also had a local cable service and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and I really like that one of the bedrooms had a desk overlooking the grounds outward towards the ocean, it was a nice place to work one morning. The bathrooms used Kirkland brand soap, shampoo, and liquid body soap, so if you’re particular about that I would bring your own.We would stay here again.

A beautiful Kapalua Golf Villa with large, clean rooms and two full bathrooms as well as a full kitchen. Incredible views from the patio of the ocean, golf course and West Maui mountains!! Sunset each night is breathtaking…Easy access to beaches including Kapalua Bay, coastal trails and Dragon’s Teeth rock formations. World class surfing and snorkeling as well are close by with the world class Plantation golf course just up the hill. The villa has easy parking, great swimming pools and tennis courts too. Just an amazing place to vacation plus the microclimate at Kapalua is both cooler and less humid than areas to the south.In the rare moments when weather gets a bit warm, the villa has fans and terrific A/C to assure a comfortable atmosphere all day long.

Fantastic Kapalua location. We loved being able to walk to both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay in about 8 minutes, and having the Honolua Store just a short walk away became part of our daily routine for meals and coffee. The unit was spacious, quiet, and had large bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo itself felt somewhat dated, including some linens, and housekeeping could have been better. We found a few dead roaches under a side buffet that had likely been missed during cleaning. We understand Maui is tropical, but it affected our comfort level. Overall, a good stay for the location and space.

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The two bedroom layout was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after long beach days. The location was one of the biggest highlights with a short walk to one of the best beaches, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets, and amazing snorkeling. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, beach gear, and a relaxing lanai with beautiful tropical views. The beds were comfortable, the space was quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming.We especially loved being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still feeling tucked away enough to enjoy a true island getaway. Our stay at the Kapalua Villas was genuinely incredible. From the moment our family of 13 arrived, everything exceeded expectations—the space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming experience for guests.
What really stood out, though, was the level of service. As the spokesperson for such a large group, I had tons of questions and inquiries for management. The staff was not only quick to respond, but also exceptionally kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Their patience and attentiveness made a huge difference and illustrated just how well this place is managed.

Comfortable stay and pictures live up to posting. I would definitely stay here again and on this side of the island. The only minor thing that ended up not working was the washer and dryer. We tried using them on the night before we left and both kept stopping mid cycle.

The condo was super clean and very spacious. We had a party of 4 with two adults and two teens. The rooms and space fit perfectly for our party. The beach chairs and toys in the outdoor closet were a bonus. The outside lounge chairs were nice in the morning and evening time. The Golf Villa is a nice, quite retreat. We enjoyed Taverna for dinner and the shave ice place on site. It was an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kapalua Bay is within walking distance and perfect for snorkeling. We rented a car, and it was nice to have covered parking at the condo.
It would have been nice to utilize the outdoor eating area on the lani, however the table legs were so eroded that the table was no longer secure. It seems the owners might be unaware of the condition of the table, but I would suggest replacing this for future guests.
There are a number of stairs getting to and from the condo. Not a problem for us, but thought it was important to mention for other potential guest.

The villa was very nice with an excellent view. The kitchen was very well stocked, the pool was very relaxing along with the ability to grill. We did have some difficulties connecting to the internet because the information provided was incorrect. We called for assistance and Scott came and connected after talking with the service directly. Please check the batteries for the TV remotes and the fan batteries. Some of them did not work. I also would recommend replacing the carpet in the future. Over all this was a very nice villa. Thank you.
