The condo was lovely with everything you need for a great vacation. Comfy beds, full kitchen for cooking, great patio for morning coffee. Beech toys included…chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler. Beds were comfy. Walking distance to a couple of beaches and restaurants.

Fantastic Kapalua location. We loved being able to walk to both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay in about 8 minutes, and having the Honolua Store just a short walk away became part of our daily routine for meals and coffee. The unit was spacious, quiet, and had large bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo itself felt somewhat dated, including some linens, and housekeeping could have been better. We found a few dead roaches under a side buffet that had likely been missed during cleaning. We understand Maui is tropical, but it affected our comfort level. Overall, a good stay for the location and space.

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The two bedroom layout was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after long beach days. The location was one of the biggest highlights with a short walk to one of the best beaches, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets, and amazing snorkeling. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, beach gear, and a relaxing lanai with beautiful tropical views. The beds were comfortable, the space was quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming.We especially loved being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still feeling tucked away enough to enjoy a true island getaway. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool and outdoor areas added to the resort like feel.This was an ideal place for a family vacation or couples traveling together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Maui beach condo experience. We can’t wait to return.

the bedding was dirty we had to wash it immediately upon arrival, the floors were filthy, we had to sweep and vacuum, there were cockroaches everywhere, in the cupboards, the counter tops the sink, the floors, big black ones and smaller brown ones, it was a problem everyday.

The unit was not as depicted in the listing. The unit smelled terribly of mold, quite toxic..... which was confirmed after inspection by a professional. air-condition was full of mold, air vents were all clogged.We moved out after 14 hours. Our stay at the Kapalua Villas was genuinely incredible. From the moment our family of 13 arrived, everything exceeded expectations—the space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming experience for guests.
What really stood out, though, was the level of service. As the spokesperson for such a large group, I had tons of questions and inquiries for management. The staff was not only quick to respond, but also exceptionally kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Their patience and attentiveness made a huge difference and illustrated just how well this place is managed.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the quality of the space and the outstanding support, I’d happily return to and confidently recommend to others. Thank you KBM Resorts for a job well done - we had a wonderful family vacation!

Comfortable stay and pictures live up to posting. I would definitely stay here again and on this side of the island. The only minor thing that ended up not working was the washer and dryer. We tried using them on the night before we left and both kept stopping mid cycle.

The condo was super clean and very spacious. We had a party of 4 with two adults and two teens. The rooms and space fit perfectly for our party. The beach chairs and toys in the outdoor closet were a bonus. The outside lounge chairs were nice in the morning and evening time. The Golf Villa is a nice, quite retreat. We enjoyed Taverna for dinner and the shave ice place on site. It was an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kapalua Bay is within walking distance and perfect for snorkeling. We rented a car, and it was nice to have covered parking at the condo.
It would have been nice to utilize the outdoor eating area on the lani, however the table legs were so eroded that the table was no longer secure. It seems the owners might be unaware of the condition of the table, but I would suggest replacing this for future guests.
There are a number of stairs getting to and from the condo. Not a problem for us, but thought it was important to mention for other potential guest.

The villa was very nice with an excellent view. The kitchen was very well stocked, the pool was very relaxing along with the ability to grill. We did have some difficulties connecting to the internet because the information provided was incorrect. We called for assistance and Scott came and connected after talking with the service directly. Please check the batteries for the TV remotes and the fan batteries. Some of them did not work. I also would recommend replacing the carpet in the future. Over all this was a very nice villa. My family and I travel to Maui about once a year. We love to stay in Kapalua or Napili because of the great snorkeling, kid-friendly bays, beautiful walks and hikes, and close by restaurants and attractions.
This villa was perfect for me, my wife and our 12 year old daughter. The unit was well maintained and up to date. Stunning views, great location.
Lots of extras like an included car rental, boogie boards, beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen.
We'd definitely stay here again!

We just happened to travel to Kapalua as the most rain in history fell from the sky. Almost the entire week. But it was a blessing that we stayed in the Villas and had such a fantastic place to cuddle up and enjoy quality time together. The place was well maintained and cozy with beautiful views through the wind and rain. The wind damage did lots of damage to the spruce trees lining the road but the ground crews made quick work of the clean up. Would recommend this location 100%

Perfect accommodation for our Multi-generational Spring break vacation. Walking distance to several amazing beaches, short drives to a wide choice of restaurants, close to 2 world class spa facilities and golf courses. Large grassy areas and selection of 3 pools kept the kids active. 2 separate bedroom suites provided privacy, while the living/dining/kitchen and patio gave everyone amble area to socialize. We would definitely book this property again.

We come to Hawaii every winter, but this was our first time renting from KBM. We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas about 5-6 times before, so we knew the property. Previously we had used another local rental agency and VRBO. The KBM staff's communication and friendliness was superior to both other options. The furnishing of this townhouse was the nicer than any other of the previous townhouses we have stayed at on this property. I was a little bit leery of KBM's offer of an included free rental car. I assumed this rental may be some budget, second rate, off airport location car rental agency. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was one of the major national car rental brands located on the airport property. The car rental experience was seamless and actually made the trip easier being one less thing to set up before the trip. Would we rent from KBM in the future, absolutely. Matter of fact, we most likely will just go straight to their website to book our next trip.
