We had a wonderful stay in Kapalua thanks to finding this gem. Wonderful location, exactly as the pictures show, and outstanding communication with the owners. Tons of stuff in the kitchen, ALL the beach supplies, free shuttle around the neighborhood/direct to the beach and an overall very peaceful stay. I’d highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return. We were a family a four, with two kids. Perfect space for four.

We had a great time during our stay. My wife and I brought our kids and her parents to Hawaii so we wanted something nicer with multiple rooms. The room with the two beds worked great for our kids and the in-laws enjoyed the lower level room and spent a lot of time on the lanai. We got a lot of use out of the single serving coffee maker! The host was very responsive when we had minor issues and accommodated our extra requests. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

We have stayed in Kapalua many times and love this area but this unit was a huge disapointment. We arrived to find the floors dirty with dead insects, worms and a dried up lizard. The united smelled moldy and stale. Not a great start and unsettling. It was obvious no one had been in the unit in quite a long time. To the credit of the management company, they arranged to have the place cleaned (which should have been done before we arrived) and it was cleaned later that evening. Unfortunately, we discovered one thing after another during the course of our stay- water dispenser in the fridge inoperable; the internet not functioning; the master bedroom matress (masked with a memoryfoam top) needs replacing badly; the toaster inoperable; the toilet in the second bedroom was broken (we had to fix ourselves as a call to the management company wasn't returned); the ricemaker inoperable; and the AC in the master bedroom blows directly onto the bed with no way of adjusitng it. We constantly second-guessed our choices between roasting at night or sleeping with a strong, cold breeze up our noses. The kitchen is very sparsley equiped. There were no dishcloths, no salt/pepper and only a 1/4 cup measuring cup, just to name a couple of issues in the kitchen. Although the view is really great, the price for the unit is higher than other similarly located units with awesome views. It is clear this unit is not used or maintained well.

This was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone to have their own down time, perfect spaces for hanging out as a family. The views and location are beautiful. The interior is very tastefully designed. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Well-stocked kitchen, amazing ocean views from the lanai. Short walk to the community pools which were kept very clean. Beaches are a short drive away as are several excellent restaurants. Very responsive and professional property managers when we had a quick request. Highly recommend this unit.

We loved the location and amenities of this home! My husband is an avid golfer and golfed both courses while I hiked the ocean scenic trail. The information binder was very detailed and informative. After a minor hiccup with the check-in process, we enjoyed our stay. If you book this property, be sure to check your Gmail spam folder for check-in details, as the owner didn't provide them through the VRBO messaging system. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We've stayed at Kapalua several times before and keep coming back because the grounds are quiet and the kids love the pools. Recommended!

This is a fantastic condo, exactly as the pictures show. We had fabulous views of the whales playing in the bay, a short walk to the pool and coffee on the lanai every morning was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for our next visit !

Kapalua is the prettiest place on Maui. The accommodations at this Golf Villa is perfect. The view in the location to three of the most beautiful beaches in Maui is outstanding. Do you have a wonderful view of the ocean and portions of the golf course. What a lovely, well manicured, quiet property. Our family of four (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoons on the peaceful lanai looking out over the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extras that often aren't available in a rental. There were plenty of beach supplies to choose from (chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, etc.), beach towels (and laundry detergent to wash towels each day). This property is close to several beaches. And there is a shuttle on the property to provide transportation to the beach if parking is an issue. We had an absolute wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Maui for many years, and this is the first time we have not stayed on the beach. We enjoyed this stay the most of any. The unit was stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soaps (including laundry detergent) in sufficient quantity for our two week stay. The bed was very comfortable. Kapalua beach is a left turn out the door, and a short 15 minute walk. It has some of the best snorkling on the island, and this unit has all the gear you need to snorkle. We took the provided beach umbrella, and set up. The general store that you drive by inside the Kapalua Golf Course property has competitively priced food, souvenirs, medicine, full liquor store, hot/cold deli…even hot prime rib for under $20. Again, about a 15 minute walk from this unit. We also walked down to the beach trail, made a right and followed it down to the Ritz Carlton beach restaurant. The tables are open air, right next to the beach. The food is a little spendy for burgers, but you’re on the beach in Maui! Spoil yourself a little. If you want to use boogie boards in the unit, take the same walk straight towards Kapalua bay, go left at the beach and keep walking until you see the big Long Beach that is Napili. There are usually small waves to ride on the far end of the beach.
Last but not least, we loved this unit! The lanai is peaceful, with comfortable furniture, and the views of the golf course are stunning. It is thoughtfully appointed, and we would definitely come back!

This lovely condo was even better than we expected! The view of the ocean was fantastic! You could enjoy the view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. All linens were fresh, new and bright white. Everything was immaculate. We did a lot of cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The lanai is very large and is perfect for meals or just relaxing. We enjoyed walking down to Kapalua beach and watching the whales. After exploring the island each day, we loved coming back to “our home”. The resort has a very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Charles quickly answered the few questions we had. We are planning to come back!

Our family stay in the Kapalua Golf Villas was amazing. The unit itself is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Small but important things like dishwasher and laundry pods were available to use, as well as basic spices and evoo, saving us valuable beach time not needing to stock the kitchen with necessary items. The unit is in a quiet community with action on the golf course serving as a steady source of entertainment from the lanai. Both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay are walkable distances away, as is the beautiful coastal trail. Best part of the stay though without a doubt is the amazing hosts at My Perfect Stay. Everyone in their office is so kind and helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. We will most definitely book with them again for our next visit!

I don't like leaving good reviews because it may cause this unit to not be available when I want to return LOL...But this unit is the cleanest I have been in after staying at many units at Kapalua...Extremely comfortable Bed, and nice appointments. Fully stocked kitchen (but could use a couple of steak knives for the Prime-Rib take-out days at the Honolua General Store). Will book this unit again in the future.

This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay.
This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling.
We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from.
We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip.

This Vrbo has everything you'd want in a rental. The bed was so comfortable, clean bathrooms, great showers and a gorgeous ocean and golf view. We had a great time here. Just a 2 minute walk to one of the pools which was about half full each day and quiet. Easy access to the market and driving range as well. Thank you to the hosts, you really made our trip so easy and wonderful!

We spent almost our whole week on the spacious & beautiful lanai, although the interior was lovely and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked (but no coffee so only unhappy moment was having to go find some on our first morning). We enjoyed being able to stroll 1/4 mile to the beach, and sliding glass doors have perfectly cut blinds so we were able to sleep in. We are already planning our next stay here!
