We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and would gladly return on our next trip to Maui! Any issues that came up were resolved promptly, and communication with KBM’s customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was subpar. The County of Maui shut off electricity to the unit due to high winds. Notification from the Management Company was several hours delayed. Leaving guests sitting in the dark without flashlights wondering what was going on. The unit had several maintenance issues and was not clean. The couch cushions had stains on them.

She made sure we were able to enjoy our stay on Maui. We also wanted to comment on how beautiful and comfortable it was decorated. It was very dirty. Also they stated it was remodeled. I would like to know what was remodeled. Everything looked like it was the original design years ago. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, the rug was original and filthy. The owners should be embarrassed with the condition of their rental property.

Highly recommended. We have stayed in several VRBO places and this was one of the best. Easy check in, everything was as described in the listing. It was also very nice to not have to worry about regular household items. It’s a small thing, but to not have to buy TP, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap was much appreciated. Most places don’t provide all that, and I always find it to be a pain to have to go to a store for all that for a week. The views from the lanai are fantastic, and is a very quiet location. The Villa was clean and comfortable for our family. Beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room for everyone to have a little space if needed. Kitchen was well equipped, with anything you would need. There are bunch of beach chairs, and 2 boogie boards in the deck boxes on the Lanai. It is located between 2 pools, that are an easy walk. We drove almost everywhere, but did walk to the beach a few times. It’s about 15 minutes to Kapalua Bay beach, which is a bit small and rocky. We did find Fleming beach, which is less than a 10 minute drive and was the kids (14,13,11) favorite. It is all sand, and the waves were great for the boogie boards.

A PERFECT place to stay in Maui! Beverly's home was spacious, clean, convenient, and had all the amenities to make our vacation incredibly comfortable. We are world travelers and Beverly's home was one of our favorite places to stay. She was quick to respond and made sure that the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the beach equipment and being able to go to beaches that were just a few minutes away. We would love to stay at her home again!

Our stay at the Kapalua Villa was the best way to end our vacation in Maui. The villa itself set us up for success: dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, beach towels, and even beach amenities! My boys used the beach toys and boogie boards at Napoli Bay every day. The villa is close to amazing dining options (Seahouse was our favorite for breakfast and dinner!). The Kapalua Coastal Trail is also super close and highly recommended. We’ve raved about this property to our friends and hope to book another vacation here in the future.

Loved the location of the golf villas - gorgeous view and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. It’s so close to Kapalua Bay you can just hop down there in less than 10 minutes for a swim anytime. Had a fun lunch at the Burger Shack on the beach on the Ritz property, and we love the sushi at the bar at the Ritz too! Kapalua never disappoints, even without the Bay Course open right now. We were fortunate to have found this lovely villa for our recent trip to Maui. The unit was well-situated on a golf course and beautifully laid out - a spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (just loved the rainwater tiled shower!), another bathroom w/washer & dryer, comfortable living room (loved the two reclining seats for TV viewing!), dining area and the full kitchen. We spent quite a lot of time on the lanai; in addition to a table w/chairs there was comfortable lounging furniture where we enjoyed spectacular views across rooftops to the ocean and the islands of Molokai & Lanaii. We loved the property with the walkable trails, pools, restaurants and other amenities within easy reach. Our host Dave was great - he made check-in & check-out easy and responded to questions in record time. We highly recommend this property!
